Devin just turned sixteen but he seems so young compared to other 16,,, he is real bright,, real smart,,, but  goes to school but doesn't study..OF COURSE his grades are poor,,but he soaks a lot of it in ..A lot he does not. he refuses to do the work..I dont' know if he takes it all in,, or what goes on,,no one can evaluate him,,,at least that is what I think.. I remember when his girlfriend bought their house and had Elizabeth.
Balloons and signs it was really cool, I think I left a gift ,,, unsigned, just a small gift..I used to drive by her house at least two to three times a day going to and fro school and work...so I know when it was up for sale,,when they moved in and when they had Elizabeth... I used to see her out front on her little wagon,,,how funny is that ,,a small world,,I think she and Devin will marry,,,

Oh yeah the day of the pot thing,,Devin's counselor showed up an attractive woman,,, surprised me I thought he had a guy counselor..anyway I wonder what was said,,, did he smoke pot?  No,,Was he involved? NO!  
She came later after it was all done,so she may have not known what happened that would be good,.. Devin does not smoke.. nor does Jillian and we have been very careful around them.  Bud smokes late at night when they are in bed  out in the shed,,, I do too, they are never around,,,or gone..or asleep, we never talk about it,,ever.  I know the gov't is trying to keep control of this for taxes so this is worth their effort,,, promotes taxable income,,some guy had seventy plants...

A California Targeted Individual and former police officer featured on Jesse Ventura’s explosive “Brain Invaders” program was the alleged victim of an attempted murder Monday in a car-to-car shooting aimed at him, according to ABC News. In this second historic American TI case in less than a month, the suspect has been booked for attempted murder with bail set for $500.000.

Fullerton Police identified Jerry Valentin, 32, of Scottsdale, Arizona, as the suspect in Monday’s car-to-car shooting on the 91 freeway near Magnolia Street.

 

 

Valentin is booked for attempted murder of Targeted Individual Ken Baker and his bail is set for $500,000, according to Public Information Officer Kathryn Hamel. 

 

 

ABC News reporter Amy Powell said Baker’s “actions helped police capture the suspect, according to police.

 

 

Baker (seen on the left in the photo above) said he was out driving on the highway Monday when his car window exploded. He looked over and saw an SUV two lanes over from him with a window rolled down and someone aiming something at him, according to FFCSH head, Derrick Robinson in a statement Tuesday.

 

“The vehicle took off, but even though injured, Ken, a former police officer, managed to call 911, pursue the suspect at speeds of up to 90 mph, get a license plate number and still maintain control of his car.”

 

 

“Then he felt blood running down his arm and realized he had been shot!” Robinson said in an statement.

 

 

Fullerton Stories reports, “The 4:30 p.m. shooting was followed by the victim chasing the suspect eastbound on the freeway while he called 911 from his car.  The pursuit ended with help from the Anaheim Police Department and the California Highway Patrol at the Weir Canyon exit in Anaheim.”

 

 

Hamel said Baker received as many as three gunshot wounds and was taken to a local trauma center and that his injuries are not life threatening.

 

 

 

Jesse Ventura interviewed Baker, the first Targeted Individual in his TV program Brain Invaders, that boldly exposed today’s covert mind control program used to persecute thousands of TIs, one they refer to as silent, in-community torture.

 

 

In his program, Ventura exposed technologies that Veterans Today reportedly discovered, along with others, in the course of surveillance operations using advanced hyperspectral ultra-broadband receivers, visual spectrum, combined with signals intelligence monitors that scan for frequency skipping ”burst” related transmitters.

 

 

“Thousands of Americans believe they are targeted by mind control technologies.  At one time, we thought of all of them as “tin foil hat” conspiracy theorists.  This was until we were able to break through the encoding within some mobile communications devices, signals we will refer to as “sub-carriers” for lack of a better term,” wrote Gordon Duff for Veterans Today.

 

 

Baker is among those thousands tormented 24/7 by perpetrators using covert technology as well as being spied on and harassed by “foot soldiers” in organized gangs.

 

 

The local hospital medical staff explained to Baker that it would cause more trauma to the body to remove the bullets – two in his arm and one lodged in his rib cage – than to just leave them in him, according to Robinson.

 

 

Baker said that he did not know the suspect in the shooting, nor was there an altercation with the vehicle which would have precipitated the attack. 

 

 

“This is the usual protocol: unprovoked harassment, torture, and in this case, violence from an unknown person(s).  It is a classic case that presents irrefutable evidence that citizens are being stalked and harmed by organized groups of mostly strangers,” Robinson said.

 

 

Targeted Individuals are under constant death threats, often through written messages, Satanic signs, and through “Voice to Skull” neurophonic technology that they recieve by unknown perpetrators.

 

 

Since most of society, including professionals, either are unaware of the technology’s capacity to make a person appear schizophrenic or are part of the widespread organized crime, most TIs are left in isolation to suffer alone, or they experience forced institutionalization.

“The biggest hurdle for TIs is getting people to take their concerns seriously. A proposal made in 2001 by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) to ban “psychotronic weapons” (another common term for mind-control technology) was hailed by TIs as a great step forward. But the bill was widely derided by bloggers and columnists and quickly dropped,” according to veteran TI Harland Gerard reporting to theWashington Post in the article Mind Games.

“Doug Gordon, Kucinich’s spokesman, would not discuss mind control other than to say the proposal was part of broader legislation outlawing weapons in space. The bill was later reintroduced, minus the mind control. “It was not the concentration of the legislation, which is why it was tightened up and redrafted,’ was all Gordon would say.”

 

 

Police usually take no action when TIs report their victimization in hopes of protection and justice. This news today, therefore, comes as another Targeted Individual landmark case.

 

 

In June, California became the first state to pledge aid to targeted individuals (TIs), marking a major breakthrough to an estimated 350,000 innocent Americans suffering from organized spying or stalking, many of whom also say their perpetrators are covertly using new military grade weapons to attack their bodies and their minds.

 

 

The breakthrough for American TIs occurred when a group of TIs met with Richmond, California vice-mayor and Richmond police force captain, who pledged that they and their administrations’ will now be working alongside TI victims in their city to assist them, according to an email sent to Dupré. 

Richmond survivors can now call the Richmond police dispatch number if/when they come under electronic attack and file a police report, a first in the United States.

weird shit going on

yeah I saw my blog opened up on my ipod right before my eyes,,, it is either the cops,,, cherie Rathbun

it is tough to keep privacy in this world of hackers and the kids are good enough to hack,,last night was nice, normal for the first time in a long time. This morning I woke to my left leg being pulsed ,, they have made it so bad I am dragging it,,,very painful and if you move in a normal manner and twist it in any way,,,let me tell you the the intense pain gets your attention...like nothing else,,, these weapons,,,these pulses are so very dangerous,,, they can take out your life in a heartbeat,,but also torture you to death,,,like now,, a slow kill,, I wrote a txt to david mcgeney the other day who is the one that informed Cherie about my blog,,, I didn't know he was an asshole,, I told him about cherie and her drug dealer boyfriend Steve Major who is always walking around this neighoborhood,,,ALWAYS NOW he is back.. so I told McGeney about her relationship with Steve how they used to go behind the garage and smoke pot,,no big deal,,, but still the pot calling the kettle black,,,lol...she called the police on james sunday,,, because he was drunk and having a fight with me and Kelly,,he wanted to go and get high and I could not access my ATM so no money,,, he already bought vodka to swill down.. he feels he needs it to focus and kill the boredom...so he was out front yelling and kelly was adding to the mix and Cherie called the cops on him,,,I do not think Kelly did ,,,with the pot plant raid I think Kelly  had enough of cops,,,they just gave James a ride home which was good and surprised me...the state police guy was nice too, maybe the cops are taking the hint we are tired of being shot and killed for nothing...maybe that is why,,so many stories of people being beaten up, killed and arrested for nothing,,, a war on citizens and if it continued there would be food for those who wish to take over the gov't a revolution, so the police are fueling their own demise..their lives are on the line....and ours...pretty scary stuff.

On facebook one of the Muslim guys posted a picture of a kid  twelve or so who had the whole lower part of his face blown off from the Israeli attacks on Gaza,,he was just sitting there,,,from his nose down eh was one bloody mess and stringing of tissue , another picture of a kid dead cut in half,,,horrible but their lives are not in vain,,,children ,,, just kids,,,life sucks all around,,from this urban neighborhood to gaza,,,Kali is on the move once again if indeed she ever does stop, the goddess and drinker of blood.


Also my bank is difficult nothing works for me through them,,, to access my accounts online,, or even use my ATM cards,,, what a pain in the ass.....Anything in Peabody to me is suspect.  That is why I fear if this summons is to a Peabody court,,, I will get my ass reamed because of it,,, Torigian's family's influence is like an octopus in this town it is everywhere...EVERYWHERE..

Oh yeah bigger issues in this country about water....the farmers runoff is polluting the great lakes and they are having huge problems with these blood red algae blooms...Toledo Ohio has been told not to drink their water,,, because of toxins,, and on the west coast they had a huge kill of anchovies,, a very important fish in the fish chain,, millions of species depend on these prolific little fish for food,,, I have read that the anchovy fish kill had inundated the harbor of a town,,, will go back and try to post here. I would try to figure out why all of them are dead,,,nuke juice from japan? or other means,,,, they are trying to get rid of the fish because it will bother the tourists,,,fuck the tourist,, how about nuke water? And of course there is the major drought in the west,,,no one seems to have much water in certain areas.. Stacia's  son came to visit from Houston? and I asked him about the drought,,,he didn't seem to concerned and he said he watered his lawn without any problems...and giggled stupidly. So it is hard to fathom sometimes,,,perception is everything..

EVALUATION FOR FRIDAY  1 JULY  14, A HELOCOPTER WITHOUT MARKINGS WAS CIRCLING THE HOUSE AND FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD THAT DAY THIS HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR A WEEK..

I WAS TOLD BY THE STATE TROOPER THAT  THE DEA WAS INVOLVED..LOCAL POLICE WERE ONLY NOTIFIED BY LOCAL RESIDENTS.  

SEVERA SUV DROVE UP TO THE HOUSE AND MY DAUGHTER CALLED ME TO COMME QUICKLY AS WE WERE THE ONLY TWO AT HOME AT THE TIME.

I  was told by my grandson that we will probably receive a summond within two to three months and if I do not explain myself very well,,, can lose a lot.

I did apply for certification in Ma, but the doc is on vacation till august and there are no open dispensaries in this area. Peabody has the right to open but has been extremely slow. I notified the officer about my application and hopefully he put that in his report.

the DEA WITH LOCAL AND STATE POLICE CAME AND PULLED OUT ALL MY FOUR PLANTS AND TOOK THEM AWAY..I CRIED,,,it gave the whole neighborhood something to talk about and gossip cherie was right in the mix,,, spouting off her big mouth as usual...Huh Cherie,, one of my perps.  oh well let us hope I get my certification soon, they asked me who owned the house and I told them my daughter does and those were my plants..I would buy from a certified dealer if he was open ,,but he is not,, I do not mind paying taxes,,because this is what this is all about,, you cannot grow when the state wants to tax...The state wants it's tax,, this is why you cannot park in a city without paying the meter,, you pay to park there and it all goes into the kitty.

Cherie was out talking to the cops,,, I should of yelled out to cherie Why don't you tell the cops about smoking pot behind your garage with Steve Major our local drug dealer whose mother lives up the street. He was the one whom I took to court for harassing me...so someone saw this crop probably the staties fly by,, they do it everywhere.

Bonfanti was one of the cops,, the former prior mayor's brother. What a bitch, he was the only cop that threatened me,,,even DEA was non confrontational,,, ...I was surprised. He told me to go in the house, and I said no, and he said ok stand there and I did, then a statie came up and we talked,,, I asked him if it was true a police dept had a grenade launcher in springfield,, he said no, and then I spoke of the military trucks and he said yes...then I told him I was trying to be certified,,, but my doc was out of town till august...I explained the process to him,,, he told me ,,you still cannot grow pot,,but no stores are open in this area.. 

We may lose our home,,,that scares me,,, I was homeless living out of my car for a long long time,,,if we lose the house I will be homeless again,,,

we only had four plants. and a little one... that was mine,.. I took the fall for it,,, I told state I was being certified. and I am.....he asked me how,, because I asked him if I became certified does he have to give them back,, the plants ,, he said he did not know....I think I caught him off guard with that question, the DEA guy asked for me to copy my information down and give it to him,,I asked him don't you have something to take a picture of our information,,, and the statie said yes,,,he used his phone.

I don't think these guys heart was in this major drug bust..it was kind of funny. This came from Laurie Torigian Nelson,, I wonder if she was glad to get rid of that name.. Torigian,,,,They told me they were going to get rid of  us.. I am not surprised by all this,,,but then frick and frack told me that helocopters were flying around all week, why wouldn't they take these plants out.. I cannot make excuses for stupidity...they were nice big plants with a nice smell....so disappointed that would of taken me through the winter....all the cops left and cherie finally decided to leave after everyone else left,,she stays till the last gossip she can dig out of the situation...  her oldest son is just like her...all ears and tongue..
