(Reuters) - "God we trust," goes an old National Security Agency joke. "All others we monitor.
First, the Guardian reported details on a domestic telephone dragnet in which Verizon was forced to give the NSA details about all domestic, and even local, telephone calls. Then the Guardian and the Washington Post revealed another massive NSA surveillance program, called Prism, that required the country's major Internet companies to secretly pass along data including email, photos, videos, chat services, file transfers, stored data, log-ins and video conferencing.
While the Obama administration and Senate intelligence committee members defend the spying as crucial in its fight against terrorism, this is only the latest chapter in nearly a century of pressure on telecommunications companies to secretly cooperate with NSA and its predecessors. But as stunning technology advances allow more and more personal information to pass across those links, the dangers of the United States turning into a secret surveillance state increase exponentially.
The NSA was so flooded with billions of dollars from post-Sept. 11, 2001 budget increases that it went on a building spree and also expanded its eavesdropping capabilities enormously. Secret rooms were built in giant telecom facilities, such as AT&T's 10-story "switch" in San Francisco. There, mirror copies of incoming data and telephone cables are routed into rooms filled with special hardware and software to filter out email and phone calls for transmission to NSA for analysis.
New spy satellites were launched and new listening posts were built - such as the recently opened operations center near Augusta, Ga. Designed to hold more than 4,000 earphone-clad eavesdroppers, it is the largest electronic spy base in the world.
Meanwhile, at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee, where top-secret work was done on the atomic bomb during World War II, the NSA is secretly building the world's fastest and most powerful computer. Designed to run at exaflop speed, executing a million trillion operations per second, it will be able to sift through enormous quantities of data - for example, all the phone numbers dialed in the United States every day.
Today the NSA is the world's largest spy organization, encompassing tens of thousands of employees and occupying a city-size headquarters complex on Fort Meade in Maryland. But in 1920, its earliest predecessor, known as the Black Chamber, fit into a slim townhouse on Manhattan's East 37th Street.
World War One had recently ended, along with official censorship, and the Radio Communication Act of 1912 was again in effect. This legislation guaranteed the secrecy of electronic communications and meted out harsh penalties for any telegraph company employee who divulged the contents of a message. To the Black Chamber, however, the bill represented a large obstacle to be overcome-illegally, if necessary.
So the Black Chamber chief, Herbert O. Yardley, and his boss in Washington, General Marlborough Churchill, head of the Military Intelligence Division, paid a visit to 195 Broadway in downtown Manhattan, headquarters of Western Union. This was the nation's largest telegram company - the email of that day.
The two government officials took the elevator to the 24th floor for a secret meeting with Western Union's president, Newcomb Carlton. Their object was to convince him to grant them secret access to the private communications zapping through his company's wires.
It was easier achieved than Yardley had ever imagined. "After the men had put all our cards on the table," Yardley later described, "President Carlton seemed anxious to do everything he could for us.'"
Time and again over the decades, this pattern has been repeated. The NSA, or a predecessor, secretly entered into agreements with the country's major telecommunications companies and illegally gained access to Americans' private communications.
In a much-cited story, the influential Republican statesman, Henry L. Stimson, was described as deeply offended by the very notion of snooping into people's private communications. As the new secretary of state in 1929, Stimson shut down the Black Chamber with the now immortal phrase, "Gentlemen do not read each other's mail."
But when President Franklin D. Roosevelt later appointed Stimson secretary of war during World War Two, Stimson changed his mind. He wanted to eavesdrop on every possible communication, especially on the Germans and Japanese.
Once the guns of World War Two began falling silent, however, the communications privacy laws again took effect. Thus, Brigadier General W. Preston Corderman, the chief of the Signals Intelligence Service - another pre-NSA iteration - faced the same dilemma Yardley confronted after World War One: a lack of access to the cables flowing into, out of and through the country.
So, once again, deals were made with the major telegraph companies - the Internet providers of the day - to grant the SIS (and later the NSA) secret access to their communications.
Codenamed "Operation Shamrock," agents would arrive at the back door at each telecom headquarters in New York around midnight; pick up all that days telegraph traffic, and bring it to an office masquerading as a television tape processing company. There they would use a machine to duplicate all the computer tapes containing the telegrams, and, hours later, return the original tapes to the company.
The secret agreement lasted for 30 years. It only ended in 1975, when the nation was shocked by a series of stunning intelligence revelations uncovered by a congressional investigation led by Senator Frank Church.
The illegality and vast breadth of this one operation stunned both the left and the right, Republicans as well as Democrats. The parties came together to create a new law to make sure nothing like it could ever happen again. Known as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, the legislation created a secret court, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, to ensure that the NSA only eavesdropped on Americans when there was probable cause to suspect they were involved in serious national security crimes - such as espionage or terrorism.
For more than a quarter-century, the NSA obeyed this law. The intelligence agency turned its giant ears outward - away from the everyday lives of Americans. But that all changed soon after Sept. 11, 2001, when the Bush administration began its warrantless wiretapping program.
Once again, an NSA director sought the secret cooperation of the nation's telecom industry to gain access to its communications channels and links. Again, the companies agreed - despite violating the laws and the privacy of their tens of millions of customers. Eventually, when the operation was discovered, a number of groups brought suit against the companies, Congress passed legislation granting them immunity.
Thus, for roughly 100 years, whenever the government knocked on the telecommunications industry's door and asked them to break the law and turn over millions upon millions of private communications, the telecoms complied. Why not, since they knew that nothing would ever happen to them if they broke the law.
Now, as a result of these new revelations, it appears that the NSA has again gone to Verizon and other telephone companies, as well as many of the giant Internet companies, and obtained secret access to millions, if not billions, of private communications. There are still many questions as to what, if any, legal justification was used.
But unlike with Yardley and the Black Chamber, the dangers today of secret cooperation between the telecom and Internet industry and the NSA are incomparable. Because of technology back then, the only data the government was able to obtain were telegrams - which few average people sent or received.
Today, however, access to someone's telephone records and Internet activity can provide an incredibly intimate window on their life.
Phone data reveals whom they call, where they call, how often they call someone, where they are calling from and how long they speak to each person. Internet data provides e-mail content,Google searches, pictures, and personal and financial details.
We now live in an era when access to someone's email account and web searches can paint a more detailed picture of their life then most personal diaries. Secret agreements between intelligence agencies and communications companies should not be allowed in a democracy. There is too much at risk.
In a dusty corner of Utah, NSA is now completing construction of a mammoth new building, a one-million-square foot data warehouse for storing the billions of communications it is intercepting. If the century-old custom of secret back-room deals between NSA and the telecoms is permitted to continue, all of us may digitally end up there.
Contrary to what Simpson may have asserted, gentlemen (and women) do read each other's mail - at least if they work for the National Security Agency.
And in the future, given NSA's unrestrained push into advanced technologies, the agency may also be able to read your thoughts as well as your mail.

Mind Control the real enemy


MIND CONTROL     what it really means


I think most people do not look at the big picture, they only see the NSA looking at their phone numbers, they are reassured that that is all that is being done.,,, at this time.

Ok what about our medical records, all digital and can be entered through the back door without a warrant. My computer was entered without a warrant, took the picture right off my laptop , then the HSS  told me it was "A person of interest" it was a relative.  Like I said who am I going to complain too, the local police,, how funny is that,  for they were the one's who did it and how can I prove it when they hide their tracks using the HSS. American Technology Corp,, 23 March 03 NYT magazine, The Sound of Things to Come,  communication system.

Or how about a Ti I know who had her bank accounts messed with while in Italy, alone, far from home, panic sets in, a language barrier.  They can erase you electronically as if you did not exist.
Oh yes lets talk about the drones,,, our flying robots,, we all know they can deliver a precise missile, I wonder if they use beam or frequency devices as well, start fires, fry you in your bed, or on the street. They don't need missiles and I think the big boys realize that, if they can use DEW  (directed energy weapons ) on the ground , you know they can use them from the air.. 
Or with through the wall cameras, my perps have them I see the signature of them all the time, the high hiss and the spots of light, that blink off when you look in their direction.  The acoustic pulses, infra sound that can make you sick as a dog wishing for death, or the ultrasound that does the same. 
So when you guys go public with these telephone numbers that have been collected, you kinda make me laugh because this is only the frosting,,, the cake is where this is all at. How about doing some homework and finding out just what the capabilities of our weapons are,, ,, our DEW and report on that.

If you have no idea of what I am talking about , well get to work and dig up and report on what you can find. We need you to do this, to save our democracy from the military Industrial complex, for that is our real enemy. They are not saving us from the Muslims. They are oppressing us for themselves and don't fool yourself into thinking they aren't.

And what about the HSS device that can pulse ideas, suggestions and commands to your subconscious, you think there your ideas,but there not. This turns you into a zombie,, with drugs pulsed into your body,, your a living walking talking zombie, You don' t think, they have taken over your ability to do that,  for that has all been put on hold. What about the data mining weapon, well stealing your phone number is no biggie to me, that's kind of a joke to me really after all I have seen. Complete Slavery is the biggie and don't you forget it.

These are today's headlines from democracynow.org and I get a big laugh out of all of this, I have been, and other TI's have been, screaming about this for a long long time, we in the TI community are not surprised, we just wonder when the rest of the program that we are on will go global. We hope soon, then we can really feel justified in our anger at what has been done to us..
We deserve our justice and these whistleblowers are doing a good thing, for themselves and our country, but they are behind the bell curve as we in the TI community lead the pack. 
Maybe everyone will catch up to us soon,,I hope so, then I can really have a good laugh.

Operation Safe Home

I tried putting the original top sheet to Operation Safe Home, which I  have,,, to  this post, it would not accept it to post,,,

 OSH  is a program the gov't initiated to control the masses I believe Operation Safe Home by HUD was beta testing for the gov't... Giving the maintenance people at HUD apts and the landlords and mayors the right to accuse, and have incarcerated for violent tendencies anyone they deemed or claimed was violent, Mayor Torigian used it to dump anyone in the program that he wanted, for any reason he wanted.  My landlord HUD'S  Stuart Cumins helped him do it. I believe this type of program is now moving out into the general population.

 I know I have been doing this tooooo long....16 years worn out and tired.
I need to take a break,,,, I hope this stella wind goes everywhere, why not,,I have been yelling about these weapons and programs since 1997, when I found out,,,, , welcome to my world everyone.

Suicide Rates, this is an excerpt from the CDC report taken this week, June 2013


I know these weapons and the capability of them, they can drive anyone ,,ANYONE TO SUICIDE. Frequencies that can create rage, confusion, depression, intense anger, with triggers added to make sure the scene is set and is carried off. I know these devices can force someone to be a Manchurian Candidate and it is an easy task for these devices. I wonder how many of these suicides are Targeted Individuals.

Editorial Note

Suicide rates among both men and women aged 35–64 years increased substantially from 1999 and 2010. This finding is consistent with a previous study that showed a notable increase in the overall suicide rate among middle-aged adults relative to a small increase in suicide rates among younger persons and a small decline in older persons during a similar period (2). The increases were geographically widespread and occurred in states with high, as well as average and low suicide rates. By race/ethnicity, the increases were highest and statistically significant only among whites and American Indian/Alaska Natives, widening the racial/ethnic gap in suicide rates (3).
Prevalence of mechanisms of suicide changed from 1999 to 2010. Whereas firearm and poisoning suicide rates increased significantly, suffocation (predominantly hanging) suicide rates increased the most among men and women aged 35–64 years. This increasing trend is particularly troubling because a large proportion of suicide attempts by suffocation result in death, suggesting a need for increased public awareness of suicide risk factors and research of potential suicide prevention strategies to reduce suffocation deaths (2).
Possible contributing factors for the rise in suicide rates among middle-aged adults include the recent economic downturn (historically, suicide rates tend to correlate with business cycles, with higher rates observed during times of economic hardship) (6,7); a cohort effect, based on evidence that the "baby boomer" generation had unusually high suicide rates during their adolescent years (8); and a rise in intentional overdoses associated with the increase in availability of prescription opioids (1,2). Additional research is needed to understand the cause of the increase in age-adjusted suicide rates and why the extent of the increase varies across racial/ethnic populations.
The findings in this report are subject to at least four limitations. First, the findings are subject to variation among state coroners/medical examiners regarding determination of manner of death, especially for poisoning, as recorded on the death certificate (9). Second, suicide rates likely are an underestimate of the actual prevalence because suicides might be undercounted in NVSS (9). Third, NVSS lacks information about factors such as physical and mental health history at the time of suicide and recent stressors that might have contributed to risk for suicide. The National Violent Death Reporting System collects more comprehensive information on suicide circumstances but the system currently is limited to 18 states.§ Finally, suicide rates might be affected by death certificate race/ethnicity misclassification, particularly for AI/ANs.
Most suicide research and prevention efforts have focused on youths and older adults. Although the analysis in this report does not explain why suicide rates are increasing so substantially among middle-aged adults, the results underscore the importance of prevention strategies that address the needs of persons aged 35–64 years, which includes the baby boomer cohort. Prevention efforts are particularly important for this cohort because of its size, history of elevated suicide rates, and movement toward older adulthood, the period of life that has traditionally been associated with the highest suicide rates (3,8).
The 2012 Surgeon General's National Strategy for Suicide Prevention describes salient risk factors, prevention opportunities, and existing resources to help those at increased risk for suicide (10). Suicide prevention strategies such as those that enhance social support, community connectedness, and access to mental health and preventive services, as well as efforts to reduce stigma and barriers associated with seeking help, are important for addressing suicide risk across the lifespan. Other strategies are likely to be particularly critical for addressing the needs of middle-aged adults, such as those that help persons overcome risk factors, which include economic challenges, job loss, intimate partner problems or violence, the stress of caregiver responsibilities (often for children and aging parents), substance abuse, and declining health or chronic health problems (7,8,10).

The Muslims and some thoughts on them


I am an atheist, so from the beginning I am enemy to the Muslim world. I have tried to read about their culture and beliefs to better understand them as I did with all religions.In order to become an Atheist one must first study religion in order to refute it, religion in this country is a big part of our lives and to step outside of that general pattern is and was difficult, I went against all I was taught and supposedly to believe and to refuse that, well it took much study, this is why I have found many Atheists to be highly intelligent people and know more about religion than most blind emotional believers.

The Muslims seem to have one foot in the ancient world and one foot in the modern world and the ancient world seems to control their lives as nothing in the modern world does, making sure you pray  five times a day is one way to keep the carrot/control in front of the eye of the subject at all time, 

They live with death, war is all around them, killing is becoming more normal and so isn't the threat of death.  I feel the radicalization is from the Imams and the holy men for they see their ancient world being erased by the modern world and feel threatened. What does an animal do when threatened he fights when cornered using every method available for his survival. Suicide bombers. This has not changed since we lived on the plains of Africa.  That includes all religions. 

I do not mind the Muslim religion, I mind the complete mind control, the imposition, the  idea that this is the end of the line for religion and her prophets, for I know that to be wrong, that the Muslim religion cannot stand the light of questioning or criticism, I object to Sharia Law, finding it outdated to a modern world and a threat to our freedoms. 

The main motive for the Muslim religion is to take over the world through religion,,, imagine our lives controlled by the Imams,, that would be much worse than anything Hitler could come  up with, we have seen this in other parts of the world where Fundamentalist Muslims live. The religion promotes teams of men who go out in the public making sure the public obeys their laws.  Through force. Whipping an ancient punishment is alive and well in their world.

 I wrote the below paragraph to a friend of mine and thought I would add this here and I will add my thoughts to this as time goes on.


"One other thing it is up to the uncle to kill the niece for the father, for they found that some fathers could not do it they were to close to the child. The brothers are also supposed to carry this out as well. It is a desert culture and the father is to control the marriage, why because love matches did not exist then and seldom now.  The marriage was a way of the tribes to get together and bury the war hatchet. To solidify tribal relations.  Today it is a way of ensuring the young marry within their religions. 
You have to realize that this religion came out of tribal beliefs.  They existed in a harsh atmosphere and survival was day to day reality. I also believe that the clothes they wear, the turban, the burqa, and all their loose clothing has a double use.  For protection from the elements, and now they are used to  say publicly  I am Muslim , I believe the meaning over time has changed and that they wear this head scarf and the beard to show piousness as I said in ancient times I believe the clothing was for survival from the harsh elements. The turban, the head scarf, the beard.  .Now they are informing  the world through dress  where they stand with religion. 
 It was not to long ago when women had to wear a hat in the Catholic Church, we had to have our hair covered, it was stopped when I was a young women.I was glad it was a pain in the ass..

In ancient times marriage was to develop ties between warring groups, the nobility also did this throughout Europe and  marriage for a love match is not something that was  believed in and the Muslims believed in marriage as a survival tool,,,, love matches were rare and had not been  developed.  That is a modern concept. 

A  daughter who refuses the marriage is dishonoring the family and death is the end product for that treachery, back then the marriage was a survival mechanism for the tribe. She by rebelling was jeopardizing the survival of the tribe. Hence she was a traitor and considered enemy. Now things are modern but they still live in ancient times."These honor killings still exist today.

i have a Muslim friend I speak with once in a while and he got married,he went back to Morocco to find a bride,  I asked him why was it so important for his bride to be a virgin, he said if she was not she would be a whore. I thought the term outdated and he also added something that spoke to me of male ego. He said that no matter what, his wife would think him the best lover in the world because she would not have an other man to compare him too. Th

He by the way is not a virgin and his wife is back in Morocco, pregnant due in June and he is having an affair here in the US with an other woman whom I feel he is emotionally involved with. I asked him what he was going to do and he did not know.. 

This is the perfect example of the duplicity of man.  This is why religion is not for me, religion is written by man for man,,nothing for me as a women in there. I think there all assholes. 

 I also wonder at the childish nature of some of the traditions, for instance if a Muslim wishes to insult you he will shake you with his left hand, why because this is the hand he wipes his ass with , a tradition still alive in the Mideast among the tribes.  That is why you  must eat with the right hand, I can imagine a Muslim walking away snickering behind his right hand because he just shook hands with you an infidel with his left. Heee hee like a two year old. 
They also consider to show the bottom of the shoe to someone as an insult,, they freak out over shit like this.  The Muslim world is heavy with these cultural traditions from their ancient past, I pity them and I also recommend that they buy some toilet paper and hand wipes, works wonders for hygiene  and maybe they can eat with both hands. What a treat.
 This is the world I live in and some of this male bullshit is alive and well here, in the US. Childish at it's most best. I wonder if this world is ever going to grow up.

Bill Binney NSA whistleblower etc,

I brought this post forward here so it would be the first thing those who come here see. I think this is very relevant to the day.


1.  Bill Binney as I have written in other posts is a former NSA whistelblower, He blew the whistle on his own creation Stella Wind, you can google Binney, MIT and ACLU, for his youtube lecture at MIT, this explains how his program works, and  it is a data mining program that can collect pertinent data on every single person on the planet and store this material in Bluffdale , Utah. With enough storage area for 100 years.   His lecture is asking MIT computer scientists to combat his gov't program. This program starts out with one individual and everyone within that person's life is gone out to two individuals and investigated, if one of those individuals comes under suspicion,, everyone to two people are investigated outward from that person. All pertinent information is kept and other benign information is discarded and so on and so on. This is how it works, Binney quit when he found out that the gov't wanted to go mainstream and global. One side note,,,,  the CIA is filthy with Mormons, and this information storage is in Utah of all places, I would fear  this, this would give the Mormon Church carte blanch to all this info and we all know the Mormons by their own actions are anal information junkies,, look at the genealogy project they have. The CIA seems anal as well.

One other mention, We in the Targeted Community have an increase in our numbers, Dr. John Hall in 2-11, he did an interview with Robert Duncan, Hall stated that this would spread and it has, just from what I see in my community, Hall stated this technology is to powerful for the powerful to give up or ignore,, I paraphrase. The Nazi started with the mentally , ill dissidents, activists, and Gypsies. They always start with the weakest link,,, you should read my blog here about the Jews and what I thought.

2.  The second program is the DEW symposium in Monterrey, CA. and another in D.C. in June,,and another in August ,and there is one thing Targeted Individuals know about and that is high technology. Directed Energy Weapons. 3. Operation Safe Home,,, federal, state, and local profiling, this program has been in effect for a long time, it allows the police, fed, state and local to invade HUD housing and that is OK for it gets rid of rapists, criminals, drug dealers and such, that  was its original  purpose. The landlords and maintenance had the ability given to them to report anyone they deemed as violent and to be forced into hospital using high tech devices,, lights, pulsing, laser, anything like that as a signal to the medical establishment that this person was to be incarcerated for evaluation of violent tendencies.

This is what Mayor Torigian did to me, put my name on the list for violent offenders. They delved into my past history ,and saw my divorce decree and went from there. I have  explained my decree in another post. THE DIVORCE DECREE. they went into my medical and legal, so protect your medical well, and get a copy and put it in your hot little hand as you leave the docs office and ask for the docs NOTES for within  is your evaluation,  you can read what he said all about you.  They lie too.

Stuart Cumins was my landlord and Mayor Torigian was part of my town's good old boy network, my mayor of 23 years, my divorce  decree gave them the excuse to do what they did, even though it was not true. I am not violent and have medical proof to prove it, but these devices can take a person like anyone and turn them into a Manchurian Candidate.

So this is how the system was manipulated by them for their own private use. They could shred anyone to pieces they wanted and from what I heard in my town of Peabody, Ma. I was not the first one that Torigian did this too. I also was wondering if there was an alleged kickback on this property for building the  golf course with the toxic dump under it, that the mayor built  with the help of Eastman Gelatine, saving the company millions.


This program is initiated by something you did, you said, you caught some one's attention, ON THE LOCAL LEVEL,   I  took out a petition, which the shrinks profiled for HUD as being a bench mark for an activist and dissident. You had to have caught some one's attention, maybe your psychiatrist, or a neighbor, or fellow employee, or just  anyone. Someone notified the powers that be. I took out a petition to put flowers in our building's flower boxes and a petition is a sign to the HUD landlord that I was an activist and dissident, and considered vermin by HUD, You can thank Susan Gaffney for that, she was criticized by Mario Cuomo her boss for turning HUD into a police state.    HUD wanted to get rid of me as vermin and Torigian had already notified them as to who I was and the golf course issue. So I was fucked. 

These three programs are loose and being used in the US of A as I type.  I often think  HUD was beta testing. All four elements I mention here, have all come together, the forth being the perp organization who do the actual zapping, boots on the ground, and this is what they call themselves,, they call themselves Zappers, so any car or T-shirt or reference to Z or zapping is suspect..Now the cops are doing it too. The cops and fire dept.  get paid regular, they like zapping people anyway. They don't know their names are on the list as well.

After much thought I would like to add  to this post,,,

One thing the gov't has taken advantage of is the ability of the young men and women who have played video games for years, grew up on them, can push the button and kill without remorse, within the game, they can now do the same thing in the real world. Because of the training they indulged in with the games, they now have moved into the real world. The military planned it, but not to be used against us, but foreign, I think this domestic issue is relatively new?

They have no compunction to pushing the button this is why many of our perps, hunting us, are young, they push the button and like a computer game they do not see any blood, they do not think they are harming us, or some of them don't, some do, but so what, no blood, they do not fall down, most times, no seeming harm to the target just like the video game, the target lies there, but not really dead. Same with us, we are shot, no blood, we don't die, we just disintegrate over time. Just like the video games that's why they can push the button so easy. On one level they are playing their video games only more fun because it can be dangerous. The target can really turn on  them adds to the game..

No narrative, they already have been trained by the games. How to aim and fire..They do not need to be told we are anything , though that helps.  We are the targets to train on, in real life for disposal. It's all a computer game to them , the military have taken the virtual world and brought it back into their real world. I think they are using TI's to have these young men and women train on because they see a war with the Muslims and the Chinese in our future and a totalitarian state. What better way to train than to kill off the old and unwanted, and the young will train on them, for the electric war of the future.

That is indeed a sorry state of affairs, I have much to pass on, and they don't see it. Quality within the family is quality within the country. Our history lives within those who have lived it.

All of these components have come together and this is our brave new world.
