a couple of summers ago on my way to the mall, stephanie diachision was sitting out front on her steps,, with a guy,, he was as small as she was,,, I took his picture,,, never saw him before..and I knew how that goes an opportunity missed,, so I took  his pic and he stood up and waved at me...I bought a brand new chip for that camera and I was set up ,, it took four people and a kid to set it up to steal it,,, I sat on the bench and put my pocketbook next to me,,, and woman sat with me,,, as I was distracted by this incessant child insisting I pay attention to her the woman next to me stole my camera.. this was directly related to diachisions visitor,, he did want me to have his pic.to this day I do not know who he is but know he is related to the perps or is one..
anyway the man who was pushing the baby carriage the kid was in,,, was slightly taller than me maybe 5'5" tall,,, he was of black mixed heritage being light skinned and very slight...of build,,, he had his hair pulled back in this big bushy ponytail,, low on his head. light to medium brown,, not a bad looking guy...
I saw him once or twice more,,, affiliated with Cherie Rathbun's house,, he had a dog,,, and was out in the yard with the dog... and one of young guy,,, I was walking across the street to go for a walk,,, and they saw me and moved to the back yard and then in the house... I saw him once more in the yard again moving off and in the house...
the reason I am relating this here ,,, is because there seems to be a lot of pulses coming from that direction of it is from Buds room.I wouldn't mention that if I didn't have suspicions about the house,,, but then Bud has had a couple of his friends here ever since then the pulsing has increased not only in intensity but all day,,, I have also almost been knocked over a couple of times. from upstairs pulses and Devins been running around when ever their is pulsing,, kelly bud and jill as well,, she has been messaging me,,,carrying her parents messages...Kelly and Bud were out when james came over and bud came to the upstairs door,, yelling to get that kid out,,, james had already left preparing for a narcotics anonymous meeting in vermont,,, Jess stayed for a while...then left after we found out her coin was only a copy...
constantly dizzy from the pulsing follows me wherever I go...
around the lake,, in the house,, on the street, mall,, everywhere.
the guy who I am sure helped bud with this set up was a white haired guy,,, truck,, I did not catch to much information about him but next time I will...he was here a couple of times,,,I told bud I was leaving and he said he would have to sell the house,,, I don't know if I paid my rent at that time or not,,, but I paid in full as was usual... then he lambasted me with pulses,,,,so tonight I was prepared with the camera,,, I have not checked yet but when I do have the camera on they come in lightly and sideways,, like behind my feet rather than through the ceiling...any more later

 I have a grandson name of James,, the oldest,, he's a wonderful little thug,, rough, and a diamond in the rough,, I had hopes for him but he always seems to be his worst enemy. Many of the family his mother and his aunt Kelly hate me for taking his side, it seems they would be happy if they turned me away from him and that aint gonna happen.,,He was such a charming baby,, and I blame his rough life on his mother,,, he could of been raised better,,, and the same with Adam what  are the chances both your sons are heroin addicts? She did something wrong..Anyway, Bud planted 4 plants ,, two were female and two were male so you gotta get rid of the males... something about something,, making them bigger or whatever.....

So someone took the plants the other night,, roots and all,,, so I'm blamed for it,,, James is blamed for it,,,
I've been taking some hellish shots,, I thought they were from Devin and I think some are ,, and some from bud,, but it is a set up,,, by the cops,,, here is how it worked..

The police started killing black people,, mostly in the midwest it seemed like,,,I mean shooting them dead, if they ran, and claimed they were armed...shooting kids,, if they had a bebe gun, or anything that even appeared to be a knife or no knife at all,,, they were shooting quite a few blacks,,,Arron Alexis and another one ,, intelligent good paying jobs,,, were killed by fighting back they were , voices in the head etc,,,,targeting him,,, he carved ELF on the stock of his shotgun,, anyway the cops were killing many black men and children.,,it seemed like the women, the black women were arrested and killed in jail.. I recall several of these scenarios happening,,,I remember several targets committed suicide,, they couldn't take it any longer...
The black started fighting back even at the expense of their lives... quite a few cops were killed,, just sitting in their cars and blown away,, so basically we had a race war initiated by the cops...I often remembered the saying on the Jewish memorial in Boston about the gpsys and the mentally ill how they were first killed off by the Nazis,,, and then the Jews.  I often felt that this is what is going on.. to a degree,, anyway the police commissioner in Boston made 100 cops wear cameras,, as the police in many areas feel this would stop the killings or at least decide if they were righteous or not... the union fought long and hard agains the cameras... I recall one time the cops fucked with me at the mall, in 2000, Torigian was having his millennium parade, the motorcycle cops were practicing at the mall in the huge parking lot..,, for some reason I walked past them,,not near but a good distance away with my dog jake,,, I have never walked over there before or since,,, I believe I was mind controlled to do that.....anyway one cop was standing there pointing this thing at me,, small cell phone size in his hand and I got zapped,, I reacted and think I gave them the finger,, and a angry look on my face as I continued to walk,,,the cop turned and the other five with him...I have written about this many times,,, well it seems like the commissioner used my story to back up his wanting to put cameras on the cops as a protective measure for citizens and police,,
I don't know if this is true or not,,,

but that is what I was told V2K, many things I have written down have been used as proof of one thing or another..

so the cops are furious and rick dick  nelson is used to pulse me as I lie in bed,, as he drives by.

I get very little to no sleep and he makes sure I am awake when he drives by,,,,

I plan on being outside one of these days when he does,, Id like to punch this penis dick head in the face,, another part of this story,,,

I also want to mention that I called Kevin Horst who is manager at Costco in Danvers about Jeffry Grayson, who works for costco for 30 years.   thats all right I shopped at Costco since 1985, so I guess we are even , that he followed me with Torigian's bodyguard thug to MT.  Waumbek in N.H.

I told Kevin about jeff and the house he broke into in N.H. that I had gone over and asked my neighbor if her house had been broken into and she said yes,,, I also saw this man ,, the one who accompanied Jeff to N.H. driving out of the lowell st. forestation so some day Im going down there and check out the photos on the walls and see if I can get his name as well,,,

and the harassment and that  summer two years ago when he got security after me when I asked him , "How his targeting business was doing..? "boy did he get mad,,
Jeff does not know he lost the councilor election he ran for in Peabody because of me,, I told some influential friends in the city what he did,,,breaking and entering and harassment,,, and he lost... I was glad and never mentioned that to anyone else. just like I do not mention PBS to anyone and their part in all this' and I have proof of that too...sitting right in the Boston court house. archives...

I shopped at market basket for years always have,,, since I got married in 64..evidently Rick Nelson, ricky dick must of had someone follow me,,, I was looking at a national geographic magazine by the end of the drug aisle, when I got zapped in the face...I looked up and their was an open checkout,, so I walked over and much to my surprise,,, ricky Dick Nelson and Russ Lewis was standing there,,, Dickhead was in front of Lewis,,blocking my way,,, as Rich hurried out the door.. Lewis is the fireman who told the bug eyed fire chief that he could smell the gas in my apt he's like 6 foot 3 inches tall,,,the fire chief ignored him and told me if I called them again I would be arrested...I was afraid the place would blow up,,, so I never called again and eventually was forced out,, the chief knew all about it and played his part... this was a warning from Nelson,, that I was not to take the elderly bus to the market anymore,,, his wife Laura Torigan Nelson whom I think squelched off the taxpayers all her life,,,felt I did not deserve to use the service  because fuckhead Torigian had started the service in Peabody,, that may be true but Dukakis started the service in the state. Torigan just latched on ..If you speak out in this town against Torigian I guess your not eligible to partake of her services even if your seventy years old,,, son I think there is something else major going on here... of course there is the federal program against those who speak out,, you know dissidents, activists and whistleblowers.. but I think there is something else... You know about the toxic dump,, I know millions were saved by  Eastman Gelatin by burying that..

and right now I am worried about the water we are in a very very severe drought,, worse than I ever saw  it,,
but why the panic,, why the severe hostility about the toxic dump. what was the big issue about that and that included Torigian? one wonders..Anyway,,, I found out the name of the guy at market basket...Russ Lewis...a fireman...

Im very sad,, almost despair,,the house and my family has been pulsed,, they hate me because of it.   I  don’t know what to do,,, I wrote a letter to Chris Ryder assistant to the mayor... I put it here.

I resent you sending people into my home And going through my papers, to see if I am going to court.
Did they think I would leave my papers out for you to find ? If I was? And stop sending your high tech assholes drive bys around to pulse my house. What's the matter with you people , your all buying in to this Nazi attitude. No one can criticize your behavior? You think your what? Perfect? I can't have an opinion, or tell my story? 

A totalitarian state is what your helping to build, do you realize that? 

Peter Torigian is your model, I'm just realizing that , it's all about control. Male domination control . Imagine that? Can't let our dirty little secrets out , how the former, now dead boss attacked opposition , no wonder he was in office for 23 years and I bet so many people kissed his ass and his families  ass to curry favor no wonder she thinks she's queen of the May. My family hates me because of the pulsing you have done to them and to me. Now they are targets and you got them to hate me . I wanna thank you for that. Yes a great big thank you for continuing the destruction of my life, thank you Laura, the Apple does not fall far from the tree and Tom Grelish I'll never forget you. You stood up to injustice and Tom believed me too about what went on. 

Many others do as well, but you don't hear them do yeah? You know why because their afraid. They are afraid to speak out, they look at my life and know that this destruction can happen to them , my question to you is this, how does it feel to inflict intense fear in your neighbor ? 

I'm curious about that? Do they really like you or realize what you can do to their lives?

its been a bad time since last summer with Jeff Grayson leading the parade

I shop at Costco and Grayson works there,,, he is part of the Torigian band of brothers,,, I asked him how his targeting business was going and he immediately started the targeting that day,, telling those in the office I was a shoplifter,  so I’m watched,,,,since then it has gotten worse and worse...
these dangerous weapons can manipulate anyone,, ,ANYONE.

Bud has been going down in my  apt,, doing shit the last major problem was running a sander it looks like over my bike and dinging it up really bad. I put a new combination lock on my bedroom door I don’t know how he got through that... but he did.
I found stuff smeared on my mirror I didn’t put there...looks like vaseline.
anyway, here is what happened lately.

i sent this to Chris Ryder assistant to Ted Bettoncourt our mayor,, about what is going on in the neighborhood..

Dear. Chris 
As you know I know there is  a conspiracy going on between your city employees and me with Laura Torigian Nelson as ringleader . She objects to my presence , my granddaughter has taken up running and likes  to run the circle I live on. Unfortunately one of her neighbor's saw us and I'm sure reported our presence on Laura's street, her street, Griffin road , for the shit hit the fan the next day, as you probably don't know she has threatened me on several occasions as she drives by the house and her husband also. Rick the dick head. 

Our running at midnight I didn't think would bother Laura but she has activated matt LeGault and others. She told me V2K that she feels I maligned  her saintly fathers reputation. As if driving me out of my apt, driving me from my job , and constant high tech harassment  is saintly behavior. I also mention Peter tried to ruin Tom Grelish financially as well. Laura continues the harassment, last night as I left my house to walk the  dog LeGault almost hit me and threatened me with his truck. As  he drove away he zapped me also with a modified cell phone. All this morning from 3:22 am on my house has been pulsed. I know matt has a harassment device you can buy off the internet , I saw it and him from his back upper window as I walked on the back road. I don't know him , have never spoken to him. I know he is affiliated with The bitch Laura and her behavior toward me shows the Apple does not fall far from the Torigian poison tree. I also know they use V2K on relatives to manipulate their behavior toward me, pulsing them to hate me as punishment, also called subliminal suggestions, they are well affiliated with the Security  Stalker group and call them out against me when it pleases these morons. I'm tired of the house being pulsed, tired of constant sleep deprivation, harassment, if I could afford to move I would, as it is if I leave I would be homeless, I'm seventy years old and have been battling the Torigian poison since that fateful day of my meeting with that slug terrorist Peter Torigian. 1997, I'm nonviolent but will document all assaults against me and  family and some day these despotic , Nazi, brown shirts son of a bitches from hell will pay. 
I ask you speak to your out of control employees. I have some saved secure good shots of pulses coming from LeGaults house and am thinking of federal court since our local court is to corrupt for my taste. I prefer not to , appealing to your good will in this manner. Someday they will pay big time for the grief they have caused me and mine. With all due respect.

I should write a letter to chris asking him one question,,, Why did Torigian cover up the toxic dump for Eastman Gelatin,, saving them millions.? upstream from our water supply and on our watershed land..Just curious.
Why did he go after Tom Grelish’s money..for speaking out against Peter.? Tried to break him financially, why is Laura trying so hard to keep her fathers harassment going to further ruin my life,to shut me up? or cover up something? just asking,,,? using stalking security and neighbors like Legault, Diachision, etc. as harassers..?

I also want to put a footnote here,,, I was v2kd and asked if the truck incident with Legault was true,, it was a serious charge,, I never mentioned the time Frankie anderson jr,,, tried to frighten me with his truck one winter night,,, or the night Laura drove by in her van with her hair flying and her fist waving at me with an angry look on her face or the time Rick the Dick drove by and pulsed the house with high intensity pulses that went though out house into the donavan ,, I think that was the first time Paul realized what was going on, then he got hit from the stalking security kids up the street at 20 St. Annes Ave..as they tried to pulse my house they did it twice he had to go out and yell at them to get them to stop... the company is called On TARGET...stalking security... nice.

Im trying to put this photo this woman posted on Facebook how her skull was dug out,,and no matter what I do I can’t d/l it,,,perfect example of what they can do with these weapons. 

 and I put it all together of how my skull was effected by these weapons.the back was made flat,,, behind the ears ridges were enhanced and made larger,,, the seams on each side of my top head were dug out and now they are normal... I also read that the scientists are doing a lot of experimenting with this kind of stuff, remodeling bone and it just hit me that this was all an experiment. the son of a bitches experimented on me,,,can you imagine as I do not have any good photos though I took some of the back of my flat head,  this woman has these deep grooves in her skull and how they healed the concussion I had.it was over the right upper side.that was really painful.. 
now the bullshit is going on with Laura,, she feels I malign her fathers reputation,, well if the kettle is black what else can you call it? You can’t malign the reputation of someone when your telling the truth...Ive had cancer three times,,, since I became a target and I am trying to post a picture here of a woman who had her eyebrows dug out like  my skull was dug out,,, I can’t d/l it,,, the stalkers maybe feel it is to much proof?
