the flash on a cell phone and the caneras  strong,,, I have seen this type of white light flash by me all the time,,

 this may be what is used for the static electricity  pulse, that hits me in the head all the time. hits me all over the body,,, it is more like a spray of static electricity,,,

.I wonder if the cameras can be modified as well and used as a directed energy weapon,,, now they are just omni directional.
