Howdy found a paper and asked the library of congress to send her a copy,, they microfilmed it and it was unreadable,,

It stated that we bought,,, the US bought from Russia mind control technology..in other words they invented or discovered it,,,, we all thought ,, have read that it was invented by our navy scientists who discovered  mind control through the radar hitting the sailors  heads as they stood on deck..,that would be an interesting paper,, the library of congress does have it,,

I spoke with Kelly, I have been hit by Devin's xbox  every morning,,, at 4 a.m.  He is asleep now it is about  10:30 or so ...Kelly went for a walk,,, I told her I know about the xbox that I wanted to sue cherie and david diachision for the targeting,,,she said no,, maybe it was an electrical thing,,, it is not...

Jillian last week when I complained to Devin about hitting me and I bought him his ipod for his bday, otherwise he would not of gotten his air conditioner,,,

he did not deny it,,, and Jillian also chimed in stating she was tired of being hit as well.  I wished I had taped that.

I asked her to tell me how it is done, she denied it ,,now I shall remind her of what she said to devin,,,, how he converted or is using the xbox to target me.
Then I called Kelly  back and told her to aim the xbox on the other side of the room,, to move the one in  Devin's room because it is aimed at me,,,they also got one in Bud's bedroom and in the living room. So Devin can play anywhere he wants,,,,I want him to aim the game at Cherie's house.

it is only a slight flick of the wrist to aim it at me., this way he has to turn around,,,

.He was also outside when Matt Gauthier who lives on Rockdale and can target me from his back  second floor window, which he has many times..
Matt was targeting me when I was in the yard sitting down one evening, when I came out the left front gate  and Devin was standing there,, he saw what Matt did, pulsed me,,...He also gave me a false last name for   Matt Gauthier,   Jillian told me his real last name and I went over and recognized the truck he was driving,, black pick up..only one on the street..and that is where Matt lives..imagine that.
