Matt Gauthier lives on Rockdale , next street over it is a straight shot from the back of his house to my bedroom,,,
One night last summer 2013, I was outside sitting in the yard,,,I was getting hit,,so I went out the gate and there was a black pickup truck sitting there, the driver was talking to Devin my third grandson, the driver pulsed me hard as I came through the gate,,Devin just stood there and the driver sped away,,,I asked Devin his name and he told me it was Matt,something or other, not his real name.

I went over to Matt's house and his/ this truck was parked outside his house,,Devin gave me a different last name,,,I later asked Jillian what Matt's last name was and she said it  was Gauthier,,Jillian made the comment,,

" Why did he say his last name was that,,,he knows Matts name....

Matt grew up with Frank Anderson Jr. and hung around together for quite a few young years. I don't know if they still do hang around together..

Frankie boy is also another one of my very active perps. Frankie is the one who almost hit me with his plow last winter.

I think there is a lot of truth in this and a lot of false as well, We have developed a way to tell a true target to someone who is a bit looney or lonely or both,,,it is important for our crediblity to distinguish the two. Not to malign anyone but to make sure we know what we are talking about.....and from what I understand and have heard the mentally ill are watched ,, this to me was first noted with the Virginia Tech shooting, I heard a panel of Psychiatrists on Charlie Rose PBS/ or it could of been C -span,, this was quite a while ago ,, and at the time I did think it important, but I did  d/l to my computer, which has since been destroyed,,, these psychiatrists  were,  making statements about forced drugging, forced incarceration especially this one old bitch,,, she was hot on it,,, I would like to see her forced drugged.Rose also did a brain series with several panels of shrinks,,, I went looking for this old bitch to find her name and could not find her. Maybe some one else could.. So this program, this list,, includes gay, dissidents, activist, people who speak out, mentally ill, whistleblowers, inheritance fraud, insurance fraud. Apt. invasion,  robbery,gang stalking,,, the target is triggered to go to a place and several people are assigned to be there,,,it gives the target the impression they are followed when instead they are programmed. They are the one triggered,,, others say they hear thoughts in their head,, HSS can be a whisper, subliminal or a scream all day long,,, you are triggered for that also, the subconscious does not have a firewall to this beam/pulse technology, it screams through the brain, the subconscious picks it up and believes it is from the conscious part of the brain and accepts it as a command and it obeys..the person thinks it is their own idea. Many times I have had to exaimine ideas to see if they are mine or not... and even if they are triggers,,, they are hard to fight.. You are fighting your subconscious controlled by them,,
Oh yes one other thing for those of you who have relatives and neighbors who flipped ,became perps as mine has , the way they did it in my house was to target the neighbors and relatives..to pulse them hard...Then they trigger them to hate me..you feel like everyone is against you and pretty much they are.David across the street knows about my blog,,he wants to be hidden,,so he made friends with my immediate next door neighbors, Paul and his wife, they were pulsed by people up the street trying to get to me and going through his house, he flipped...the pulses were so strong, it was incredible and Paul went out and yelled at them up the street,,,they stopped and he flipped. We int his community have long wondered how our people could turn on us,, this is my case.. I do not know in your case but hope this gives you some good ideas

These are the early days of this oppression, it is important to document everything,;just as Proudhon did for the French Revolution,, the French have not forgotten that even today. I want it all documented so others see the struggle,,day to day it was for us..what invasive tactics we went through. This morning, The house was being pulsed,,, not hitting me but coming through ceiling high,, into bud's bedroom and through the couches upstairs.. This is how they flip people,,they hit them and then in order not to get hit the people flip to becoming a perp or else. This is how they did Paul and My kids and Bud,,,I do not blame them because I would of done anything to get out of this,, and they would too, but my perps would not let me flip,,,I truly was the target.
I got up from bed, as I had been woken up,,,as usual, took my camera,, I had bought some tent poles,,, the telescoping kind, and attached to  the tent pole, with my beloved duct tape  a 2 by 2- 6 feet  wooden pole..

,, I will measure it to be more accurate...and I can lift the camera up and down and rotate it in the hole in the ground, the camera itself will also rotate...I think that is an important  asset,, a scanning camera..I moved it up under the dog wood tree and went around and cut the bushes down in front that were sticking up blocking a partial sight of my 2 perps house.
My perp went into his back yard and pulsed the camera,,, several times,,, he came out front walked around his property to get a better look at the camera went back into his back yard and pulsed my camera again,,
I moved the camera back to where it was before,,, alongside the house and two valuable lessons learned,,,
1. we have to dedicate ourselves to beating this,,, try everything,,

2.Move the cameras often keep them on the defense. Take the offensive after all this is war.
3. I also suggest buying back up cameras. as I will,
4. I also found IR and thermal imaging concealment clothes, a hide,,for hunting and a blanket.

I am going to think this over and call for prices and see if I can buy any,,, Goretex is making this product.

I think James's  problem is, he could not say no to this drug, his initial "yes" sealed the deal.,,,it really pulls you, side effects are astronomical,, every waking minute was to get money to pay for his habit..in order to come back to society they put them in a place where coming out of it is not life threatening,,,he is well worth saving.

 The drug cartels are attacking the young...how many heroin addicts are latino I would welcome the stats on that because ,,then it would mean they are not,,I repeat not  targeting whites alone as I feel they are, my daughter told me the drug cartel sits outside the rehab facility waiting for the addicts to exit,so they can give it right back to them.. This is slavery, sexual, and economic and it will not go away till we learn to say NO,  and them when the addict is no longer needed, he dies or overdoses or dies anyway.

Amy Whinehouse died from alcohol poisoning, that takes a lot of booze. I wonder if she ever felt reality. I also wrote to Elizabeth warren about the drug cartels,,,and my feelings about the kids of the nation and the cheap heroin going around.. hook them and make them your slave, then increase the price and then give them a high grade heroin and kill them off.** told me lots of kids are being killed with this stuff, lots of kids,,, just yesterday one of James's friends  overdosed but they caught her in time,,if the kids are dead to long this new medication will not work. but she passed out on the way to give james his license and his wallet. I guess she pulled over into a parking lot and the fire dept was there to administer the recovery drug..james had to use his birth certificate to get in..and I txt dan to find his paper saying he was on that drug. so he can get out of the court issue.....I do not think she will do it, she told him she threw it away.....we shall see.

Bud also snuck in my apt. when james was asleep and I was outside,,,I did not lock the door and he broke my computer rotor, looks like with a screw driver,, he does not want me on the net...he tried to break it in two. No I am not  at present under the care of a psychiatrist,  because I am terrified of docs especially psychiatrists,, in the nineties, I went to MGH for help complaining of being hit with a taser, this was the beginning of my harassment, the hospital drugged me , tied me up , and threw me in incarceration for a week and a half,,till they requested a doc name of Walcott , who worked for gov't , to interview me for violent tendencies, part of the HUD,Operation Safe Home program,,A covert program by gov't, to incarcerate and evaluate anyone appearing at emergency rooms complaining of harassment by directed energy weapons. DEW.

I am non violent, this was done  because I had protested the building of a golf course in our town of Peabodys. Underneath the golf course was a toxic dump, it was owned by a local corporation, Eastman Gelatine, who wanted it buried, saving them millions in clean up, this dump is uphill from our water supply and toxic dumps have a tendency to move. I spoke with the man who buried it.

The mayor was using a gov't program called Operation Safe Home by HUD as a dumping ground for anyone he wished, I lived in a HUD complex, his name was Peter Torigian of Peabody. He is now dead. I often wondered if there was a kickback of sort from the corporation to the mayor , but this is sheer speculation.

His family continues the vendetta. A vendetta is until the victim is dead. I happen to have the misfortune of living on the same street of his daughter and her family. The harassment and sabotage continues to this day and lately has increased. 

I smoke pot to alleviate the high intense stress this causes me. This family also has access to DEW,directed energy weapons and uses them, acoustics, laser, microwave. My body shows the effects. They also have access to Through the wall radar,,called Back Scatter Camera to monitor my actions. The man on the other side of my house is their loyal lapdog and will do anything this family requests. Including 24/7 harassment. This is high intensity harassment, I am  a whistleblower. I have been recommended to see Doc Augston, but he is gone for the summer. I cannot wait, I grow and this family will make sure I lose my home by reporting me....I have had cancer three times also, real or imposed by these devices mentioned in the NYT magazine, 23 March 03 article,, The sound of things to come. These devices will mock any medical malady, from cancer to mental issues.

I suggest you read this with a critical eye, not only is this voices in the head, but the pulse of this device can be used as a weapon as well, like getting hit with an invisible fist, through walls, the military grade which our police depts. are being outfitted with as the military winds down in the mideast, this military technology does go through walls, and if anyone deserves to be certified it is me. I take no meds as I am scared of side effects as well. I am not allowed to exercise, or go out of the house, if so I am severely pulsed, more like a beating than anything else. Sleep deprivation, constant pulsing, coming out of no where, at any time, this is done with drive-bys, severely debilitating.

Scott Burns who work(ed)? for Eastman Gelatin is married to Ann Marie Burns who heads Peabody housing,,, my daughters landlord.. she is being evicted, because I told what Scott Burns did, he went after me sabotaged my car, had me evicted from my apt. followed me to the Grand Canyon and terrorized me for months. He is working with Nelson, Torigian's daughter, and Cherie is their willing pawn.. I think Monday I will go to Salem and take them to court. See if I can do something about this. This town is a kkk facility. Everyone knows everyone else because their job was given to them by Nelson's father. Peter Torigian...a tight knit community of perps. Imagine that!

All because I opposed that golf course,,can you imagine this shit after all these years is still going on and the funny thing about all this ,, I wanted the land to stay fallow for the citizens of Peabody to decide and to use in the future,, they wanted to build a new high school and this would of been perfect..instead of for a rich man's game, now they want to sell alcohol and the abutters are pissed,,that was the deal,,no alcohol for all the drunk golfers who are bored out of their skulls..

THE BIG GUNS

Tonight the perps have brought out the big guns,,,the frequency that makes you skin crawl,,this has not been used in a long time and there was a intense pulse right through the house,,,to me,,very intense...

Oh,  horse face Cherie has told everyone she is afraid of me because of my crossbow,,,why would I pick her lard ass out?  She is so afraid she put brighter bulbs in her front doghouse. I thought that was amusing.  Probably because she went around and told everyone what I said about them. I also saw others came in and copied my posts as well. I wonder how she liked it when I told them she was a gossip monger.

 I rode my bike yesterday and the perps go nuts when I exercise,,,they want me to stay home and eat and be sedentary. So they can kill me off quicker...so when I exercise they freak out. huh perps. I hate you too...I saw Cherie in her yard going around her house and when I rode home she went into the back yard,,no running or screaming,,I ignored her. Not worth my time.

I kept getting hit in the face tonight,,,,they are trying to knock out my front teeth slowly. They kept hitting my legs till I put Neil's stuff in the way and that is double and tripled and it seemed to work, though it was too small, I would need this in great quantities.
That tells me what they were using tonight instead of acoustics as normal this is RF,,,because this stuff I have blocks RF,and by blocking it, it also tells you what your being hit with..|
So unusual for me,,Also when this horrific small intense pulse came through the house I heard my daughter say something indistinct..I think the Andersons are at play here, I also got hit with this force field that almost threw me to the ground, this came from above. Interesting night..

Nine years after the terrorist attacks of 2001, the United States is assembling a vast domestic intelligence apparatus to collect information about Americans, using the FBI, local police, state homeland security offices and military criminal investigators.

The system, by far the largest and most technologically sophisticated in the nation's history, collects, stores and analyzes information about thousands of U.S. citizens and residents, many of whom have not been accused of any wrongdoing.

The government's goal is to have every state and local law enforcement agency in the country feed information to Washington to buttress the work of the FBI, which is in charge of terrorism investigations in the United States.

Other democracies - Britain and Israel, to name two - are well acquainted with such domestic security measures. But for the United States, the sum of these new activities represents a new level of governmental scrutiny.

This localized intelligence apparatus is part of a larger Top Secret America created since the attacks. In July, The Washington Post described an alternative geography of the United States, one that has grown so large, unwieldy and secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employs or how many programs exist within it.

Today's story, along with related material on The Post's Web site, examines how Top Secret America plays out at the local level. It describes a web of 3,984 federal, state and local organizations, each with its own counterterrorism responsibilities and jurisdictions. At least 934 of these organizations have been created since the 2001 attacks or became involved in counterterrorism for the first time after 9/11.

The months-long investigation, based on nearly 100 interviews and 1,000 documents, found that:

* Technologies and techniques honed for use on the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan have migrated into the hands of law enforcement agencies in America.

* The FBI is building a database with the names and certain personal information, such as employment history, of thousands of U.S. citizens and residents whom a local police officer or a fellow citizen believed to be acting suspiciously. It is accessible to an increasing number of local law enforcement and military criminal investigators, increasing concerns that it could somehow end up in the public domain.

* Seeking to learn more about Islam and terrorism, some law enforcement agencies have hired as trainers self-described experts whose extremist views on Islam and terrorism are considered inaccurate and counterproductive by the FBI and U.S. intelligence agencies.

* The Department of Homeland Security sends its state and local partners intelligence reports with little meaningful guidance, and state reports have sometimes inappropriately reported on lawful meetings.

The need to identify U.S.-born or naturalized citizens who are planning violent attacks is more urgent than ever, U.S. intelligence officials say. This month's FBI sting operation involving a Baltimore construction worker whoallegedly planned to bomb a Maryland military recruiting station is the latest example. It followed a similar arrest of a Somali-born naturalized U.S. citizen allegedly seeking to detonate a bomb near a Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Portland, Ore. There have been nearly two dozen other cases just this year.

"The old view that 'if we fight the terrorists abroad, we won't have to fight them here' is just that - the old view," Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told police and firefighters recently.

The Obama administration heralds this local approach as a much-needed evolution in the way the country confronts terrorism.

However, just as at the federal level, the effectiveness of these programs, as well as their cost, is difficult to determine. The Department of Homeland Security, for example, does not know how much money it spends each year on what are known as state fusion centers, which bring together and analyze information from various agencies within a state.

The total cost of the localized system is also hard to gauge. The DHS has given $31 billion in grants since 2003 to state and local governments for homeland security and to improve their ability to find and protect against terrorists, including $3.8 billion in 2010. At least four other federal departments also contribute to local efforts. But the bulk of the spending every year comes from state and local budgets that are too disparately recorded to aggregate into an overall total.
