My computer bit the dust, I finally got it up and running,  both kids cars had the brakes go, and the washing machine is not working correctly.

Common for those targeted.

I was told when this began I would be made to go live under a bridge can they do it,,, they certainly can ,,, Easy,

My neck is in bad shape,,, they constantly twist my neck,,, Lydia stated this used to happen to her when she first became a target

I called Chris Ryder today who is assistant to the mayor, and named who is in this little neighborhood watch, KKK group and then I called the second time with more names,,,

I should of taped it as I spoke but did not,, but will note it here. I also assured him that these devices , this abuse will come out,,I said it four times...I have been feeling very poorly, but have discovered if I ground myself,, I feel much better almost instantly. 

Jennifer does not believe me because I do not have any proof,,, oh well. the courts are iinadequate as well as congress, even if they did accept this, they have no idea what to do about it...They don't understand it as Jacob Applebaum stated in his last speech.. congress and the courts do not get any of this. nor do they know what to do about it if they did go public,,, they have been warned since 97 to my knowledge when Schriner did his speech before congress...about spark gaps and garage devices used as weapons......At all. bjg..

Also everywhere I go I see the word eviction and the targeting,, DEW has been very difficult..

This is an interesting case,,,he lost it as frivolous,, as we know he would. No proof and that is what our courts rely on for their substance,,, Proof.  We as DEW victims have no proof, a spark of light and it is gone in an instant.
I  was subjected to two incidents where far viewing was used in one and the second was that my brain,  was effected without a device that I held,,the perp held a device and I  was perceived by the perp.

The first happened in my room, it was on the second floor in the street side of the house. A car could easily park under the window,,,20 to 25 feet away from me at most. I was writing a letter,,,and one of my eyeballs was taken over,,no pain, it was telescoped. As if I was looking through a telescope with one eyeball. They watched what I wrote and even commented v2k on it. That is what I believe far viewing to be,,, I think instead of latching on to the optic nerve they attach themselves to the eyeball itself and can see what you see. I am assuming. The other eyeball was normal and I could normally see out of it.  I believe they used some measure of a beam to read what your eyeball was reading. No pain, no discomfort.

The second incident was on a plane,, from San Diego to Seattle.. I was going home to Boston . The plane was pretty empty and my perp sat across the aisle from me,,he had a device in his hand about the size of an old fashioned Walkman, with head phones..He was greasy looking, young, rough looking, needed a bath type of thing.  He sat there and never ever looked at me, he only looked at his handset. I knew,,, I just knew he was a perp. So I started to think of this great roiling fireball you know  like this huge hot,, burning roiling fireball. As bright and hot as my imagination could make it... and then I took this fireball in my mind and threw it at him,,,  I threw it at him with my mind....I mean I let that sucker fly.. and to my utter amazement,,, to my incredible amazement,,,even today all these years later I am still in amazement,, he DUCKED. I have never forgotten that moment of triumph,,, and all the way to Seattle,, I let fireballs fly, he never reacted again..but I think I was successful, because when I got to Seattle another perp got on my plane and turned me into jello all the way to Boston.. boy was I a mess.

He had a laptop, he was Indian from India and he had his family with him, he let me know he was a perp and he mentally turned me into jello.. was it specific to me?.. I think it was,,not one other person on that plane and it was packed was effected and I actually looked around to make sure , as I expected people to by dying in the aisle,,no one, not one but me was effected...
Do I believe they can remotely access only your brain, well I would say yes.. Can they pin point the pain centers? I would say yes, can they do it with a laptop from a distance,, I would say yes..

YOU  decide for yourself,,, I know what they did, I know what happenedto me and that is what happened to me. I can remember this as if it was yesterday... every detail is crystal clear.

kennedy and the cuban missile crises

I have long thought that Kennedy was killed by the Russians,, this link between Russia and Oswald was just to strong to ignore..At the time we were deep into the cold war,,, Kennedy unknown to American citizens had planted missiles in Turkey, this was why Russia put missiles in Cuba.  Kennedy told Krueshev he would remove his missiles from Turkey if Russia would not mention that fact to the American People that indeed we had started the Cuban Missile Crises.. Kennedy was going up for his second election and did not want that fact to ruin the election  for him, wouldn't it be ironic if the Russians killed him through Oswald and took that election away from him ,,anyway.

That sounds like something the Russians would do,, an oppressed and brutal people,,they think brutality is a part of normal life, because of what they have lived through and seen... Start with the Royal Family and the Russian Revolution.. Not to long ago. A hard and hardy people,,, I like Russians,, I do not understand how they think,,, it was strange by Russian girlfriend always laughed at things I did not find humorous and vice verse... She thought different than me,,, cheating in school was OK and really blatant.. I had to tell her to quit it,my instructors mentioned it to me,, she could be thrown out of school for it,, it was normal Russian behavior everyone  cheated.. That's how they managed to live..
I think that was why Kennedy was killed,,, so he would not win the election.. Johnson was also waiting in the wings.. He carried out Kennedy's programs,,, I think Johnson was a very underrated president. Except the Vietnam war ruined him...

I am watching a series of tapes that are about our recent past history,, it seems like our gov't destroys all countrys that try to help the poor and the people at large...So this is the agenda of the rich,,, to kill off most of the poor and middle class, enrich themselves.. control of the world and unlike the Nazis they do not have to burn off the bodies they just kill the people with DEW right where they stand.
The family believes the death is normal. I was told by a Salem Hospital , Salem Ma. emergency room physician , I asked what would a laser shot to to head have as a clinical appearance, she replied; a stroke,, I then asked, what would a laser shot to the heart  have as a clinical appearance, if one is shot in the heart with a laser,,she replied; a heart attack.

This is what impetigo is,,I used to stay at motels when my targeting was severe to give my family a break and me too, so I wouldn't have to worry about them being hit by the pulses.  So I stayed up on RT1,,and that night was knocked out, how? I do not know, I do know a frequency can put you out as if in a coma, many TI's have been manipulated in this way. As I know I have as well.  Sleep is a big black hole no dreams, I woke up to my door being slammed shut, metal door , big noise.  I was very alarmed and went to the corridor of course I did not see anyone,,I was working at the time also. I went to the bath and on my face was a strange black dot, shiny like patent leather and big. About this size, a  bit bigger, . round, shiny, mid right cheek, next to my nose.

 Anyone would notice this on their cheek as I did. I tried scratching it off and it would not come off, it appeared as if it was glued. So with much effort I finally got it off. I did not keep it, at that time I did not really know what I was dealing with, so I let it go.  I had the worst case of impetigo you ever saw in your life,and it began in that spot and quickly spread to encompass my whole cheek. I was lucky to wear a mask at work,that covered it till I could get to my doctor.It was a mess,huge welts,oozing,crusty.The welts rose at least 1/4 inch above the skin.

It spread like wildfire, within two days that side of my face was covered, the pic in wikipedia does not show how severe my case was.At first I did not know what it was, to immediately go to a doc is not my modus operunda


I think this is called bacterial warfare.  This was at the time when Scott Burns ( who worked for EG) was sabotaging my work to force me out of my job.  This was only a small part of my day to day struggle to keep my head above water. 

A comment and my answer about hate crimes and OSH

This was a comment sent to me from another TI, I sent her a form about hate crimes.

ALL OF THIS FALLS UNDER LEGALLY- AS A HATE CRIME- I will fill this out and also I will be launching a new campaign on April 1st and will give details next week- No cost to any TI and will bring attention worldwide ( As an effort Worldwide) to this crime. If you read a recent article from Bill Dixon- This crime originated through the DEA ( Drug Enforcement Agency) and started as a program against blacks- and then spiraled as a revenge and hate crime

to all races and all Country's.

My answer

yes the DEA was working with fed state and local police,,,they started with HUD,, under the covert program Operation Safe Home, they invaded the big housing projects  mostly 100% black,,,to clean them out of criminals, rapists, druggies, etc,,, they gave the landlord and maintenance the responsibility to report anyone as violent offender after SWAT left,... The program was pretty good,OSH,  incarcerating a lot of really bad people, but a lot of others used the program,itself to get rid of any one they wanted,,OSH was used ,later as a dumping ground for any one they wanted to get rid of , for any reason.

Maintenance and landlords had the right to hunt people with DEW (directed energy weapons) and the medical establishment, was mandated to incarcerate everyone who appeared in emergency or hospital complaining of DEW and to have them evaluated for violent tendencies...

This is what I went through,,, I lived in HUD,,, I was forced to hospital with DEW,,incarcerated and evaluated by gov't shrink,, Walcott's only job was to fly around and evaluate people for violent tendencies. 

They just wanted me forced out of my apt. so my mayor, with the help of my landlord,, used OSH as his dumping ground for anyone who pissed him off, this is what a lot of Ti's are here for,, they have something someone wants or pissed off the wrong person..Mentally ill is part of it, but also used as a cover for the others.. activists, dissidents and whistlblowers were considered vermin by HUD,..

Susan Gaffney ran HUD under Mario Cuomo,, he told her she had turned HUD into a police state.. and she did... now it has mission creep..I saw this long ago and have told Alda about this many times.I recognized it, she did not,, I lived through it, she did not..

I have been screaming this story for years,,no one listens.... my case is classic.... yes spiraled,,, I have been saying this for a long time,,, this is HUD's Operation Safe Home,, I have the white paper on this,, that shows all the HUD projects they invaded.
