TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

 I was targeted by former mayor Torigiain , I lost everything, apt car. job finances, . He labeled me as mentally ill to cover up his deeds.this was his excuse to cover what he did to me, I spoke out,, 

I told my story and his daughter unfortunately lived up the street, she found out who I was and my story… so now she hates me,, everywhere I go city hall employees especially those in water meter readers or maintenance, and others are glad to curry favor and do her bidding, Where I lived,,, David Diachision was her number one man who lived across the street from me, he is not a very bright fellow and to do this was as if he was doing for his boss, from what I understand both him and his father were job holders because of their loyalty To Torigian’s father

I watched the Trovas brothers fiasco, and that was done with malice,,,I spoke to them and they believed me,  from what I understand they were kind of wild when young and this was payback time, or so it was said to me , by an older librarian, she was glad they were thrown out of their house ,  so they lost their property, one dying soon after and the other within a couple of years. 

The second person was Tom Grelish he spoke out against Torigian on many occasions, at much cost to himself he almost lost everything as well.,, I visited him and he believed my story when I told him what Torigian, and Cumins my HUD landlord had done to me.. “Without a doubt “he said, also I spoke to Jan Schlichtmann of  “ A civil Action” ,  fame. He believed me “without a doubt” as well.

The reason for this letter is because I would like to post an ad or a notice in your paper requesting anyone else who was mistreated or maligned or had their lives destroyed by Torigian to come forward and discuss this with me. I want to put an ad in your  paper.I want to mention DEW , directed energy weapons , as they are here in this town and being used on people not only by city hall but by the police and security companies. A well kept secret,, but now with all the surveillance capabilities much of this is not coming out. How through wall radar millimeter or backscatter cameras are used to find the target and acoustics which also goes through walls and has force,, like being hit with a baseball bat is being used to harm the target. also powerful cell phones have been adapted and their pulse made stronger,, so that if they are aimed at you it sails through your head like a pulse of sound. Harmful. HSS is another device used,, and its brother Audiospotlight have the capabilities to be pulsed through your head and leave triggers to be activated when you see or hear something else. Remember in theaters in the 60’s when subliminal video was banned because it was found they worked all to well when soda or candy was flashed on the screen and a stampede was made to the concession stand?

 I have since moved and still live in Peabody I have contacted the police because this harassment has followed me to my new abode and the tactic is to pulse, hit those around you, but the perps let your neighbors  know the reason they are being hit is because of you. The man next to me last night was kept awake all night being pulsed,,, he was late for work and  is very angry. Knowing it is because of me…This is how they build up animosity in the community against you. 

I did nothing,,, I didn’t even speak out much at the meeting I had with Torigian. very little. My mistake was to tell my friend to shut up as she lamented she was going to quit speaking out  against the golf course, she was never targeted I was. Torigian also asked me for my address at the meeting and his response was eyebrow lifting. So he knew where I lived and who my landlord was.   

I just wrote to Chief Griffin and he sent an officer to visit but who seemed already to decide I was mentally ill and to blame my accusations on that, as it involves directed energy harassment. He had already decided that he could do nothing for me, Laura Torigian’s  brother in law is second in command at the Peabody Police Dept. so you see the police have never been my friend and to be frank I’m scared shitless of them because of all of this, Most of those on St. Annes Ave. where I used to live were in one way or another related directly to the police and every name I collected because of harassment led directly to city hall.

Hard to prove, but these pulses can be photoed  and the acoustics used can be taped. My neighbor Chris Yaikus who had a business of installation of video and audio commercial and domestic, knows the sound capabilities all to well. He also used it on me  with his sons as useful tools. I was seen as a busybody , I was not . I wrote about these people only to document their crimes…

I see this as a totalitarian  state. As it is almost now… I fear for my new apt. and my ability to stay here, I want  an ad in the paper asking others to come forward not only if they were harmed but also if they had directed energy used against them,,, As you know NSA is profiling everyone and I believe over time everyone will be a target as I am, I believe if we do not alert  others to what is going on, this will be a totalitarian police state, if not already.

So whats do you think and please do not send this to the police… This has nothing to do with them.

despair

yes deep despair,,, the neighbor on my left got hit last night I was hit all night I wondered if it had anything to do with the Torigian community center,,,I called yesterday to be put on the list ,, I took that to market basket last week and seemed to remember I got hit then as well. Laura and Rick think I do not deserve to take that elderly bus to the market after all torigan initiated the program in this town,,When it was Dukakis who initiated it as governor.  of all the people who deserve to take the bus it is I after all he took from me and his minions stole and destroyed from me. Fuck you torigian and your devil spawn.
Last night was horrific,, I have not slept at all, but unlike others I am used to it... the man next door did not wake up for work,,, this bodes very ill for me. it is how the perps work they work on those around you making sure that they know it is your fault.. instilling not only fear but  letting people know this is a police state. when the cop came to interview me , he said a strange thing,, he said he could not help me,, I started have a cop come and park a few minutes i from of the building I suspected that the pulses came from,,, He said he could not help me. I think this was his way of inferring that this is all in my head. His way of getting out of doing anything, . I know this can be stopped because one phone call to Torigian's office got Amy Bellarose off the list her mother was a clerk of court. I wonder if she is still around I would like to talk to her.

the continuing saga,,, I keep getting hit,,,

evidently I did not impressed the officer that came to interview me,,, the targeting has started up agains all day and it seems ,,, well anyway the kids james, shorty  and adam took me to costco,, on the way home on  foster st. a patrol car jumped out in front of us,, visual intimidation...A signal from the cops they want me gone,,, we shall see. I have done nothing wrong except go public,,, I refuse to not go public.Only within the public venue do I feel safe... BJG

I'm getting pulsed or so it seems at this time from the building across the street that says cricket in big letters. who they are , I think their spanish.. and since I have a history with the spanish, I can see why,,, I will relate it here, before I became a target. I worked in a dental clinic in Lawrence,, dental something .siilier to gentle dental. but different. on 114 as you came into lawrence. May Mu was my boss..loved her I would of never quit my job,,, I was going to Italy with the whole clinic that coming summer. I was so excited never been out except to Canada and Mexico...
we had a assistant who worked for us, a Spanish girl who had one child out of wedlock,,, the wedlock never bothered me,,, so she got pregnant again, I suggested an abortion, she got so mad,,, unreasonably mad about it,, at  this time there was a big controversy in the country ,, congress was trying to make english the official language, this for some reason pissed off and insulted the Spanish. why I don't know but it did. I guess it had an effect on this young girl... I again suggested an abortion and she went off on me,, saying how her leaders had told her to have as many babies as she could,,, all spanish women, the theory was to out breed whitey... those in congress who controlled stuff. through votes they , the Spanish were going to take over the country.... and my suggestion of an abortion did not fall on favorable ears.....
I told my friends in DC about this, and they listened and according to the last census,,, this osmosis of  Spanish moving into every hovel of the nation was true... they  had moved into everywhere. One other thing is you only see Spanish as the other language choice. I like Spanish, I like them a lot, but I do not want them to take over the gov't nor the country. Most people who come here assimilate that is what makes us American we as immigrants assimilate, the great melting pot,,, as generations continue we all become one... but some who come here want to change that culture, change the religion, change the language, and if that is so,, then go home....English has been successful as our constitution was written in English. we have separation of church and state and in our forefathers wisdom because of the English history they deemed this wise as well as the church did. The CC came here and started schools and taught the children, they did not want to dabble in politics for they knew that politics corrupted what ever it touched.  Do not murder is a ten commandment,, gov't doesn't care,, they do it anyway,, but the church cannot if it does murder and it has it  goes against its beliefs and is no longer true to itself. My reasoning is thus if Mexico or Spanish countries like cuba and south america can show us how stable they are , so be it,, but that is not the case. right now venezuela and mexico is in upheaval...
I don't mind the illegals going home,,, the bus was always crowded and now I get a seat. that does not bother me at all. I know some are upset to the point of real hot anger, but go home,, build your country up the way it should be,,,,that is my feeling. If you Muslim and want to change the culture,, forget it,,, take Sharia and shove it,,, our laws supersede yours,,, even if you claim it is from god,,, anyway those are my feelings,,,,,

hurts like laser this hit the bone same spot but just different photo, thats gonna hurt for years

its been quite a experience the past couple of weeks.

I moved downtown,, lots of Spanish, not very friendly,, I wrote a couple of letters to the police chief,, I was getting my ass slammed,,, by drive bYs, I was just talking to a friend of mine whose a musician,, and I mentioned it seemed I was getting hit by pulses every time some care goes by with high intensity bass. he said it was sub woofers,, and that is ELF extra low frequencies,,, yup... these balls of sound coming from below,,, and I think they are bouncing them off the ceiling or else they are coming down from the ceiling . so its been fun,
chief griffin sent a cop around last night,, around 1500 to 1600 to talk to me about it,, I was caught off guard and believed her taped me,, don't care... first question he asked was " What was a pulse" so I told him a antenna radiates out 360 degrees,, and some antenna can radiate only one degree thats directed,,, then it is shut off and on quickly or reduce the amplitude quickly...
but the other day I was outside waiting for james to pick me up,, and was watching the spanish guys across the street next to the K of C building , they were watching me too. not that Im attractive,, but just glances,, then on the parking lot side of the K of C was another guy,, white, blue shirt watching me, ,, he bounced his head a few times,, as if to say,,, ill get you,,, but you never know I just take it all in ,, and the cop,, I really did not get his name even I was so taken by surprise,,,, he came in and while I took my pillow off the chair he checked out my security system... very interested.
here comes the bass again. I'm getting hit,,,, just slightly ,,, car reving up...
Anyway,, its been interesting the past few weeks,,, I slept like the dead last night and also they hit me hard on the left arm on the bone underneath,,, hurts so bad,,, I can't tell you how much it hurts,,,,,, so I think it might be laser. same hurt as my forehead... still really hurts I took some pictures of that too..

Add toulouse the cat was being hit in this picture,,, her ears are back this is a pulse I have been trying for years to capture and finally my perp put this on the internet for me to see, I have since been blocked from her fb page.

(INTELLIHUB) — I have written several times on Intellihub about being watchlisted and have noted that there are different types of watchlits, and that being placed on one watchlist does not necessarily mean that you are placed on a second or third.

As I have previously mentioned, the Deep State, which includes but is not limited to the alphabet soup agencies, is doing a huge business with private security companies owned by retired federal employees who once worked for the DHS, DEA, FBI, DoD, etc. The federal government outsources the work in schemes which amount to “security cronyism.”

If someone is what many people on the street level refer to as a “Targeted Individual” or a victim of “Gang Stalking,” they are really targets of Stasi-styled Zersetzung operations and do not meet the lowest standard of a real “Domestic Threat, Threat to National Security, or Domestic Terrorist.”

In the name of security cronyism — the National Security Racketeering Network is exerting incrementally increasing control over certain free-thinking members of the population. The people in this tier of “watchlisting” are the targets of a classified operation formed by the FBI, which parallels what the Stasi set up in East Germany.

According to Alex Jones’ InfoWars.com website:

The FBI initiative – the latest manifestation of the “see something, say something” surveillance matrix – further engenders a government informant culture that shares a parallel with East Germany’s “Inoffizieller Mitarbeiter” or informal collaborator culture.

In addition to “designated foreign terrorist organizations,” the FBI program targets “domestic violent extremism movements,” including anti-government groups.

In many cases it appears as though information on these targets are funneled to regional data fusion centers for localized targeting and are often tasked by private security contractors. The private companies working hand-in-hand with the FBI and DHS, employ civilians, including illegal and legal immigrants, ex-cons, criminals, neighbors and owners/employees of local commercial establishments.

However this lower-tiered watchlist of sorts may not preclude the targeted individual(s) from flying. The people on the No Fly watchlist are targeted through a star chamber decision-making process.

As per the Department of Homeland Security website:

The terrorist watchlist is maintained by the Terrorist Screening Center (TSC), which is administered by the FBI, U.S. Department of Justice, in cooperation with the departments of Homeland Security, Defense, State and Treasury, and the Central Intelligence Agency. Intelligence and law enforcement agencies nominate individuals for the watchlist based on established criteria.

The DHS website further states that:

Two subsets of the terrorist watchlist are the “No Fly” list and “Selectee” list:

The “No Fly” list includes individuals who are prohibited from boarding an aircraft. You are NOT on the No Fly list if you receive a boarding pass.

The “Selectee” list includes individuals who must undergo additional security screening before being permitted to board an aircraft.

So in this case we can see that this watchlist is broken down into a “No Fly” group and a “Flight allowed after additional screening” group.”

In my opinion, the individuals who are labeled potential political subversives and domestic threats; those who often refer to themselves as targeted individuals and victims of gang stalking, are part of the security cronyism program (a.k.a. “National Security Racketeering Network”), which is a target-for-profit psychological operation.

In the dark corridors of the Deep State, the names of the targeted individuals probably never reach the desk of the decision-makers working within the star chambers.

This Stasi-styled, nationwide PSYOP is designed solely to fill the coffers of private security companies while simultaneously exerting control over both “Inoffizieller Mitarbeiter” and the targets themselves. Ironically the informal collaborators and Perpetrators (“Perps”) are often financially compensated and are under as much control of the National Security Racketeering Network as the targets themselves.

On the other hand, people on the “No Fly” list and the “additional screening list” have been targeted within some type framework vetted by those inside the star chambers, while targeted individuals in many cases would not meet the minimum standard for either the “No Fly” list and the “additional screening list.”

Furthermore, the individuals who have passed through the star chamber process are most likely tasked solely by federal agencies and may not be subject to street-level targeting by the private security companies engaged in security cronyism.

Individuals targeted by the Deep State and tasked by private security companies are subject to hard-core extra-judicial punishment and intentionally traumatized. This operation is classified and operates outside the bounds of the law.

The official terrorist screening operations as described on the DHS website, while also classified, have a sound foundation. What do I mean by this? If implemented legally and judiciously, the program could serve to act as a security mechanism for our country and bona fide travelers.

However in both scenarios it is almost impossible to discover if you are on a list. The first group (targeted individuals) stands no chance, since they have been targeted by a highly illegal COINTEL program which runs counter to the Nuremberg Code. The latter group (No Fly and Extra-screening) stands a better (albeit slim) chance of rectifying their status, since at least some aspects of the program are legally sanctioned.

Since the COINTEL Program was revealed in the 1970’s by the Church Committee and declared to be highly illegal, it is most likely that the present Stasi-styled operations being launched against “potential” domestic threats who are allowed to fly, actually has a higher classification rating than the terrorist screening operations.

The DHS website states:

The U.S. government does not reveal whether a particular person is on or not on a watchlist. If the government revealed this information, terrorist organizations would be able to circumvent the watchlists purpose by determining in advance which of their members were likely to be questioned or detained.

That means tin the future that bona fide threats may have a better chance to change their status under some type of discovery process while Americans who have fallen victim to the illegal National Security Racketeering Network’s COINTEL Program still have an uphill battle.

Final note: Since these operations are classified, they cannot not be analyzed with one hundred percent certainty. All one can do is take the available open source information and paint a picture with the “non-classified” colors on the pallet. As more data leaks out to the public regarding all of these operations we will be able to paint more detailed pictures with a higher level of certainty.
