I saw the program you are initiating. I hope you find this of interest.
In 1999, I felt strongly about the new golf course to be built in Peabody, Ma. I walked the land and came to love it, I met Leslie Cartamanche and we decided to do something about it, we met and discussed what to do in opposing the golf course. We wrote letters to the paper, We met with the mayor, knowing the golf course was a done deal. At least I did, Leslie thought otherwise. We protested the building of the golf course hoping former Mayor Peter Torigian (now deceased) would see reason, of course he did not. Torigian threatened me as we left his office, and within two weeks my apt. was invaded, my car sabotaged, and within months was forced from my apt. lost my job, shunned by relatives, maligned as mentally ill, forced into hospital, forced to become homeless and on the run. After all who is going to believe a mentally ill person? No one. It makes a great cover don’t you think? I loved my apt. and my job,I would of never left either willingly..I had my suspicions and called Leslie naming Torigian. I was continually harassed. My Landlord Stuart Cumins (HUD) was one of Torigian’s old boy network buddies he allowed his maintenance and others to enter my apt. to do what they will.
Eastman Gelatine (EG )was also involved, (subsidy of Kodak,) a local corporation, they owned a portion of the land that the golf course was to be built on. Scott Burns who worked for Eastman was sent to my job to harass me there. He was in an Eastman, unmarked six pack, Eastman green, pick up truck, during the day, during working hours. This went on for months. I had him on video, but he got it and erased it. I had no idea who what or where the harassment would come from next, or even who I was dealing with at the time. I was on the run,I lost my job. After Scott Burns entered my work and started to sabotage the clinic, I quit. I loved my boss and could not involve her in what I knew was coming and it was worse than I thought. Burns made sure I knew he was there. I was a Dental Hygienist, they took care of that too. Danny McKenna, a local drug dealer and Wally our HUD maintenance manager was also responsible for driving me out of my apt. So I lost my apt.
I lost my stocks and savings trying to fight back, fruitless.
Through perseverance I managed to get HUD, (99-10546-pbs, 99-cv-12162mlw) in court ,1 Nov. 99 only because of PBS, ( yes that PBS) Judge Sari of Boston wanted to throw my case against HUD out of court, PBS threatened to sue her and as I found out you cannot sue a sitting judge because of a decision made during court. I was pro-se, my savings were gone, I was not working, broke, stressed to the max. My daughter supported me till my social security came through. PBS, knew what was going on, they are investigative reporters and had become friends of mine, today I believe they will deny that friendship. I think I know why, but I’m not sure, you will have to ask them, maybe legal considerations? If you find out tell me.
My case was moved to Lawrence , I was recently told the court is corrupt. In court when I was speaking, and when I said the word laser, the room became deathly quiet, I faltered in my statement and the judge jumped in and the court shut me down. Two weeks before court, I was burnt with a laser, I saw it come through the window and it burnt the top of my head, burnt like nothing else, after that for 2 weeks, everywhere I went I saw red lasers pointed at me, were they real or pointers? I don’t know, but I know “once burnt twice shy.” HUD-EG set me up knowing I would mention laser and the court would shut me down, it was very well done and I was the lamb led to the slaughter. Scott Burns of Eastman was a big part of the harassment.
A petition is considered a benchmark for a dissident. An activist is considered a troublemaker. I took out a petition in my HUD building to plant flowers around my building, this was in 1999. I was warned by a fellow resident not to do this as her finger curled around my petition clipboard, she said; “Bad things happen to people who do this.” I thought I had the right to take out a petition, what could happen to me, I am after all a citizen of the U.S., boy was I wrong and I was not the first. I was forced into hospital because of HUD’s/Torigians affiliation with the program Operation Safe Home. Torigian put my name in this program known as “Operation Safe Home” . Evaluated by a shrink (Walcott, MGH, Boston) who flies around the country evaluating people for violent tendencies. This is all he does, this is his job and it is at taxpayer expense. I wonder if he is worth it. Torigian, and Cumins my HUD landlord had my name put on OSH’S list as a violent offender. Screws your life up like nothing else. All credibility for life’s decisions is gone.
OPERATION SAFE HOME
Speaking of Walcott, the psychiatrists are profiling for gov’t/industry and everyone is using this information domestically, One company I am aware of is called TAG, Threat Assessment Group, Park Dietz, is CEO. He’s the one that lied on the stand to try and convict Amanda Yates to death for killing her five children. She was severely, severely, physically ill and mentally unstable., but Dietz still lied, he wanted her dead. He has a stable of psychiatrists sent out to hospitals to evaluate patients incarcerated for violent tendencies or any other charges; Innocent or not. I wonder about the integrity of his company. I wonder if taxpayer money is involved? HUD considers dissidents to be gotten rid of. I was thrown out of my apt. because of my petition and Torigian. Susan Gaffney who was in charge of HUD at the time was accused of running HUD as a police state by her superior,, Mario Cuomo. I have the report.
The meeting with Torigian came first. He was genesis. All of HUD’s actions came later.
Today my home is across from Lower Springs Pond, part of our watershed, a small pond part of our reservoir system. Only a small cemetery and a small strip of woods now separates our drinking water, part of our watershed, from the golf course. Some of the golf course tees are severely polluted, when the city bought the land from Eastman one of the stipulations was not to pierce the membrane that covers the polluted part, the city wanted to see what was below. Eastman refused, the city bought the land anyway. I spoke with the man who buried and laid the membrane. A piece of plastic sounds better if you use the word membrane, doesn't it? This man also told me of a cancer cluster, years ago, at the end of one of the streets, access to the golf course.
A large hole is cut in the old fence that partially surrounds this pond that is across the street from where I now live. One neighbor has cleared the land down to the bare ground. He wants a view. Jeremiah Rathbone a mechanical engineer, once worked for Eastman Gelatine, above mentioned, a predatory corporation. He and David Diachisin a city meter reader, whose livelihood depends on his loyalty, {who is also indebted to Torigian/Nelson and his family for his job as his father was, a retired Peabody Police officer, Inept so I heard but loyal.} Diachisin is a city employee, these two, David Diachisin and Jerimiah Rathbone were the one’s who cleared the area, it is very noticeable. They cut down huge trees and thick bushes and brush. I personally saw them at work. Harassment here at my address began the moment I moved in with this daughter, six years ago from David Diachisin.
My children and grandchildren hate me for bringing this into their lives. My home now, is with my second daughter and son in law, and they want me gone. I tried to tell them what was going on, but they didn’t want to listen, they were to scared. My son-in-law, wants me to move, he has taken the side of Rick Nelson and his thugs, he feels that that will “save” his family. (Rick Nelson is Torigian’s son-in-law, more about him later. ) Bud/Kelley don’t realize anyone who has these weapons/devices can control anyone, even them as they are being controlled now. He’s afraid as well as my daughter, I don’t blame them, they refuse to speak to me about it. They will have to admit their side in all this. He also objects to my presence because I have been urging my daughter to go back to school, she so lacks education and is easily swayed, he feels threatened. As I said they have taken Nelson’s side and have done Nelson’s bidding for him. They feel if I leave the harassment will stop, I have no where to go. I know other Ti's have had family relationships destroyed because of mind control and manipulation, so I beg of many Ti's do not blame your family, they cannot control their actions, as well as you. So keep loving them and understand what is happening, if you reject your family it only adds to the perps control over them and you. Stay close to your family and do not blame them.
Jeremiah’s Rathbone’s house is closest to the lake, we all live on a circle, Chris Yaikus, who lives next door to Jeremiah and David Diachisin a city worker are responsible for clearing the area around the lake Chris Yaikus is a new neighbor and wants his view also so the clearing of trees and brush continues down the lake. Chris Yaikus has called the police on me for harassment, he set it up with the local perps. He wants me gone, he thinks he owns the neighborhood and has made his aggressive stance known and he wants his view. I would like to read what that report Yaikus made out to the police was all about. but I’m afraid to go to the police dept. to inquire. Afraid they will lock me up. The opposition has deep roots within the system.
This small pond is part of our greater watershed system and I believe this towns “shared use of the land policy ” is accepted, it is not written policy to my knowledge, but understood. I never heard of a debate or public issue on this policy. It just happened. I walk around this land as much as I can for my own health. Further down the lake another resident has decided he too wants his view, trees were cut down right on the edge of the pond so they fell into the pond last summer, and on the other side trees have been cut for another fishing spot, a beautiful big pine. We had a big fire last summer. No big trees are left. As we know it is accumulative. Huge boulders have been moved by the city which once blocked the path of vehicles, now to walk in the woods one must step aside of dirt bikes, and 4 wheelers. The land that borders the lake is being grassed where once it was wild plants which kept the area from becoming a mud swamp during the rainy season, Rainwater sweeps down from the streets into the pond during the wet season. Not inches but feet of water, I wonder how long the grass will last? I joined Friends of Peabody Lakes, but quit when hayrides were the high point on the agenda, nothing was done we were yessed to death by our local gov’t and completely ignored. The group disbanded and I hear they want to reform.
I want everyone to know the real story, that this man, Torigian was not a saint as his five daughters consider him,, called Napoleon in the local press before he left office, arrogant, I can personally say he made a pass at me during a chance Christmas shopping at the mall. What a lech. He had been in office for 23 years. During his last run for reelection, a campaign was started against him, 3500 people left his square blank, “Don’t Thank Him, Blank Him,” was the motto, all in reaction to his arrogance, He died of throat cancer, I thought that was indeed appropriate, his last threatening words to me were, “Don’t bite off more than you can chew” all this time I was attacked constantly so I fought back in the only way I know how, I spoke out.
I always saw Scott Burns of Eastman Gelatine with cops, Scott Burns hung around with the dispatcher, Burns was the one who drove me from my apt. and job. Danny McKenna a local hired thug, gassed me from the empty HUD apt. above, as I slept. I thought welding gas? He worked with Burns. I managed to get the police to come to my HUD apt. through subterfuge, they saw the hole in the ceiling through which McKenna gassed me as I slept. As you can see, who should I complain to, the local police? How could I complain to the police when they were part of it. There is much more to this story as far as police involvement, so please don’t say go to the police.
Rick Nelson, is a Peabody deputy fire chief, who married former Mayor Torigian’s daughter and owes his job to Torigian, he and other loyal Torigian employees of city hall have taken out a vendetta, that is harassment until the target is dead. That is what a vendetta is,,till your dead. Nelson lives up the street and makes sure the neighbors only hear what he wants them to know about me, he has classified me as a troublemaker, he has much pull in this town and in this neighborhood, there are at least 20 young men who live on this circle of Nelson’s age,not one has seen military service,I’m a vet. Many of the neighbors hate me too, many are Torigian supporters. Nelson, because of my objections to his father-in-law’s policies about our future water supply, and our neighbors “view” feels that I don’t deserve to use the Community Life Center which represents the Peabody Ride, an elder ride to the grocery store for those without cars, If I call and put my name on the list, the night before and sometimes after, I am beat with pulses that can cause Petechia beneath the skin. This Community Life Center is part of Torigian’s legacy, he built this with taxpayer monies, he was a true politician, he won favor with the older crowd, winning their votes as long as he lived, thereby ensuring his reelection, after all what is more important to a politician than his name on a wall after he is dead, his legacy, that’s all he is, a name on the wall and who votes? The older person of course, ensuring his reelection for life. All part of his legacy, his name is on the building/park/golf course etc. At the expense of my life.
Our fire dept. has a camera that has the ability to see through walls, this was bought after 9/11. (Heat sensing?) The cameras that see through clothes at airports, are also built small and portable, and can be used from a car or an other house. 24/7 monitoring. no lawyer, no court, no charges, no nothing, your name on a list, on their computers, in the system, how can you oppose something you cannot prove? And most have no idea what they are up against. I have tried and tried to find out what is being used as an actual weapon, and what is written about me on my record but to no avail. I was told some of the harassment devices are part of the Wii machine, x-box, HSS, hypersonic silent sound and vibratory effects, I also thought it might be part of a cell phone, the signal in some is very strong, can a cell phone’s energy be directed? I know of one time a compressor was used. Much care is given so that those not in the know, those targeted, do not find out what is being used. The devices can be created and made out of mundane material and converted into a weapon, acoustics can be made with a generator and pvc pipe.
Acoustics weapons are used and pulsed weapons, these are new age devices HUD uses to evict unwanted tenants, I have heard other landlords are using them as well. Vibratory devices are used, kind of like the bug extermination device used only more intense and used on people. Some pulses sound like hockey pucks when they hit the house and does damage to the electrical system and anything you own, refrigerator, TV, VCR, furnace, video cameras, electrical outlets, dehumidifier, they already pulsed and broke one dehumidifier, my daughter will go outside and cover up where our fuse box is located, she realizes what these pulses can do, these pulses can burn that out also. Anything electrical can be destroyed in seconds with these pulses and of course you.
I’m not allowed very much sleep. I live below my daughter’s household, sub basement apt. They’ve hit/pulsed my grandchildren and have killed my dog. Dogs will alert to pulses and high frequency devices. Dogs are easy targets. My daughter’s nose was broken by a scenario set up by Diachisin, he admitted it to me, himself, as I passed his house he came out and let me know he set the whole scenario up himself, using V2K, No evidence of his admission, I thought he was only a minder, not the actual handler. My ankle was broken by Rick Nelson when I first moved here. Pulsed and thrown down the stairs. So you see these guys don’t fool around, These pulses can kill, maim, and do much damage. The men who use these weapons call themselves Zappers because they use electrical weapons. Services for sale to the highest bidder.
One other item I should mention, 23 March, 03 in the New York Times Magazine is an article, “The Sound of Things To Come”, describes one of these devices , (d/l N.Y.T. archives) it can subliminally control anyone, the original article had a picture of this device aimed at the head of the target. This device, the HSS (hypersonicsound) device is used in D.C. for communication, at the Museum of Science in Boston for exhibits. Two things to mention, a bubble is a pulse, and these devices can cause and mock any medical malady we have. Physical or mental illness. I cannot emphasize that enough. Any medical malady. The pulse can break bones, the pulse has a force and can throw you down the stairs, The pulse can destroy brain cells, causing an Alzheimer’s condition, it goes through walls and used with a back-scatter radiation camera or other kind of camera, can find you anywhere in a building including your home. A minder/neighbor is sometimes assigned. This is all besides the subliminal control aspect, and it does work, remember when visual subliminal suggestions were outlawed within the theaters, why? Because they worked. These are silent sound pulses aimed at the head and they do indeed work as well if not better than the video . These devices kill anything electric, our bodies are electric, these devices are long distance; miles; target specific; silent; deadly; and they are better than nukes, they leave the infrastructure intact; anything not electric is left.
One has to live this in order to believe, and believe me this is the scariest thing to come along since the nuke bomb. This is why I refuse to shut up, You will read this and remember and it may someday come you way. Social engineering on the local level by gov’t, do you realize what this can do for control of voting? Eleven years is a long time, I have PTSD. I’m not allowed to walk anymore, if I do , I’m beat, pulsed severely that night. After I took a picture of what Yaikus had done to the pond bank, they started that assault.
My physical condition has become fragile after so many years. I had breast cancer and wonder if pulsing can mock the thickening of the breast. I now have uterine cancer and refuse to have surgery, terrified, after what happened at Mass General because of HUD. I complained of being hit with a taser in my back yard early dark morning, the dogs were barking, the hospital had never heard of a taser, made fun of me, tied me up, drugged me, and incarcerated me for two weeks. I was terrified, I refused to take any tests until Patrick Smallwood, now of McLeans, threatened me with a year incarceration and a lobotomy. I was interviewed by a shrink name of Walcott, who found me low violent, I am none violent. He was wrong. This shrink works for the gov’t all he does is fly around the country interviewing people for violent tendencies all part of Operation Safe Home at tax payer expense, I asked, he answered. I now have a tough time seeing docs. Very fearful.
This comment is directed to Mr. Martin W. Healy, chief legal counsel for the Mass Bar Association, are you aware that in Massachusetts it is illegal , only a misdemeanor, it should be a felony to pulse, beam, or use a frequency on anyone? We acknowledge the crime, but how many have been convicted with this law, pretty hard to prove ? Deniability built in. I can chase down the statutes if you like?
This program is another gov’t program used against people and countries. This program was used against me, it works also, Condaleeza Rice mentioned it in one of her speeches.
The Formula of Destruction;
1. Destroy infrastructure; money, savings, loans, friends, relatives, anything giving the country or person
support, (Assange’s money was cut off, through the internet.
2. Malign reputation; mentally ill, dissident, activist, terrorist, pervert,rapist,(Assange, today) bjg.
3. Pound away; destroy something everyday, debilitating.
4. Isolation; remember Arafat ? as they bulldozed the city around him. Isolation; easier to
control and destroy the target.
