    Two days ago I took a walk in South Peabody, this is considered the area of Rick and Laura Nelson, daughter of the former mayor , that malicious thug Peter Torigian.. Ever since he died she has taken up the banner of harassment. She feels her father was a saint and feels that I should of not spoken out about what he did to my life. The Nelson's feel much resentment against me because I would not keep quiet about what the father did to me, they also feel South Peabody belongs to them since I moved out a year and a half ago, If I do go to South Peabody I am severely retaliated against. Not out of anything I did,, but they fear retaliation from me for what they did to me. This morning at 0300 30 Sept 2018, I was woken and beat with pulsed energy weapons that all first responders have available to them.  For hours.      

    I think it was Friday of last week I took a walk in South Peabody and ran into Stephanie Donavan she was my next door neighbor , wife of Paul Donavan. she saw me on the back road as she entered at St. Annes Ave.and was ahead of me as I walked on the back road and increased her steps glancing back as we got to the separation in the path, she took the left onto Rockdale and I continued straight onto the back road, and I continued on,,, calling out to her, HI Stephanie, she replied, "I thought that was you, what are you doing here", I replied," just taking a walk I come up here once in a while for a walk". I asked her how was her son, he, now because of his parents is a Peabody cop,,,she said he was fine and she was going to meet him in a few minutes, she said he was troublesome. I replied at least he is on the straight and narrow path and she said that is true, I then asked her how Paul was , she said fine , I said I think of him every once in a while. 
    She and Paul were the neighbors who flipped, who were friends and because of the harassment from the Diachisions/Nelsons,,that blew through their house, from the Nelson's silver van, and from 20 St Anne's ave, Sean and Jason who worked for ON TARGET SECURITY COMPANY,  they used to pulse my bedroom through Pauls house, Paul and Stephanie  joined David Diachision, who works for the city as a meter reader and David is the one who spoke with everyone in the neighborhood with his negative narrative and turned everyone against me for the Nelsons. worked too. 
     My advice to the public do not trust any of your first responders as they work for NSA and Homeland Security, they no longer work for you, if you get listed they will kill you just as easy as they can, they no longer protect and serve, but kill and harass , with a failure to protect. All first responders are involved in this Phoenix program for depopulation. 
    Ever since that walk a couple of days ago, the harassment and pulses are deadly. Stephanie Donavan  is a heartless bitch and her fawning husband.. Paul who licked David's ass in the most awful way. She's the same way as Stephanie Diachision, David's wife another pawn of the Nelsons,,,
    Stephanie Donavan  was not afraid of me , but for only one reason did she act the way she did, , she fears retaliation for what she did to me..not for anything I did,,,same with a lot of other perps , like Cherie Rathbun, Chris Yaikus, the Nelsons especially,  , David Diachision, and others. They seem all connected because they are all affiliated with the police dept. and through them city hall , it's employees and employee's neighbors. That's a lot of people against you whom you have never met or spoke with but know who you are. . 

    Mercenaries all, and perps of the worst kind and I believe this is why my targeting has increased with deadly force. I have a right to walk where ever I want,, this is a city I have lived in unfortunately since 1985, much to my regret. this harassment  is done on purpose they want you isolated and confined to my room. I  lived in South Peabody, I loved walking in the woods and here downtown were I was forced to move is all city road and difficult to walk because the mercenaries/drive-bys/perps as they are called,  have easier access to you as you walk along they can pulse you as much as they want and I get very sick from walking downtown from their harassment.  . 

     Then as I was making coffee this morning I was hit with v2k and told to stay out of South Peabody, , I said "fuck you". I then was given the impression I would be further hurt ,as happened ever since Rick, the dick head,  Nelson found out I lived here on Main St.. when I walked by the firehouse on Lowell St. I did not know he worked on Lowell St.. I thought Rick the dick head worked on Lynn st. 
    My harassment has became more intense since that time. like a buzz saw ripping though you, only it's EMP, I have asked chief Griffin to stop this several times, and the present mayor as well, to no avail and this can be stopped, it only takes a few words from the mayor or Chief Griffin to have this stopped and they both refuse.
    If this is confusing I'm sorry. It's been 25 years of constant harassment and abuse from the Torigian/Nelson/Diachision and many  others,,,. By the way don't ask me to  join your protests ever again, don't ask me to go on your CCTV either, my insightful advice is not for you to use,,,especially like the one Peabody had to protest the gas pipeline going through the city that was stopped,  If I thought that the houses blowing up would happen in Peabody I would never of gone. You deserve everything you get and then some. You've done nothing to stop this malicious, Nazi, horrible , harassment and I wish you all dead.

    Well one thing I've gotta give you Barbara is that you don't mince words.  You've got a LOT of balls. Hey they are trying to kill us and make our lives as miserable as possible.  You have a right to stand up for yourself and not take things lying down.  You have a LOT more guts than I do.  I give you credit for standing your ground.
