To the point...
Peabody burned down their water treatment plant,,, by installing his intensity halogen lights on the roof/eaves where the birds could nest and the eves caught fire... I guess bird poop is flammable along with the dried out stuff from nests. The manager of the plant told me what started the fire. He was sleeping in his little car in the driveway while the guys worked. I was going home and stopped to inquire about what started the fire.. I was in bed 11 days from the flue....The local police blamed me for it,, that because I wrote on the internet what they were doing to me, some terrorists burnt the water treatment plant down... so I got blamed ,,, then the local Knights of Columbus blamed me also they said someone tried to start a fire in their chapter by burning a newspaper in a bathroom sink. they offered 5,000 reward.. I don't think anyone collected it...Funny place to start a fire in a sink... porcelain is sure to burn!The reason I'm blamed,,federal funding for all the new toys they got free.
I saw the treatment plant guy here soon after I moved,, I bet he was mad as a wet hen because I wrote about it later... on the internet. so they blamed me as terrorist... maybe I was m, maybe I wasn't... but I know one thing nests do burn and the plant was finished in 97...It also was falling apart,,, it needed to be repointed,, cheap cement... anyway the point of this letter is I nowhere these sisters of dementia the daughter the husband and some kid,,, I think he's a nephew or some than theirs another relative all after me they blame me for living here,, the kid as a lot of non lethal weapons... my question is where did he get them from and who gave them to him...that is my question, who gave Alex is device....he neighbors and their relatives who are part of this.. Maintenance is involved all of them Ryan Alex mark,,,dan... all know and partake of the abuse... so those are my questions I would also like the names of maintenance,, as well. I have put a copy of this letter in the Ipswich police dept for continuity.

The targeting as gotten worse 24/7.

my biceps have had holes filled in them,,, that makes the arm weak and any movement is excruciating pain quick stabbing pain. My head is always dizzy and feel very ill all the time.The cartilage is blown out around my thumbs as well as my arms..My teeth are broken..My eyes ae worsened using the prism device the perps stole the plans from me.Constant severe headache, not really a headache just pain in the skull area, the neck is the worse,,, constantly pulling my head to the left side..your to sick to do anything even typing this is difficult. and the tis what they want. old decrepit and eventually will kill yo. I also saw the word evict again so that means that the perps want to have me evicted live under a bridge and eventually kill myself and that definitely is not me. Every time I cough I pee my pants because they have weakened that valve.
The United States is no longer what it was... it is now a totalitarian state by the intelligence companies and security companies and it with mind control be a zombie land. I have seen the power of these weapons for years and have tried to warn others and defeated many times by the perps. I wonder how this will be written up in the history books,,, mostly erased as to the horrific crimes carried out by these intelligence agencies.
Trump üst killed an Iranian general assassinated him and everyone here in the US is astounded. General Suleimani was his name and many feel this is the death to start WW3..Even on PBS Shields and Brooks said they have no idea what will happen and I think are astounded as well.Seems like Iran is going back to its nuke setup...Who can blame them we have involved ourselves in Iran before and not to it's benefit. the guy who moved John McLauglin in with his red truck is back and I wonder if John is moving out.I know he is part of this after I saw him talking to Frank Deantonio. Yesterday I called the Ipswich police and left a message to call me for Sergeant Eric Copithorne he came up to speak to me about the back door that was pushed open by unlocking the knob. I thought I would ask him about radar guns see just how much he knows about them ...and inform him about caner and the guns.
