When you dig deeper it is a proxy battle between the Western Empire (which includes the US and EU) and Russia. The Empire wants to control Ukraine and install military bases there to surround Ruissia, while Russia wants the opposite. Ukrainian prez is pro-Rus but there is a certain segment of Ukrainian population which wants to remain in the EU camp. They are the ones who are protesting and are armed and instigated by the CIA/Mossad.

A transducer is a device that converts a signal in one form of energy to another form of energy.^[1] Energy types include (but are not limited to) electrical, mechanical, electromagnetic (including light), chemical, acoustic and thermal energy. While the termtransducer commonly implies the use of a sensor/detector, any device which converts energy can be considered a transducer. Transducers are widely used in measuring instruments.

A sensor is used to detect a parameter in one form and report it in another form of energy, often an electrical signal. For example, a pressure sensor might detect pressure (a mechanical form of energy) and convert it to electricity for display at a remote gauge.

A photon is an elementary particle, the quantum of light and all other forms ofelectromagnetic radiation, and the force carrier for the electromagnetic force,

 this photo to the right is a blue laser,,,,  that is the highest form of laser and will go through walls,, this is what all Ti's see when they see those floating blue balls go through their houses... I wonder if someone modified a Wii as the wii runs on laser and it is the same color coming out of the base unit,, when it starts up.

I know ROF - or "Radio over Fiber" transmits radio frequency via light signals through fiber optic cable.  This is how most cable TV transmits programs to your TV.  In wireless applications though, the RF signal is converted to light signals which travel through fiber optic cable and when the signal hits the other end it is converted back into RF for receipt by the antenna.  Maybe there is some way, unpublished by mainstream science, for a light signal to travel over RF?  In some ways RF IS light, photons are part of RF and RF travels at the speed of light.  I dunno.  Just my little thoughts on the matter.

Psychology Body Rejects Torture Case Against Guantánamo Bay Doctor

The American Psychological Association has rejected a complaint against a psychologist involved in the torture of prisoners at Guantánamo Bay. Dr. John Leso took part in the interrogation of Mohammed al-Qahtani, whose terror charges were later dropped because of the brutality he endured. Speaking to Democracy Now! in 2011, Dr. Steven Reisner of the Coalition for an Ethical Psychology said Leso helped design the harsh techniques applied during Qahtani’s interrogation.
Dr. Steven Reisner: "The increasingly harsh techniques included isolation, sleep deprivation, extreme cold, sexual and religious humiliation — the whole gamut of techniques used individually and together. And the interrogation lasted for about a month and a half."
In its decision, the American Psychological Association did not deny Leso’s involvement in torture, saying only, "we have determined that we cannot proceed" with the case. A number of Leso’s colleagues had campaigned for his censure. 

This does not say a lot,,, seems like they cannot "proceed",,,At least we have one name who should be put on trial,, not only for what he did in Guantánamo Bay.

I also spoke with and listened to Alda's chat and call and she spoke with some Microsoft engineers and show them in real time what is happeneing to her computer,  John said it won't matter because Microsoft is in the gov't ball bag...I saaw Bill Gates on Charlie Rose's show a week ago,I should of listened but attention span because of the harassment has greatly lessened....That is whay toruture does to you, you can't read, you can't for the most part write,, this is not long... you can't concentrate,  your all over the place, and they will not let you get out of this circle of sleep deprivation and torture...
