I have been a targeted individulal for a long time, ever since the meeting with Torigian,,, my targeting started two weeks after our meeting with scott burns and danny mckenna being used to stay in the empty apt. upstairs,,
I tried to stop smoking pot,,knowing my perps would use it against me and they will.

Someone burnt one of my plants, just to make sure it is pot,,,the other night. Probably Paul.. his stake holding his tarp down flew up and the stake hit and broke my window...I told him about it, he knows we smoke pot and I saw the meter reader for the city discussing our pot plant last year with David Diachision..I took a picture of them talking,,,he was describing the size of the plant,,,I heard him and he pointed to one of Davids plants between him and Franciscos house,,,just about the same size...
These plants are mine,,so I can get through my day
I applied for certification calling several but was denied,,,I am not under the care of a psychiatrist,,,after the fiasco at Mass general HOspital,,I never want to see a shrink again.....and you have to have a history of anxiety,,,I have that but not documented,,, you only have to read my blog to see my anxiety about being targeted.....

the flash on a cell phone and the caneras  strong,,, I have seen this type of white light flash by me all the time,,

 this may be what is used for the static electricity  pulse, that hits me in the head all the time. hits me all over the body,,, it is more like a spray of static electricity,,,

This is all jumbled in my head,,, it is all related and it will come out put together it just has to mesh,,,the xbox has enhancements,,,, and from what I understand what you do on one side of a wall with wifi,,,will go through the wall and effect someone something on the other side of the wall, wifi in our neighborhood overlaps and I read that if you do something 4 houses away ,,,it will go right through to the other houses,,,can that mean wifi is the carrier for all this.?and can go on for miles, as stated...

these are just thoughts,,,,i have had this pulse go through the skull directly to the subconscious,,, the subconscious is the primal brain ,,it ensures your survival,,,flight or fight,, so a command to your body from this part of the brain overrides all else for it is survival,,, that is it's modus operandi,,,,what the gov't has tapped into,, pulsing messages to your primal brain, you have to obey these messages,,for the subconscious thinks your are in danger,,,it overrides everything,,this is what the lab rats have discovered...........the control center ..and how to pulse directly there, bone conduction is another method to communicate and I do not know if it is as effective as the actual direct pulsed command...can a person refuse bone conduction? I know I cannot refuse the pulsed to the primal brain,,,I have tried and cannot refuse even when I know it is happening,,<I have tried..

,he insisted on playing,,I shut off the fan in his parents room,,,last night I was not hit at all.

my laptop was destroyed

I can't say this for sure,,, but odds are well,somebody close by did it,,, kelly, devin? jill,, david,,, could be all of the above.

bud came downstairs and destroyed my roter on my computer,, it no longer will recharge,,,,I went to the store and got some money for rent this morning I was blasted with pulses from the xbox, I think thelocal freaks,,perps are reading my facebook and did not like what I have to say,,, kelly wants me to help her with her comcast bill and devin wants a ipod,,,i need a new computer because bud destroyed my rotar on this one,,, what  shouldI do...????oh well.
It seems to be working though,,,, but only when it can.
