I am requesting a FOIA,” Freedom of Information Act “ for the patient BARBARA GUILLETTE, including ALL records, diagnosis, comments, complaints, vital signs, from the EMTs ambulance , Emergency room evaluation Nurses comments, Security  , evaluations from Dr.s Whaley and  Pierre Mayer , doctors notes, for the time of her incarceration at both hospitals. June 2023.
