Creating a community action plan: An overview
1. Identify a leadership team: We will find strong TI’s in our communities that are motivated and can speak with control while being tortured to groups of people about the technology and how it’s effecting our lives. 
Create a check list of worthy candidates.
2. Develop a common vision: Our vision is to inform public officials of the crimes being committed against us and pass legislation that protects us. Find the perps responsible to make sure this never happens again.
3. Develop a strategy: We will attend 4 city hall meetings a month for the next six months to utilize the public forum by giving speeches until our allotted time is finished. Each speech should be professional and well prepared. Cite evidence from credible sources. By repetition we will get our info implanted into the subconscious mind of all public officials with in a 6 month period. We will identify possible problems that might get in our way and identify groups and allies that can help us achieve our goals.
4. Implement the plan and evaluate the results: Implementing the action plan will mean developing a time line and measuring progress toward our goals. After 6 months we will evaluate what has worked and what has not.

Frequencies of mind control and brain waves.

Frequency is a wave , one wave is from the top to the bottom., to be in phase is good, out of phase is not sometimes good, out of phase will cancel out the waveforms. 

So,, if it is true they can read minds, I know I have had communication , but always answered orally to questions. They have the ability to communicate with V2K, (voice to skull) all Ti's receive this ,,, it can be convert, or it can be overt.

I never felt that my mind was read, I always felt they were putting stuff in, though I was told personalities can be d/l.. I do not know if this is true or not. 

It is said each brain has it's own frequency/ brain wave and each is different for each person's brain. I did not know this,, not being privy to research, but  if this is true,  What about twins? or family members,,alike or different? 

In order to access a person's brainwaves I would think they had to match the person's brainwave form exactly, this is why I think a lot of these devices, just blow through your head, to the subconscious,, no bone conduction, just right to the subconscious..

Fukishima and Naples Italy and the mafia

300 Tons of radioactive water is being pumped into the ocean everyday,,from Fukishima,,,, if not the radiation  would heat up and  the plants would explode...

The mafia in Italy has also been dumping radioactive material north of Naples, Italy... cancer is now starting to show up ...The president, the Interpol head and other high echelon individuals knew all about it.  They turned a blind eye... some of their wives should beat them about the head with a frying pan, but then I wonder if the woman agreed or knew about it.  I assume something like this would be considered mafia black ops.. not to be discussed except with a certain few.  But now that this is getting out,,, I would make sure they understood what they did,,, and beat them about their heads with a pot..I think more women should take responsibility of the men they have become affiliated with,,,,,,bjg..

THE MAYOR OF PEABODY

I called the Mayor of Peabody's office,,, Mary answered the phone,, I asked to make an apt. with him,,,she asked why,,, I was startled by her question and was not prepared,, I gave her my name , and told her that the mayor would know my name,,,

I requested a call back,,or rather they offered it.

I did not tell her why I wanted the apt. she got snippy and quickly hung up on me...So I will call tomorrow and if I do not acquire an apt. I will go before the board,, councilors...I will state my case to them.. Why not...

 I want this stopped. Now,,,,, and since I had my name put on the list by the mayor old dead mayor,, Peter Torigian, I believe my name can be taken off the list by the same office..

THE MAYORS

If you want to oppress a nation,, like ours for instance that is broken up into states and the states are broken up into cities and towns... How would you do it,? 

Well you would start at the top with the idea, say the FBI or CIA or NSA or the executive branch, congress, and propose it to the  military branch. Make it sound like it would work, be inexpensive,, be for the common good, and that it is necessary that it,,what ever" it" is,, that it can be controlled and can be carried out.
For instance if you wanted to possess all the guns in the country,,, but people would not turn the guns in, for under the constitution we have a right to own guns,,our forefathers knew that that is how Gov't had controlled the old country, the UK, they took away all the guns, , that is why the UK has such strict gun control, today,,they lived through many revolutions and feared the populace, they are still living through a revolution, from the Irish who hate the English and want them out of their country,, even today 2014. 

So gun control is a big issue.. What else would you do to accomplish for the common good? Who would you use? The mentally ill is a good weak target. They are also feared as being loose cannons and in the past several shootings were done causing public notice,,high profile I think it is called. So every time a shooting occurs the gov't pushes the idea of violence and gun control and the mentally ill, it works. The shrinks love it,, more power and business for them , a win win situation and they also make more money the more drugs they issue, and the drug companies love that.

You have a population that no one will listen too because they are labeled crazy, you marry them with violent behavior, and guns,,how sweet is that for a program?  You can get rid of anyone you want using V2K,voice to skull, or HSS as it is really called, hypersonic silent sound,  and causing them to go insane, turn them into manchurian candidates, remember the manchurian candidate also killed the woman he loved, how strong a subliminal suggestion is that, and it works, and give them guns and have them shoot up a bunch of school children which makes good press when everyone sees how cute the kids are and now they are dead.   

Gee would that work? 

 For instance you have several over time,, high profile shootings,,, done by mind control, or otherwise. You have some new toys the military offers for use,,DEW, directed energy weapons. 

The shrinks are pushing for it because they say, they can cure them, or drug them, oh yes we must not forget the drug companies. How would we do it,, well eventually we would notify the mayors, for they operate within the towns,, they control the police fire and EMT'S, they control "boots on the ground"  and many many Ti's have complained that the police, fire  and EMT's have been a large part of their harassment as has been mine..A ready made army of fools, who see the Ti's as their bread and butter. They have no idea they are the new KKK.

She had her targeting stopped,, her mother knew who to call and I believe her mother called the mayor,,, the mother worked for the court house as a clerk...she knew who to call and she knew what was going on,,even then so many years ago.  One phone call and
Amy's targeting stopped.

How about as Ti's we picket the mayor's offices of our towns. ? They are within our reach..pass out flyers there. Let the local people know what is going on. I think that is a good way to work it..I think I am going to go see my mayor,,the old one who put my name on this list is dead,  but the young one now in office knows all about this, as the majority of my perps are city hall employess, neighbors, 

Matt LeGault, David Diachision, Rick Nelson, and their friends.... Jeffrey Putney,, Jeff Grayson, Frank Anderson and son, Francisco Sousa and son. Babe Johanson and son,, Chris Yaikus and son, Jerimiah Rathbone and son, Blair Schietroff and son Jeffrey, Matt Gauthier and father, . All perps,, all part of the local kkk. their bosses the mayor Bettoncourt whose brother is a cop,,and the mayor's  assistant,,Chris Ryder.

You see the city hall employees are part of the  posse too,, they stick together like glue,,why because the mayor can enact their health benefits,,,mine has a super program and paid holidays,,9/11 was given as a paid holiday to the police dept. even though they had nothing to do with 9/11,  they just wear the hero uniform,,,they were given the PAID holiday despite much protest from citizens in the town, many were losing homes to foreclosure because of the mortgage bubble , the mayor snuck the paid holiday through months later. Fuck what the citizens want,,huh?

Check out their salaries,,,go to city hall and see what these people really do for work,, how many days they have off with pay.. You will be amazed...

That is why they are more than ready to go after anyone they and the mayor  wants.  The police, fire and EMT's is the mayor's personal posse. When all this started for me,,I did not understand the real structure of gov't.   I did not know the police, fire and EMT'S,, came under  the control and use of the mayor.. I thought they were  independent organizations,,they are not. the chief is under the rule of the mayor..The mayor is under the rule of the people and that is a big joke. This is why I see EMT's whenever I go out,,, it is visual intimidation. I was having them drive by me 5-6 times a trip, that s a lot of wasted gas. But then the taxpayers are paying so who cares? The employees in this town were out of control at one point,,coming home at all time of the day and the son in law rick was spending hours at home on the clock,,, I saw David Diachision coming out from behind some sheds,, I bet he was sleeping, another time on the clock at the local store doing his scratch tickets. Matt across the street visited his mother and father for lunch all the time and that is his right, but he leaves this great big truck running the whole hour... Taxpayer money? you bet.

They make good salaries and most of the homes of the employees if you go to their homes they own the best looking house on the street. They do very well and I am not jealous,, just if your gonna hunt me,, I will know everything about you I can.

 I think I will make an apt. and go see this mayor and see what he has to say about all this,,, 

I took the dog for a walk yesterday ,as I came home I got hit in the back of the knee and cannot walk today,  this morning they blasted the house all morning... why the dog? why the walk?,, I have no idea except the original mayor hated dogs as he started out as a postman. I hope he got good and bit..

BUT,,, The mayors are only a cog in the chain,, who stands to make the most money from all this. ??
