I went to court today and I reminded the court twice at the begining and at the end of the session, that the case last year with Steve Majur is part of this, the harassment case I brought to Peabody Court, 2014. Judge James Baretto.
But the judge totally ignored it.
Last week David mentioned to the court that he worked for the city,, and to me the demeanor of the judge seemed to change.
This week I showed the video, you can see it on Youtube..to the judge,,, he felt it was not important, he asked David if he had a gun, or ever owned a gun of course he said “NO”. end of that story,,,
but there was a picture posted on my relatives FB of my grandson with his air rifle and a couple of friends,, the judge made note of that and said it was “disturbing”,,,
David had pulled the picture off FB, and he got papers from Cherie about my blog, my comments about mind control and DEW.
The judge talked about this picture at length much more than any attention he gave to my video…so basically the judge dismissed my video and launched onto two pieces of information,, one the pic of my grandson with his legal Air Rifle.. the other was this comment..
“Watch what you have done to my life, for the shit rolls downhill and that means what you have done to my family as well, I hope you love your children as much as I do mine,,,cuz your gonna need it to endure what is going your way..”
This is what was important to the judge and seen as a threat, by me to David, It was taken out of context,, this was meant as a warning to David,,,,, why ,, because I know the full extent of DEW “directed energy weapons” and I believe in the future when the handlers run out of victims, they will turn on each other. I’m hoping and if history is true to itself, of this I promise.
So the judge went over everything and mostly concentrated on David’s allegations.. I would like to put the letter David wrote online, his first sentence is ,,
“Barbara Guillette appears to suffer from paranoid schizophrenia,”,,this is from this dumb piece of shit who is a meter reader for the city…I wonder where he got that from?
If it wasn’t so sad it would be funny.
They also went through all the papers they copied off FB and Youtube and circled every swear word,,, As if I was back in grammar school.
They mentioned I have a bow, and I was going to apply for a pistol permit. Which I never did.
My grandson has an airrifle that was posted on a relatives face page and that was a major issue..
My other grandson is a drug user and has moved in with me. He's trying to stay clean.
That now seems to be a crime.
Then below all this he writes

Neither one of us could come up with definite proof of harassment.
1. We needed definite THREE ITEMS OF HARASSMENT
video, photo, verbal,witnesses.
2. We need proof of a device in the handlers/perps hands with a pulse leaving the device and hitting us.

What did I expect? I expected the judge to tell David D, to stay away from me and leave me alone,,I asked the court to tell David to leave me alone,not a word from the judge. The judge knew this was part of last summers case , he knew who I was, He dwelled on mind control, which was ok with me, and devices,,, I was not bothered by that being brought up. No Problem with me and the judge is probably right,, we will be back in court,,, because David will not stop,, the judge did not tell him to leave me alone,, so basically it is carte blanche...
This is for ALL TI'S DO NOT EXPECT JUSTICE OR RELIEF IN COURT,,, YOU WILL NOT GET IT,,,, THE COURTS ARE CORRUPT. ITS AS PLAIN AS CAN BE..the more I think of this the madder I get, at how the judge colluded with my perp, private sessions , the pic of my grandson, the veiled threat. I became the defendant, and I heard of many other TIs who received the same treatment from the courts, it is a general court wide mandate from govt, it has to be, otherwise how could the courts react in the same manner nationwide?
I need a copy of the veiled threat, and the judges name for my records. I have a copy but I'm not sure I really have it. Judge James Baretto.

4th of July
I think I wrote about this already but Im not sure,, so I thought I would write about this again,,
I was in the Navy 77 to 82,,, in Florida,,, Mayport worked on a tug boat...I loved it I think it was one of the best time of my life.
I worked for Senior chief Eardeley... Robert..Andy was on the fantail as we backed into an Iralian ship that was snug in the corner, we had to pull off the pier by her stern,,, so we backed in and senior chief got about a tug width from the ship,, the ships deck was about 2 stories high over our heads.so it was no mean feat to throw a line up.
The end of the line consisted of a monkey fist a round wight made out of rope with a weight inside... tied to a smaller rope.which then was tied to what is called a Hawser,, about six inches in diameter made of woven nylon.
Andy was on the fantail and made three attempts to throw the monkey fist up over the rail. then the sailors would take it and put it through the choke pronounced chalk, can't remember how to spell it, it is a huge metal circle welded to the deck of a ship so the rope is passed through it , so the rope won't swing and destroy articles on the deck. and then over a bitt,,,he failed all three,, I was disgusted and got really mad because the Italians were making fun of him, so I asked senior chief if I could do it, he said ok,, go on down,, so I went down on the fantail and told Andy to give me the line,,, he didn't want to and turned to senior chief to see what he would say and senior chief nodded his head.
I took a good wind up,,, and boy Im telling you all the anger at these guys,, making fun of my Navy,, well it guided my hand,, it went right through the chalk,,,, and caught the Italians off guard so they had to scramble. Right through the hole... I was so excited. but kept my cool.and just nonchalantly walked off the fantail..
I got inside everyone was grinning.Donner was the only one to say anything with a big grin,,, I think that moment was my moment.. to show everyone that a woman can do it as well if not better than a man.. my moment for me in the sun..I still remember how proud I was of being a woman and in the Navy.. I still have those memories to keep my warm..

James went to lynn to see his families fireworks,,, he is looking good,,, he seems more stable,,, I think he needs detox though. I bought him a couple of new shirts,,,and he wore them today.he lost weight must be the diet I have,,, pretty vegatarian. he weighs around 200,, but looks much better than he has in a long long time...hes bored and I told him to enjoy being bored,,, I told him he has a cycle.. he must even it out,,, he finds a job,, gets paid,, goes on a binge,,, runs out of money. straightens out.. so he is aware of his cycle now... and maybe he can handle what he is going through and have a normal life.....I don't know,,, Im trying the best I know..we shall see.bjg

This morning 28 June 15
this morning has changed my mind this buzz saw pulse that goes through my head several times a early morning it's usually how I wake up was definitely coming from David Diachision's house. The pulse hits you but kind of envelops you and almost feels if you are not careful as if it's coming from above, you have to be very careful , very careful and experience this over and over to be tuned into it, careful and quiet observation. This IS without a doubt coming from David Dischision house and not altogether upstairs.

I guess this is all about family,,, bud and kelly have had pulsed devices for a long time now using them on me,,, At first,, as with a lot of people ,,like the Schietroffs across the street it took me a long time to believe it about then,, you have to actually see the pulses from his front steps,,little snaps of light,,,,on a timer,,, then when Jeffrey was outside picking the device up every morning on his litter walk,
This is Jeffrey,,,it snapped out a pulse of hot white light,,, Jeffrey and I both saw it,,while he was holding the device and the snap of light hit me in the face,,,
I must have something on me,,, attractive to this,,,I think it is lodged in the back of my throat,, a tag,, a reader to these devices,, maybe I'm negative and they are positive? Thats the big attraction? But this snap flew out of his hands as Jeffrey was walking away from me about twenty feet, it flew out of his hand back to me I was to his right and behind him on the road ,, he was going into his back walk,...Maybe 15 feet from me,, as it snapped , he turned and looked at me and we both continued walking,,, he has hit me several times through the years,,,one time I thought I was dead,, the story is here in my blog...
Behind me was a chain link fence,,grounded,, Now why didn't the snap go to the fence,,,, instead of me,,, because the attraction was more intense coming from me...wow and this attraction will go across the street and go through walls, and hit me in a precise spot,,continuously,,it is at the frequency of dissolving bone,,,like the orthopedic devices,,, docs use for athletes to heal hairline fractures almost overnight,,, after all time off the football is a loss of money for them,,
The snap will follow me around the apt..incremental and this can burn,,
I shall start with the other day a few minor details,,
James has moved in with me, his mother threw him out because he smashed up the house... He gets nasty when he is coming down,,,I think thats it anyway,,, anything can set him off.
I could not see him in the gutter, kelly has been talking to Danielle because Kelly called me and enabler,, and a burdon,, both words not in Kelly's vocabulary,,,You can always tell when Kelly is influenced by others the language is not hers....At first I thought it was Laura,buds mother but its Danielle..
she wants james in the gutter....as punishment I guess,,, the pigeons come home to roost.
Kelly and Bud are now incensed with me because I took him in,,,a sum of money was missing,,,I would put my bets on Kelly for that one,, Jilly and Devin is light fingered as well and Bud is stupid enough to leave his money unlocked,,if he didn't spend it,,,
,so I gave him 120$ so he could pay the mortgage,,, I told him this is the last time,, you keep your money locked up, don't look at me anymore to make it up,,...thats probable golf money,,,you don't know its just supposedly gone,, I think that part is true..
Anyway as I was walking in the yard,,bud asked if James would be back last night and I said he was in Lynn, at this new girls house. He needs a girlfriend..He really does.. HIs hormones are raging,,
anyway last night I got slammed,,, real hard.from upstairs,, from Bud and Kelly. they have the device that produces that robins egg blue light that can be like a puff of smoke or so intense,,, I think it is blue laser...so high intensity it goes through walls, and can burn,,
I remember that scientist who was working on blue laser light in Berkeley, Ca. . Led is a possibility as well,,, a scientist is awarded the nobel prize for developing white LED,,high intensity,,,just recently,
one short footnote,,,one of my very best favorite albums is Pink Floyd,, dark side of the moon,, it has a prism,, with a beam of light going through it as white and coming out the other side as rainbow,, its been my favorite album for years,, at least 1977 when I saw them in concert in Florida with Fleetwood Mac. Modal. its all about light and its frequencies and they even made a harassing device out of a prism,,,thats real simple to make,,,I had the plans for it,,,
anyway bud has the device that sends these bright intense balls of light through the floor,,Jill thinks the ceiling is bending down from the constant harassment...
I sent her a message to pass on to her parents,,, buds skin problem is caused because of bad conscience and Kelly is drinking because of hers,,, revenge come in many forms....!
I just went looking for my apt. applications for public housing,, Crowninshield will make sure that will never happen, they did not like foregoing the up front payment that judge rumor ruled in my favor.boy did that piss them off. but they went after me,,,I took out a petition to plant flowers in our desolate flower boxes,,, i did not know a petition is a profile of a activist and dissident, as I said before they knew what I was before I did...Profiled,,,,
the shrinks have ruined our democracy...through their lack of integrity.

so much and to much stress/ James/ kelly/ CIA 15 Jun 15
James my grandson has moved in with me,, and he's basically a good person.. He was raised in Tanners court,, he does not have the refinements of manners,, and his emotional state can be unstable at time because of the drugs.I don't think he is doing heroin, but he's snorting something,, and of course to much pot... he could have a much better, longer, cheaper high if he quit once in a while for a week or two and only take a hit or two,,but with all youth ,, more is supposed to be better.
I worry about him,,,he can be charming, aggressive,,, he's lost a lot of weight he looks good,,,he is long waisted and that is not really obvious when he is skinny he is built just like his grandfather .. He also has the Irish curse,,, Kelly has it too, but then so does Danielle,,, drug culture the big pharma did well.. with inoculating us with drugs as good.
I think James has ADD and the drugs are self medication.
I think James is a nice person,, he just has had to take any route he knew how,, like black children he has very little education..Devin also skated through school doing nothing,,, until he was isolated. The isolation , finally, after trying everything got him on the right track,,, I wish they had done the same with James and Adam,,, both bright,, but lacking education...
We just had a big blow up in the house,,, Kelly was drunk and pissed off about yesterday,,, James has been working long hours.. and also doing drugs , he always start his cycle like this, he gets broke, ,, he can't get the drugs,,, so he gets straight or as straight as he can,,, so he works a couple of weeks , gets paid,,, then he buys drugs,,, gets fucked up, loses his job,,,no money , no drugs,, this is the cycle I see.
no girlfriend either. but what girl wants a druggie except another druggie!
He is known about town as having drug problems and deals,,,, he got angry when I told him that, but it is true...I told him an other truth, all kinds of people do drugs, but their sneaky about it., for years, he just gets some money and goes till he's broke then ...
The reason others get away with drug shit is they keep quiet about it, he's all noise and crashing into things,,, we think he resembles a Down Syndrome person when he's fucked up ,,no offense meant to Down Syndrome,, but you do have a look and he has the look when he is fucked up..
He likes this job,,,shirt tie,,, but today he came home early ,,, something to do with drugs,,,pot.He hasn't told me about it yet and I hope he is truthful
Anyway back to Kelly,,she has been drinking and I guess she is going to a shrink to find out why,,,I can tell you why,,, because she does things she is not happy doing,, being mean is one of them, especially to me...she professes love,, but actions speak louder than words,,, we spoke at the washer and she said I was a burden,, and all the neighbors hate me ,,, because I called sherrie a Kike,, that never happened. All of it was manipulated anyway by the perps...mind control is very real in my life,,,
anyway she wants both James and I to leave,, Jillian even got involved in it,,,,Im tired so I will finish the dialogue later.
I know he's fucked up but I can't see him living under a bridge but I don't know how to break his cycle ,,, maybe rehab is a good idea. I will speak to him about that.. Lots of thought,,

New Docs Raise Questions About CIA Spying Here at Home

The current debate about government surveillance has largely overlooked the CIA, possibly because we know little about the agency's activities within the United States. While the relevant legal authorities governing the CIA, including Executive Order 12333, set out the CIA's mandate, they do so in broad terms. Beyond the generalities in EO 12333 and other laws, the public has had few opportunities to examine the rules governing the CIA's activities.
But we know more today than we did a few weeks ago. In response to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the ACLU and Yale Law School's Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic, the CIA has released a slew of documents concerning CIA surveillance under EO 12333. (The Justice Department has also recently released a set of documents related to the executive order.)
The national debate in the 1970s about the proper limits of U.S. government spying on its own citizens was, to a large extent, about the CIA. In the wake of the Watergate scandal and news stories about other illegal CIA activity, President Gerald Ford and Congress launched investigations into the full range of CIA misdeeds — from domestic spying programs and infiltration of leftist organizations to experimentation on non-consenting human subjects and attempts to assassinate foreign leaders.
Although the CIA's legal authority to spy on Americans was very narrow, these investigative committees — chaired by Sen. Frank Church, Vice President Nelson Rockefeller, and Rep. Otis Pike — discovered that the CIA had engaged in a massive domestic spying project, "Operation CHAOS," which targeted anti-war activists and political dissenters. The committee reports also revealed that, for more than 20 years, the CIA had indiscriminately intercepted and opened hundreds of thousands of Americans' letters. In addition to documenting the intelligence agencies' extensive violations of the law, the Church Committee concluded that the constitutional system of checks and balances "has not adequately controlled intelligence activities."
The Church Committee's conclusion — at core, an admonition — still resonates today. While the documents that the CIA has released are heavily redacted, raising more questions than they answer, they strongly suggest that the agency's domestic activities are extensive.
Some highlights from the documents:
- A key CIA regulation — titled "AR 2-2" — governs the conduct of the CIA's activities, which include domestic intelligence collection.
AR 2-2, which has never been publicly released before, includes rules governing a wide range of activities, including surveillance of U.S. persons, human experimentation, contracts with academic institutions, relations with journalists and staff of U.S. news media, and relations with clergy and missionaries.
Several annexes to AR 2-2 contain the agency's EO 12333 implementing procedures. For example, Annex A, "Guidance for CIA Activities Outside the United States," sets forth the procedures that apply to CIA activity directed toward U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are abroad. Much of the relevant information is redacted. Annex F, "Procedures Governing Conduct and Coordination by CIA and DEA of Narcotics Activities Abroad," is similarly redacted in key sections, including the section discussing the agencies' "Specific Agreement Concerning Electronic Surveillance."
- The documents indicate that the CIA engages in a wide array of domestic activity, often in conjunction with the FBI.
Domestically, the CIA's spying is governed by Annex B to AR 2-2, "Guidance for CIA Activities Within the United States." This document explains:
Although EO 12333, AR 2-2, and Annex B prohibit the agency from engaging in electronic surveillance within the United States, the CIA can nevertheless ask the FBI to do its bidding:
Annex B and the CIA-FBI memorandum of understanding comport with past reporting that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court authorized the FBI to work with the CIA to collect Americans' financial records in bulk under Patriot Act Section 215.
In addition, Annex B explains that the CIA may "use a monitoring device within the United States under circumstances in which a warrant would not be required for law enforcement purposes if the CIA General Counsel concurs."
But what qualifies as a "monitoring device"? And how exactly does monitoring differ from "electronic surveillance," which the CIA is prohibited from doing domestically? We don't know. In the newly released documents, the definition of "monitoring" (as distinct from "electronic surveillance") is redacted.
The CIA also turned over several years' worth of annual reports to Congress about the agency's activities under EO 12333. These reports begin by discussing "Intelligence Activities Conducted by CIA Within the United States." This header is followed by dozens of entirely redacted pages — once again suggesting that the agency is engaged in a significant amount of intelligence activity here at home.
- The rules for the handling of Americans' information are so complex that the CIA struggled to apply them properly.
A 2002 report by the CIA inspector general, "Intelligence Activity Assessment: Compliance with Executive Order 12333: The Use of [redacted] Collection [redacted] from 1995–2000," observed "a general and widespread lack of understanding" within the CIA of the rules governing the retention and sharing of U.S. citizens' and permanent residents' information. In particular, the OIG found that few managers or other officers "could accurately state the appropriate procedures for retaining or disseminating U.S. person information," and it concluded that these rules were "not being applied consistently" by the agency.

The independent and bi-partisan Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board is currently examining the intelligence community's counterterrorism-related activities under EO 12333. Notably, one of the topics the board plans to focus on is the CIA's collection of information within the United States. We hope that, when the board eventually issues its public report about the agencies' activities under EO 12333, it sheds a little more light on what exactly the CIA is doing here at home.

today 4 June 15 Homeland security,,, lorraine/ white house.
Today I got an email from the white house asking people to ask questions,, what was important to us...
So I asked them what was the name of the program that targeted people are on...? Who runs it what is it called,,,,,,so when I left to go to the bus,,, the cops were parked there,,,,,on the way home the fire chief was on the street when I came home and at the mall I had this guy who shot me in the right kidney and it still hurts,, he knew what he was doing,,, and I turned around and aimed my iPod at him,,, he then turned his phone sideways and the guy across the bus aisle was also hitting but not sure about that,,,,it could of been coming from outside,,, I do not let people aim cells at me,,, if they do, I tell them to move it...
but this guy who zapped me in the kidney knew what he was doing,,, you can just tell from their stance...and demeanor
I bought two pair of sandals,,,20,00 each,,, a top for 26,00,, and a washing machine,,, for 525. our old one broke,,,,delivery monday,, and also my infrared clip on camera through costco....we shall see how that works...
anyway Lorraine has left the group,,,,she's a dink,,, her personality problems are her mental illness. she's aggressive,,, stressed and dumps it on everyone else,,,monopolizes the conversation. and wants to be top dog...she can't..shes spinning her wheels,,,
I have been concentrating on devices and Tony helped me hone in,,,,he said to go into Homeland Security and see if I can find info there.......following is the email he sent me,,,this kinda gives me a good base for what I am looking for..hopefully it will work..

Hi Barbara,
This is what I meant by distraction, unless there's proof in some way of
technology or intent then there's no use making accusations what the
technology is.
A good one to be researching is the Testing and Evaluation taking place at
the Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate.
This
entity gives approval to tech, evaluates, tests, then markets it to federal,
state and local city governments, etc.
We need to know what equipment does a city for example buy and hook up to
their metropolitan area networks that acquire, track and shoot people in
their
homes, modes of transportation, businesses and government offices, etc
