30 sept 17,,,

well the cops and perps are gearing up ,,, yesterday I went out to the mall.  I needed to get out,, I had been hit in the chest with a pulse and early that morning was gagging and coughing , it seems to occur whenever the maid is doing the bathroom and I go out. that happened twice and I think it is the guy from 307, he’s involved and 317 he’s involved and tonight when I came home from the store I coughed loud and clear as I walked to my apt. so the guy from 302 or 307… the coughing in return came from that area. heard him walk down to my apt and then walk immediately back coughing all the way..I took a snapshot of the plastic  screw that fits in the wall,  and the paper clip on the windowsill. I also realized that my security system is off in time by three minutes,, I know my apt. is periodically  turned off, so they can isolate my apt. electrically. I knew this when I saw the Peabody electric company parked on Little’s lane show up right after I had moved in. then the peabody fire dept showed up checking out the sprinkler system. its so weird,,, the cops fire and emt’s  want to turn  me into a terrorist so I will get arrested or give the cops and fire and emt,, reason for living and having access to all the high tech stuff the feds have like X-ray see through cameras or radar millimeter wave cameras. ect. They got to have a  reason for all this or a justification. My small bad that I had a wooden fake cigarette and pot as in cannabis holder is missing. I don’t know who took that but I think i left it in my apt. … they watch people here and the guy in 302 is the watcher. I am on his list,, I get pot blowing in my window all the time,, from cars from people sitting  on the chairs and tables left out last night from breaking ground cafe.  I did take a hit on the fake cigaret, my apt was full of pot small anyway , I think that is why I got hit in the lungs the other night with a pulse.. or it could be just pissy perps…I am very concerned for my safety and I think I will ask for a change of locks… I only suspect that but that could be done as well.

I'm a patient person it took ten years and the building of a golf course,, a game that eats up land, that pollutes the land around it with runoff of fertilizer, , and it’s built to satisfy the biggest penis egos on the planet and this was going to be built on this water supplys  watershed. Can you imagine my horror,,my anger.?  Oh I forgot to mention that someone the water supply came from Boston’s Quabbin reservoir. So I tried to start a 5013c to collect funds to by this land and deed it to the city of Peabody and to keep it fallow forever. for the people,  for the water system  So I spoke out,,, I met another woman from Lynn also concerned she walked the land and did not want it to be lost either Anywaythat was the situation then. We decided to have a meeting with the mayor,, well I thought it a good idea and she was tentative at first. I knew the golf course was going to be built but thought she could show her polaroid pictures anyway. What could we lose? So we wend that slushy cold december day and I said nothing except asked to see some maps which could tell me who else owned the property , I knew this land was owned by several,, eastman gelatin was one, the city another and DiBiasi was another and I was told a young man in a wheel chair owned the other. ? Thats all I wanted to know. Leslie made her pitch about the land and as we walked out she blubbered she was “never gonna do this again,” I told her to shut up she was embarrassing me, as I turned to leave former mayor Torigian blocked my path in the doorway, He said “ I quote “ Don’t bite off more than you can chew” and turned and rannn he ran down the hall. At the meeting he asked me where I lived and I told him on Warren st. he gave our with this strange OOOOOAAAooooo,, a long drawn out note that wavered up and down , A strange reaction from a mayor even at the time I thought it strange.  Two weeks later my apt, was invaded, Scott Burns from Eastman forced me out of my job and mind control was used all the time. They fingered me as a violent offender and that   is how my name was put on this list. How do I know that, because Scott Burns forced me into hospital with Danny McKenna local henchman, and I was evaluated by MGH by a goblet shrink whose only job at taxpayer expense I might add, is to fly around the country evaluating people for a propensity of violence,, he found me low violent. 

Torigian died of a throat cancer, I thought that appropriate and hope his daughter Laura who carries on his vendetta dies of the same. that would be justice. All the first responders in this town, wether they take part or not are complicit, because they know all about this,, so do’t tell me your innocent.. I don’t give a fuck. You know what is going on. Torigian’s whole family knows what is going on, You see that knew what daddy was,,, a thug, a mean malicious prick. They don’t hate me because of what happened to me, they hate me because I went public and told the public what a prick he is.. I know the golf course was going to be built,, thats how it works , once a politician gets ahold of a legacy,,, It’s the only thing a politician  will leave behind.  T origian was smart he built the community center for the elderly,, he knew what side his bread was buttered on, who votes,, older people,,, so it was a win win for Torigian. Thats why he was in office for 23 years. His kids think they own the city , plenty of ass kissing there to curry favor with daddy. 

Why am I still after all these years still mad,, because once your in this program I was told it is for life, now I have moved, they ruined my relationship with my daughter and her paramour. Destroyed that,,, Laura Torigian a teacher and her husband the deputy firefighter, good jobs in this town , Torigian gave good jobs to all his kids and their mates. The first responders are all against me, because of the shit they pulled on me over the years well documented by me in several places. For instance Rick the dickhead son in law his brother is second in command at the police station. The cops have been a big part of this harassment, and the firedept. After all who better to be a harasser than a cop ro fire dept . whose gonna arrest them or complain to who… They are active today as they were back in 96, but instead of Scott Burns and Danny McKenna it is all the first responders and  their families and their buddies and this network that the gov’t has , I call The Program , that harass people to death because they have a lot of blood on their hands. Using high and low tech through wall devices to harm and harass sometimes to suicide , people who are fingered by anyone really. You can sit outside my apt. and watch the perps/zappers drive by and shoot up into my apt like I said this goes through walls. It can burn you, go right thorough you , cooky from the inside out , make you blind deaf, heart attack, stroke, destroy bone , and muscle… Believe me. I kid you not and I couldn’t make this shit up if I tried.  So thats part of my story and the people in it,,,,big

I moved here a few mounths ago from 33 St annes my daughter's house... Both my daughter and bud  realized the truth about the perps... I finally convinced them that they existed, though they insisted thtey did not. and blamed me about it. I left hoping that when I left the perps would leave as well. Danielle last time I saw her stated that Kelly was feeling she was going insane,, and that sounds like they are still there or it could be bud gas lighting her. I wouldn't put it past him.
Yesterday I ran out of coffee beans,, I think the perp as gained access to my apt. matter of fact I know he or she has. and a favorite thing is to steal my coffeee beans which I grind here with my grinder. Yesterday I went to the bathroom and heard someone in the corridor, I think they gained access to my room while  on the toilet.. that is what is so self defeating about these weapons. mind control is all controlling. all defeating. they can run rings around a person even with a security system like I have. they shut the electricity off to the apt. they shut it off and then put it on again. I have not checked the alarm on my security system but I will as soon as I finish this write up.
last night I got popped in the chest again very bad, gagging and puking in a real strange way.. very painful.
The cops in Peabody,,, the peabody police have blamed me for the water treatment plant burning down. it really did burn up,, the whole roof, it was the build up of bird poop and the high intensity and they were high intensity halogen lights... they reached way beyond the fountain pool. it was wanted to light up the bridge area and the walk from the cemetery.  the kids like to congregate in this area and they did when the lights were out. so the lights were very high intensity. these big bright things that hurt the eyes to look at them. during the fire I was in bed for 11 days having been popped in the chest and that was horrible, coughing and puking .. it infected my chest. I could only get up to pee and most of the time, peed my bed because of the coughing. that was real fun. anyway the whole roof of the plant caught fire,, I only saw it by mistake as I was walking home from the store of fresh milk a week or so after the fire. but here is the kicker,,, the cops blamed me,, I think it happened in April.. I have no idea of the date, and that is as close as I get. I wore a bad band that said happy birthday on it, I wear it for the month of april. the cops think someone started the fire as a present to me, because of the writings I have put on my face page. the city called the FBI. I do't know what happened. but the cops blame me. and thats why they blame me,,, I hope the whole fucking city burns down. I heard there were 23 fires going off in the city and they blamed me for them.. it seems every day the EMT's or fire or cops go by my apt. with alarm blaring. I think the cops did it,,, why they need a reason for living. and to blame me for this is just another stupid perp tactic. always blame the target. well i think the fire dept did it like I said they killed two birds with one stone, blamed me and gave them a reason for existence and of course terrorism. They can report terrorism.  I hope I'm around next April to see what happens then..probably nothing, but if something happens they will blame me, I know the Knights of Columbus is offering a reward, they think someone tried to burn down their building. the cop who visited me told me someone tried to set fire to the place by putting newspaper in a sink and setting it on fire. to my way of thinking you put newspaper in the sink to put a fire out that is why I think this whole scenario is a false flag.
I also found out you can request what devices that the local police acquired from the feds for surveillance... the local cops will ignore my request but I think I will do it anyway. maybe ask the feds with FOIA...I will try to find the article and put it here.
Anyway I blame the local first responders for the wt fire.. I had nothing to do with it,,, but if I did I would never tell anyone ,, and be secretly glad about it,,, big.

Im being hit with the same stuff I was hit with at kelly's,, the pulse with vibratory, its coming though the door and I believe its coming from no. four bathroom. constant. hurtful , , the landlord and his side kick fernandia know all about what is going on .They ae part of it... yeah they are.
the stinky guy came from the  room next door, I saw him walking up the hall. so I wonder what's going on there. I ts ok,, I  think he was visiting,, really hard pulses this morning almost sonic bullets...
Ive been knitting and trying to finish that sweater I think it will come out pretty good, Im not crazy about the stripes on the arms but at least I got the same yarn not a different color.. I asked for safari they sent me police.. but it doesn't look to bad except it is old fashioned old lady looking but who cares this will be the most warmest sweater on earth...
I have got to go over to my lock up,,, I want my bike and I want some other knitting stuff,,, I miss riding my bike and need the exercise,,,, I also got a notification from Lynnfield about an apt. opening up. so hopefully that will work... well this room I'm living in this one tiny room,, I like it,,, it takes care of all my needs,,, across the small hall is two bathrooms,,, 4 and 3,,,, when I first applied for my key I was told I would get the key to bathroom 4, that is the one directly across from me,,,, directly across from my door and I sit a little to the right of the door... I have been pulsed from this area and when I left to go to the store after being pulsed for a while,,, and catching it on film,,,, I  noticed the bathroom door was closed and it will atomatically lock,,, 4 people have keys to the bathrooms I use both,,, why not but only have a key to bathroom that is down the hall no. 3,,, now four is locked I do not have access and this is where the pulsing is coming from,,, as I entered my room coming back from the store I heard the bathroom door close and the harassment start. so this device is locked into the bath.... the big guy who got really hit the other night has a key to it,,,, so he is part of it,,,,I also got a notice yesterday and mailed it yesterday from the Lynnfield elderly housing , I was on the top of the list... I would love to move out of this miserable cabal of a town,,,, Peabody I have because of the people here come to hate it...
I also decided some of these people on these calls are nuts,,, or slightly off,,, or something,,,,I argue with Frank all the time ,, he is so far off base and Horton who seemed so stabile is going off base too, being mind controlled by the perps...frank gets constant v2k,,, I get constant harassment as a woosh of energy goes through my head with the little sparks of light as well, I am going to take a walk later when I am woken up... maybe head for the woods Ive been trying to get up to my lock up to get my bike and go for a ride that I would like....go punch buddy out. ttyl

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

 I was targeted by former mayor Torigiain , I lost everything, apt car. job finances, . He labeled me as mentally ill to cover up his deeds.this was his excuse to cover what he did to me, I spoke out,, 

I told my story and his daughter unfortunately lived up the street, she found out who I was and my story… so now she hates me,, everywhere I go city hall employees especially those in water meter readers or maintenance, and others are glad to curry favor and do her bidding, Where I lived,,, David Diachision was her number one man who lived across the street from me, he is not a very bright fellow and to do this was as if he was doing for his boss, from what I understand both him and his father were job holders because of their loyalty To Torigian’s father

I watched the Trovas brothers fiasco, and that was done with malice,,,I spoke to them and they believed me,  from what I understand they were kind of wild when young and this was payback time, or so it was said to me , by an older librarian, she was glad they were thrown out of their house ,  so they lost their property, one dying soon after and the other within a couple of years. 

The second person was Tom Grelish he spoke out against Torigian on many occasions, at much cost to himself he almost lost everything as well.,, I visited him and he believed my story when I told him what Torigian, and Cumins my HUD landlord had done to me.. “Without a doubt “he said, also I spoke to Jan Schlichtmann of  “ A civil Action” ,  fame. He believed me “without a doubt” as well.

The reason for this letter is because I would like to post an ad or a notice in your paper requesting anyone else who was mistreated or maligned or had their lives destroyed by Torigian to come forward and discuss this with me. I want to put an ad in your  paper.I want to mention DEW , directed energy weapons , as they are here in this town and being used on people not only by city hall but by the police and security companies. A well kept secret,, but now with all the surveillance capabilities much of this is not coming out. How through wall radar millimeter or backscatter cameras are used to find the target and acoustics which also goes through walls and has force,, like being hit with a baseball bat is being used to harm the target. also powerful cell phones have been adapted and their pulse made stronger,, so that if they are aimed at you it sails through your head like a pulse of sound. Harmful. HSS is another device used,, and its brother Audiospotlight have the capabilities to be pulsed through your head and leave triggers to be activated when you see or hear something else. Remember in theaters in the 60’s when subliminal video was banned because it was found they worked all to well when soda or candy was flashed on the screen and a stampede was made to the concession stand?

 I have since moved and still live in Peabody I have contacted the police because this harassment has followed me to my new abode and the tactic is to pulse, hit those around you, but the perps let your neighbors  know the reason they are being hit is because of you. The man next to me last night was kept awake all night being pulsed,,, he was late for work and  is very angry. Knowing it is because of me…This is how they build up animosity in the community against you. 

I did nothing,,, I didn’t even speak out much at the meeting I had with Torigian. very little. My mistake was to tell my friend to shut up as she lamented she was going to quit speaking out  against the golf course, she was never targeted I was. Torigian also asked me for my address at the meeting and his response was eyebrow lifting. So he knew where I lived and who my landlord was.   

I just wrote to Chief Griffin and he sent an officer to visit but who seemed already to decide I was mentally ill and to blame my accusations on that, as it involves directed energy harassment. He had already decided that he could do nothing for me, Laura Torigian’s  brother in law is second in command at the Peabody Police Dept. so you see the police have never been my friend and to be frank I’m scared shitless of them because of all of this, Most of those on St. Annes Ave. where I used to live were in one way or another related directly to the police and every name I collected because of harassment led directly to city hall.

Hard to prove, but these pulses can be photoed  and the acoustics used can be taped. My neighbor Chris Yaikus who had a business of installation of video and audio commercial and domestic, knows the sound capabilities all to well. He also used it on me  with his sons as useful tools. I was seen as a busybody , I was not . I wrote about these people only to document their crimes…

I see this as a totalitarian  state. As it is almost now… I fear for my new apt. and my ability to stay here, I want  an ad in the paper asking others to come forward not only if they were harmed but also if they had directed energy used against them,,, As you know NSA is profiling everyone and I believe over time everyone will be a target as I am, I believe if we do not alert  others to what is going on, this will be a totalitarian police state, if not already.

So whats do you think and please do not send this to the police… This has nothing to do with them.

despair

yes deep despair,,, the neighbor on my left got hit last night I was hit all night I wondered if it had anything to do with the Torigian community center,,,I called yesterday to be put on the list ,, I took that to market basket last week and seemed to remember I got hit then as well. Laura and Rick think I do not deserve to take that elderly bus to the market after all torigan initiated the program in this town,,When it was Dukakis who initiated it as governor.  of all the people who deserve to take the bus it is I after all he took from me and his minions stole and destroyed from me. Fuck you torigian and your devil spawn.
Last night was horrific,, I have not slept at all, but unlike others I am used to it... the man next door did not wake up for work,,, this bodes very ill for me. it is how the perps work they work on those around you making sure that they know it is your fault.. instilling not only fear but  letting people know this is a police state. when the cop came to interview me , he said a strange thing,, he said he could not help me,, I started have a cop come and park a few minutes i from of the building I suspected that the pulses came from,,, He said he could not help me. I think this was his way of inferring that this is all in my head. His way of getting out of doing anything, . I know this can be stopped because one phone call to Torigian's office got Amy Bellarose off the list her mother was a clerk of court. I wonder if she is still around I would like to talk to her.
