Rhodopsin is the chemical that allows night-vision, and is extremely sensitive to light. Exposed to a spectrum of light, the pigment immediately bleaches, and it takes about 30 minutes to regenerate fully, but most of the adaptation occurs within the first five or ten minutes in the dark. Rhodopsin in the human rods is less sensitive to the longer red wavelengths of light, so traditionally many people use red light to help preserve night vision as it only slowly depletes the eye's rhodopsin stores in the rods and instead is viewed by the cones. However the US submarine force ceased using red lighting for night adaptation after studies found little significant advantage of using low level red over low level white lighting.[3] [4]

Many animals have a tissue layer called the tapetum lucidum in the back of the eye that reflects light back through the retina, increasing the amount of light available for it to capture. This is found in many nocturnal animals and some deep sea animals, and is the cause of eyeshine. Humans lack a tapetum lucidum. Nocturnal mammals have rods with unique properties that make enhanced night vision possible. The nuclear pattern of their rods changes shortly after birth to become inverted. In contrast to contemporary rods, inverted rods have heterochromatin in the center of their nuclei and euchromatin and other transcription factors along the border. In addition, the outer nuclear layer (ONL) in nocturnal mammals is thick due to the millions of rods present to process the lower light intensities of a few photons. Rather than being scattered, the light is passed to each nucleus individually.[5] In fact, an animal's ability to see in low light levels may be similar to what humans see when using first- or perhaps second-generation image intensifiers.[citation needed] Night vision technologies[edit] 1974 US army film about the development of military night vision technology

Night vision technologies can be broadly divided into three main categories: image intensification, active illumination and thermal imaging.

 Image intensification[edit] Main article: Image intensifier This magnifies the amount of received photons from various natural sources such as starlight or moonlight. Examples of such technologies include night glasses and low light cameras. The image intensifier is a vacuum-tube based device that converts invisible light from an image to visible light so that a dimly lit scene can be viewed by a camera or the naked eye. While many believe the light is "amplified," it is not. When light strikes a charged photocathode plate, electrons are emitted through a vacuum tube that strike the microchannel plate that cause the image screen to illuminate with a picture in the same pattern as the light that strikes the photocathode, and is on a frequency that the human eye can see. This is much like a CRT television, but instead of color guns the photocathode does the emitting. The image is said to become "intensified" because the output visible light is brighter than the incoming IR light, and this effect directly relates to the difference in passive and active night vision goggles. Currently, the most popular image intensifier is the drop-in ANVIS module, though many other models and sizes are available at the market.

Active illumination[edit] Imaging results with (top) and without (bottom) active-infrared. Active illumination couples imaging intensification technology with an active source of illumination in the near infrared (NIR) or shortwave infrared (SWIR) band. Examples of such technologies include low light cameras. Active infrared night-vision combines infrared illumination of spectral range 700–1,000 nm (just below the visible spectrum of the human eye) with CCD cameras sensitive to this light. The resulting scene, which is apparently dark to a human observer, appears as a monochrome image on a normal display device.[6] Because active infrared night-vision systems can incorporate illuminators that produce high levels of infrared light, the resulting images are typically higher resolution than other night-vision technologies.[7][8]

Active infrared night vision is now commonly found in commercial, residential and government security applications, where it enables effective night time imaging under low-light conditions. However, since active infrared light can be detected by night-vision goggles, there can be a risk of giving away position in tactical military operations. Laser range gated imaging is another form of active night vision which utilizes a high powered pulsed light source for illumination and imaging. Range gating is a technique which controls the laser pulses in conjunction with the shutter speed of the camera's detectors.[9] Gated imaging technology can be divided into single shot, where the detector captures the image from a single light pulse, and multi-shot, where the detector integrates the light pulses from multiple shots to form an image. One of the key advantages of this technique is the ability to perform target recognition rather than mere detection, as is the case with thermal imaging.

The difference

The only difference between the energy in the wall and directed energy is just that directed..DEW Directed Energy Weapons. Laser is directed anyway,, that does not radiate in a circle, like a radio signal,,, microwave is smaller and condensed,, but from what I have learned is that the microwaves from neighbors houses can be read on a spectrum analyzer in your house... That is a distance.
So the magic word is DIRECTED.
The only difference between the energy you use in a plug and DEW is the word directed...instead of 360 degrees,,, the energy is only 1 degree to a few.. I think that is the only difference between them, to pulse is to turn it off and on quickly,,,easily accomplished,,a pulse is nothing.

Simon Shamus

I was watching Simon Shamus on being a Jew,, and found it very interesting, I am interested in religion. Why?   because I am astounded that we as intelligent humans invest so much of ourselves in religion , money , time , effort, it is a huge control over the masses..

This is part one  of Simon's series and he states that the Jews believed as many did on a variety of gods.. then they went to one god with Moses.  He states the Jews were the first to believe in this concept,,...but I have read that a Egyptian Pharaoh before the Jews was  first recorded to make this statement of one god..

This was a big thing to the Jews,, this one god. 

 I think it was a bad thing for all of us.. This one god put the center of attention on us, we became self centered. We worshipped one god, who lived within ourselves... we were made in the image of god.We worshipped a god, in our image, an invisible being,,who cared what we thought and did, and our prayers could bring his attention to the pains in our lives,.

I think this was very destructive to ourselves and especially to the planet and everything around us.

If you worship something as the ancients did, the world around you, you treasure it, take care of it and do not desecrate it, as capitalism has done.  Mindless of the care of the land, ready to destroy it with our chemicals and trash.  If we worshipped our land as the ancients did, we would have none of that, and that is one bad reason why we got rid of all of our gods,,we no longer saw the god in everyday objects,,such as a tree, we only saw god within ourselves and became very very self centered and materialistic.  The god that lives within us, controlled us, told us what to do, but he was a god of self interest understood...

If we worshipped many gods,,, each thing having it's own presence, it's own life force, we would be better off. I think at least more respectful of our environment.  As I have said before , we are the only animal that shits in it's own bed.

We have to realize how tender is our lives, how tender is the planet that supports us, we live next to a huge ball of fire that gives us life,,, if it went out for one second, our planet,, so small in space would be destroyed and us with it,, so maybe the ancients who worshipped the sun realized much more than we do today,, that our very lives depend wholly on the sun,and because of that fact we should give it the respect it deserves, for all our lives depend on it's light and heat.,,

 I so worry about the bees, without them we would starve to death. 

We should worship the bees at least they feed us..

I also want to mention carbon sugar, when anything is burnt it turns to carbon, we live in a carbon based world, this is why anything that burns turns black it reverts to carbon, even ourselves...That is why plants spring up so quickly after a fire,,, they have more room and the carbon sugars feed them..I didn't see this , this carbon based lives of ours and everything else.   Carbon Sugars.

the last week and a half,, has been a nightmare

My computer bit the dust, I finally got it up and running,  both kids cars had the brakes go, and the washing machine is not working correctly.

Common for those targeted.

I was told when this began I would be made to go live under a bridge can they do it,,, they certainly can ,,, Easy,

My neck is in bad shape,,, they constantly twist my neck,,, Lydia stated this used to happen to her when she first became a target

I called Chris Ryder today who is assistant to the mayor, and named who is in this little neighborhood watch, KKK group and then I called the second time with more names,,,

I should of taped it as I spoke but did not,, but will note it here. I also assured him that these devices , this abuse will come out,,I said it four times...I have been feeling very poorly, but have discovered if I ground myself,, I feel much better almost instantly. 

Jennifer does not believe me because I do not have any proof,,, oh well. the courts are iinadequate as well as congress, even if they did accept this, they have no idea what to do about it...They don't understand it as Jacob Applebaum stated in his last speech.. congress and the courts do not get any of this. nor do they know what to do about it if they did go public,,, they have been warned since 97 to my knowledge when Schriner did his speech before congress...about spark gaps and garage devices used as weapons......At all. bjg..

Also everywhere I go I see the word eviction and the targeting,, DEW has been very difficult..

This is an interesting case,,,he lost it as frivolous,, as we know he would. No proof and that is what our courts rely on for their substance,,, Proof.  We as DEW victims have no proof, a spark of light and it is gone in an instant.
I  was subjected to two incidents where far viewing was used in one and the second was that my brain,  was effected without a device that I held,,the perp held a device and I  was perceived by the perp.

The first happened in my room, it was on the second floor in the street side of the house. A car could easily park under the window,,,20 to 25 feet away from me at most. I was writing a letter,,,and one of my eyeballs was taken over,,no pain, it was telescoped. As if I was looking through a telescope with one eyeball. They watched what I wrote and even commented v2k on it. That is what I believe far viewing to be,,, I think instead of latching on to the optic nerve they attach themselves to the eyeball itself and can see what you see. I am assuming. The other eyeball was normal and I could normally see out of it.  I believe they used some measure of a beam to read what your eyeball was reading. No pain, no discomfort.

The second incident was on a plane,, from San Diego to Seattle.. I was going home to Boston . The plane was pretty empty and my perp sat across the aisle from me,,he had a device in his hand about the size of an old fashioned Walkman, with head phones..He was greasy looking, young, rough looking, needed a bath type of thing.  He sat there and never ever looked at me, he only looked at his handset. I knew,,, I just knew he was a perp. So I started to think of this great roiling fireball you know  like this huge hot,, burning roiling fireball. As bright and hot as my imagination could make it... and then I took this fireball in my mind and threw it at him,,,  I threw it at him with my mind....I mean I let that sucker fly.. and to my utter amazement,,, to my incredible amazement,,,even today all these years later I am still in amazement,, he DUCKED. I have never forgotten that moment of triumph,,, and all the way to Seattle,, I let fireballs fly, he never reacted again..but I think I was successful, because when I got to Seattle another perp got on my plane and turned me into jello all the way to Boston.. boy was I a mess.

He had a laptop, he was Indian from India and he had his family with him, he let me know he was a perp and he mentally turned me into jello.. was it specific to me?.. I think it was,,not one other person on that plane and it was packed was effected and I actually looked around to make sure , as I expected people to by dying in the aisle,,no one, not one but me was effected...
Do I believe they can remotely access only your brain, well I would say yes.. Can they pin point the pain centers? I would say yes, can they do it with a laptop from a distance,, I would say yes..

YOU  decide for yourself,,, I know what they did, I know what happenedto me and that is what happened to me. I can remember this as if it was yesterday... every detail is crystal clear.
