a couple of summers ago on my way to the mall, stephanie diachision was sitting out front on her steps,, with a guy,, he was as small as she was,,, I took his picture,,, never saw him before..and I knew how that goes an opportunity missed,, so I took  his pic and he stood up and waved at me...I bought a brand new chip for that camera and I was set up ,, it took four people and a kid to set it up to steal it,,, I sat on the bench and put my pocketbook next to me,,, and woman sat with me,,, as I was distracted by this incessant child insisting I pay attention to her the woman next to me stole my camera.. this was directly related to diachisions visitor,, he did want me to have his pic.to this day I do not know who he is but know he is related to the perps or is one..
anyway the man who was pushing the baby carriage the kid was in,,, was slightly taller than me maybe 5'5" tall,,, he was of black mixed heritage being light skinned and very slight...of build,,, he had his hair pulled back in this big bushy ponytail,, low on his head. light to medium brown,, not a bad looking guy...
I saw him once or twice more,,, affiliated with Cherie Rathbun's house,, he had a dog,,, and was out in the yard with the dog... and one of young guy,,, I was walking across the street to go for a walk,,, and they saw me and moved to the back yard and then in the house... I saw him once more in the yard again moving off and in the house...
the reason I am relating this here ,,, is because there seems to be a lot of pulses coming from that direction of it is from Buds room.I wouldn't mention that if I didn't have suspicions about the house,,, but then Bud has had a couple of his friends here ever since then the pulsing has increased not only in intensity but all day,,, I have also almost been knocked over a couple of times. from upstairs pulses and Devins been running around when ever their is pulsing,, kelly bud and jill as well,, she has been messaging me,,,carrying her parents messages...Kelly and Bud were out when james came over and bud came to the upstairs door,, yelling to get that kid out,,, james had already left preparing for a narcotics anonymous meeting in vermont,,, Jess stayed for a while...then left after we found out her coin was only a copy...
constantly dizzy from the pulsing follows me wherever I go...
around the lake,, in the house,, on the street, mall,, everywhere.
the guy who I am sure helped bud with this set up was a white haired guy,,, truck,, I did not catch to much information about him but next time I will...he was here a couple of times,,,I told bud I was leaving and he said he would have to sell the house,,, I don't know if I paid my rent at that time or not,,, but I paid in full as was usual... then he lambasted me with pulses,,,,so tonight I was prepared with the camera,,, I have not checked yet but when I do have the camera on they come in lightly and sideways,, like behind my feet rather than through the ceiling...any more later

 I have a grandson name of James,, the oldest,, he's a wonderful little thug,, rough, and a diamond in the rough,, I had hopes for him but he always seems to be his worst enemy. Many of the family his mother and his aunt Kelly hate me for taking his side, it seems they would be happy if they turned me away from him and that aint gonna happen.,,He was such a charming baby,, and I blame his rough life on his mother,,, he could of been raised better,,, and the same with Adam what  are the chances both your sons are heroin addicts? She did something wrong..Anyway, Bud planted 4 plants ,, two were female and two were male so you gotta get rid of the males... something about something,, making them bigger or whatever.....

So someone took the plants the other night,, roots and all,,, so I'm blamed for it,,, James is blamed for it,,,
I've been taking some hellish shots,, I thought they were from Devin and I think some are ,, and some from bud,, but it is a set up,,, by the cops,,, here is how it worked..

The police started killing black people,, mostly in the midwest it seemed like,,,I mean shooting them dead, if they ran, and claimed they were armed...shooting kids,, if they had a bebe gun, or anything that even appeared to be a knife or no knife at all,,, they were shooting quite a few blacks,,,Arron Alexis and another one ,, intelligent good paying jobs,,, were killed by fighting back they were , voices in the head etc,,,,targeting him,,, he carved ELF on the stock of his shotgun,, anyway the cops were killing many black men and children.,,it seemed like the women, the black women were arrested and killed in jail.. I recall several of these scenarios happening,,,I remember several targets committed suicide,, they couldn't take it any longer...
The black started fighting back even at the expense of their lives... quite a few cops were killed,, just sitting in their cars and blown away,, so basically we had a race war initiated by the cops...I often remembered the saying on the Jewish memorial in Boston about the gpsys and the mentally ill how they were first killed off by the Nazis,,, and then the Jews.  I often felt that this is what is going on.. to a degree,, anyway the police commissioner in Boston made 100 cops wear cameras,, as the police in many areas feel this would stop the killings or at least decide if they were righteous or not... the union fought long and hard agains the cameras... I recall one time the cops fucked with me at the mall, in 2000, Torigian was having his millennium parade, the motorcycle cops were practicing at the mall in the huge parking lot..,, for some reason I walked past them,,not near but a good distance away with my dog jake,,, I have never walked over there before or since,,, I believe I was mind controlled to do that.....anyway one cop was standing there pointing this thing at me,, small cell phone size in his hand and I got zapped,, I reacted and think I gave them the finger,, and a angry look on my face as I continued to walk,,,the cop turned and the other five with him...I have written about this many times,,, well it seems like the commissioner used my story to back up his wanting to put cameras on the cops as a protective measure for citizens and police,,
I don't know if this is true or not,,,

but that is what I was told V2K, many things I have written down have been used as proof of one thing or another..

so the cops are furious and rick dick  nelson is used to pulse me as I lie in bed,, as he drives by.

I get very little to no sleep and he makes sure I am awake when he drives by,,,,

I also want to mention that I called Kevin Horst who is manager at Costco in Danvers about Jeffry Grayson, who works for costco for 30 years.   thats all right I shopped at Costco since 1985, so I guess we are even , that he followed me with Torigian's bodyguard thug to MT.  Waumbek in N.H.

I told Kevin about jeff and the house he broke into in N.H. that I had gone over and asked my neighbor if her house had been broken into and she said yes,,, I also saw this man ,, the one who accompanied Jeff to N.H. driving out of the lowell st. forestation so some day Im going down there and check out the photos on the walls and see if I can get his name as well,,,

and the harassment and that  summer two years ago when he got security after me when I asked him , "How his targeting business was doing..? "boy did he get mad,,
Jeff does not know he lost the councilor election he ran for in Peabody because of me,, I told some influential friends in the city what he did,,,breaking and entering and harassment,,, and he lost... Lewis is the fireman who told the bug eyed fire chief that he could smell the gas in my apt he's like 6 foot 3 inches tall,,,the fire chief ignored him and told me if I called them again I would be arrested...I was afraid the place would blow up,,, so I never called again and eventually was forced out,, the chief knew all about it and played his part... this was a warning from Nelson,, that I was not to take the elderly bus to the market anymore,,, his wife Laura Torigan Nelson whom I think squelched off the taxpayers all her life,,,felt I did not deserve to use the service  because fuckhead Torigian had started the service in Peabody,, that may be true but Dukakis started the service in the state. Torigan just latched on ..If you speak out in this town against Torigian I guess your not eligible to partake of her services even if your seventy years old,,, son I think there is something else major going on here... of course there is the federal program against those who speak out,, you know dissidents, activists and whistleblowers.. but I think there is something else... You know about the toxic dump,, I know millions were saved by  Eastman Gelatin by burying that..

and right now I am worried about the water we are in a very very severe drought,, worse than I ever saw  it,,

Im very sad,, almost despair,,the house and my family has been pulsed,, they hate me because of it.   I  don’t know what to do,,, I wrote a letter to Chris Ryder assistant to the mayor... I put it here.

I resent you sending people into my home And going through my papers, to see if I am going to court.
Did they think I would leave my papers out for you to find ? If I was? And stop sending your high tech assholes drive bys around to pulse my house. What's the matter with you people , your all buying in to this Nazi attitude. No one can criticize your behavior? You think your what? Perfect? I can't have an opinion, or tell my story? 

A totalitarian state is what your helping to build, do you realize that? 

Peter Torigian is your model, I'm just realizing that , it's all about control. Male domination control . Imagine that? Can't let our dirty little secrets out , how the former, now dead boss attacked opposition , no wonder he was in office for 23 years and I bet so many people kissed his ass and his families  ass to curry favor no wonder she thinks she's queen of the May. My family hates me because of the pulsing you have done to them and to me. Now they are targets and you got them to hate me . I wanna thank you for that. Bud has been going down in my  apt,, doing shit the last major problem was running a sander it looks like over my bike and dinging it up really bad. I put a new combination lock on my bedroom door I don’t know how he got through that... but he did.
I found stuff smeared on my mirror I didn’t put there...looks like vaseline.
anyway, here is what happened lately.

i sent this to Chris Ryder assistant to Ted Bettoncourt our mayor,, about what is going on in the neighborhood..

As you know I know there is  a conspiracy going on between your city employees and me with Laura Torigian Nelson as ringleader . She objects to my presence , my granddaughter has taken up running and likes  to run the circle I live on. Unfortunately one of her neighbor's saw us and I'm sure reported our presence on Laura's street, her street, Griffin road , for the shit hit the fan the next day, as you probably don't know she has threatened me on several occasions as she drives by the house and her husband also. Rick the dick head. 

Our running at midnight I didn't think would bother Laura but she has activated matt LeGault and others. She told me V2K that she feels I maligned  her saintly fathers reputation. As if driving me out of my apt, driving me from my job , and constant high tech harassment  is saintly behavior. I also mention Peter tried to ruin Tom Grelish financially as well. Laura continues the harassment, last night as I left my house to walk the  dog LeGault almost hit me and threatened me with his truck. As  he drove away he zapped me also with a modified cell phone. All this morning from 3:22 am on my house has been pulsed. I know matt has a harassment device you can buy off the internet , I saw it and him from his back upper window as I walked on the back road. I don't know him , have never spoken to him. I know he is affiliated with The bitch Laura and her behavior toward me shows the Apple does not fall far from the Torigian poison tree. I also know they use V2K on relatives to manipulate their behavior toward me, pulsing them to hate me as punishment, also called subliminal suggestions, they are well affiliated with the Security  Stalker group and call them out against me when it pleases these morons. I'm tired of the house being pulsed, tired of constant sleep deprivation, harassment, if I could afford to move I would, as it is if I leave I would be homeless, I'm seventy years old and have been battling the Torigian poison since that fateful day of my meeting with that slug terrorist Peter Torigian. 1997, I'm nonviolent but will document all assaults against me and  family and some day these despotic , Nazi, brown shirts son of a bitches from hell will pay. 
I ask you speak to your out of control employees. I have some saved secure good shots of pulses coming from LeGaults house and am thinking of federal court since our local court is to corrupt for my taste. I prefer not to , appealing to your good will in this manner. Someday they will pay big time for the grief they have caused me and mine. With all due respect.

1 June 16My mornings

My mornings are horrendous,,, sonic bulletts again,, every since Jefrey Grayson put my name back on the list,,, drive bys starting at 03:13 every morning now and continuing till oh 11 when I decide to get up.. and then it continues during the day with vibratory pulses.. from Kelly..from drive bys, from Bud, from Devin,, from all the neighbors listed,, all the men leaving for work who support Laura torigian Nelson, she's the energy behind all this. I want to make sure that the blame is where the blame should be. On her ugly ass.


Bud has convinced Kelly even after he cheated on her.. that I'm to blame,,,

( several years ago,,, even when I first moved in,, when I was in hospital,, I tried to tell Kelly,, and Danielle jumped in and told her it was my fantasy.When Danielle knew it wasn't,, she was not a good daughter or sister. Kelly trusted her and believed her as she always has... so while I was in hospital with a broken ankle for four fucking days, they moved me over to Kelly's.. during the move a lot of my stuff was stolen,,, Diane Trachea and Danielle were down cellar at her house going through stuff.Then when I moved to Kelly,, all of them Laura Huckle,,, kelly and others were down here going through my stuff that is when Bud told me to put a lock on my door and I did. Bud and I got along very well at first and I helped him as much as I could and he did appreciate it... As time went on the relationship detiortated   and I came to hate him,,,,At night especially , you can hear the high hiss of a camera,, I believe it to be a camera,,, the signature of the camera tape being used...Bud heard it,, we were out in the back yard and walking toward the stairs when he told me he heard it,,,, and I was surprised when he admitted it to me,,, he said he would "do anything to save his family"  I didn't realize that would entail attacking me... and turning my daughter whom I will never ever trust again, against me.Nor will I ever trust Danielle and it amazes me that people believe Danielle , she has this persona that people trust for some reason... I couldn't believe the doc in the hospital believed her over me aha was a shocker and a harsh wake up call, I don't think anything shocked me as much as that...that the doc believed my daughters over me, and discredited my word...fuck that.)


,,,,Kelly  freaked out.. She blamed me and went after me for some reason,, she was terribly drunk.. wicked drunk and getting drunker by the minute.. I went upstairs after several loud muffled bangs of wrestling across the floor. She was laying on the couch leaning up and she had ahold of his shirt he was leaning over her with blood on his face..hanging onto the door jam... I managed to untangle them and he ran out the door,, she after him,,, she tripped on the snow and her pants fell down and her wig fell off,, she did not know it..
he ran up the street. she went over to the van and tried to get in,, thank good ness it was locked.. she had the key in the house and would not tell anyone where it was, later.
I went outside and picked up her wig,, she realized she did not have it on,, and tried to hide her head in her collar, but then she got mad and went after me.and punched me in the face... I went after her and we swung our arms kinda stupid like girls who don't know how to fight,,,I left and went into the house...she followed me and the last I saw of bud he was coming back to the house with his phone in his ear,, calling the cops. stupid move
kelly followed me into the kitchen and I grabbed a frying pan she grabbed a saucepan and I also grabbed a wrench,, I  hit her with the wrench and blood started to pour down her face... she just stood there weaving and looking strange.
the cops came and kept her in the house , bud and I were outside and he was telling them some bullshit story about her drinking and I told the cops it was his fault.. he cheated on her and what started this whole mess was the woman txt him, he should of blocked her and didn't... so Kelly freaked out..
so they took her away to calm down and bud and I are supposed to go to court with her the end of June,, now this is all a set up...

the way to hurt me is through the family,, all targets  know this is a weapon against targets and the Torigian./ Lehrer group have long known this. You see Torigian started this locally, and the Lehrer group of the Lehrer newshour was doing it from WDC.

I know Dick Jarvis listened to me when I told him Jeff broke into that house up in the mountains with Torigian's thug, who was at the meeting I had with Torigian acting as his bodyguard.  I recognized him as working at Costco.
so the drive by, vehicle pulsing the house,,, pulsing me..has been horrific,,
I guess the woman also texted bud again,,, and Kelly went out and bought a bottle of booze.  and bud got it and we prevented her from drinking it... so that was averted...

Paul Donavan next door neighbor..

Paul Donavan is a fairly new neighbor,,, he is a nasty piece of work,,, I got an impression of his personality when I saw him letting his dog chit and piss on our property,, granted its next to his but it is not his,,, his son was going to some fed academy I got the impression it was FBI or CIA something like that,, he looks the part…that spiffy shiny,,, dork,,, IBM look…cop look,,, in civilian clothes… anyway… he was the one who went out twice and told the security company up the street,,, ON TARGET ,,to stop pulsing the house he was going through his house,,, Nelson also driving by Stacias house would get just around the corner and pulse through my house,,, it would go through the back yard and through Pauls, house,,, he became good buds with David Diachision,, David made sure he made friends with him,,, but Paul approached him first…I saw him go across the street,,, He was standing out side the driveway going over to david’s house when I asked him how did it feel to target someone,, he got real mad,,,and continued across the street…I was getting hit from the back road,, I walked down and him and stephanie were hiding in the bushes,,, it was really weird,,,I noticed them and said hi,,,,they hid me back,,,,but it was them,, now the wisteria is dying,,,,not doing well at all,,, and who profits but Paul he asked Bud two years ago to pay for half the fence,,, I told Paul forget it we don’t have the money,,, so he has to pay for it himself…oh well….we are just trying to fix the fence on the other side… Ill buy that next month….my japanese red maple is not doing well neither is buds pot plants,,, and I believe the reason they are not doing well is because I am being hit with vibratory pulses that is killing the plants….plants are very susceptible to pulsing,,,, I know the whole top half of the Rhodudemdrum plant died because of pulling coming through the fence, either it was Paul,, or Babe Johanson, on his other side,,, I don’t know where Pauls bedroom is ,,, so Im assuming it was not in the line of fire…from Johanson’s ,,,,

I see things winding up,,,tonight Gina Diachision drove by,,I was out in the back yard, when she pulsed me so i went out front in my own yard never said a word ,, again the son yelled at me and was disrespectful. The girl waited till he got there ,, and escorted her in the house.  She was acting scared, a set up.. one sees her actions but does not see the pulsing which was a trigger.

Today is monday and today Danielle and James and I went to the Dmv,,, to get James’s license...permit,, he’s has gotten into some money wishes to buy a truck..the paper was incomplete so we went no where... next monday
but as we drove out of the street in comes David Diachision,,,cranking his neck to see, dan had her head down,,, and was looking at the center of the car but he saw me,,,,and I saw him,,,so I fear a sabotage being done to her car... as usual.. Ever since I asked Jeffrey Grayson  at Costco,,,,“How was his targeting business” things have been intense.  So we shall see, James wants to buy his truck,,, as soon as he can so he can start making money... which is a good thing...

Bud 6 -7 may16

Bud won't leave Kelly he wants the house, I suspect he's the one in my chat rooms who calls me an old hag and accuses me of being bald, a derogatory snide remark about Kelly. Or it could be ant and he portrays himself prepped by perps.
Bud joined them as he told me he would do anything to save his family, and I think he would. He joined the other side.
Mother's Day everyone was gone Devin came home, the high hiss and constant pulsing started. I was laying down got hit in the face , so I blasted him, with my sports horn, didn't like that, Cody threw up so I went upstairs and told Devin he asked if I fed him I said sausage, that must of been it , then I asked him why he hates me? He said he didn't . Then I said , yes you do and what did I do to make you hate me it must of been terrible. James and I went for a walk and we came back and I shows James my bureau, it was locked up, but there was a big dig on the side just as you walk in, James saw it. I took a picture 1930's vibtage and this puke desecrated it. I hate you too Devin. I told him I was going to take Cody for a walk, James and I did. and Devins voice had anger in it. And I'm getting really pulsed since James left.

A strange morning,,,5 May 16

yesterday I bought the Sugru,,, it has its faults,,not to perfection yet and cannot even state that for sure as I have not finished evaluating it yet....cords at least my cords bend,, so its drying on a bend,,I made a pot of coffee as usual,,,I filled the milk container almost full. more than usual.. Bud siad about my parenting

Bud and I had an argument we txt,, really and he said something I thought strange,,, he mentioned my  parenting,,,He never said anything about my parenting before,,so here is why,,,today his family is having a dinner party for mothers day over to his mothers sisters house.... I was not invited...
That is what all the parenting remark was about,,, Mother’s Day. Yeah the perps did a number on me in my later years...
Kelly for some reason has told people I was cruel to her,,, I never hit her in her life,, except a few weeks ago when she attacked me. I gave as well as I got...she won’t fuck with me again,, James thought I was weak to we had a little contest and he was surprised as well... they smell weakness.

Kelly was telling others of my bad parenting,,, one christmas Joe and Kris were up,, and I got the impression that Kris thought I was a bad parent as Kelly had maligned me,, it was to get sympathy,,, thats what she wanted... sympathy... oh poor Kelly,, she’s a little bit on the nutty side, as is Bud... so I said to Kelly what was the name of the restaurant we used to go to for Sunday brunch ,,, not every Sunday but couple of times a month we went out for brunch,,, then the beach all day... life was hard for them.. they went looking for trouble not bright enough to walk the other way,, I seemed to have been born with more common sense than many... especially my kids...so I asked Kelly what was the name of the restaurant,, and she yelled across the room to my delight,, ,The Old Ox,,, lovely little restaurant in the back,, curved brick walls,,, lovely plants and skylights,, nice booths a charming place,, and they loved the Texas french toast,, I had a spinach salad with coconut and bacon dressing was it good... very good.....we spent a couple of hours there enjoying each other and the meal... The Zoo or roller skating in balboa park was next,,, or the beach,,, usually Friday I did not date at all, I took them to the video arcade,,no one at that time had computers or video games in the home,,, just in these fancy arcades,, I used to play too, my favorite was tempest,,, kelly loved , I think the round things that ate everything,,, Iforgot,, Danielle I don’t know.. this was Friday nights for us...
I worked,,, then when kelly met buddy at  16-17 she disappeared,, from my life,, I was trying to get my degree to be able to enjoy life more,, with them of course, but she was into the boyfriend as they all do.. and I saw little of her,, and after I bought her her car , she was really gone,, I spent the time with James and Adam... who were born a few years later,, James was born in May and I graduated from school in June,,,I bought Dan the bunk beds and matching bureau for the boys cost a thousand and a thousand for Kelly’s car she sold it years later for a thousand. I think it was a Volkswagon,
Not new but in good shape,, she used it well up until she sold it, when she got her inheritance from her father, I bought that for her from the inheritance from my father.  So thats it,, fuck you kelly for being such a asshole and siding with Buddy thinking this pleases him,, it doesn’t,, it just makes you out that much more of a fucking asshole...to go against your blood.. never forgive you for that kelly,, I only can attribute your behavior as the elevator does not go to the top floor. In other words you and Bud deserve each other... retards. After everything you did to me and Bud,, I still love you,, despite your foolish actions... I know you hurt Jake,,, I know you went after him when you told me it was ok to leave him on the deck with you... you and Bud took off,, you know what you did, you were no where to be found,,, and Jake was crippled,,, I was very surprised when you told me it was ok to leave him on the deck,,,, completely out of character but in character for Bud.. I would like to but at this time I have ten dollars in my pocket. As you know TIS do not live large . I could send you twenty Tuesday , I know it isn't much but as you know every little bit helps ,

 oh yeah TEDs is by invitation only. I wanted to go before TED which is a organization that has speakers from all over the world on different subjects... I approached him to speak and he agreed and I just found out it is by invitation only.

I'm also hit with sonic bullets. My DEW has been mostly sonic and a spark gap device and of course micro pulses. I believe modified cell phones with an Android app is used , which one I don't know , and modified Nintendo- Xbox game cubes. I know the Nintendo with a black box addition is used in my case. The man across the street , a Chris Yaikus installs commercial audio and Video equipment he and his stepson are ground zero for DEW for me. I. Actually saw his son pulsing my house where I slept. The boy, no more than 15,, jumped his four foot back road fence,, walked down between the wii house I mentioned below and her garage,,, I will put a picture here later today, and was in a distinctive costume,, he stopped pulsing went back to his house over the fence and within a minute or two came out the front door. He had on the same costume that I had seen between the buildings... He also has a spark gap device and he set it out front of his steps on his house,,, I was getting hit,, they use through wall radar to hone in on your position, to make sure they hit the target..I got up to go out and see if I could claim the device, when I went out to the front of our house across from his house, the son was just going in the front door and the spark gap stopped.

Years ago I was getting slammed as I am now and I complained to a friend of mine, he sent the cops over to the house that I was getting hit from , , the cops questioned  him , his son was home from college and it was a game, I was getting hit with. The game was called CALL TO DUTY. After the cop visit it stopped . This happened before the local cops started to get involved as well. 

I have not checked yet but think this house  may be active again. 

I  know Wii was involved  from Cheries house, having seen the actual spark leave the handset fly across the street and hit my house. The boy was playing his Wii on his back enclosed big windows porch, the blinds were up and the  spark from the handset hit the TV at the end of the porch nearest my house ,,,took a "90 degree " turn from the TV and flew over to my house. I told the mother and it never reoccurred . What Was in my kitchen to attract this hot burning spark, I do not know. but I know I was also being hit with this , as often as he played the game.. So it was a horrific time for me.

Many speak of the hive mind and online gaming with many taking part around the world in one game could be likened to this hive perp mind theory. I will donate Tuesday.

17 March 16 St Pats day

James is being lauded by the governor and the mayor as success stories for the program in Boston for recovering addicts,,, using mind control... he is to give a small speech he really excited about it,,, and I guess I am as well.
I am trying to decide to leave or not,,, Kelly has not gotten her license,, she was drinking very heavy to the point of alcoholism,,, shakes,,, etc......so they fined her heavy,, she got 4 tickets and she expects to go to jail... she sounded hysterical this morning,,, I was going to pay for her to get her license back but am glad I did not,,, she was still drinking heavy, besides she has never done anything for me,,, and I finally told Jillian she was unkind and selfish, self centered like her parents,,, bud is not here tonight,,, at least at this time it is 1;22 in the morning and no van,, so I wonder where he is,,,, my laptop has been hit again,,, top right corner I took a picture of it,, bud is a mean fuck and has been targeting my computer...he can go through any lock,, and he took the door off its  hinges,,, I need another hasp for the other side of the door,,, I can always tell when they take the door off the hinges,, it doesn't work right,,, it drags on the floor,, then they come down and readjust it so it works right,,, I changed the lock, they were going right through the other one and this one is a combination,,, when I came home from market basket it didn't seem to work right either,,, I hate his guts,,, he comes in here and chips my china,,,

Bud,, Ralph Huckle

This is really the first time I have written about Bud,,, ,, Bud and Kelly are not married,,never did get married,, I think maybe my dislike for marriage permeated the girls neither one of them ever married and I don't think they would..
When Kelly was 16 or so,, she met bud and mentally they were a match,, she is not to bright,, having a bad memory and is not very introspective or a deep thinker,, Bud has a little bit more intelligence.. not much..One of the statements Danielle made to me years ago stuck with me,,,I had not met Bud yet and I asked her how she liked him, she said she didn't. She said: Bud was teaching Kelly some bad things,,, what those were I have no idea but Danielle who has studied me since birth knows how I feel about things and do things and knows when certain ideas go against my ideas...
I agree looking back Bud did teach kelly some real bad things,,, how not to have a conscience , or remorse,, he has none,,, He does have some good points he has given Kelly and his kids a home,,, he skims off the top and supports his golf habit in style..
He's spent a lot of money on golf over the years but we understand him in this respect,,,"Without golf there is no reason to live."
I think this is why Kelly drinks,,,, her subconscious is getting the better of her,,, all the shitty things she did to me and others,,, weigh heavily on her.She doesn't know it and would deny it, but that is what I think..especially when she hurt Jake,, they crippled him,,, I let jake out and he went up on the deck and sat at one end of it staring at Kelly and Bud,, I called him off and Kelly said "don't  bother,, Its ok" this was completely out of character ,,, they hated Jake to be anywhere around them when they ate..I asked are you sure? She said "yes" with a funny body gesture,,, I thought strange at the time,,like a puffing out the chest,,, getting ready for battle type of gesture.. So I went downstairs and came back up about ten to fifteen minutes later,, Jake was in the back yard cripple,, not able to walk,,, and he was trembling as if he was shocked. At this time I did not realize that Bud had acquired a zapper. He was completely cripple. What I think happened is that they chased him off the deck and he has a bad hip,,, and they rebuke it,,, I also think Bud zapped him.  I know Bud killed Kitty,, because Kitty was always scratching at the back screen door, shredding the screen,, one day I saw Bud go after Kitty and the look on his face was not pleasant,, soon after Kitty disappeared and I smelled rotting flesh near the deck,,, also Bud put up this lattice work all around the deck because Cody was trying to get under it,,, I think Bud buried Kitty beneath the deck after he zapped him and killed him,,, he was a real nice beautiful , completely black cat long hair,,, sweet. they had him since they became live in together...
Anyway Bud has learned from the neighbors how to zap people with his phone and I think he has another device to that does it and Devin used his nintendo and xbox and somehow that works as well. I do not know if the wifi is a force multiplier, I think it might be but as with a lot of this stuff its speculation.
Kelly adopts bud's traits but she goes full bore,, no contemplation there,,, she overdoes it always... for instance,,, when Bud got his txt from his lady friend he was having an affair with, kelly lost it got drunk as a lord,,, I mean drunk,,,drunker than I have ever seen anyone in my life,, she also was out of her mind,, Cody came downstairs and sat on my lap he was so scared ,, he never saw the like of it either...
I talked with Laura about this txt thing,, and I heard Laura tell Kelly ,, well if he was he man, she should fight for him,,,, so kelly did, she fought everyone, including me.... I told her let him go,, hell be back ,, they always come back,,, I think to let them go and make them regret letting me go is a plus,, I figure if you don't want to  be with me,,, fine with me,,,see you!.  but kelly took Lauras advice,, and now she's in court,,, oh well. What happened is thus,,,
I heard these rough thuds upstairs,,, very unusual and I was concerned for safety. So I went upstairs and Kelly was lying on her back on the couch by the front door,,, Bud appeared to be leaning over her,, he had blood on the side of his face...i thought at first he was holding on to her, but it was just the opposite,,, she was holding on to him,,,he was trying to get away... so I grabbed their  hands and he ran out the door with her in hot pursuit,,, she fell down the front stairs her pants fell off and her wig,, she has Alopacia, Jill has it too,,,she pulled up her pants,,she had hold of Bud who finally managed to get free, she ran around to the car door and it was locked thank goodness for that, or that would of been worse... then she realized she did not have her wig on and let out a heartfelt scream, , I had picked the wig  up and then she came over and punched me in the face....I punched her back, I then walked into the house and on the way threw her wig in the snow...yes there were spots of snow....she came in and I had walked into the kitchen to go downstairs and she came through the curtain,,picking up a saucepan as I picked up a frying pan,,,,, her ghetto door,,, and I had picked up a wrench and bopped her off the head with it,, cutting her and making her bleed,,, she just stood there and kind of wiggled like she was gonna fall.I went downstairs. and prior to all of this when I went into the house and she was coming behind me,, I saw Bud coming down the street talking on his cell phone,,, I think this is when he called the cops,,, when i went downstairs I watched as the cops drove up and then went upstairs, by this time they had put kelly in handcuffs the detective arrived and Kelly gave him permission to photo whatever he wanted,, he photos a joint that bud had no idea whose it was... in a strange place,,, kelly was swearing and being bandaged by the EMTs... they took her off,,, I stayed upstairs and helped bud look for his keys to the van,,, we could not find them,, kelly found them when she came home and ws going to drive when I told her not to,,, she walked into the house instead,,,she was yelling at me all the time,,, as she couldn't really yell at sheathed,,,, still drunk after she got out of jail, she thought she was in jail overnight,, when it was only a few hours. then all of a sudden I heard Bud tell her not to talk to me,,, so she has not spoken to me since,,, today,,, 13 of march I want out in the yard to look around and told Bud to tell Kelly she can talk to me,, he said he does not interfere with she and I,,, I scoffed told him yeah yeah,,, to tell her different, and went downstairs,,,, he is very careful around me as he should be.
there are more details of course,, small  but will add later. she went to court and they connoted it to april 8,,, the DA told me she is an alcoholic and of that I am sure,,,, Kelly hug around with April and I noticed the same vibration of her hand , we were at Apple bumping into each other,her hand shook also I thought it was nerve damage from her accident,,, and Kelly started doing the same thing,, and I commented to her about it,,, and Kelly brushed me off....I told her to see her doc about it,,, and it was because she had not had a drink yet,, she's the one who came down here and watered down my bourbon and schnapps I used for cooking.she broke the window and ratchet on the window trying to get it,, broke both doors,,, it has not been pleasant living here with both of them,,, now its worse..

22 Feb 16 last night pounding last night,,,

last night the house was pounded, and tonight I went out with jess for coffee,, and my laptop was banged,, it made a scraping noise,,, and it had a new dent it never had before so it was done while I was gone,,,,I think the house was pounded because I went back on Facebook, I closed out my account,,, but this pop up kept coming on my screen and would not go away , so every time I clicked on it,,,it reopened Facebook,,, then I got a v2k,,, your not going anywhere,, this is a war and I am in it no getting away now,, or some such message...
so the house got pounded...I guess bud got hit as well,, because of the laptop and in the morning I got hit from upstairs as well.
so I sent them a message,,,, I txt bud,,,I told him I would not forget what he did to my laptop,, and I also told him he was a prick,,, and i was family , and how dare he go against me as family for his Nazi friends,, words to that effect..not precise but close,,, Sousa,, Diachision,,, gauthier,,,and the security company up the street and Johansson had a car parked in the street,, exactly where it would come from ,, and it is the security company up the street,, On Target is the name of it,,20 ST Annes ave, I have been heavily pulsed from this house many many times,,,he has two sons,,, and they used to pulse the/my  house from the garage of the guy who borders their back yard on Rockdale...
The Gauthiers on Rockdale have also been quite busy coming though Silks yard and Silk himself,,, he was carrying something out to his truck and then he leaned in and I got pulsed several times,,,

Chris Yaikus lives across the street having moved in a few years ago, bud and kelly wanted to buy that house , it is next door to the LeGaults.  Chris owns a audio and video store?,,, He  installs the equipment, ,,, he has ladders,  vans, work trucks,;picture below,, called creative video and audio,, a German friend of mine thought it funny he used the German K. he likens this technology tactics to Nazis.. I agree.

with logo,,, I put a picture on my Facebook page,,,of his vans.I have long thought I was hit with ACOUSTICS,,, I JUST KNEW IT,,  I was in bed and being hit incrementally and just perchance,, I moved my hand up and it hit a ball,, and bounced off my hand,,, nothing was there,,,, most people think it takes a lot of energy to disrupt the mind and body,, but if you think of what we are,, we are a low frequency, energy animal.. it does not take much energy to disrupt us.

the person on the back road had on this distinct black and white outfit,,, I stood outside on our lawn and just watched as Chris the father was in his truck I could see his shadow and his exhaust....The kid came out of the house with the same black and white shirt jacket on,, same exact configuaration,,, he got in the truck and drove up the street on his way to school, they saw me as I saw them,, then one night I was being hit on the side of the head,, with this spark gap device,,, that shoots out a big intensity spark,, like a concentrated sparkler...it will come across the street and hit me,,, what I have on that attracts I know not, but I do attract it,,, as the incident with Jeffrey Schietroff proves..he planted this device in the leaves at the bottom of the fence,,, or thereabouts,,, maybe behind it,, but jeffrey used to go out every morning and pick up trash as cover , he also picked up his device,,, one morning unknown to him I had gone to 7-11 early for milk,, as I came around the fence to go to my house , he had cupped hands,, and as I passed behind him a good 15 feet, this spark flew out of his hands and hit me in the face, I was standing in front of a chain link  grounded fence. but yet the spark hit me ,,, so I must have a charge on my body somewhere,,, the neck is where that pulse ended up when I got hit on Forest st.. a few years earlier. I was traveling 35 almost to country road,, a pick up jumped in front of me,,, and slowed me down,, unknown to me was a pick up in back of me,,, they pulsed me through the car,,,, it hit my sternum,,, bounced to my clavicle and hit the back of my throat,,, I thought I was dead, I pulled over looking for book really thinking I was dead,,, and if this was death its very similar to when I was alive... amazing,, I looked down thinking of blood,,none..
so I think what they did was put something that could take a charge,,, and keep it,, for this stuff is attracted to me,,, all the time,,, sometimes they just send a spray but like the spark gap just a small high intensity spark,,
The Yaikus house used to set this device on their front steps,,Jeffrey did the same he would put this spark gap device on his front steps and it would fly across the street and hit me,,, same with Yaikus so one night I got up  to go investigate it,,, and just as I came around the corner of Stacia's shed...to his front door,,, his son was walking back into the house,,, and the spark gap device was gone,,no spark,  I know the people around me have through wall cameras... the have to hone in , to the target,, it may take a few times and adjustment but they do,,,,they can always find me,...

Much has happened since last I wrote,,, so I will add it here, everything I can remember,,, Bud had an affair last  summer ,,, kelly stopped it,,, he got a txt in the end of dec. 16, to feb 16,,, ,,, from this woman when she should of been blocked,,,,,kelly got drunk,, and went crazy,, she beat bud up and I got involved and she popped, me I popped her back she was out of her mind,,, I never saw a person out of their mind before,, if she was not,, she was the next  best thing to it,,, drunk as a lord,, and made as hell..
I guess she wanted him to stay so she could keep beating him up,,,they were locked in battle,, kelly on the coach,,, backwards,,, lying down he was over her,, I thought he was after her,, but not so,, he had blood on his face,,,and she was hanging on to him,, so I kinda loosened them up he ran out the door,, she after him grabbing his clothes,,,, she lost her pants and her wig,,,she has alpacia


I keep sensing cheries hand in all this after all she knows about the weapons,, is part of the system and she helped David Diachision with his court case,,,,last summer, I know Stepanie and David are not smart enough to do or know about it,,

Zeal,, I told the DSS person , kelly had two things in her life she valued above everything else,,, one is her fidelity and assurance of buds too,,, then he fucked up,,,, the dick rules the mind of men,,, we should not forget that as women,,,rules made for the dick,, by other men,,, like the church making it a sin for a wife to refuse her husband sex,, a sin,, these son of a bitches made it a sin,, thats why Irish women had large families and died young.. anyway,,,
Anyway,, meanwhile Kelly and I got into it,, after we both popped each other in the face, and went in,, she followed me to the kitchen,,, I picked up a frying pan and she a pot,, and battled it out,, battle of the pot and the frying pan,,,she got cut and blood was streaming down her face and blood all over the floor,,,bud wiped it up before it stained,,, he has been puking really hard couple of times,, Jill says he does it every few months,,, I mean real bad puking and I believe it was the perps because when I went into my kitchen I could feel the effects and wanted and did spit up, several times over several days,,, the reason I think this is important is I told bud to go to work,,, even with all this,,, that he could not afford to stay out of work,,,,I said this in front of the cop, ,, this throwing up is something new,, I have not heard him do that before,, maybe once a long times ago,,,last summer I thought it was DEvin,,,

 I know the perps can make you throw up,, they did it to me several times,,,,so to feel the effects as Bud was in bed from the effort... I know who is doing it and why, they want us to lose this house.... and we probably will
I see Cheries hand in all this,, after all ,,, she is at war with me too,, manipulation,, the manipulator is being manipulated,,,,to manipulate the target,, fun,,, amazing how controlling these devices are..
anyway ,,, kelly went to jail,, she came home thinking she had been there for 24 hours,, only 8 hours,, she thought I had hit her on the head while asleep on the couch this is what she told Jill,,, that is not true,,, I would only do that to Bud,,, lol
anyway,,, he and I went all over the house looking for the key to the car,, bud wanted it she hide it to good, we did not find it,,,
I told her not to drive,, she was going to,, and I stopped her by following her out,, she went out the back to the front,,,
Ever since them Bud has been throwing up,,, James was here, and caused me trouble,,,I told him he cannot come here anymore he has to find a place, elsewhere,,, DSS wanted to know if anyone else lived here,, I said no,, because james does not he was over his father for 3 weeks,, then detox , then one night here then detox again... he will not be allowed to come here again,,,
anyway,,, we go to court 4 march 16,, I see presiding justice is Barretto,, I got something to say to him ,, I hope he does not piss me off,, because if he does,, I will unload on him,,,corrupt fucker,,,

I drove into Boston to drop James off at the detox,,,i had not driven in a while so I was rusty,, james kept on urging me to go faster and I would not,,,,I dropped him off ,, he was good for a bed in Detox,,, this was Tuesday night ,, and drove home ,, saw I needed gas ,, it was on real low,, lot of stress from that,, hit the first gas station after Tobin bridge,,,I was sure I would run out of gas,,could not get the gas cap off the car,, so I tipped the dunking Donuts guy a couple of bucks for doing it,, I couldn't get it off.

 James called like I said this morning, and I told him he has a lot to think about,, where he's going, what he's gonna do,,, he mentioned getting that subboxone script from that doc in lowell but he does not have it yet,,, I txt danielle that he has 500 in taxes coming back,, and maybe we can buy him a ticket to his friend in CA.. he can go visit,, maybe when he comes back he will be civilized,, he was really mad at me for not giving him my laptop,,, he was to fucked up,,,so he cut the side of my seagrass chest , 5 inch slash,, the more I get to know him the more fucked up he is.   and I don't want him to look for drugs on my laptop.,,,

Dan just txted me back and said it was jacks friend and no,,, so I asked why,,,
he has a lot to think about,,this is another perp thing. I know the guy next door,,, stacia's son was approached by a woman who was on the other side,, probably LeGault,,, who I HEARD,  tell him that James was staying here and he was a thief,, so this summer when he comes back,, he spends it in Florida,,, I shall ask him who it was and what was heard,,, I think he will lie,,,

The cells in our brain, the long part like spaghetti, has a bulb on the end are called neurons, the space between the bulb and the next cell is called a synapse,,, 

along the long end, a charge of electricity is sent,,, this is a thought,,,

At the space between the synapse,and the next neuron,  is where the electricity is changed to chemical and this is where memory is stored, in these chemicals for longevity because the electrical part of the thought is not long term,,

A Radio broadcast goes through walls,, right?  You all can hear radios within the home, using a radio frequency,, the same type of frequency as in the brain, maybe faster or more powerful but its still a frequency and if you go to wikipedia and look it up it will explain more clear than I could ,if you are curious about any of these words  use wikipedia and you tube. 

The older analog TV, worked with antennas,,, the TV station sent out a wireless broadcast in 360 degrees around its antenna,in certain frequencies, , each home had an antenna which picked up the signals from the station, an antenna on the roof, ,a wire went from the antenna  to  a receiver that brought these signals into your TV, this antenna system is called Analog,, 

digital which most of us have now is a wired system, your cable,,, digital is a more precise system,,,working on dots  of energy rather than  waves . 

V2K is similar to the analog system it uses antennas, thats why its so portable,,,

your cell phone each one has an antenna,, it transmits and receives, and has been used as harassment devices,,,I was told years ago it is an App.

V2K  instead of broadcasting in a complete circle around the antenna, 360 degrees it only broadcasts in one degree, that is called directed energy,,,

From what I understand V2K is two frequencies one inside the other,,, it has a carrier frequency and the video and audio just like old fashioned TV,,, that has audio and video as well…

the carrier goes through walls and brings in the second frequency ill say thats the audio and video aspect,. for instance if you take a piece of paper and try to throw it through a window it won’t go.. but if you wrap it around a rock it will go through the window, this kinda works like that..

This is pulsed at your head with whatever information they want, they can make you howl at the moon, commit suicide , murder, thievery , and they walk away unscathed,,, they steal from us all the time. 

The subconscious picks this pulsed information up and it registers with the subconscious as a command , this is what is overridden,, these are called triggers,,, pulses.  The brain has the subconscious,, that has the flight or fight mode,,,on the plains of africa in our ancient paste we need to survive and that is how our mind was programmed,, other animals have it also. To alert the body to danger and have the mind make one quick decision, do I fight this or run,, “flight or fight.” This program, this aspect of our brain,

 controls and overrides all else..

 this is the basic element of our brain,,, our body, our selves,, the brain body does not think about it but instantaneously reacts without doubt,,, for instance if we see a car hurtling toward us, do we flight or fight..That kind of decision. 

If you tap into this subconscious mode you control the person because these ideas sent to your brain via V2K superimposes itself over everything else,,,, and they control you, deTocqueville a French philosopher once said “If you control a mans habits you control the man.”

Woody Norris’s company ATC, AmericanTechnology corp,, has a office in Maine,, I went up to see them and they demonstrated LRAD and their version of audio spotlight,,, they called it HSS hypersonicsilentsound.

 The military aspect does go through walls,,,We know this , we as targets experience this. V2K is also portable and long distance,, the pulse itself is a weapon. When you get hit with it,,, big pulse or pinpoint you feel beat up. It has force.. 

V2K can also be a beam and can stay on you for a while,,, I know they used to play movies as I went to sleep , and I would watch on the back of my eyelid, as they played different movies,, mostly fractals I always wondered if it had a hypnotic effect. I’m sure it did. 

Triggers ae short intense pulses,, with audio sometimes video, with anything they want,,, for a command,,, these triggers work too, , I was triggered, My neighbor has a drive way and I was walking home from the bus stop,,, I took a right hand turn into this neighbors driveway,, I have never been on his property before or since,,, he was standing with this man and a little girl with white blond hair,,, I walked up to them commented on the little girls hair and walked away,, as I did , the man turned to my  neighbor and said, “See I told you what she would say.” I heard him as I walked away.

 That is how pulses/triggers work and it cane very serious,, car wrecks,,, leave your house unlocked so they can enter and steal anthill you own…

It is great insight into how you could be targeted in the first place if you really haven’t had any conflicts, no real or perceived crime or terrorism connections. Even though these guidance is for academic institutions and universities it’s possible that local communities and municipalities have similar teams in place. Again no safeguards for accused to clear their name.

Many Targeted Individuals wonder how they could be placed on a list in the first place? Who has the power or the authority to do such a thing? If you live in a country such as the U.K. your local councils have this ability as displayed in the Jane Clift case. If you live in the U.S. or Canada it might be the task of what’s called a threat assessment team.

This team can be comprised of just a few individuals, to a team of many individuals. It depends on the company, educational facility, or community they are representing and what the specific needs are.

Some examples include members of Human Resource, Police Officers, Psychiatrists, Mental Health Professionals, Senior members of the department or division. In some cases there might be just a small team, who then liaison with various other departments. The team members are pre selected, so the team is already in place. The team should generally be trained in assessing workplace violence, violence on campus, what to do, who to call, and they might also be trained in profiling an individual, to enable them to make an assessment of wither an individual is a threat vs a none threat to the environment around them.

The threat assessment teams and who they are comprised of seem to make no concessions or allowances for being evaluated by a team of peers. Eg. In court cases they try to encourage a variety of jurors, so that a person being judged can be evaluated by a peer of their jurors. This in theory allows for fairer trials and outcomes. With the threat assessment teams there are no such guidelines for who the team is comprised of, or what the make up of the team should be. This may or may not account for why the Targeted Individual community has seen an above average targeting of females and minorities. In addition dissenters such as whistle-blowers, extremist site members, and conspiracy site members are also starting to show up above average.

Once in place the team is ready to take tips from the community around them. Generally the team will liaison with Human Resources, The police, Employee Assistance Program, Mental health, and when a report comes in they use these other resources to assist with their assessment of the Target.

Reports can be filed via a form, the reports can be filed anonymously. This means that the person making the accusation need not have any accountability for making a false report. This might not be the case in every area, but in most of the threat assessment guidelines I came across, reports could be filed anonymously. Keep in mind that report are likely primarily initiated by human resources, campus resources, etc. However anonymous reporting of any kind leaves an organization open to abuses of the system that might be difficult to identify or remedy.

Another little discussed police doctrine is “third party policing” that has been around for quite some time and described as a major shift in contemporary crime control practices. The purpose of it is to shift policing to new state where ” regulation becomes a layered web, with strands contributed by public agencies, professional and community organisations and individuals, and increasingly international organisations as part of globalised regulatory networks (Braithwaite & Drahos 2000). In essence it’s a global network of police informants where person has no choice, but to comply or else. Maybe snitch is not a right word – if it’s a new norm of forced public duty.
