I have had both police and fire here in the last several weeks and they race through your apt. casing it
out... working for the govt as local spies.  That is mainly their function ,,not to protect you or solve crimes not even to put out fires,,,but to spy on you. That is what I felt and what I saw...

 When I first moved into peabody housing I had two of those imposed dreams… one ,,I was being fucked by a Faun, you know half man half goat…in my bedroom,, woke up with the image in my head and my head on the mattress with my ass in the air…on my knees… 2. The point being this standing army was already being set up,,,,Ipswich,,, states that they never had this until I moved here and they are wrong ,,,these devices were always here. They did not know about them… now they do…they can’t blame me. I am doing nothing,,, no weapon, I call out in my sleep when I am pummeled. They hit/pulsed someone last night,,, Judy? I think she started screaming and she can scream… the perp stopped…but he hit her on purpose. I felt most of it go from John/ next door?bedroom..or the next apt. go under me and hit Judy… that’s how wide some of these pulses can be.. they all seem to have a aura…

All labs working with microwave and laser have to have a faraday to protect those around them.. I think this is radar and RF,,,,

I asked him what his plans were for the future, was he planning on having us thrown out or arrested for smoking pot..or what were his future plans he said all of that was taken care of at the meeting. I said ok, then he said there was one time he could of called the police,,,,I asked  on me,,he said yes,,,,I was stunned. ,, but because I was a friend he did not. He became angry and did not want to speak about it, after several attempts of speaking with him he got angrier and I let him go...
On my way hoe Reeve was sitting in the front yard and I said to her ,,, "Your part of this group, I know I was right in stop talking to you. I found her character lacking...Then I said I have done nothing wrong, I don't deserve this I'm not the enemy ,,,,I have done nothing wrong."

I also wrote a letter to housing authority and am still writing it this date.

Since then the targeting has been horrific they have the local old men,,, thugs with these devices pulsing me all time lately has been severe,,, Cooked some garlic and evidently the perps didn't like it,,, it was stinky but how do you know what is gonna be stinky or not.? so evidently frank who's has a  sensitive  nose is behind this. It's very hard to document because of the constant pulse to the head , two men who live up the street...were on the bench pulsing me all day and as they walked by also pulsed me...and then underneath was a man on the walk,,the  man who walks the sisters  across the street especially the bent over one. Evidently he lives in the next apt?
I want to speak about the conversation with Will about pot,,, he said his focus was that he didn't want his name connected to pot at all. I shall continue this at a later date when I feel up to it.
