I shop at Costco and Grayson works there,,, he is part of the Torigian band of brothers,,, I asked him how his targeting business was going and he immediately started the targeting that day,, telling those in the office I was a shoplifter,  so I’m watched,,,,since then it has gotten worse and worse...
these dangerous weapons can manipulate anyone,, ,ANYONE.

Bud has been going down in my  apt,, doing shit the last major problem was running a sander it looks like over my bike and dinging it up really bad. I put a new combination lock on my bedroom door I don’t know how he got through that... but he did.
I found stuff smeared on my mirror I didn’t put there...looks like vaseline.
anyway, here is what happened lately.

i sent this to Chris Ryder assistant to Ted Bettoncourt our mayor,, about what is going on in the neighborhood..

As you know I know there is  a conspiracy going on between your city employees and me with Laura Torigian Nelson as ringleader . She objects to my presence , my granddaughter has taken up running and likes  to run the circle I live on. Unfortunately one of her neighbor's saw us and I'm sure reported our presence on Laura's street, her street, Griffin road , for the shit hit the fan the next day, as you probably don't know she has threatened me on several occasions as she drives by the house and her husband also. Rick the dick head. 

Our running at midnight I didn't think would bother Laura but she has activated matt LeGault and others. She told me V2K that she feels I maligned  her saintly fathers reputation. As if driving me out of my apt, driving me from my job , and constant high tech harassment  is saintly behavior. I also mention Peter tried to ruin Tom Grelish financially as well. Laura continues the harassment, last night as I left my house to walk the  dog LeGault almost hit me and threatened me with his truck. As  he drove away he zapped me also with a modified cell phone. All this morning from 3:22 am on my house has been pulsed. I know matt has a harassment device you can buy off the internet , I saw it and him from his back upper window as I walked on the back road. I don't know him , have never spoken to him. I know he is affiliated with The bitch Laura and her behavior toward me shows the Apple does not fall far from the Torigian poison tree. I also know they use V2K on relatives to manipulate their behavior toward me, pulsing them to hate me as punishment, also called subliminal suggestions, they are well affiliated with the Security  Stalker group and call them out against me when it pleases these morons. I'm tired of the house being pulsed, tired of constant sleep deprivation, harassment, if I could afford to move I would, as it is if I leave I would be homeless, I'm seventy years old and have been battling the Torigian poison since that fateful day of my meeting with that slug terrorist Peter Torigian. 1997, I'm nonviolent but will document all assaults against me and  family and some day these despotic , Nazi, brown shirts son of a bitches from hell will pay. 
I ask you speak to your out of control employees. I have some saved secure good shots of pulses coming from LeGaults house and am thinking of federal court since our local court is to corrupt for my taste. I prefer not to , appealing to your good will in this manner. Someday they will pay big time for the grief they have caused me and mine. With all due respect.

Im trying to put this photo this woman posted on Facebook how her skull was dug out,,and no matter what I do I can’t d/l it,,,perfect example of what they can do with these weapons. 

 and I put it all together of how my skull was effected by these weapons.the back was made flat,,, behind the ears ridges were enhanced and made larger,,, the seams on each side of my top head were dug out and now they are normal... 1 June 16My mornings

My mornings are horrendous,,, sonic bulletts again,, every since Jefrey Grayson put my name back on the list,,, drive bys starting at 03:13 every morning now and continuing till oh 11 when I decide to get up.. and then it continues during the day with vibratory pulses.. from Kelly..from drive bys, from Bud, from Devin,, from all the neighbors listed,, all the men leaving for work who support Laura torigian Nelson, she's the energy behind all this. I want to make sure that the blame is where the blame should be. On her ugly ass.


Bud has convinced Kelly even after he cheated on her.. that I'm to blame,,,

( several years ago,,, even when I first moved in,, when I was in hospital,, I tried to tell Kelly,, and Danielle jumped in and told her it was my fantasy.When Danielle knew it wasn't,, she was not a good daughter or sister. Kelly trusted her and believed her as she always has... so while I was in hospital with a broken ankle for four fucking days, they moved me over to Kelly's.. during the move a lot of my stuff was stolen,,, Diane Trachea and Danielle were down cellar at her house going through stuff.Then when I moved to Kelly,, all of them Laura Huckle,,, kelly and others were down here going through my stuff that is when Bud told me to put a lock on my door and I did. Bud and I got along very well at first and I helped him as much as I could and he did appreciate it... As time went on the relationship detiortated   and I came to hate him,,,,At night especially , you can hear the high hiss of a camera,, I believe it to be a camera,,, the signature of the camera tape being used...Bud heard it,, we were out in the back yard and walking toward the stairs when he told me he heard it,,,, and I was surprised when he admitted it to me,,, he said he would "do anything to save his family"  I didn't realize that would entail attacking me... and turning my daughter whom I will never ever trust again, against me.Nor will I ever trust Danielle and it amazes me that people believe Danielle , she has this persona that people trust for some reason... I couldn't believe the doc in the hospital believed her over me aha was a shocker and a harsh wake up call, I don't think anything shocked me as much as that...that the doc believed my daughters over me, and discredited my word...fuck that.)


,,,,Kelly  freaked out.. She blamed me and went after me for some reason,, she was terribly drunk.. wicked drunk and getting drunker by the minute.. I went upstairs after several loud muffled bangs of wrestling across the floor. She was laying on the couch leaning up and she had ahold of his shirt he was leaning over her with blood on his face..hanging onto the door jam... I managed to untangle them and he ran out the door,, she after him,,, she tripped on the snow and her pants fell down and her wig fell off,, she did not know it..
he ran up the street. she went over to the van and tried to get in,, thank good ness it was locked.. she had the key in the house and would not tell anyone where it was, later.
I went outside and picked up her wig,, she realized she did not have it on,, and tried to hide her head in her collar, but then she got mad and went after me.and punched me in the face... I went after her and we swung our arms kinda stupid like girls who don't know how to fight,,,I left and went into the house...she followed me and the last I saw of bud he was coming back to the house with his phone in his ear,, calling the cops. stupid move
kelly followed me into the kitchen and I grabbed a frying pan she grabbed a saucepan and I also grabbed a wrench,, I  hit her with the wrench and blood started to pour down her face... she just stood there weaving and looking strange.
the cops came and kept her in the house , bud and I were outside and he was telling them some bullshit story about her drinking and I told the cops it was his fault.. he cheated on her and what started this whole mess was the woman txt him, he should of blocked her and didn't... so Kelly freaked out..
so they took her away to calm down and bud and I are supposed to go to court with her the end of June,, now this is all a set up...

the way to hurt me is through the family,, all targets  know this is a weapon against targets and the Torigian./ Lehrer group have long known this. You see Torigian started this locally, and the Lehrer group of the Lehrer newshour was doing it from WDC.

I guess the woman also texted bud again,,, and Kelly went out and bought a bottle of booze.  and bud got it and we prevented her from drinking it... so that was averted...

China sea.

It is amazing,,, how things within a few short years go topsy turvy,,,AMAZING...SOUNDS  good to me,,, we cannot afford to send people to China to fight directly and those that live their know about Japanese and Chines tyranny. Hell their all despotic crazy,,, look at Laos, Cambodia, N. Korea,, that will be on China’s side... holy shit,,,this is quite a war brewing,,, the Muslims think we are the enemy... Paul Donavan next door neighbor..

Paul Donavan is a fairly new neighbor,,, he is a nasty piece of work,,, I got an impression of his personality when I saw him letting his dog chit and piss on our property,, granted its next to his but it is not his,,, his son was going to some fed academy I got the impression it was FBI or CIA something like that,, he looks the part…that spiffy shiny,,, dork,,, IBM look…cop look,,, in civilian clothes… anyway… he was the one who went out twice and told the security company up the street,,, ON TARGET ,,to stop pulsing the house he was going through his house,,, Nelson also driving by Stacias house would get just around the corner and pulse through my house,,, it would go through the back yard and through Pauls, house,,, he became good buds with David Diachision,, David made sure he made friends with him,,, but Paul approached him first…I saw him go across the street,,, He was standing out side the driveway going over to david’s house when I asked him how did it feel to target someone,, he got real mad,,,and continued across the street…I was getting hit from the back road,, I walked down and him and stephanie were hiding in the bushes,,, it was really weird,,,I noticed them and said hi,,,,they hid me back,,,,but it was them,, now the wisteria is dying,,,,not doing well at all,,, and who profits but Paul he asked Bud two years ago to pay for half the fence,,, I told Paul forget it we don’t have the money,,, so he has to pay for it himself…oh well….we are just trying to fix the fence on the other side… Ill buy that next month….my japanese red maple is not doing well neither is buds pot plants,,, and I believe the reason they are not doing well is because I am being hit with vibratory pulses that is killing the plants….plants are very susceptible to pulsing,,,, I know the whole top half of the Rhodudemdrum plant died because of pulling coming through the fence, either it was Paul,, or Babe Johanson, on his other side,,, I don’t know where Pauls bedroom is ,,, so Im assuming it was not in the line of fire…from Johanson’s ,,,,
