I THOUGHT IN THIS MODERN WORLD, I HAD OTHER MORE INTELLIGENT CHOICES. BESIDES I DIDN'T THINK ANY RELIGION RESPECTED WOMEN AS THEY ARE, THEY WANT WOMEN TO BE WHAT THE MEN THINK WE SHOULD BE. MY GRANDSON'S SURGERY
MY GRANDSON WAS USHERED INTO SURGERY FOR A BROKEN ARM, FOREARM AND ELBOW,,HIS FRIEND ALSO GOT A BROKEN ARM , THEY HAD A FIGHT AND WENT AT EACH OTHER WITH BATS, AT LEAST THAT IS A STEP UP FROM GUNS..

A BROKEN ARM AND A THREATENED HOUSE-
Today the 26 of March 13 a few days before my birthday,,,A few years ago birthday was a good time for me,, as with most things in the perp-Ti world things start out positive and then go dark.
My birthday was one of those things,, I was told a few years ago, that birthday presents do not necessarily have to be good and that is true,,my perps made sure of that. I was told my life was saved because Torigian and company wanted me dead, so these other friends of mine who have great influence in this world of mine, told me they saved me from death. I wonder if that is a good thing,,all this could of been avoided. This long drawn out death instead.
Last year I was made to leave the house go across the street sit on the big granite rock and watch the land across the lake on fire as it crawled up the hill, (this is part of the land I was so concerned about , it is part of the golf course land,) while Happy Birthday was played in my head compliments of V2K,, voice to skull for those who have no idea of this subliminal controlling device from hell. Created by a madman to control other's thoughts and it works too, Don't, don't, for one nanosecond think it does not.
Manchurian Candidate is it's middle name.
This year my daughter and son in law told me last night that the gov't has taken his bank accounts and all funds in them and shut them down. Locked down for 3 months, He owed them 34.00, that is thirty four dollars since 2009. He had to ask his relative for a loan to survive and not lose the house. Happy birthday to me.
I believe the gov't is doing this on purpose not only to enact revenge on me for doing this blog, but to pull money out for it's own use as the Cyprus gov't did in Cyprus. They went in and took only a percentage of people's money in Cyprus, I think this will happen more and more as time goes on to us in the U.S. for our gov't is indeed broke. They are making sure they take every one's money despite your low income, I only wish they would go after the rich with as much fervor, but the rich as always sits in a different seat than the poor.
I also got a phone call this morning that my oldest grandson, a man I love dearly, got into a fight and had his arm broken, is this a coincidence,, nope not in my eyes,, I know who my perps are and emailed them the other day and they usually retaliate, I'm sure this is it, he is in hospital waiting for surgery, his mother is with him. He should not be in Lynn.
In another way I hope this wakes him up and he goes back to school. I am looking for a welding school in this area without success for him , he is interested.
I believe this is part of my birthday present.
I believe the email I sent was subliminaly done via V2K,, done on purpose , the perps, seem to always need an excuse to do what they do. To have the Ti write a letter, or speak to someone, or go for a walk or do something they object to and then they beat the shit out of the Ti or do something to their family. That is classic perp tactic. I wonder if it makes them feel better, that the perps can point a finger at a Ti and say "see they deserved it," It is some kind of psychological release or excuse they need, required for them.
I wonder who started this and for what reason, it had to have been a shrink, it is to complicated for the normal gov't jerk and yes you are jerks for not speaking out against this horrendous situation my country has put itself in. bjg

WHAT HAVE I LOST DUE TO TARGETING
I lost years of life, money, apt. job,,, happiness, security, friends, relatives, credibility, function in life,,time with my grandchildren productive years at work. Many productive years at work, ,
I shall add to the list as other things occur to me.
I had hoped in my older mature adult years that I would be a mature member of this tribe I call the human race, respected for my insight and years of wisdom,, seems like no one cares. I think the wisdom I have experienced is important. The trauma has sidetracked that image of myself. That secure
image of myself in my life,,, they swept that all away..
I lost my job,, here is how it happened, I was being severely sleep deprived,,all Ti's it seems start with this, it softens up the target. I was targeted , even though the term had not been invented for us yet.
I was so sleep deprived, I was a walking zombie this also gives the appearance if you are dizzy, disorientated, disheveled. I was a mess. I remember I needed sleep so bad , I thought I could do this to escape. I went to my work having a key, I always opened in the morning, so this Sunday I drove there and went in and grabbed someones coat and fell asleep.
Scott Burns had followed me there, I saw him turn around in the parking lot and leave.. I slept almost all day, until El came in to do some work on Sunday, she was kinda upset so I left..I was exhausted, but that was just enough sleep for me to recover from the passed out state I was in.
Scott Burns who was employed by Eastman gelatin came back and let me know he was there. Who was I going to tell, who would help me, no one, and they knew it.
He was out front in all jeans,, jacket, pants,,tall thin good looking, he stood in front of the beauty parlor and was looking through to the back of it. I was going to the bank as was my habit during lunch, I recognized him. The back door to all the shops was left open during the day, I think he gained entrance that way, we also had this wicked tall ladder that went right to the ceiling in this hallway for the workmen. He found out somehow we only had an alarm in the front the back was not alarmed. He went up the ladder and into the clinic, he turned open all the aspirators in all the rooms, so that when you turned on our compressor, a huge compressor it sounded like a jet engine going off and caught El's and my attention, for we knew all would be shut off before the compressor was shut down ,,scared the shit out of us.. I knew he was sabotaging my work and he used to use frequencies through the wall as I worked. After a time I got so stressed, still sleep deprived, apt. invasion , car sabotaged,,,it was just stressing me out everywhere I went as it was meant to do..It worked.
I quit, but as with anything after all this, I think this was mind controlled as well..I also knew with the entrance of the office and the compressor that things for my boss would get very bad , in order to get me to quit, on some level I knew that would happen. I loved my boss and quit so I would not have to put her and the others through the harassment I had been subjected too, I knew Burns and co. was capable of . I want to make sure people whose read this understand I loved my job I would of never left it, loved my boss and even though I used the term quit , I was FORCED to leave, constant harassment, DEW, and Scott Burns constant presence. I want to say this again I was forced, FORCED to leave my job by Scott Burns without a doubt , he's the same asshole who followede to the Grand Canyon, and he is now 12 Nov 14 he has been in this neighborhood for three days visiting frank Anderson , cherie Rathbuns , and david Diachision staying at each house for a very long time.
I loved my job and would of never quit, I finally found a boss I had an allegiance to..I loved her she was Chinese and was very good to us. She even asked me back after I quit. I worked hard for her and I was good at my job, not only for me, but for her, I wanted to become a manager. I thought maybe I could under her. I worked as a temp for a while, then stopped doing that, I let my license elapse,, mind controlled. I was put on disability because basically I was disabled,, I was a total mess.
This was not going away, I tried everything and nothing worked to make them stop,,NOTHING. It is ongoing today. I am in a program, you cannot fight it, it is covert, you cannot fight covert. It does not exist. If you do not talk about it, it does not exist, that is what the perps (perpetrators) say, and lots of TI's know this, this is why we have to speak out,,all the time especially now that our numbers are increasing exponentially for families are targeted.
This is how you dismantle a life piece by piece.

WEAPONS and DEVICES AND MORE TO COME
I want to talk about a few of these weapons that I actually saw,,, One looked like a blow dryer,, I could not get a good look at the back of it,, but it had a tube that was pointed out the window and glowed hot red. It was a small intense frequency and I picked up on it when it started and when it ended. It was laid on the top of a desk of sort,, bureau, and was pointed out the open window. Not at my house but parallel to my window,,, I felt the vibration as long as it was on, at first no one was in sight but then the perp, and he was a perp came and sat in the window and then he turned It off. The frequency I felt

The second device I saw was in NH, again it was a low fine frequency,,, I had a hard time locating the source at first, but stood in the middle of the room with eyes closed and slowly,,very slowly turned in a circle and eventually after several turns and minutes decided where it was coming from. I lived in NH at a relatives camp and the street was dark as only it can get,, pitch black without any light at all. No moon. I was alone.
I followed the frequency down the street to a hovel,, that is the only word to describe this small house.
Within a couple and their three wild children lived.
As I approached the light was very bright from her front window. I stood about 10 to 15 feet away from the window in the dark shadows with a clear view. On the table was a device, approximately 5 by 8 inches,, an inch high, black plastic with rounded corners and it had a green screen, 1/3 of the upper part of the device. It lay flat on the table and no one was present,, so I stood for a few minutes in the deep shadow and the woman, name of Vicki came out of the dark within and sat at the table. She looked at the device, jumped up, slammed down the shade and that was it. I think she saw my presence on her screen outside in the dark. Peabody , Ma. we had flower boxes built into our apt. building,, full of debris, never cared for,, I thought I would put some flowers in the beds, I told my assistant landlord about this and her reaction was very hostile,,, I was surprised,,free flowers to make our building better the office always looked like a million bucks but our building right next door always looked dirty and dumpy, so I decided to take out a petition to have flowers planted, so I took my little clipboard and went to see if anyone would sign,,not one person signed but I did have one strange reaction from one women , a warning,, she curled her finger over my clipboard and said,,I quote"Bad things happen to people who do this", my reaction was,,,hey "I live in the US. of A what could happen to me",, little did I know I had given myself away, profiled by the shrinks as a dissident and an activist,, a petition is a signature of a dissident and activist, I did not know that,,, but they did.. profiled and slotted.
HUD had a program Operation Safe Home ,,I do not know if it is ongoing, but it is local , state and fed police that raid big housing projects for rapists, killers , drug dealers and so on. After the raid is over the landlord and staff , including maintenance can alert everyone to tenants who show signs of the above,, also violence is on the list, drug dealing , etc.
This program was affiliated with the medical institutions. Here is how it worked ,,pretty simple really. Anyone put on this list was forced into hospital with DEW,,directed energy weapons,, this alerted the hospitals as to who these people were. The person was then forced into a locked down ward and evaluated for violent tendencies,, and diagnosed, as with all shrinks they of course would find something wrong with you even if you were normal. that is why when I was evaluated for violence at MGH in Boston by a doctor,,shrink name of Allan Walcott, his job, a gov't job was to fly around the country at taxpayer expense evaluating people for violent tendencies,,
gee they missed Sandyhook,Virginia tech and others,,gee guess they were looking in the wrong direction,,, I was female tiny, older , scared shitless , and shooter are generally young, male, white and middle class, upper middle,, oh excuse me Virginia tech was oriental. Seems like they didn't know where to look. Fucking assholes.. Stupid fucking assholes. The experience in the emergency room was so fun,,,, I think I will save that for another blog post, this was the method used. A dumping ground for HUD and all HUD's buddies.

When your name is put on this HUD program for whatever reason,, you are monitored, outpatient is cheaper than inpatient. This is how I ended up as a targeted individual,, through HUD , through Torigian. My landlord was BF with Torigian, you know the good old boy network, Torigian used this as a dumping ground for anyone he wanted, and I wonder how many he went after, before me,,, I heard rumors he did this to some cops , maybe this is why he was in office for years,,, 23,, till he died.
When I was in the meeting with Torigian, he asked me where I lived, so I told him 50 Warren St. a huge HUD complex , when he heard my response, he gave off with a very strange reaction,,, doing a long multi noted OOOOOOOOOOO, very strange for a grown man but he was not the most mature man I have ever met. I think it was a verbal wringing of his hands in glee because he knew exactly what he could do and the people who would do it for him.

THE MEETING no. 2
Maybe I should start at the beginning, so that you can get some idea of who I am through this blog and my story. I live in a pretty small city, city hall is ruled by a click, inbred group. The mayor was in power for 23 years, so he pretty well had knocked out all opposition, he ran unopposed , I believe because of his tactics, I know I was not the first he used them on..
It began with a large large tract of land and I walked this land with my dog summer and winter for quite a few years..I heard rumors that this large tract was going to be made into a golf course and I felt it was a waste,, not that I dislike golf, it's OK. It's just that we already have one golf course in town on prime land,, private but nonetheless it is there. This was to be a public course. Right in town.
I met Leslie on this land while I walked and we discussed the coming golf course, we hated the idea, Leslie has already written letters to Torigian and the paper. I had not up until this time. We met a couple of times and discussed strategy, to enlist others to our fledgling organization. I made a video and was going to copy it and send it to several people and organizations to enlist their aid,,we wanted to buy the land and leave it fallow for the future use of Peabody and her people,,not for some rich man's ball and stick game..For all the people to enjoy.
I wrote a letter to the paper also asking for people who were interested, I put my phone number in the paper. One of the things that was done, I had call forwarding and would come home and my phone would click click for tons of times... The call would come in and be routed out to whomever they wanted, told whatever they wished. I found out later my landlord Stuart Cumins a HUD landlord was one of the old boys network in my town, friends with Torigian. He let the boys, maintenance and Danny Mckenna into my apt.
I knew the golf course was a done deal, but Leslie had created an album of animals, vernal pools and areas that she liked. I called her one day and asked her if she would like to make an appointment with the mayor,, show him her portfolio. She was hesitant and I thought nothing of it till later,So I made the appointment.
Cold, slushy day,we arrived at city hall. we waited a few minutes in the outer office and we were ushered in. Leslie to the left, I to the end and his bodyguard on my right,Torigian on the other end of the large table, and near the door. His bodyguard,,black slicked back Portuguese hair, short ,barrel chested, good looking,, gray sharkskin suit , double breasted,,he was short 5 feet,6inches maybe. I saw him twice after this meeting, once driving out of the down town fire station and the other on the balcony of the cabin they broke into in N.H. when they followed me there. He combed his hair different , foreword like Moe in the three stooges. HE THOUGHT i would not recognize him,but I did. He was accompanied by Jeff Grayson, whom I met later , he works still at Costco in Danvers. That is where I found out his name from his name tag. I recognized him also, later when he ran for councilor in Peabody. I told an influential friend about him,in order to get on the balcony, he broke into the cabin in N.H. where they had chased me, he did not win,,he came close to winning the councilors seat ,,but to make him feel he would win, but then his hopes would be dashed as they were. No one wants a thief on board. No one who would break into someone's home,,that's for sure. Later I went over and asked the owner if someone had broken in that spring,,she said yes.

I lived down the street from EG. Torigian confirmed EG as part owner. EG's land would be bought by the city ten years after "The Meadows" was completed. Underneath the course , the part owned by EG was a toxic dump.
I could not figure out why Torigian went after me so hatefully, so gangbusters, I was no threat to him, part of it I figured was his ego, but when I found out about the dump everything seemed to make so much more sense..As I left his office he threatened me, Lesie lamented as we left , she was never going to do this again, as she whined and cried. I turned and told her to shut up she was embarrassing me in front of these people and as I turned to walk out the door, Torigian stood in the doorway and blocked my way, he looked at me and said"Don't bite off more than you can chew" , I knew this was a threat but felt,,hey I live in the US of A what would my mayor,,my fucking dick head of a mayor do to me.
Two weeks later the harassment started and has not stopped since this was 15 years ago..They chased me all over the U.s. they drugged me , broke bones, stole all my money, broke items of value , I cannot replace. Made me give valuable things away, used mind control to wrap my life up into a little box and these boys did anything they wanted to do,,,ANYTHING, these weapons, these mind control, DEW weapons can do anything to their life they want to.
That is why I fear them so much,,, because these weapons these devices give those in power, the power of a nasty fucked up god,, because they can do anything to your life they want. How can you prove it, you can't and mental illness is used as cover for whatever they want... They blame the victim. It's all in my head,, fuck you , you pieces of wasteful shit.. I also want to put here The formula of destruction that was used against me and others it can be used against an individual as well as a country and Condeleeza Rice spoke of this formula in one of her speeches.
1. Destroy the infrastructure,, money,,home, car, job, and anything that gives you support
2. malign the reputation,,, mentally ill , pedophile, prostitute,, busy body any thing will do.
3. destroy something the person owns every day,,, it is debilitating to their ego

War from my perspective
War,,well what is it all about, two sides in conflict for many reasons or so it is said. I think war is primal, within our very genes. Ruled by our hormones, this testosterone which was once used to feed us, hunt for us , is now used in useless war.
War began in very ancient times as the great impulse to reproduce, only the strongest reproduced as nature intended. To pass on strong survival producing genes. This also meant that the male fought other males for right to reproduce, to protect land , which produced food, which attracted the females , which meant males could get laid , the strongest urge we all have. Pretty simple.. really .
Only today in our society the ancient sticks and rocks are now missiles and bombs. We can kill lots of people instead of our very surrounding few.
These devices or war are still used to protect the land. These primal roots are so deep we do not recognize them for what they are. Men still act as if they are living on the plains of Africa fighting for food and females. You see money does the same thing, it provides food and females,,yes also power and control comes after that. This is primal.
Football disguised at best does this in the modern world as are all the confrontational games, a place to expel our hunting and gathering energy,,useless in today's well fed world.
So we war, making some men dead, thinning out the crowds making other men fight, and as Proudhon stated, in his book on revolution,,," The General Idea of the Revolution".. I shall phrase it in my own words. he stated, Old men start wars , with increased population of young men, they fear revolution.
This concept was played out in Saudi Arabia during the Gulf war, Young Arab men were called to JIHAD, it entailed many reasons.
1. The leaders of Saudi Arabia cleaned out their ranks of young men at home who would want to revolt 2. It curried favor with the religious clerics, as the leaders were given a pat on the back to fight what the clerics felt was a religious threat from the U.S.. The great white satin.
3. The call to conflict also destroyed competition for females and eased the tension for lack of jobs for young men., and in a back handed way gave the American forces something to fight and practice on to become seasoned soldiers.

my neighbor,,, father and son
I live across the street from this father and son, when I first moved here I guess the father was interested in me in a romantic way , he asked the girl next door,, our gossip of the street to intercede on his behalf,,They became fast friends because she gossiped with him and paid attention to him and he liked that,
I was not interested in him having put that part of my life behind me, besides he smelled, I don't think a shower or bath was high on his list. Even his car stunk...not that he offered me many rides.. I made friends with his son Jeff who also was part of my group of environmentalist..
Blair the father had 3 fender benders in a row and I suggested to Jeff he should take his keys before he killed himself. The father is 83 ish and maybe older. He said no, he would wait till he got into an accident, now I'm sorry but I think what he hit would be important like another car full of people, so the son made me realize it was none of my business, and that is their choice, not mine, I did my duty. ,,,but he seems to be OK,,, No more accidents that I know of and Blair seemed to rub out and correct any marks on his van, I do not know if the son knew about all of them.
But this is not what I wanted to talk about. the son is gay and when his father went to Penn to attend to a relatives funeral he had his boyfriend over and I do not mind gay people .. I mind perps and the son ,,one night,,no moon,, I was walking up to the store and went through the back road, which the opening is right beside the father's side of his house, he has a deck there. I could not see who was there but heard voices but kept walking and I got shot so hard in the side of my head, I almost passed out and the son had gotten up and the shot came from exactly where he was, then he told his friend to come on and go in the house.
I was hit so hard I froze in my steps. This is the first suspected incident.. there were many others ,but always a doubt, I just had a hard time believing it,,, till one incident. I was walking by the gossips garage and got shot real hard in the chest,,,I mean a show stopper, and the angle was wrong for it to have come from her house,,,,, I thought it came from the gossips son who came out of the house at the moment, but the angle again was wrong...It appeared to come from in front of me, from the father's house.
I wanted to see if it came from the father's house, I was riding my bike and pulled a fast turn as I drove by and the father was standing in the window,,,,,exactly from where the last hard shot to the chest angle came from ,,, He saw me looking at him and put whatever he had in his pocket. I have been hit from this house many many times, but failed to believe it, I have been hit so many times real hard from this house, I have finally been convinced that much of the DEW has come from this direction. this house.
I also know the son works for the feds, he has access easily to these weapons,,why this father is after me is a longer story and will add that story in short bursts to my blog as I go along.

I was a member of the NRA,, I enjoyed it, always had weapons,,, after I got married, had a sweet 22 rifle , and when on the police, used a 6-inch 38, 12 gauge shotgun, m-16 in the military and a 45. Tried various other guns as well.
Today ,,, watching The McLaughlin Group,,, one of the speakers from this magazine (U.S. News and World Report) talked about his front page,,,it said,,," Shame on you U.S".. I guess the gun control issue was taken out of a bill. I normally would think assault rifles ban would be a good thing, but knowing what I know...
Knowing the weapons used, DEW, directed energy weapons and the capabilities of these weapons is incredible. And as my blog increases I will note the capabilities of these weapons that I have been subjected too. I have already spoken about 2 used on the plane blog, and will tell about more as time goes on and you will fully understand why we should stay fully armed.
I would of preferred to stay armed but when they put me in this program they got rid of all my weapons. I had a sweet hunting bow, in N.H. Pastor Vissor
I can't believe I am giving spaee on my blog to this yutz , Pastor Vissor, he hates Jewish people, blacks and is a white supremacist. He does have one good point , he feels women and men are equal. I do not think that is true and I will talk about why in another blog statement of why I think woman are superior.
We spoke of religion, he could quote from the bible as many of them can, twisting in the wind, he was somewhat surprising in his knowledge and he quoted scripture to back him up, they always do. One thing these people forget is that this book was written 2000 years ago, Another time, another culture, another life. Life was very small then , travel was a burden, life was indeed hard. You ate frugally, you lived poorly that was the norm. Famine, and other natural disasters were common.
The Romans from what I understand brought much civilization to the area,,public baths, the Colosseum, and other cultural episodes. Death lived at your door,,every day, not only from others , but disease and famine lived next door as well.
I just wanted to put my thoughts about women's dress here the Abbya, the long fully covered garment women in the Mideast still to this day wear.. This was acceptable until women became part of the upper class as well , then the men married within their class no longer dipping down and rejuvenating the lower classes economically. But not all, I have always been poor will probably without a doubt die poor, but consider myself a pretty smart cookie in some areas, not all , just some. That is why I agree with affirmative action,,, give them a chance, those deprived, they will rise with the tide. the Jews knew this long ago with education , that is why many doctors are Jewish, wealthy, wall street. We spoke of religion, he could quote from the bible as many of them can, twisting in the wind, he was somewhat surprising in his knowledge and he quoted scripture to back him up, they always do. Continuation from page 1.

Peter Torigian our mayor at the time,now deceased used it to shut up anyone he wished, anyone who went against him, and I heard he felt anyone who told him NO, in any way shape or form was considered enemy and to be gotten rid of, I told him no and look what happened to me.
Those who speak out against deep wrongs, like William Binney, former NSA whistleblower, who is speaking out against NSA for developing this super duper global data mining technology,,, he said it could gather info on everyone on the planet for 100 years. Buried out west somewhere.
I told Torigian NO, because I felt the golf course to be built was a bad idea, every surrounding town had one, we already had another, golf course iin our town , it was private, but soooo. Rich man's game, a stick and a ball. Big deal. I did not know this at that time but found out that Eastman Gelatine our local corporation subsidiary of KODAk owned 1/3 of the land and under that land was a buried toxic dump, I spoke to the man who buried it. The city of Peabody just bought this land a few years ago asking EG if they could find out what was buried below, EG told the city they could go below but if anything happened it would be the city's responsibility. That was under Mayor Bonfanti, The city refused and bought the land anyway. The dump is still there, my harassment is still here, the golf course was built, saving the corp millions if not billions if a superfund site and ,,,and I wonder if there was a kickback involved somewhere in that creation. A nice thank you for building the golf course over our toxic dump,, alleged. I also know there was a cancer cluster at the end of the streets next to the course , before it was built.
Today unfortunately I live down the street from one of Torigian's daughters, he had five. The son in law owes his job to his father in law,, he is deputy fire chief and boasts he makes more money than anyone who lives on my street. Of course he does have one of the nicest houses on the street.
One other daughters husband worked as head of maintenance, he left though, he was caught stealing railroad tracks or ties, never found out which and was selling them in Boston for scrap. He quit his job and went to Iraq setting up mash units. I do not know if he is still married to Jean (Torigian)Carnavale, a few years later with this new mayor, Bettoncourt , whose brother by the way is a cop, she took the job of head treasurer. I don't know about the other children , this is just from what I read in the paper, but she had a good education , Merrimac College. Expensive and Torigian the one who started all this, started out as postman and ended up wearing Armani. Not bad huh?

TODAY IS MY FIRST BLOG, sorry about the caps,,, as always I am home. I am kept home as many TI's are forced to do.. I don't know why, I think it is cheaper to watch and control and we eat and no excercise leads to poor health. So I can see many reasons for keeping us home and isolated.

One wonders how others react to statements made. I have found people do not like what I say in general. Those that like me understand that there is no malice intended,,I do not have any malice toward anyone except perps. Why perps,,,well they are being used and seems stupid enough to go along with the program, maybe it is the feelings of power over others, maybe it is the pay, for I know they are paid. I know this is a business. I saw several things over my 15 years of this life to make me believe that this is a business,,, similar to the drones.
The perps network is a network, they are paid and perps will do anything required as long as you have the money, as long as you can tap into this network,,everyone uses it, not only to get around the law and carry out things you wish, like harassing people, but other illegal things as well,,,,from murder to roses delivered. Everything has a price. The perps call themselves "zappers."
This war machine we have created has come back upon us.. in drones,, license plate readers, and cameras everywhere. "What goes around comes around. "
So now we do not have a major war, what do we do with our huge war machine, well it seems we turn it on ourselves.

I just wrote to my local police dept. via their tip line and told them that I thought all this technology will do them out of jobs,,like our manufacturing base is now in other countries, how Blackwater took over the military. I wonder how many cops will lose their jobs, to a man sitting at a desk watching everything via a drone, or cameras or license plate readers, no longer needed on the street except when called out from the main base. How many boots on the ground do we need with our eyes in the sky?

Done on purpose by Danny Mckenna who parked his ratty old truck late every day beside my car. He was staying in the empty apt. over mine. Later when I moved out and moved in with my daughter he moved in with his parents, who lived two houses from my daughter. He parked this truck outside his parents house and I noticed it,, only he had taken off the ladder racks just to change it a little so I would have that doubt,,,but Danny there was no doubt here, I knew who you were and where you were staying. I got a good look at your ugly face as well.
Danny McKenna was hired by EG and Torigian, this is how it all started for me. Danny was ensconced in the apt. above me,Scott Burns already worked for EG, Danny drilled a hole in the floor and I believe he lowered a hose over my face and pumped some sort of gas in my bedroom as I slept. They woke me up with a pulse and I could not breath, I turned to get up and fell out of bed on the floor, I had lost control of my legs. I crawled to the door and lay at the threshold and breathed for a few minutes, I regained some semblence of control and walked and banged downstairs like a drunken person , banging into walls my coodination was so off. I was not scared but concerned this gas whatever it was would blow the place up. I went out to the hall and summoned the two security guards into my apt. to smell the gas which one did , the other had a cold. I asked him to log it in his security firm and the housing security log, when I took HUD to court for this I requested both logs and was ignored.
So that is how it started for me,, they certainly got my attention. This gas was heavy but sweet smelling , if it is sweet smelling you do not think it is dangerous. So began my decent into this world I did not know existed. I was in for many many surprises.
