john is my next door neighbor, big guy, ug belly, not bad looking and I think he is part of the targeting, I think he flipped,, a lot of pluses come through his room and he said he was an engineer? how about a mechanic,,, works on machines of some sort and the other day he let a device in the hall, looked like a tiny silver blimp,,, about a two foot long and maybe 18 to 24 circumference, i asked john if it was a compressor he said no, it carried O2, just carried air?thats what he said, but I think it was a compressor...the other night I was woken to pee and evidently John's fan got hit and turned off he came out and headed for the electrical switches,,, I went to the toilet and saw him on the way out, then tonight he left for work,,, and carried this tool bag, never saw that before usually his bike,,,when I was woke it was with ELF pulse.. real low,, murderously low..the first pulse I think was from the merceneary maybe teaching or instructing john what to do? they do instruct others and the perps do not want to do drive bys easier to be discovered I guess they like to get real close and hidden next to the target, that's me.
