"The Design and Fabrication of a Damage 

Inflicting RF Weapon by 'Back Yard' Methods" 

      Note, this paper reflects the personal views and opinion of the author. The material in this paper has 

been deemed unclassified by those who hold his security clearances but it does not specifically represent 

their views. This paper is a very brief statement on the subject and it is written from a non-technical 

point of view to provide an easy look at the subject manner by non-professional people or groups. 

Further elaboration on any point can be requested in either a technical format or at a classified level with 

the proper security restrictions in place. 

      For many years research activities in different countries have focused on the use of radio frequency 

(RF) waves as a weapon. Most of this work has been titled or described under the title of High Powered 

Microwave (HPM). Worldwide, large amounts of money have been invested in this technology to 

support both the military interests but also the industrial heating needs. Like most technologies, with 

maturity the applications increase and the costs to use it become lower. One primary point of this paper 

is that as these technologies mature they also become affordable and usable by criminals and terrorists. 

Most military programs are classified and the general public knows little concerning their nature but as 

the technology becomes available to criminals and terrorists, it may be directly applied to the 

infrastructure elements of our society. This paper addresses the question concerning the possibility of 

certain types of this technology being used against the society. 

      The primary focus of this paper will be on a different and new form of HPM called Transient 

Electromagnetic Devices (TED) that could, in the hands of enemies, criminals, pranksters, or terrorists 

pose a significant threat to much of the United States infrastructure components that are based on micro- 

circuits and computer or micro-processor control. This includes financial institutions, aircraft, security, 

medical, automotive, and other critical equipment used everyday in our society. The systems necessary

My scree on Privacy

I know firsthand what our military industrial complex has  in store for you and your families and your children. 

They do not exempt children.

I think it is hysterical that you are concerned about data mining and drones,,, you are not even close to what is being used,,,now today in our country. 

Directed energy weapons , better known as DEW undermines the rule of law, undermines any laws you make about privacy,,,these devices invade our privacy as nothing else,, they also make your job moot.   These weapons are difficult to prove, as you know.. if a crime cannot be proven as in theft or murder then your job is worthless, our privacy is worthless.  if these weapons are used to sleep deprive someone  over a period of time, which causes insanity, the person loses the home and the  livelihood, as many of us targeted individuals have had happen. I lost thousands through manipulation using these devices, How can we prove the crime if you do not believe us. or choose not to believe us. 

David Schriner ,retired navy, in 1997 went before congress and warned congress about this,I have the report,  that these devices can be made in someone's garage by someone with little expertise,,, he demonstrated to  Diane Sawyer on 20/20 how these devices worked, , he also took his briefcase size device and in a desert setting killed the car dead.

 I emailed him not knowing if he received my query I asked what would this feel like if you aimed it at a person. no reply..but it would probably fry a person as well for we too work on electricity.

23 march 03 ,," The Sound of Things to Come" NYT magazine,,, it states that the HSS hypersonic silent sound device can mock any medical malady, I have had cancer 3 times since the start of this.

 I am woken every morning with a hypersonic silent sound bullet going BOOOOM   in my head,,,you've heard of sonic booms  well this one is tiny, person specific, silent to everyone but the target  and deadly.

 Sleep deprivation is part of my life,,privacy is a unknown luxury. Back Scatter and/or millimeter wave is used to find you in your home,sold on the Internet, ,  these pulses go through walls also.. they can knock you down, break anything you own or even you.    infrasound, Ultrasound, acoustics all used against me. I've had them drill my body, my head, break my ankle and many other abuses.

Every name that harasses me goes right back to city hall,,,,it is total Manchurian candidate and mental slavery,,,,read my blog for more information especially the first posts on the subject.

 I have a state trooper friend and also called  Jan Schlichtmann. when all this first started,,,who was attorney for the toxic dump in Woburn, ma.  A civil action.,,,and Danial Ellsberg I spoke with  all three, they believed me, so that is your choice ,,believe me or not.. but if you don't ,, oh well. you'll deserve what ever comes you way and I'll wait for your apology.

I think of Cheney, he never had control over his heart , it always failed him and to those men like him,,,political men, ,, legacy is everything.

 What they leave behind, their name on a park or a road,, is all important, they leave their scent, their mark, their name  on a public place so we all can see it and think of them, that is what they leave behind, an ancient and primal act.

Cheney and others  with the help of technology have thrown our country in a battle, an internal battle to see which way the country will go... Will we become a true democracy, as Egypt is trying to do now, embroiled in her own civil war?

control vs. freedom, it all boils down to that,,, be it disguised by the words patriotism or religion,,, it is still control vs. freedom.

It is our  duty to speak out when things go awry, written in our constitution,, DUTY,,,, or shall we let those supposedly in power rule us and the world with this data mining technology, drones and so much more, all invasive tactics,, such as millimeter wave and back scatter camera to find you and harass you and rule and  destroy your life at their will, to be a targeted individual? 

How shall we cope? 

What will be our choices, a controlled state or  a true democracy,,, WE THE PEOPLE are powerful when we realize we have the power. We can control this, fight this, never give up. We have no choice. It is control or freedom,,, like the press,they are censored or not,,, no middle road,,,,, you are free or not.

Cheney's legacy mixed with an anal control is a dangerous state, it does not sound good, does it?

de Tocqueville stated in Democracy in America about the Universality of man, meaning ALL men.

 The control is to point  the universality of men in ONE direction, with patriotism, or religion as the control factor.  We see the great control  religion has given us in the Muslim world as a perfect example today. The indoctrination does not brook questions. Stifling Education, destroying schools, and the schoolchildren out of great enormous fear of those questions. They do this in the name of god/religion and it moves men in one direction.

2. Patriotism was used as we see in WW2 in Germany,, The Fatherland,,, and today in the US as in The Homeland,, I hate both terms leaving ash in my mouth as I speak them. 

Blind Patriotism, and blind religion two of the greatest controls on the tribe, be it a little tribe or a big tribe.

I add fear as the third control....as in 9/11, as in Anthrax, etc.

 This man Cheney who has lived with the great fear of his heart giving out, clawing is the right word,,hanging onto his life with everything hes got. Fear of death is always with us as we saw our primal brothers and sisters eaten by the beasts in ancient times. We grieved and invented heaven to help us get through that grief. The only great and lasting truth is death, because there ain't no heaven and their ain't no hell or afterlife as much as we wish it, no afterlife to give us solace.  We only have us. Cheney has faced his mortality for most of his life warping his personality.

This life here is all we've got, so make the most of it, choose wisely and why not the right choice rather than the wrong choice. The choice is up to us, a word of kindness rather than a slap.

Don't give in to our base nature, the Victorians knew about it and warned their young men and women about it.

 We as Americans ignore It and sweep it under the rug or so easily give in to it. 

I know this police state is heading for an all controlling state and is considered "right" but for whom?

 For the elite or for the people, for the corporation or for the country,  for democracy or a despotic state?

 We have much to think about.

Hard questions anyone can and must answer.

I did not quit my job,,I was forced to leave

I think the reason the GAP did not take my case was because they are employee/employer  conflict. I said I quit my job,,,,but in reality I was forced from my job. I already had some inkling of what these guys could do, so when the compressor was sabotaged I knew things would get worse...I was warned.

 These guys meant business.  I took a video of Scott Burns who worked for Eastman Gelatin at my work during the day in a EG pick up truck,,unmarked but they used a special color  green on their trucks, unique to EG. Scott Burns managed to get  the video I took of him at my work in Lawrence, Ma.  a 1 hour drive away from my home, so it was no accident he was there. He rewound the tape, and put it in the trunk of my car and put the video camera on record so the tape was black when reviewed.

I lost much. I was forced from my job through sabotage.  I never ever would of quit,,I loved my job and my boss and my dentist loved me. I was a good hygienist, and was at work every day. I never was absent, and I was good at what I did.

What I think has happened to President Obama

Just some thoughts about this,,all of this.  I know much of this began and was set in place long before Obama came to office,,,I think he was set up,,why ,   Well in order to push an agenda on the American People like data mining and drones and all the DEW and Operation Safe Home and keep these programs going,,,

,, read past posts,,

you gotta have a fall guy,,what better fall guy than the first Black President.. Easy to blame but as I said most or all of this came from Bush and Cheney and don't you for one second forget that.

Someone told him to hire Paul Brennan,, he's the asshole that destroyed Iraq.. why was she destroyed, so we could keep the oil in our power. To keep our standard of living, Living high off the hog as they say..
