How v2K might work in a few ways..

From what I have read and heard from other Ti's,,, I think this is how V2K  can work. might work....
1. algae is used to carry a light sensitive gene? cell? not sure,,, to a certain neuron(s) in the brain,,, they are carried by a designed virus..Virus are proteins and are not alive but can kill you depending on what it is...

They are designed to be cell specific,,, usually a group of cells will be manipulated.

In the course I am taking,,, so far it is a bar of light that effects the cells. One held at a 90 degree to the cell.  An overall patch of light has no effect,,it does not turn on the neuron/cells.

1. Alda feels that they are using bone conduction, to   the brain,,or the above method of algae and light sensitivity using fiber optics,, this seems like it would be suited to a disease state rather than a control state. Though Atlanta another Ti feels she is implanted with these fiber optic implants.. I know I had two so anything is possible,,, One day I shall speak with her about this.

2. The above described method uses fiber optic to  specific area of neurons with the turn on./off light that activates the algae..that activates the neurons. I think this is how it works,,, but not 100% sure.. will make inquiries. This would be best used for specific diseased problems.. rather than true zombies.

3, I claim that the pulses that are sometimes used are pure energy,, with attached commands that can blow/pulsed right through your skull and anyone else's who is in the way,,, I have seen this done..where it hit two people,one behind the other at an angle,,,,I was one of them, i was in front and a command was given "To start the car" we repeated it out loud to each other,,we then turned and looked, and I turned back and obeyed, the car then started  ,,both of us looked back at  the house and site specific from where it came from,,,EXACTLY.

And for some reason the subconscious and sometimes the conscious picks it up and can hear it, as constant v2k,,that probably is like a beam rather than a pulse,,, he hears it wherever he goes and cannot get away from it,,,
 I think it is computer generated, and it is beamed  at a specific person,,, How does this become person specific?,, It may be true we all have our own frequency and this can be measured as a Radio Wave within our spectrum,, and what is our spectrum and it evidently can be adjusted for modulation,,

Creating a community action plan: An overview
1. Identify a leadership team: We will find strong TI’s in our communities that are motivated and can speak with control while being tortured to groups of people about the technology and how it’s effecting our lives. 
Create a check list of worthy candidates.
2. Develop a common vision: Our vision is to inform public officials of the crimes being committed against us and pass legislation that protects us. Find the perps responsible to make sure this never happens again.
3. Develop a strategy: We will attend 4 city hall meetings a month for the next six months to utilize the public forum by giving speeches until our allotted time is finished. Each speech should be professional and well prepared. Cite evidence from credible sources. By repetition we will get our info implanted into the subconscious mind of all public officials with in a 6 month period. We will identify possible problems that might get in our way and identify groups and allies that can help us achieve our goals.
4. Implement the plan and evaluate the results: Implementing the action plan will mean developing a time line and measuring progress toward our goals. After 6 months we will evaluate what has worked and what has not.

Frequencies of mind control and brain waves.

Frequency is a wave , one wave is from the top to the bottom., to be in phase is good, out of phase is not sometimes good, out of phase will cancel out the waveforms. 

So,, if it is true they can read minds, I know I have had communication , but always answered orally to questions. They have the ability to communicate with V2K, (voice to skull) all Ti's receive this ,,, it can be convert, or it can be overt.

I never felt that my mind was read, I always felt they were putting stuff in, though I was told personalities can be d/l.. I do not know if this is true or not. 

It is said each brain has it's own frequency/ brain wave and each is different for each person's brain. I did not know this,, not being privy to research, but  if this is true,  What about twins? or family members,,alike or different? 

In order to access a person's brainwaves I would think they had to match the person's brainwave form exactly, this is why I think a lot of these devices, just blow through your head, to the subconscious,, no bone conduction, just right to the subconscious..

Fukishima and Naples Italy and the mafia

300 Tons of radioactive water is being pumped into the ocean everyday,,from Fukishima,,,, if not the radiation  would heat up and  the plants would explode...

The mafia in Italy has also been dumping radioactive material north of Naples, Italy... cancer is now starting to show up ...The president, the Interpol head and other high echelon individuals knew all about it.  They turned a blind eye... some of their wives should beat them about the head with a frying pan, but then I wonder if the woman agreed or knew about it.  I assume something like this would be considered mafia black ops.. not to be discussed except with a certain few.  But now that this is getting out,,, I would make sure they understood what they did,,, and beat them about their heads with a pot..I think more women should take responsibility of the men they have become affiliated with,,,,,,bjg..

I did not tell her why I wanted the apt. she got snippy and quickly hung up on me...So I will call tomorrow and if I do not acquire an apt. I will go before the board,, councilors...I will state my case to them.. Why not...
