court and Yaikus's van

I went to court today and I reminded the court twice at the beginning and at the end of the session, that the case last year with Steve Majur is part of this, the harassment case I brought to Peabody Court, 2014

But the judge totally ignored what I said .

Last week David mentioned to the court that he worked for the city,, and to me the demeanor of the judge changed.

This week I showed the video, you can see it on youtube..to the judge,,, he felt it was not important, he asked David if he had a gun, or ever owned a gun of course he said “NO”. end of that story,,,

but there was a picture posted on my relatives FB of my grandson with his air rifle and a couple of friends,, the judge made note of that and said it was “disturbing”,,,

David had pulled the picture off FB, and he got papers from Cherie about my blog, my comments about mind control and DEW .  

The judge talked about this picture at length much more than any attention he gave to my video…so basically the judge dismissed my video and launched onto three pieces of information,, one the pic of my grandson with his legal Air Rifle.. the other was this comment..

“Watch what you have done to my life, for the shit rolls downhill and that means what you have done to my family as well, I hope you love your children as much as I do mine,,,cuz your gonna need it to endure what is going your way..”

they felt was a threat?

This is what was important to the judge and seen as a threat, by me to David, It was taken out of context,, this was meant as a warning to David,,,,, why ,, because I know the full extent of DEW “directed energy weapons” and I believe in the future when the handlers run out of victims, they will turn on each other. I’m hoping and if history is true to itself, of this I promise.

 I also mentioned to the judge my account was hacked and how did he even know I wrote it? I perused it and it seemed to be somethings I wrote but then not.

So the judge went over everything and mostly concentrated on David’s allegations.. I would like to put the letter David wrote online, his first sentence is ,,

“Barbara Guillette appears to suffer from paranoid schizophrenia,”,,this is from this dumb piece of shit who is a meter reader for the city…I wonder where he got that from?

If it wasn’t so sad it would be funny.

They also went through all the papers they copied off FB and Youtube and circled every swear word,,, As if I was back in grammar school.

They mentioned I have a bow, and I was going to apply for a pistol permit. Which I never did.

My grandson has an air rifle that was posted on a relatives face page and that was a major issue..

My other grandson is a drug user and has moved in with me. Whose trying to get clean.

That now seems to be a crime.

Then below all this he writes 

in bold lettering 

At what point in time will she feel the need to kill all of us to stop the delusion?

Excuse me who is the paranoid one here?

The judge said he expects us to be back here, and I told the judge again Steve Majur,, the harassment case I had in court last summer was part of this, ,,, the judge did not address this at all, not one word,,, that  this is part of this group harassment , neither one of us could come up with definite proof of harassment. but Steve Majur's case could possibly fulfill that criteria as being part of this.

1. We needed definite THREE ITEMS OF HARASSMENT

video, photo, verbal,witnesses.

2. We need proof of a device in the handlers/perps hands with a pulse leaving the device and hitting us.

3. We need a device, I have a device.

What did I expect? I expected the judge to tell David Diachisin, to stay away from me and leave me alone,,I asked the judge to do this, he did not tell David this. Not one word!

 The judge knew this was part of last summers case , he knew who I was, He dwelled on mind control, which was ok with me, and devices,,, I was not bothered by that being brought up. No Problem with me, and the judge is probably right,, we will be back in court,,, because David will not stop,, the judge did not tell him to leave me alone,, so basically it is carte blanche on my life using high intensity acoustic. 

My other neighbor is in the video and audio business as you can see by his vans he has two of them.  How do I know Chris Yaikus is involved , because I was almost pulsed/blown out of my apt. by directed acoustics,I have long thought that It was acoustics I was being hit with,,it will burn the flesh if high enough amplitude, it came directly from this house,, straight shot through my bedroom,,,not only that but his oldest stepson used to jump the little fence in back, walk the few feet in between Cherie Rathbun’s  garage and house and pulse me, one day he had on a distinct black and white  outfit,, I saw him pulsing from between Cheries house and garage,,, I went outside and one minute at most the kid comes out the front door, gets in the pickup and dad takes him to school….every morning this kid pulsed me.

So ask me again if this audio and video person is involved?

the more I think of this the madder I get, at how the judge colluded with my perp, private sessions , the pic of my grandson, the veiled threat. The mention of drugs, but most of all ignoring my claims, all of them.

I became the defendant, and I heard of many other TIs who received the same treatment from the courts, it is a general court wide mandate from govt, it has to be, otherwise how could the courts react in the same manner nationwide?

chris yaikus lives across the street , this is his business van, he has bombed our house several times with acoustics to the high intensity of burning the skin, almost throwing me on the floor,  his stepson used to go between cherie garage and house and take shots into my bedroom,,I never could find out who it was, because he would hop the little fence and go back inside through his back door,,,there never was anyone on the back road......until one day I saw him between the garage and house with a distinct black and white outfit on, as I went across the street he came out of his front door with the same outfit on,,, got in his stepfathers pickup truck and was driven to school, he did not have his license at that time.. So this van solidifies for me that chris Yaikus is ground zero for making and passing out these devices to the locals... He would have the know how and knowledge to do it,,The logo on his truck is interesting as well.

chris Yaikus has these two vans parked in front of his house, audio and video, Chris Yaikus is ground zero HES THE GUY MAKING THESE HIGH INTENSITY ACOUSTIC PULSED DEVICES THAT HAVE BEEN BLOWING THROUGH MY APT.  He's the guy. He's trained his son , acoustic because of friction will burn the skin. Leave bruises, I had many.

I feel it was a warning to me,, about the mention of mind control and such,,,I would like to put the letter David wrote online, his first sentence is ,,I also told the judge this may not be what I wrote, because I had just been hacked several times, so then he asked me if I wrote what David presented,, I had perused it,,but started to read in earnest but only got beyond a few pages and I showed this to the judge, so basically he asked me if I wrote it and I tentatively said yes..not absolutely sure of that answer.

4th of July

I think I wrote about this already but Im not sure,, so I thought I would write about this again,,
I was in the Navy 77 to 82,,, in Florida,,, Mayport worked on a tug boat...I loved it I think it was one of the best time of my life.
I worked for Senior chief Eardeley... Robert..Andy was on the fantail as we backed into an Iralian ship that was snug in the corner, we had to pull off the pier by her stern,,, so we backed in  and senior chief got about a tug width from the ship,, the ships deck was about  2 stories high over our heads.so it was no mean feat to throw a line up.
The end of the line consisted of a monkey fist a round wight made out of rope with a weight inside... tied to a smaller  rope.which then was tied to what is called a Hawser,, about six inches in diameter made of woven nylon.
Andy was on the fantail and made three attempts to throw the monkey fist up over the rail. then the sailors would take it and put it through the choke pronounced chalk, can't remember how to spell it, it is a huge metal circle welded to the deck of a ship so the rope is passed through it , so the rope won't swing and destroy articles on the deck. and then over a bitt,,,he failed all three,, I was disgusted and got really mad because the Italians were making fun of him,  so I asked senior chief if I could do it, he said ok,, go on down,, so I went down on the fantail and told Andy to give me the line,,, he didn't want to and turned to senior chief to see what he would say and senior chief nodded his head.
I took a good wind up,,, and boy Im telling you all the anger at these guys,, making fun of my Navy,, well it guided my hand,, it went right through the chalk,,,, and caught the Italians off guard so they had to scramble.  Right through the hole... I was so excited. but kept my cool.and just nonchalantly walked off the fantail..
I got inside everyone was grinning.Donner was the only one to say anything with a big grin,,, I think that moment was my moment.. to show everyone that a woman can do it as well if not  better than a man.. my moment for me in the sun..I still remember how proud I was of being a woman and in the Navy.. I still have those memories to keep my warm..
4th of July.. 2015.
James went to lynn to see his families fireworks,,, he is looking good,,, he seems more stable,,, I think he needs detox though. I bought him a couple of new shirts,,,and he wore them today.he lost weight must be the diet I have,,, pretty vegatarian.   he weighs around 200,, but looks much better than he has in a long long time...hes bored and I told him to enjoy being bored,,, I told him he has a cycle.. he must even it out,,, he finds a job,, gets paid,, goes on a binge,,, runs out of money. straightens out.. so he is aware of his cycle now... and maybe he can handle what he is going through and have a normal life.....I don't know,,, Im trying the best I know..we shall see.bjg
