I’m a target and in constant pain because of the assaults,,,,and years ago when I was still cute and in good shape I made friends with a Mass state trooper and he believed me, he helped protect me and got transferred because of it,has not spoken to the since,  there was a huge box truck in the parking lot of the troop, I saw it, and inside was huge amounts of electronic apparatus this was in 1998, it collected all the information on the  northern east coast. Snatched it out of the air, 

and in downtown San Diego is a prison,, I’ve been in that too, I was a reserve police officer. I believe it was for high end prisoners,,, it is a high rise right smack in the middle of the city. Lots of secret things in plain sight. My sister in law , now dead Raytheon mathematician planned the route for many many 18 wheelers who travel the country with missiles in the back she planned the route of them for 24/7. I have written about last wednesday where I was pulsed unconciouess coming to my apt, from  MFA , I was on the stairs peed my pants to my knees,,, and never heard my drink drop down the stairs util I regained consciousness. Tonight I asked James to take me to costive it was closed but as I stood out front waiting for james a truck of same make and model drove by with the fender bent off the front and the woman stared at me as she drove by is this a threat ,, you bet,,, I'm threatened to move out, or pay the cost... and I asked the perps or rather told them to leave James's truck alone, they were fucking with the plugs for the engine and I told them to leave it alone and they plugged it up.. I want to tell the perps,,, leave me to fuck alone,,, I will not become homeless , nor suicide. to please your masters, your state troopers or the FBI who both were mentioned in the black mass. Johnston the state trooper in the last few chapters was gone after by the FBI or whitey burgers group, I was told this was to be my fate. why they decided on this is beyond me and even why after 25 years these perps are still concerned about me. The perps still pulse my apt. to force me to move,, I have no place to move too, I want to kill these fuckers and these perps please to those who are in the future and maybe read these words, find out who these drive-bys are and please kill them and kill their families. completely wipe them out...that is what I want for my life's sacrifice. I got a freee pass for the 20 of june 2018,, it was free day anyway but that's ok it was a bad time altogether. I was hit all the imp causing confusion ad and deep unwellness feeling , it was imposed by directed energy devices. I also found out they can pulse me on the top of the head on the left side to make my head slam that way, they have hurt me so much in the back of my neck with this twisting of the head the muscle at the top of my head contracts pulling the head always to the left. Thats fucking fun... and very very painful I wish it on them,, ,I fucking wish it's done to all of them.

Last night went for a walk and saw a drone, it was over the neighborhood. as one was over my back door at Kelly's,,, I think they monitored the neighborhood they can see through buildings..

I went to the museum of fine arts wednesday felt ill, good lemonade.. the clerks who did the cloak room were upset I was concerned about all I own,, and leaving it out of my care the clerks thought it was because I blamed them , that is not so... I will write an explanation to the museum about this to tell the clerks what happened.

I felt so sick that I called James up to come get me at Salem instead of Lynn and getting the bus to Peabody, he picked me up and took me home stopping for a Pistachio drink... As I entered the building on the forth step ,,always the forth step...I got blasted and passed out,,, peeing my pants to the knees and dropping my drink with all the ice cubes on the floor,,, (I took pictures of my pants and the van I bought episode, will speak of that later. ) I passed out,, first time I think I ever lost consciousness and peed my pants. I hit a car that was parked with the an I bought and that was a set up,,, I can park and drive Im very very careful driving exce[t when the perps want to fuck with me. and they do. they caused the accident in front of the building and i never reported it,,, because it was a fucking perp... one of the son of a bitches who planed it and the license plate said 54,, and that is the year I became a target and that is code,, also the pictures I took of the van and the car,,, that I supposedly hit, and the peed pants have all disappeared,,, erased off my iPod. my neck from the back of my head to the spine over the shoulder blade, scapula , is one constricted mess, causing much pain, thats how electricity works it constricts the muscle and the perps use this to their advantage.. to torture you as just because they are major mean pricks. just cause they can do it,

The mFA did a fashion show for me from Paris, it was the first time I noticed the audiospotlight was used,,, I cannot remember the year and that show was done for me, unknown to the MFA,,,I'm sure their was a request from someone to do it for my benefit,,, and they also did a small display for deTocqueville,, they had his original books which Margaret Warner (Lehrernewshour)could read them in French... and they showed his picture and his clothes they even had his top hat,, how funny fashion for our ancestors was so contrived it, was who you were, it showed what you were.

It was a very bad day yesterday, the perps were to pleased with the van,,, twice they tried to scare me into an accident once running into a chain across a parking lot, I never stop at and would not because the building is deserted and I was looking for a wifi hot spot to change my password to my apps. the person who was at apple watched me put in my pass words to closely instead of looking away. then I was out back in the parking lot and I was hit,, so that I went blank and the car was put into drive and almost ran into a fence and off a drop of a dozen feet. they let me stop the van just in time, it was a scare and I am going to get the picture of the guy who did it. later the Mexican old  guy who witnessed it was down in back telling all his Mexican friends as I drove up time to tae pictures .. or call someone.

I think I should take back the van, not for mechanical problems but the wiring seems to be off, the lights are on and off on  the dash, the check everything light, brake lights warning and the park and drive unit seems not to be working as well, it was amazing the more I think about it, he put that van into drive and hit the gas and knocked me out, then he let me go and hit the brakes all done instantly at top speed, this is what was done to Hastings... that journalist who was killed in Ca. for McCrystals episode. He did not drive at top speed and crash into a palm tree, he was forced to drive that fast. forced to crash and burn, He did not know what he was dealing with..I do, they can do anything to you they want. Mentally and Physically ,
I walked into the bathroom here at my room and was grabbed after I locked the door and was slammed against the toilet. I do not sit on the toilet, ever to many people share it, 4, and you never know where these people have been so I cover the seat with toilet paper to poop and stand over the toilet to pee and that was how I was grabbed and thrown against the toilet. I was standing and slammed over it standing up. This is why I tell people this is a totalitarian state.. because I know the power of these weapons,,
I wonder if Wellstone was killed with these devices in the air or just a physical malfunction, I know the GOP did that, by publishing that poem in the national review , that far right wing rag,, I should go back and start reading that again as they talk like no one else reads it except their buddies. They all gave me a herpies...that even with meds is taking forever to heal. at least they stopped pounding on my left side jaw and the swelling has gone down . My jaw is almost normal, because I have not been just sitting in my chair being an easy target.
Yesterday this woman got out of her vehicle parked in front of me and started talking to me about Portland Oregon.. the weather,, she complained that the meter was off not working and I suggested she put a bag over it , which she did and it was a target bag.  How funny is that. The perps sense of humor.

That is a great find, Debbie!  You should forward it to members of the current administration who claim to be baffled by the medical "mysteries" being experienced by U.S. diplomatic personnel in Cuba, Uzbekistan and China.  U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo would be a good start.

Claimant is the widow of Samuel Yannon, a former employee of the New York Telephone Company, who died on June 10, 1974. From 1955 until the early part of 1968, decedent was a radio technician assigned to a special service unit which monitored and repaired microwave transmission units at the employer's television transmission facility located on the 87th floor of the Empire State Building. Except for rare occasions when decedent worked on units in the field, he worked exclusively at this facility on a daily basis, with considerable overtime. The tenure of his co-workers generally did not exceed three years.

There were 25 microwave units at the facility, spaced about five feet apart, each with its parabolic reflecting dish facing the outer glass wall of the building. Protruding from the center of each reflecting dish was a "feedhorn" antenna from which microwave transmissions could be beamed out to or received from other locations. Behind the center of each dish, enclosed in a housing, was a klystron tube, which was the power source of the unit that emitted the microwave transmissions. Among decedent's duties was the tuning, repairing and aligning of these microwave units. Access to the "feedhorn" antennas was by means of a "walkable area" between the glass wall of the building and the parabolic reflecting dishes, while the klystron tubes could be reached from the interior console area. The tuning process was performed two or three times each day and required approximately 20 minutes on each occasion. The tube emitted microwaves as it was tuned, while the antenna was supposed to be turned off during such adjustments. One of the crucial questions presented, and one which resulted in conflicting views, was the amount of microwave radiation to which decedent was exposed; whether it exceeded permissible standards, and whether those standards themselves are within acceptable levels. 

Prior to 1968 decedent's health was good. However, early that year, at the age of 57, he began to suffer a drastic deterioration of his hearing, sight and co-ordination to such an extent that he was unable to perform his duties, requiring his placement on disability leave. He was retired on July 7, 1971, and died three years later after a prolonged period of progressive physical and mental deterioration. The hospital records where decedent was confined indicate that he suffered from an "organic brain syndrome" or a "degenerative central nervous system disease" or a "chronic brain syndrome" of unknown etiology. There were, however, references in the record, by attending physicians, that decedent's symptomology could be related to microwave exposure. On January 11, 1975, the claimant widow filed her claim for death benefits, contending that decedent's death resulted from his exposure to microwave radiation.

 

The testimony at the numerous workers' compensation hearings, both lay and expert, was lengthy and conflicting. The Administrative Law Judge awarded claimant benefits and the board affirmed, finding that decedent's death resulted from an occupational radiation disease, one within the meaning of section 3 (subd 2, par 30) of the Workers' Compensation Law, and that said disease and his ultimate death were directly related to his exposure to microwave radiation while employed by the New York Telephone Company. 

 

On this appeal, we must first consider whether the record demonstrates the existence of a recognizable occupational disease identified as "microwave radiation sickness" and, if so, whether decedent was so inflicted. In order to be so identified, such a disease must actually be caused by the employment and from the particular work the employee is performing. It must result from the nature of the employment and as a natural incident thereof (Matter of Goldberg v 954 Marcy Corp., 276 N.Y. 313). It cannot be founded upon the aggravation of a pre-existing condition which is not occupational in nature. In other words, "[t]here must be a recognizable link between the disease and some distinctive feature of the claimant's job" (Matter of Detenbeck v General Motors Corp., 309 N.Y. 558, 560).

Claimant's leading expert, Dr. Milton Zaret, provided the board with ample evidence of the existence of a disease identified as "microwave or radiowave sickness". Dr. Zaret's own studies, including those performed for the United States Government, and excerpts of reports from the Warsaw Conference of 1973 which documented the diagnosis of such a disease in other countries, substantiate this conclusion. The board was entitled to credit his testimony and that of other experts supporting this view.

Whether claimant was so inflicted with this disease presents a more difficult question. The employer's experts, also eminently qualified, steadfastly maintained that decedent suffered from Alzheimer's disease which caused presenile dementia, retinitis pigmentosa and generalized arteriosclerosis. This conclusion also finds ample support in the record. However, our review is limited to whether there is substantial evidence in the record to support the board's decision, not whether upon this record the court would have come to a different conclusion (Matter of Palermo v Gallucci & Sons, 5 N.Y.2d 529).

The requisite proof that decedent's death was causally related to exposure to microwave radiation during the course of employment presents another troublesome issue. The employer contends that there is no evidence of exposure to unsafe levels of radiation. However, the accuracy of the measurements of radiation taken by the employer is in issue, as well as the number of microwave units in operation when measurements were taken. Moreover, there was expert testimony that even at permissible levels, exposure over a prolonged period of time could produce long-term harmful effects. Here, the exact proof of the amount of radiation to which decedent was exposed is not available (see Matter of Murphy v Beaunit Fibers, 42 A.D.2d 1009). However, the present state of scientific knowledge has not advanced to the point where exactitude exists in fixing the limits of microwave radiation on the human body. This does not mean that the testimony of recognized experts should be rejected where their views are supported by a record that presents arguable issues as to the degree of radiation, as long as there is substantial evidence to support these views after a study of all the salient material available (Matter of Besner v Kiddie Nuclear Lab., 24 A.D.2d 1045; Matter of Matthews v General Elec. Co., 2 A.D.2d 623; Matter of Zaepfel v du Pont de Nemours & Co., 284 App Div 693, affd 309 N.Y. 962).

Finally, upon the entire record and with the assistance provided by the applicable presumption, we conclude that there is substantial evidence to establish the necessary causal relationship between decedent's exposure to microwave radiation, the development of the within occupational disease and his ultimate death (Workers' Compensation Law, § 47; Matter of Lapinsky v Ardom Bake Shop, 18 A.D.2d 850, affd 13 N.Y.2d 1163). While the hospital records indicate preliminary conclusions that decedent's condition was idiopathic, the record, as developed, supports the board's decisions.

The decisions should be affirmed, with costs to the Workers' Compensation Board.
