Since 9/11 the intelligence community has taken over the planet, not only access to other country specific intelligence organizations but corporations as well. Using various methods of access wearing  the iron fist in the velvet glove. . From what I understand this was begun long before 9/11 but 9/11 gave them the fear and inroad as to make the coup de stat complete. NSA is only a data center collection and the CIA is the organization that carries out the function of that data.  In whatever form it takes. So that is how we have come to this.

Stress and sleep deprivation opens the subconscious to the flight or fight mode , which takes over all bodily functions. The intellect is shoved to the realm of quiet. Flight or fight is the root key of the mind, if you control that,, you control the person. If you control a persons habits, religion , patriotism, fear , by changing the habits to what you want, you control the person.


All the targets have been experimented upon using the high and low technology, to document the use of these technologies in the theatre of war, and the use for AI, to incorporate all human experience in robots. The existence of Directed Energy and Electronic Weapons has long been considered conspiracy theory or science fiction. Yet emails from defense companies to the Italian mercenary hackers ‘Hacking Team’ leaked to WikiLeaks confirm that:

* Both Directed Energy Weapons and Electronic Weapons do exist* Not to be confused with laser weapons now in military use, they are in fact categorised ‘Less-Lethal’ and/or ‘Non-Lethal’ weaponry specifically marketed to domestic law enforcement agencies
* The weapons have been ‘tested’
* The weapons are now ‘operationally feasible for the first time’
* The emails include a comprehensive list of companies who manufacture the weapons, including companies who manufacture Tasers and other law enforcement weapons
* The emails include a comprehensive list of law enforcement agencies to whom the weapons are being marketed
* The emails state that the weapons are being rolled out in the period 2014-2024
* The weapons are classified as ‘Electronic Warfare’

The mainstream has yet to acknowledge that such weaponry is in play. The reason for the restriction of the official information confirming the existence and deployment of these weapons to date appears to be money.

In the emails to Hacking Team, marketing company Visiongain Defense offers to sell them a ‘business report’, company-wide access to which costs 7000GBP or just shy of 8,800EUR.

The teaser for the report contents states:

New developments in technology have made directed energy weapons operationally feasible for the first time.

Though recent pressures on defence and law enforcement budgets have placed a strain on research and development and acquisition budgets the testing of new technology has shown good results and is likely to be further funded. Furthermore the acquisition of non-lethal systems is likely to be given priority status by many law enforcement departments to deal with the increasing number of civil unrest situations…

The synopsis continues on to claim that it contains details of 202 contracts awarded and ‘Less-lethal’ programmes worldwide. It goes on to state that ‘Energy Weapons Testing Continues’ and, alarmingly, that there is “Relatively Low Regulatory Pressure for Procurement”.

There are multiple further references to ‘civil unrest’ in relation to the development of the weapons:

According to Visiongain, the leading “Companies Involved with Directed Energy Weapons Programmes” which presumably involves the development and testing of the weaponry are BAE Systems plc, Ball Corporation, The Boeing Company, General Dynamics Corporation, KRATOS Defence and Security Solutions Inc, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Northrop Grumman Corporation and The Raytheon Company.

Visiongain names the companies supplying the weaponry as being Aardvark Tactical Inc., Brügger & Thomet AG, Condor Non-Lethal Technologies, Lamperd Less Lethal Inc., MACE Security International Inc., NonLethal Technologies Inc., PepperBall Technologies, The Safariland Group and TASER International Inc.

Countless citizens worldwide have taken to their personal blogs and YouTube channels to talk about their experiences of being Targeted Individuals (TI) and claiming that they have had such weaponry used upon them. my marriage

I dont' think I ever really loved a man, not like I loved my children, I would of easily given my life for them, but for a man nope,,, I was thinking of Donald my husband, and certain things I remember. I dhat I hated on sight. ont' think I ever got what I wanted in my marriage, except my two girls... and now when Im older I do't even have them. .I remember I emphatically told Donald I wanted a pearl for an engagement ring and he bought me this ugly diamond,, that I hated on sight. I should turned and ran away right them for that gave me a good insight into what my life with him was going to be like. He loved me, I think Donald loved me more than anything, but he wasn't aware of me. He didn't think of me or my happiness. He put me in a house that had the same lighting as his mothers, that took me years to figure out, we rented an apartment on the top floor on Summer st. and I loved it, sunshine all day, we din't stay there long, I think it was the rent, so he moved us on this street down by the bridge and it was gloomy and awful I hated it, but donald liked it , he rebuilt his motorcycle in the kitchen it was so ugly an apt.. I didn't care. besides he was neat and kept it to one side. then we bought our house , or rather went looking for a house and we saw one on riverside  with big windows and lots of sunshine and he wouldn't buy it he preferred the on e on Titcomb st. It was gloomy and old and wet and I hated it, he reshingled the outside and a new roof and ne windows . that I insisted on because they were so nice, then the inside was ugly. I hated it,,, I really hated it,,, no sunshine and it was spooky. I was glad when I left. after I left and saw him , before his motorcycle accident he told me he had fixed everything up in the house I wanted, it was to late by then but he apologized to me. He was sorry that he never listened to me and sorry that he never appreciated me and all the work I had done, so he could do what ever he wanted, I kept his life running smooth so his  home life was good. ... he never saw it until after I left and he had the girls when I joined the Navy. I do not know if I ever mentioned this to my girls, they are old enough to know but I left before they were born , I rented an apt. but went back because I was afraid to be alone,, I asked him to ask me to come back and he did, I was two to three months pregnant at the time , but didn't know it. So I ws kinda suck, then I got pregnant with kelly four years later and that made things harder. when we just had Danielle we did a lot of things,,, Don and my doc insisted I have my tubes tied he did not want anymore kids and when we divorced he had his tubes tied, I would of like one more,,,maybe a son but Danielle gave me the two boys and Kelly had Devin. , James is working hard straightening out his life and I have faith in Adam he will as well. he's just beginning to come out of his drug induced fog. He seems to be in a shell or fog he has this barrier up in his head... Then when I went to Dr. Wulbert, she was the girl's child psychologist, in San Diego, somehow she did it, I really admired her, in all ways, helped me read others. that mimic your own and pulsed ideas that blow through the skull as if it was paper,suggestions that you think are your own thoughts, this is done very quietly at first ,so that you do not realize what is going on, this is called entrainment. You can be distracted by gang-stalking or apartment invasion, car accidents, sabotage of vehicles, these are all distractions, tactics for the main show and that is mind control.To train you into accepting these suggestions or triggers as your own thoughts, as time passes ideas are  imposed, thoughts become much stronger and you are less able to resist the commands/ triggers. Hypnosis is used and in some cases drugs.  20% of the population is very susceptible to hypnoses, 80% are so so, but can be coerced over time, and another 20% cannot be hypnotized at all. If you have seen the movie Manchurian Candidate that is a true and real scenario using today’s technology.

Dear Chris 

I thought I would let you know what is going on. 

Last month I had breakfast at Tasty Foods next to the fire station on my way out all of your firemen were gathered by the closed door gesturing and talking and very agitated as they looked at me as I walked past. Rick Nelson was amongst them. I did not know Rick Nelson worked there, but I do now.  You know about the controversy between him , his wife Laura and me. That they both consider me an enemy because I tell my story of what Torigian did to me with Eastman Gelatin, and Stuart Cumins of HUD. 

I  am still being attacked with directed energy weapons wherever I go but after walking by the fire dept where Rick worked it got much worse. I have moved to 65 Main St. not that Rick drove me out of St. Annes, I left to stop the harassment that they were doing against my daughter, her  husband and my grandchildren. 

I moved out because of the harassment from Laura, David Diachision, Rick and others in the neighborhood that they had convinced I was the enemy. So now I live on Main St and because of seeing Rick at the station the harassment has gotten much much worse and has followed me to an intense degree as you know Rick and Laura because of Peter still feel they own this town and still have many people in this town who will act against me manipulatedwith any lies told them about me. The reason I am writing this is to ask you to tell Rick to Stop the harassment.

Did you know he is blaming me for the Fire at the Water Treatment plant? Instead of bird poop and high intensity Halogen lights. They feel that because I told my story about what that thug Peter did, someone somehow started that intense fire. Instead of poor planning of that light which was installed so that it would keep the local teenagers from  using that area as a hang out in the summer as they liked to do. I was in bed for 11 days very ill during that time 

 He is telling all his local thugs that that fire is my fault. The fire dept has been down here several times working on the prevented fire system in my building making it appear that I should be watched and feared,, then this stupid reward sign at the Knight of Columbus is supposed to be because of me also. Someone lit some newspapers in the sink on fire. Seems to me if you want to put out a fire that is where you light them, in the sink, not to start a fire. That is the information I was told. Then one of your firemen drove by and I can still see his face using V2k you know the silent communicator threatened me and told me if anything happened to Laura Torigian I would be blamed and I told them if anything happened to my family they will be blamed. 

These devices and this program is becoming more and more public and the public is now starting to believe us and not the cover story of being mentally ill despite the federal bullshit that they came out with. and I have a long and well documented story  of abuse. I have a well documented story of what Torigian did to my life and several incidences as time went on and now  here on Main St. I continue to collect evidence . It may not come out tomorrow nor even next week but this will come out and all of the names I have collected will be on that court case. Those whom have been physically active , those who know about this and refused to do anything about it, will all be there. Right now your boy Rick and his program he is tapped into have made my life miserable by hitting others who live in my building and flipping them against me to force me to move. I have asked you before to use your influence to get this to stop to no avail and that is noted. As well as Rick Nelson's actions and those others who will do Rick's bidding. All noted and in a safe place. 

I have put all this information away and many know about this, I again ask you to use your influence to get this stopped and make sure your firemen keep a professional demeanor instead of the thugs they can be. I do not want to move, though your firemen have made it difficult for me to stay here, You know I will not shut up until I get justice, not only from the Mengele Morons in DC but from all the locals who have acted as if they were born Nazi.

I told you long ago to join forces with me to try to stop what was going on, that your son will live in this totalitarian state and so he will. Snowden stated everyone will be profiled. As you might not know it is a depopulation program as well, the rich feel the roads and country is to crowded, you might read about Agenda 21, people's property being manipulated and taken away from them and moved to mega cities well on it's way. Many consider Peabody ground zero.  I hope you find this information useful and are able to speak to your firemen to get them to  back off and to tell them, to tell my landlord that I am not a dangerous or revengeful person , I just want justice and someday dead or alive it will come. Here it is 2018 and I'm a target,,,I'm being hunted by the U.S. secret police, James lico called it,,,

 I'm also a vet and I worked hard for my gov't and this is the repayment, being popped in the neck so that I have to swallow and choke on it, and it infects the neck so you cannot breath. They did this to my chest right over the heart. I got up and threw up and coughed all morning on that one,,,chocked really...so this is what my life has come to,,, hunted by landlords who do not want you living in their buildings because of this harassment. it spills over on many other..
well back to the Navy,,, I remember one moment in time and it was wonderful... We had an Italian ship tucked in the corner of the basin nose first,,, it usually with twin screws could get off my itself but for some captains reason it required a tug,,, us the Petasharo,,, Andy was on the fantail and he made a couple of attempts to throw the money fist and line up to the two sailors on the deck waiting,,, the line fell in the water and the second time did not reach either. I was in the pilot house with Donner and senior chief and was getting pissed because the Italian Sailors were making fun of Andy, you could tell. so I asked senior chief if I could do it, and he said yes... Andy at this time was just reeling the line in and getting ready to throw again when I told him to give me the line,,, he looked to senior chief for confirmation and chief nodded, so he gave me the line, I was really mad at this time and anger can do some great things. I wound up and let it fly and it went right through the chock,,,, right through it,,, the Italian Sailors had been lounging and didn't expect it,, so they were madly scrambling to get the monkey fist ,,,I think I brushed my hands together and turned and candy walked off. I know Donner and senior chief must of been laughing their asses off in the pilot house,,, How dare sailor from another country make fun of the U.S. Navy. I guess you could call it, instead of just using the needle gun to take off the paint I was drawing pictures , simple ones at that, but it was fun and made the job go quicker,,,I think I drew a house and a farm scene,,,,I used to read shakespeare's after everyone left the galley and the boat was mine to use after everyone left, so I would take my book and bring it upstairs and one morning everyone was in the galley I had not gotten up yet,,,and had left my book open ,, senior chief read it and then we all started writing and reading poetry it was great,,, and fun. so you see my navy life was rich and fun and dangerous.. one of the best parts of my life. as alive today in my mind as it happened.

I just watched Chris and Christophers video,, very interesting they came to  the same place I did with the Huxleys, only they did not go to the main event with , The Ultimate Revolution by Aldous Huxley,,,he explains it very well.sleep deprivation and stress open the subconscious,,, it opens the flight or fight mode which takes over everything on a primal level this is what the gov't has tapped into..pretty interesting that,,, how they do it, it with similar devices to audiospotlight or magnetism is also possible I know the force between two same poles is very powerful and I believe they have used this force to be able to pick objects up.....or people and body slam them like they did to me. local cops called in a specialist to do it. .

Tom Grelish  and the Trovas brothers were a couple of more incidents of Peters. What Laura objected to was the fact that I went public,, on her father and what he did to me.

I drove up the road and evidently they knew where I was going, there is a fork in the road and Jeffrey and friend  broke into the cottage at the fork, up a little ways and I took that road because it was open, Norma’s was so overgrown one did not recognize it as a road, Jeffrey and the man who was bodyguard for Torigian at my meeting,,, was there also , they told me to go down and go up the other road.. which  I did and the road was as bad as I always thought. Then they had another thug who stayed in the lower cottage to me,,, Norma saw the harassment I was undergoing. She believed me at that time.

The basic premise of all, 

he states is for one thing, control of the individual through mind control.

  

The first steps that targets  are subjected to is extreme stress and sleep deprivation. 

Both open the subconscious like a ripe melon to deep programming, //the root key of the mind. 

It works. Better known as mind control.Everyone is susceptible because the mind does not have a firewall.

What  is mind control ? As you hear the beam of Audiospotlight  and  hearing words, music, commands, 

voices, sounds, whatever they want, it feels as if it is within your head, it just appears to be that way. This has been 

used by many commercial  businesses, Museum of Fine Arts in Boston is one I am personally familiar with. 

Certain tactics are used. 

1. In ancient times when we lived closer to the animals of prey we developed a subconscious that was responsible 

for our survival it is called the “flight or fight” mode. If confronted by a bear, this mode takes over and decides for us 

instantly whether we should run or fight. This subconscious mode takes over everything , our breathing, blood pressure. 

everything, all thought. all functions. If one could tap into this mode, one could control the individual and that is exactly 

what has been done with high technology such as the Audiospotlight. 

2. Entrainment is used at first, ideas that are similar to yours, voices that mimic your own and pulsed ideas that you think 

are your own thoughts, this is done very quietly at first so that you do not realize what is going on, this is called entrainment. 

To train you into accepting these suggestions or triggers as your own thoughts, as time goes on the imposed thoughts become 

much stronger and you are less able to resist the commands. Hypnosis is used and in some cases drugs.  20% of the population 

is very susceptible to hypnoses, 80% are so-so, and can be coerced over time, and another 20% cannot be hypnotized at all. 

If you have seen the movie Manchurian Candidate that is a true and real scenario using today’s technology. Audiospotlight 

technology can be used in this manner and  if it’s military grade it has the capability to  go through walls.. If you are tired and 

extremely stressed it lowers the higher intellect, our subconscious takes over and drives the show. Those two elements, stress 

and sleep deprivation tactics are used and  opens the “flight or fight” mode to subliminal suggestions like a ripe melon. 

With this technology and entrainment anyone with these devices can come along and pop in any subliminal suggestion that they wish.

 That is mind control and that is exactly what it does, Controls your mind and your actions follow.. No one can defeat this technology,

as the mind does not have a firewall. 

That is the capability of mind control, many citizens are knowingly as targets and unknowingly are being subjected to today in the U.S.
