Bud asked me if I rode my bike downtown,,,I answered yes.  He seemed very pointedly questioned me about that. So something to do with the bike,,,They will probably pulse me if I ride it, and keep me from using it,,, or sabotage it,,,

.I got blasted from Anderson's end window as I stood talking to Bud last night, so they are on the hunt again..
I keep thinking about downtown and why the cops knew who I was,,,I think one took my picture and I was going to talk to him and he turned away. The other one pulsed me, someone informed them I was there because at first they ignored me..

I wonder if this has anything to do with Sen. Warren and the letter I sent to her. I mean the cops were reallll reallllll pissed and everyone including the fire dept,,,KNEW  who I was.. I stared at them as I walked by and they stared back.. I was looking for Nelson,,, I would like a picture of him..penis head. I got pictures of Frank and Frank Jr. and David Diachision.

I wonder if Bud discovered my bow,,, he entered,, someone entered..left the two pennies,,brand new shiny,on the table top, in my bedroom, when I padlocked the door ,,meaning my life is not worth two cents..Stupid shit.
James stayed over last night, he walked in and went to sleep,,,and he had a hard time getting up this morning.but he went to work,,,like school ,, you cannot earn money or learn if you stay at home.
so he left, washed his clothes..gave him a sweatshirt. Off he went to work,,,you don't sleep on my shift.
He had a fight with Danielle,so she kicked him out for a rest period for both, a couple of days or so.Just to cool off. .Sometimes that is good..you know a break. Everyone needs a break.
I gave her a leopard Frankie and Johnny purse,,,she really liked it,, I did as well , very cute,, classy but funky with the fuzzy leopard,,,and my ice blue sweater I had designed.  I wonder how  it will look with someone with boobs,,,nothing looks good on me,,,women are supposed to have boobs and I still miss mine,,, If I lost weight it would not be to bad,,, my silhouette would be better

 I have heard many Ti's state that people are moved out of their lives,,,my doc was transferred, others were moved. The girl upstairs from my apt was moved out, they gave her a better apt. Her sister lived next door and opened her own door when I knocked to see who lived there,  harassment was coming from her sister's  apt. and I wanted to see who was doing it, her sister told me it was empty. Danny McKenna was installed. He left in the morning when I left for work.

They needed her to move out because they wanted the empty apt. they could drill through the floor over my bed to infuse gas. The powers that be go to great lengths to do all this. Not only with me but with many other ti's,,, this is at taxpayer expense.

This is part of it also,, isolation from those who could or would help us,, Firus stated (another Ti)Two  managers were moved and both demoted who supported him.He is a whistle blower against a corporation Tyco , I do not know his story but will check it out.

this has nothing to do with below,,but I found this interesting as well...when he means peer through the person milimeter by millimeter, he means organs, through the skin and organs, millimeter by millimeter, meaning a pulse can destroy your easily seen heart, or a pulse of microwave to the head will appear as a stroke and can be pin pointed to a specific spot..erase parts of the brain.??  I have long thought everyone should have these devices ,,, level the playing field.

Here's a demo of sensor fusion.  The output from two sensors (light sensor from a regular video camera & IR sensor from an IR camera) are combined (fused) together to create one video stream that is the best of both worlds (real-time while driving).  What they can additionally do is add a third sensor (like UWB radar).  Not only then could you see line of sight people (like through the naked eye) with their heat signatures but you'd be able to see what's going on in the buildings or peer through the people millimeter by millimeter.  Could have built in zoom capabilities, etc.   Any number of sensor outputs can be fused together in this way.  They've even added seismic sensors that can sense vibrations of footsteps in some systems I've read about, it's amazing and scary at the same time....

This is why I am paying with my life

I met leslie in the woods,,,she walked the woods  also, we were concerned about the golf course and I want to state here and now,,,the golf course was a done deal..that I already knew.  But silly silly me, I didn't think that the local corporation and my local gov't destroyed lives on a whim...silly silly me.

 To think that I,,of all people ,,,a born and true blue  American could voice my discontent about a local officials actions.  I think we can classify that under freedom of speech..but you know I'm just a dumb ass and don't know nothing, so who am I to question?

The golf course The Meadows was part of his legacy, and do not get between a politician and their legacy.  I guess I made that mistake..

I knew Leslie was more upset than I,  I thought if she could take her pictures of the surrounding area and show Torigian it would make her happy.  I made an apt. to see Torigian,,,no big deal, just trying to make Leslie happy,,like we were really doing something about the area we came to know and love,.. like any intelligent citizen would do,  He had her so nervous and crying within ,,I'd say 30 seconds,,, I later heard that was something he liked to do..

We sat, she showed him the portfolio of pictures. We looked at the map that entailed the land, I found out some boy owned part of it and sold it to a contractor,,,Dibiasi for high middle end housing, and Eastman Gelatin owned the other third the golf course was to be built on. I said very little, almost nothing, the meeting was for Leslie and her concerns of vernal pools and the wild animals that lived there..

I just wanted to know who owned the other part of the golf course and of course that was EG.
As we left she started loudly exclaiming, and this probably saved her life. "I quit, I'm not going to do this anymore"...while she blubbered...I turned to her and told her to be quiet, she was embarrassing me, and I told her I was not going to quit, as I turned to leave, Torigian blocked my path in the middle of the door, he said to me,,

Do  not bite off more than you can chew" inches from my face,,, I believe that to be a threat...

Within Two weeks my car was dented, my apt. entered, and my landlord Stuart Cumins was part of it.  Local employees were used to do this, Scott Burns, and Danny Mckenna and Wally head of  HUD maintenance, later when I went out of town, the perp network was used to keep track of me.

I lost thousands, my car, my job , my apt. all because of that meeting, no harsh words were exchanged except for Torigian's threat.

I also believe that the PBS news hour had something to do with this, I could not figure out why Torigian went after me in such a strong manner. I thought at the time it was because I was friends with such a powerful entity in DC, I never  felt that, but maybe he felt threatened by it, I did not even know if he knew about that friendship, but the more I think about it,, he went after me cuz he could..and he knew it, he most certainly had done this before..He knew what he was doing..


I did not know men like this existed,,,I lived in disneyworld I guess, completely slipped past me,,,,,,,I was  completely caught off guard and the fact that a mayor had the capability to do this at all.

He indeed was above the law,,,any law we had in this town. His family still feel this today. He did do good things for this town I will admit that but at what cost to others.  I know the Trovis brothers cursed him till they day they  died and even afterwards. I came to know them afterwards,after they lost their house, quite by accident.

So I pay with my life and on a day like today because this meeting put my name on the list, of this program of Operation Safe Home.  I heard rumors that this mayor used this program for anyone he wanted. A dumping ground for anyone he wished,,, this was the beginning.

Before all this started ,,,I was data mined, medical , financial, everything, covert, then later after that was done it went overt...

 I was data mined and they discovered I was divorced and the claim was of " cruel and abusive treatment," I was never cruel, nor abusive to anyone in my life,, but this is data mining and was used against me. this gave EG and Torigian enough reason to put my name on OSH's list and stick me in hospital. As a potential violent offender. No fault divorce had not been invented yet....we only had cruel and abusive treatment......bjg..the story ,,, of that is in this blog somewhere.  go look.

The Program 2

This is a program,,, in DC in order to get rid of a program they defund it,,,,,I do not see this happening do you? That is what we , as all ti's should be doing,,, asking congress and our rep to defund this program,,if they do it,,,well we win, if not we see where they stand. and hopefully with the defunding our targeting will stop.. Who knows? One can hope,,but somehow I doubt it, once someone or some entity grabs power like this, it is very hard to wrest it away,,,Power is giddy and it corrupts the person, that is why all those in power steal, they are corrupted by the system. I'm sure those men and women who went to congress,,many were not thieves, but the temptation was to great, the power of these weapons are to great as well...
In the future their will be three classes of people
1. Those who use these devices
2. Those who can and are eligible to use these devices, but refuse such as the fundementalists
3. And those who cannot afford, make , or are not welcome to use these devices.

The Program 1

Well, here it is, the why we are being targeted.  At least for some of us that is.  

Also forgot to mention that practically ALL of the insurgent/terrorism type activity that to date has occurred on US soil, in part, mental illness (at some point and to some degree in the person's life) was determined to be a causal factor.  So what we are seeing is a roundup of everyone who may have potential to resort to insurgency (and terrorism is sometimes a part of insurgency).  The idea of what is happening is that even if we don't resort to insurgency or terrorism, all insurgents or terrorists commit crime.  To be proactive then it makes sense to catch people when they are committing crimes and assess them to make sure they don't have the potential to become a insurgent with terrorism wings.

The funny thing is even insurgent sounds extreme but here's the thing, there are not studies of insurgency or terrorism in the US (very little).  Researchers then draw upon the 100's of criminology studies that have been conducted.  They draw parallels between crime and insurgency/extremism.   If you were to look at the information on community policing you'll find that community policing is in fact COIN (counter-insurgency) techniques and theories fighting ordinary crime.  In fact, they're starting to just call it COIN (call it C3) now and it's viewed as better than community policing.

Well, I figured that out but I haven't put it down in print yet.  I think they are definitely allowing communities to conduct their own COIN at the local levels with these technologies.  And ex-military are more than likely to agree with coalition (government) views (so overall there would be a high percentage of ex-military in force) and be considered prized assets, not to mention they'd probably do it for free. 

We've all speculate that we've been labeled as real or potential terrorists by our government, right?  But I haven't heard mentioned what is actually happened in the US and abroad.  Rather than counter-terrorism it's something called counter-insurgency or (COIN).  The two are linked but different.  There was a gap because terrorist is too strong for even the worst of us but insurgent, synonyms include rebel, revolutionary, agitator, extremist.  Wikipedia article "stalking" gangstalking section labels group as an "extreme communty". 

An insurgent is a person or group that may take up arms if a revolution occurs.  For example, our Army and Marines were entirely unprepared when in 2003 there was an insurgency in Iraq.  Since then, a new counterinsurgency manual written and released in 2005.  In it, you'll see the details of practically you're witnessing today.  Whereas, terrorism is violence.  Insurgency is going against the coalition (government) for political ends and sometimes this includes terrorism as a technique.  (the manual states that some individuals will never be able to support their government and therefore must be eliminated).  The number one thing that defines COIN success is focusing on keeping the population safe while fighting the insurgents.  So now you see public safety (safety of everyone over the individual).  And directed energy, because history has shown that even if one innocent were to get killed in the cross-fire using kinetic weapons, public support suffers soon after (the counterinsurgency coalition forces lose).  DEW and information operations/asymmetric warfare is just what is needed to separate insurgents from the population and eliminate them without killing them (insurgents cannot garner public support).  It goes on to say that COIN requires not just military but military & all of the economic, legal, social, government, etc institutions in the civilian sector. 

So you have entities at the top of the list

- Department of transportation

- Border Patrol

- CIA

- FBI

- DOJ

- DHS

- DOE

- HUD

So if you read into this new COIN philosophy you'll get the picture real quick of what has happened.  This isn't a few criminals after us, this is everyone is after us.  Actually, what the book says is 20 out of every 1000 in population minimum is required for COIN to be successful.  So in my town of 28,000.  There are roughly 600 individuals minimum.  So to answer your question if it's ex-military.  The exclusions for Posse Comitatus (those that are not restricted)

• National Guard units and state defense forces while under the authority of the governor of a state;
• Troops used under the order of the President of the United States pursuant to theInsurrection Act, as was the case during the 1992 Los Angeles Riots.
• Under 18 U.S.C. § 831, the Attorney General may request that the Secretary of Defense provide emergency assistance if civilian law enforcement is inadequate to address certain types of threats involving the release of nuclear materials, such as potential use of a nuclear or radiological weapon. Such assistance may be by any personnel under the authority of the Department of Defense, provided such assistance does not adversely affect U.S. military preparedness. The only exemption is nuclear materials.
• Support roles under the Joint Special Operations Command

Also everyone in community policing

- Businesses (cable, phone, internet, retail)

- Volunteers - could be inactive military, they would probably be most willing to volunteer for free and be prized assets

- Nonprofit - Religious, youth, etc

- State/Local Government (police/sheriff/state, ambulance/hospital, fire, gas, neighbors, maintenance, electric, sanitation, post office, etc)

- Government contractor

Plus the military is able to do technology transfer and offer consultation/training to all these entities.

What data mining really is all about

I sent this to a city school committee member Dave McGeney, he went on " You make the call", a local CCTV cable TV program,I wanted to explain to him what data mining is all about,,I went in to his facebook page and dropped this off, I went back today to also give him a link to a film program about the koch brothers,, just a link and his site was closed down. Or made private,,face is doing stuff with privacy issues.I certainly hope it was not my fault that he went private,but you never know,,maybe I told him something he did not like or scared him,,,,he was here during Torigian's reign of terror. Maybe he liked Torigian and supported him. I do not know what went on there but I know YMTC,,aired his talk for three weeks a lot of people watch it. I know I like it..

I am writing this statement before you, to protest Common Core a program that many believe is dumbing down our school test system and that,,,,,, we do not need. I heard David McGeney on " our local cable channel "You make the call" I trust him, he sounds sincere in what he feels. enough to go before the public and inform them... that is why , I am here.In a later post I added a letter from Senator Warren on Common Core,it sounded positive. I will have to go and read about common core myself instead of listening to others,,maybe it is a good thing.  Or not...
I wish to add my opinion. having read Democracy in America and deTocqueville's statement : who rules the schools rules the nation" is important and we should not forget that...I know some states are playing with fire with Noah's ark being a reality and the world is only six thousand years old... but one must deal with that in an intelligent way.. to attack them is to attack their god and you will go no where with that.Anyway what alarmed me when David stated He realized what data mining is all about. Meaning he had no idea what data mining entailed, so I thought I would inform him. Maybe it was a set up.?
I was data mined before becoming a targeted individual... the bad guys went in and data mined my medical, history, legal, financial, hospital,,, you name it they found out all about me...covertly before going overt and letting me know I was targeted,,, that is what common core did to students and their families....social security numbers were mentioned,and other information was taken that people did not want taken. so I am to understand..
I became alarmed when David stated the feds will control the school system, I have mixed feelings about that, they could take out some of the foolishness like the religious part of it,,,and initiate more science, etc, but I feel to keep the feds out of our lives to such a deep degree the schools should stay local...for as I said "Who rules the schools rules the nation" and we already have NSA in our pants..

This is what data mining is,,,one small for instance, they can access your computer through their computer and your doctors computer and change you meds,,, as well as your diagnosis to whatever they want...our local police can do this just as well. They went on my desk top and took a picture right off it, as I watched, as a person of interest. I have never seen the picture since,,having looked for it everywhere. It was the only picture I had of this person,, So you see what they can do,, when you are targeted as I was and much much more,, 

You have no idea....data mining is only the cherry on the cake... I also want to add one small thing, when Torigian and Eastman Gelatin went into my history they discovered I had been divorced under cruel and abusive treatment,,,, 

No fault divorce had not been invented yet.. 1977,,,Someone had to be the bad guy and since I left him, I was the bad guy.  They used it against me,, claiming I was a violent person under this program Operation Safe Home by HUD. That is how I was put on this program.
