it is very strange the drive bys have stopped pulsing the building, a young man downstairs asked , how I was, with is unusual no one talks to each other here, ,,, the targeting has not stopped for me I walked down to Stop and Shop for paper towels and some fruit and got pulsed on the way so the pulsing for me has not stopped but it has for the building. I'm glad for that. it gives me a rest from bing hit, but I think I will be forced out.

2. Entrainment is used at first, ideas that are similar to yours, voices 

that mimic your own and pulsed ideas that blow through the skull as if it was paper,suggestions that you think are your own thoughts, this is done very quietly at first ,so that you do not realize what is going on, this is called entrainment. You can be distracted by gang-stalking or apartment invasion, car accidents, sabotage of vehicles, these are all distractions, tactics for the main show and that is mind control.To train you into accepting these suggestions or triggers as your own thoughts, as time passes ideas are  imposed, thoughts become much stronger and you are less able to resist the commands/ triggers. Hypnosis is used and in some cases drugs.  20% of the population is very susceptible to hypnoses, 80% are so so, but can be coerced over time, and another 20% cannot be hypnotized at all. If you have seen the movie Manchurian Candidate that is a true and real scenario using today’s technology.

flight or fight mode to subliminal suggestions like a ripe melon. With 

this technology and entrainment anyone with these devices can come along and pop in any subliminal suggestion wished. Just aim it at the target’s head,, voice a suggestion or command in the targets voice, or near the target, and make it a strong subliminal suggestion. And there you go mind control. The intense compulsion is to obey, even when you know it is being done,You do obey.That is mind control and that is exactly 

what it does, Controls your mind. No one can defeat this technology ,as the mind does not have a firewall. That is the capability of mind control and that is what our gov’t is up too. That is why all these tactics and devices are under NATIONAL SECURITY, they do not want you to know how easily you can be controlled. To control your vote, to subliminally suggest self-defeating actions, you believe to be bad luck.
