 they are protesting their leader's decision to purchase gas from Russia (at lower prices) rather than to stay with the EU. When you dig deeper it is a proxy battle between the Western Empire (which includes the US and EU) and Russia. The Empire wants to control Ukraine and install military bases there to surround Ruissia, while Russia wants the opposite. Ukrainian prez is pro-Rus but there is a certain segment of Ukrainian population which wants to remain in the EU camp. They are the ones who are protesting and are armed and instigated by the CIA/Mossad.
