There is a device ,,,that uses a prism,, it takes sunlight and it can be directed,,,I was hit with this in the head several times on bright sunny days from other vehicles... A plastic prism

In optics, a prism is a transparent optical element with flat, polished surfaces that refract light. At least two of the flat surfaces must have an angle between them. The danger of digital medical histories

Why is it so dangerous to have your medical history online and digital, because many can hack it, now why is that so important?
 Well I can give you many reasons,,,they can lie in it, they can rewrite it, they can manipulate your medications or they can diagnose you with something you do not have, like a mental illness. Or how about violent tendencies or giving you false notes your doc would act on, like cancer results from your lab?  Or any results from your lab can be screwed with,,changed or invented.

Having access to your medical history gives someone a great power over you, the same power as with your financial situation.

This is why everyone should request copies of their medical history preferably just as you leave, and if you do not have it, ask for a complete copy of it, if not,,, tell them you will have a FOIA (freedom of information act) done and be sure to ask for docs notes this is where all the good stuff is. The dirt so to speak..

So all you good Ti's out there make sure this is high on your list, and one other thing the son of a bitches do,,, They lie up the ass, they lie about everything to cover their ass and they lie for the money you could bring in as a patient and the file is considered  a legal document so what ever they say is correct unless you contest it,,, if you find something in your file, you know is wrong,,, write a letter to the  person who has  the file and request your letter be added to your file with your corrections and why. Make sure it is a good letter too. Professional. Written well.

They are not god, nor all knowing, nor even to be respected unless they earn it.  I have had several of these instances happen to me.. don't let this happen to you.

One wonders

I woke up with my tooth killing me and I felt it and it was loose,,, a woman on the bus was talking to me and anyone who is chatty is immediately under suspicion, this is also how the perps communicate with me, this woman had no front teeth , very noticeable to me, because I am a dental hygienist. I was triggered to notice it and she glaring smiled twice at me. So tooth number one the tooth that they shot out the filling  #7 has some decay,,, I cannot afford to fix the tooth.  So it has decay.
The tooth in question is now loose.
 I have also seen several places the word foreclosure,,, eviction also,, so that is part of this as well , is it a threat,,, I certainly would say so..We shall see won't we.

I called Chris Ryder this morning to speak to him left my number and want him and the mayor to stop this harassment as they know all about it,,, now my phone is not working.
I guess I will have to go public and speak before the city council nad take out papers to sue the city..Frank Anderson ,,, and his son frankie and the LeGault have been enlisted to harass me this time...the kid is a real fucker and so aren't the LeGaults,,, they hate me because I am an Atheist and they are Catholics,,,you know ,,,cocksuckers. RADICALIZATION

RADICALIZATION  another Ti stated that we are heading for a radicalization,,, that targeting is meant to radicalize,,,, yes I agree, I also think these devices are meant for the mentally ill or what they believe to be mentally ill, or those manipulated to appear mentally ill, everyone that I have spoken too in the Ti, community has some mental health past issues , either themselves or close relatives in the Ti community, I noticed this long ago.. and felt it was a common denominator with the majority, there are some who are whistle blowers, activists and dissidents, but not as common as the mental illness card and they do overlap, Someone mentioned Hamlet,, yes Shakespeare's Hamlet that one... he , Hamlet in the play was accused of being insane....so this is an old tactic, used over and d over for manipulation and control..

If you take an unstable person, one believed to be  mentally ill or  are thought to be mentally ill and use DEW on them they can be readily radicalized,,,but you use DEW on ANYONE and they will be radicalized,, maybe the mentally ill are easier to radicalize, I think not,,,People who are mentally ill are usually afraid of society , society can be pretty harsh to those they do not consider
"normal" or what some think of as "normal. , I saw this treatment up front and personal.

I think anyone can be driven to the wall by these devices,,as I matter of fact I do not "think",, I know.

These devices can turn ANYONE into a Manchurian Candidate, no radicalization needed,  that is the truth and do not  for one minute doubt it..

Done on purpose because your neighbor who was used to being treated like lord of the manor because his father in law was mayor, who was loyal to the mayor because he owed his job to him as deputy fire chief.  Married one of his 5 daughters, I bet the mayor was relieved over that!

Set the wheels in motion. Blackballed I believe is the word for this!  

No one can see the manipulation behind the scenes, but I can. I know the other two neighbors up the street are used, used to carry out harassment ,,using DEW, directed energy weapons. Silent, deadly,through walls, long distance,person specific.The faithful, but stupid, Portugeuse and the faithful meter reader whose job depended on his loyalty to that mayor, and now to his family for his job depended on that loyalty.  And others in the neighborhood  ,any negative narrative will do.  

.so they squeeze your family till you all break.
