my neck is constantly being hit just above the shoulder blades this muscle pulls the neck in that direction,,, all the time,,, when I go out the perps aim for this spot,,,I was on a bus and this women in front of me kept jerking her head in one direction with these sharp intense jerks and the perps let me know this was my fate. this is the reason they were hitting me in this spot,,, this shows that these people have been doing this for a long time on different people...
