THE REASON I WAS TARGETED,,, I HAD THE ADACITY TO TELL THE MAYOR OF OUR TOWN AT THAT TIME, THAT I DIDN’T THINK
BUILDING A GOLF COURSE ON OUR WATERSHED WHEN OUR WATER WAS BROWN , FOAMY, AND NASTY SMELLING.
I was trying to start a 5013c to collect funding to buy the land so I could leave it open space for the town and it’s watershed…At the meeting where
I said maybe three words,,, I was threatened by Torigian and he asked me my address with a very strange OOOOOOOOOO wavering up and down
I thought at the time what a strange reaction from him….a couple more items,,,
Stuart Cumins my HUD landlord was good buds with Torigian, Torigian did not tell me that the water treatment plant was being built, he never said a
word and this was in December of 96, the plant went online in 97, so it had to be planned and contracted and building started? He never said a word
if he had I think Leslie and I would of never continued.
HIs daughter , Torigian’s daughter never objected to what her father did to my life, she objected to the fact I went public with what he did. I guess
thuggery was normal in her life. It seems so as well in others, as her husband and the first responders at the fire house in this town have joined with
her husband in his harassment toward me.. When I came back from San Diego this is what I saw, this thuggery, this mean malicious thievery. It
seems endemic in this area.
I have never really liked Peabody because of this. I still don’t because that has not changed, they are still thugs, but now this attitude has spread all
over the country and is accepted as normal, within out gov’t, doesn’t say much for the leaders does it and the spread of this personality of a virus.
These devices can go right through your body, and hit the inside and burn the crap out of your esophagus and your lungs heart,, cook anything, burn for hours and burn you bad enough sometimes you wish to faint. I have been subjected to a lot of weapons. and know the abilities of many of them because of their use on me. This is why I am so concerned for the state of the nation. These weapons are so powerful, controlling and devastating. that is why I state this is a totalitarian state and it has been that way for quite a while now. They,,, whomever is they,,, can control kings and queens and presidents. I do not know who they is, I think it's beyond the intelligence communities, I think they are controlled by THEY ALSO. OTHERS FEEL THEY ARE THE MASONS, ILLUMINATI, MAFIA, KOCH BROTHERS?
I think Horton is the only other one who recognizes the creation and ability of THEY.

LINE, but I felt it would e some sort of a set up.. so I just walked quickly around him and left, I did not look good either, I was so sleep deprived I looked awful as that is how they want you to look so they can point the finger and say see "nervous breakdown" but the thugs don't do that anymore, , more and more know what has been done.
