Francisco Sousa

lives up the street,,, kinda stupid,,,definitely not a thinker,,very sympathetic  to Torigian's family,, he is Portuguese, and I think Torigian was part or whole Portuguese,,he lives next door to David Diachisin who has gone on vaca. He is one of the main perps on this street. Very loyal stupid dog to the Torigian family,  He's the meter reader. He started harassing me the minute I moved in..

,I saw this black vehicle drive by and zap the shit out of the house.... it was the same black vehicle parked outside his house today,,I wonder if it was his son.

Sousa zapped me from his front porch as I walked across the street to the lake,,,it was a red pulse that burned and had force,,,you figure it out..
So Sousa gets his own post and I will keep adding information here as I think of the past and it happens in the future/present,,,,,matter of fact each perp that I know, I will post their name and will get a separate page to add too as events occur.

Big news today,,,,Quebec train wreck and the Zimmerman trial and of course Alda's call on Talkshoe is always interesting,,,99521

From the GAP, Gov't accountability project and some links

I believe the gov't perfected these techniques on Targeted individuals,,TI's... I  know they swept through my life and have noted and collected data on everyone I touched,,,as in  Bill Binney's program and demonstration before MIT showed. Read the Post here about Bill Binney. It is real easy once you understand how it works...Also I read  the article about the US gov't going through everyone's mail...surprise surprise surprise, they have been doing that for years...Now ,, the technique has changed and to cover their tracks,,,my perps they are going after my relatives and using them and manipulating them against me..Are we surprised??? Not I.

The New York Times: Using Email Data to Connect to Dots of Your Life
July 5, 2013

Summary: This blog post and accompanying video details how email meta data can be used to “connect the dots of your life story:”

Key Quote: I learned this from participating in Immersion, a project by M.I.T.’s Media Laboratory, earlier reported by my colleague Juliet Lapidos. Immersion is a tool that mines your e-mail metadata and automatically stitches it all together into an interactive graphic. The result is a creepy spider web showing all the people you’ve corresponded with, how they know each other, and who your closest friends and professional partners are.
USA Today: Media Can't Let Snowden Drama Overshadow Substance
July 9, 2013

Summary: Yet another solid column from USA Today about how the media needs to remain focused on Snowden’s disclosures and the resulting developments that have emerged about the FISA court, namely The New York Times article from this past weekend about the Court’s creation of a “secret body of law,” and Judge Robertson’s assertions cited above.
