bill binney , targeting wake up call.

You know it really really pisses meow, really pisses me off I was the first one to contact Bill Binney about targeting, then he goes to europe and speaks with Mangus Olson, I had already explained in not to far out language what was going on with targeting, From what I understand he did not believe me and only after speaking to Mangus did he believe this program against US citizens was alive and well and up and running against us.I periodically contacted Bill and told him of my plight and what was being done. he responded, then he gets this idea of a survey and Cait and Karla are involved and doing the work for him and Kirk so we do this survey, so far no results on that. I wrote a very good letter to wired abut targeting explaining how it is all done and Karla came back at me and told me I do not speak for her, so I told her to go to hell basically , before all this Cait contacted me and asked for Bill's email and I gave it to her, then she and Karla started to work on the survey. as I said no results. yet.
By the way my targeting is horrific, my wake up call was a vibratory pulse to the mouth which vibrates the whole body. I first saw this when I was leaving Leo Deroucher 'sh house on Friffin rod, I had bought his car,, a Chevy SS I should of kept... but was forced to sell. They dont' make cars like that anymore sigh..anyway , As I left Leo's house this enormous pulse ws coming down the street it filled the whole street on Griffon RD. and it came from Rick the dick head Nelson's house. it didn't seem to be hurtful and I was not afraid so I just continued on my way and it passed over me, I guess when it is small it is more intense and to be more careful of it then .  This is my wake up call. I want to kill these bastards and if I ever get the chance well we shall see. so again that is the state of the union at this time, mercenary's army  driving throughout the country targeting people with electronic warfare.
