the letters did nothing

sent 20 July 2017, nothing has changed, I keep getting hit from the Knights of Columbus building, I forgot to add LeGaults name,, Matt LeGaults father died I believe this is the younger brother, Matt used to zap me also. His father Staunch Catholic,I'm an atheist reason enough to target me, I heard the brother is in Navel intelligence?
One side note, Paul Donovan next door, his son since Feb.2017, is now rookie on PPD. Stephanie Diachision grabbed him and spoke with him after we(Paul's  son) and I finished talking.

Dear Chief Griffin, 

I’m 71 years old I only have a few years left and would like to live them in peace. I know you stopped your officers from harassing me but the overall network continues . I wonder if you and others can stand up and have this stopped. The drive-by  and those pulses coming from either the knights of Columbus  building or the one next to it,, Can you have an officer park below my window for certification of this harassment. 
We both know what is being done is wrong, illegal, immoral , dangerous to the freedoms of our country. We both know this harassment destroys Life, many have committed suicide, liberty , I huddle in my room never knowing where the next blow will come from , and happiness, that has been a long time gone.  I was homeless for many years, living in my vehicle, they sabotaged and took that away and I am trying to save enough to buy a vehicle so that I can get away. 
Last night someone in this building yelled out,, using audiospotlight and stopped them from pulsing them. That is the tactic, to pulse those around the target so that many will turn against them..I moved from St. Annes Ave because of the constant harassment. because of the wishes of the Torigian family. Because my family wished it, I moved so that they could live in peace. I didn’t realize moving here on Main St. the harassment would be worse otherwise I would never of left. 

I fear I will be forced homeless again, is there anything yo can do for me.. park a police car, arrest those responsible. I know when this program first began the perps used to hide from the police but over time they , the police and perps have joined forces.  I don’t know why. 

Well enough  of my pleading,,, I hope help is forthcoming and if not,, well then I fear for this country;y for this targeting  has spread we do have a fairly large group of targets here in Ma. and I'm sure there are many who have not come forward out of fear.

I didn’t do anything,,, I objected to the golf course being built on our watershed.. that was it,, my name was listed I lost everything, now I’m being threatened by your PPD and PFD,, they think I had something to do with the water treatment plant,, why would I do that, when trying to save the water system was my first goal,,, your officers are using v2k audiospotlight to threaten me,, I am non violient, but I will not be quiet until your dept leaves me alone, they even forced me to move,, so I wrote on my FB page this following letter… it may sound cheeky to you but thats all I have left. please ask your officers to leave me alone,, I do not want to be forced homeless again .

Ask Stuart Cumins his role as my landlord and buddies with Torigian.

Ask Scott Burns who worked for Eastman Gelatin his harassment role at my work in Lawrence in a EG truck, how he forced me from my job,ask him about his Grand Canyon trip in his black van and following me there?

Ask maintenance at Crowninshield how they evict people what do they use? Acoustic and directed energy weapons and ,theft, harassment, Audiospotlight technology.

Ask Danny McKenna ( local druggie and dealer)about the empty apt over my bedroom that he worked from drilling a hole for the gas over my sleeping body. and the dents in my car he was responsible for. He also played a part in gassing me as did Wally Maintenance manager.

Ask Mary Kennedy who worked for Crowninshield her role in all this.

Ask the woman who rides in one of those little carts as resident at Crowninshield the warning she gave me, how Crowninshield attacks people.I chose to ignore, i didn't think possible.

ok PPD heres one for you ,,investigate my allegations, investigate the meeting, talk to Torigians staff and how I was threatened.

investigate how Torigian asked me where I lived and the weird reaction he gave me when I told him.

MOVING FINALLY NOT PERFECT THE PERPS SAW TO THAT, TREATMENT PLANT

IM GONNA PUT EVERYTHING  in storage,, except what I need in this one tiny hot room.. that's the perps doing.. the one tiny room.  I'll put here how it goes as I go along..
I saw Jeffrey Schietroff last night on my way home from my walk,,, he asked again,,, or rather stated "Id come back to this neighborhood",,, I told him no,, the perps have told me long ago I will live under a bridge and eventually commit forced suicide.  He also asked me when I was moving and much of the pulsing this morning at like 0300 was from his direction, nothing meaner than a revengeful fag... I have seen it before and they are nasty..
not my fault I saw his rich boyfriend walk by the window with his little british bikini symbol underwear on, from the upstairs bedroom his movement was I walked by caught my eye,,, I was not looking,, but looking at the lake,,,I saw his rich puffer  drive away with his scarf blowing in the wind from his expensive flamboyant sports care,,,,a one nighter? it is a popular symbal that the gay community likes,,, is it because many of the upper  echelon of the brits are puffers,,,, pronounced Pu as in oo. long oo,,,, the rich all go to these boarding schools where the boys develop a taste for cock not only from other boys but from the teachers as well,,,,,,so habits of extreme pleasure are hard to kill when you become an adult,,,, I think thats why the brits are top heavy in peadophillia and puffers..anyway the pulsing came from Jeffries direction this morning early as stated,, not surprised. I did write everywhere I could,, my story,,, I wanted everyone to know what happened to me,,, its spread like a virus. Some of the techniques Torigian used are now being used in DC..three years ago, I don't know what month,, a firemen had a heart attack fighting a fire... I was mind controlled to go sit in the cemetery, which I did till a few of the firefighters came to check out his grave.. I left before the cavalcade got there. I had no idea why,, except maybe to gloat over his death which I did not..

2. last year during the drought a fire was started over to the left side of the lake across the street,,, the fire was set off kind of funny,, in a arc, I took a pic of the fire,, just cause I wanted too, and then when I posted it on Facebook because of the reflection in the water it looked like a heart.... its on my face page today.. I just liked it,,,the fire dept through Laura and Rick Nelson is at the heart of this harassment. I just got pulsed in the face.

3. The water treatment plant burnt up,, from bird poop and nests and hot halogen lights, high up on the plant,,, they were just installed a few years ago to keep the people from congregating on the bridge area at night,,,..
that is one theory,,

this is only my own thoughts I have no proof and it is all conjuncture ,,,how about getting blasted from a satellite? That's really possible and I have one that hangs around my area all the time every night it's there. bright as a new penny...  I heard that the water being shipped in from the Quabbin reservoir is expensive, via the mayors voicemail, it's good water you can tell. I bet that those paying for this wish they had paid better attention to our water system now... and told EG to clean up its act before it went out of business from digital,, amazing about that ,, Kodak invented digital and shelved it. Others picked it up and used it,,, the gel used from the manufacturing process is not needed as much for film coating now with digital...

Anyway the cops blame me for the water treatment plant being burnt up..I wore my Happy bday headband one day to the new Mexican restaurant, and when I walked in there were two cops,, neither looked me in the eye and they got up and left without any recognition at all, but they noticed my head band,, one looked directly at it,,,.Not directly but indirectly and I'm glad,,,these weapons will make anyone go crazy.. not only with manipulation but actually go insane from the pulses...the triggers,, I can see now why this is life long,, because the pulses and the program has destroyed much of what I am or were,, what is left that is me is another question? I had a couple of people ask  me about it,, one of the talkshoe calls and the other was v2k,,,,I guess the FBI investigated it,,, as a possible act of terrorism,,,, nope just the bird poop...who knew?
I finished this huge holiday stocking gonna give it to Savvory and Adam and fill it full of stuff for them,,,and the small one for Aaleah . Anyway the baby is doing fine,, she is really bright,,, pays attention to everything,, sucking everything up like a sponge and she has dark gay eyes? and blond hair,,, and this beautiful Cambodian skin,,,pretty as her mum and Savvory is a lovely girl... very very beautiful.
