I’m going to start documenting all my experiences that I had with high tech devices,
I lived on the fifth floor of my HUD building, in Peabody I forget the address and will add it here later. It was a ripple effect going through my bed,,, I thought it might be a truck outside but everything was quiet, But the ripple effect has been reported by several other targets and I still experience it today at 23 D Caroline Ave in Ipswich. It comes straight in and passes through me and my mattress. . intense strong pulses/ripples that you can only feel when you are against a hard object.
2. Gassed pumped into my bedroom, from the empty apt. above, a hole ws drilled over my face and a hose was lowered so that I breathed it in, I lost control from the waist down of my legs had to crawl out of the room to breath, the gas was heavy and hugged the floor and was dense and took the place of O2, It smelled sweet.
3. Wally the maintenance director was responsible for setting that up. I saw him on the roof and later that night the gas came down between the walls. As I had moved my bed downstairs .
3. Cameras slid into my apt. through the baseboard,,,I was mind controlled to walk around naked then I was v2k that I was ugly I was in my fifties.
4.Pulsed at work by Scott Burns who pulsed through the front window of my clinic whenever I went to pick up a patient or drop them off. I got him on tape but he got ahold of the camera and taped over it.
5. Scott Burns worked for Eastman gelatin who was responsible for the putrid condition of Peabody’s water from there manufacturing runoff.
He threatened to destroy the compressor in the clinic and I knew he would, he came into the clinic through the ceiling and the very high ladder that was used for maintenance through the back hallways connecting all the businesses. He sabotaged the clinic through the sucktion devices we used to aspirate the patients by turning the all on at once. Eleanor who opened the clinic in the morning also was witness to this.
6. Objects in my apt. were stolen, and destroyed.
7.A strong blue light device is used this light can be used as a pinpoint or with a wider peramitor. This light can burn or just sail by you, I believe it might be strong LED lights weaponized.
8.I was helping my daughter to move from downstairs to upstairs as she had bought the house. I was standing at the top of the stairs when I heard and felt a pulse hit my foot , then another one and I was picked up by a force and floated downstairs, my ankle being snapped mid flight down a very steep sharp stairs , I ended up in hospital with a clean broken ankle . I had no other injuries , I believe this is the same EMF Force used to lift high speed trains and pulse them along on their tracks.
9.I am shot through the head all the time with pulses causing severe headaches and my left side behind the ear is also being targeted. The mercenaries are paid to harass people to death. The left side of the ear is also pulsed straight in the head to destroy the bone that holds the teeth in I have lost several teeth to this method. I know orthopedic surgeons use a certain device that gives off a a sharp, intense white light spark that will destroy bone through tissue with only leaving a red area on the skin. These intense white pulses are used to destroy bone spurs for those that have them and this device has also been weaponized,, at a certain low frequency this device will heal bone ,used with high end athletes and race horses. Jeffrey Schietroff who lived across the street, used this device as a harassment device setting it up outside his house in the leaves. He also had a see through camera because he is a pervert to be able to make sure he zeroed in on where I was sitting.
10. My teeth now at Caroline ave . In Ipswich . Are being constantly shot while I sleep and later when I am awake, I am a dental hygienist and the mercenarys’ feel this is apt punishment. The intense pulses come from the community center window across the street and will go through my window to my bedroom they also have through wall cameras. I am also pulsed on the top of the head as I walk around my apt. and if you lift your foot off the floor they will pulse you in the head to make sure you fall. Cause fear , The woman in the next apt building is being hit all the time and she is falling all the time from this constant assault. Her name is midge.
11. Peter Torigian who was the mayor in 96 when I became a target because he listed me in the targeting program , he wanted to shut me up about the water system in Peabody that I had been complaining about for a while. he used HUD as a dumping ground for people he wanted to get rid of who lived in HUD housing this is why I do not think he used HUD harassment for Tom Grelish or the Trovas brothers they did not live in HUD.(Neither did Leslie my colleague, who went to the meeting with Torigian.) Both targets of Peter Torigian and I am sure if I kept digging I would find more targets. He used Stuart Cumins my HUD, landlord for targeting and harassment, and the reason stated by the employees of the golf course that I was a target is because I was labeled a “busy body”. One golf course employee stated if I had my way he would not have a job because the course would not of been built, so he felt it was ok to target me. The course just to clarify this, the course was built and he did have a job. But in his twisted little mind, I opposed him, he did not care for society, nor the way it fed that town.
12. When I wentt into stores or the mall security was alerted at my presence. The clerks all followed me,, it was they told me, a way to get good service. I never worried about good service I didn’t expect slaves to be at my insist beck and call. Sorry I don’t like people who asskiss. So you brand me a thief,,, for good service. I think I would rather have the normal service rather someone sticking their nose up my ass. I guess maybe that is where the start of anal sex,,, sticking one’s nose up another’s ass. How boring..and it stinks,, I’m reading Ted Kaczynski book ,,Anti tech revolution how and why…Great minds think alike , so far it’s ok,,, we shall see…
13. Am I a chicken ,, yup their gonna have to take me yelling and screaming all the way… I shall not go quiet into that night,, that’s bs.
14. I was lifted into the air and floated down stairs at a fast clip, caller stairs sharp, highly angled and steep. My ankle was snapped in mid air, I think I was told that they did it, so that my enemies the Torigian’s would wait till my ankle healed before attacking me. Who did it, well I know the police use this device they got angry at me for writing a letter about them to the paper, they were walking around like cock of the walk and they could do anything they wanted to anyone, they used perps. Maintenance people,,, local guys who were thugs I know by sight several in town who targeted me and for some reason stopped. Maybe because I was collecting names and publishing the and the stories.
So people could really see what is going on behind the scenes… for instance little league,
15. lIttle League,,, David Diachision son’t was on little league I found this out later. One day I walked past the little league ballpark during a warm up and was hit with Directed pulsed frequency,,cell phone I believe. Happened again , I turned and looked at them this is upper class men professional they were all fat… overnight by a lot… out of shape. I made sure I knew what they were doing… next time I brought my camera and I think I took pictures at that time also… They didn’t do it again,,, David was in the audience with his son ,, I used to see the kid walk to his game…once or twice . I do not spy on neighbors,,, nor have I ever had a security system till targeted. Ah yes a test to see what we came up with for security and how to go around it,,, I will tell them nothing and let them do what they will. No opposition from me. …
16.Now to get back to the letter,,, I wrote to the police griping about pensions and salaries, they make good money complaint about how dangerous their jobs were, so my reply was , quit… you do’t like it quit, you make good money no one has been shot in a long time you have everything the way you want. No complaint from me, just I don’t think your jobs that hard, and your doing dame good all of you who work for gov’t in Peabody,, nice homes sometimes the biggest mini mansion on the block . So please stop with the whine and acting like your heroes,,, hero, have individual actions…usually,,, in history,,,supporting cast. But just wearing the uniform does not make you a hero,,,you gotta do it yourself as far as I was concerned. They liked all the bowing and scraping ,,, So they got pissed off and called a specialist out who used the force field they threw me down the stairs for , and body slammed me right there on the sidewalk,,, even had a nurse near by in case they hurt me bad. . that was for the letter. , the boys can’t handle adulthood and reality,,, One does not become a hero for wearing the same uniform as real heros who died.. That is how I think of it,,,You rob their specialness. I could as usual be wrong but this is how I think,
17. Thay manipulated fights to the point we really disliked each other… it wasn’t easy ,,, and what is this about guys who do not bath,,, gross,,, wash,, no one wants to smell your stink…or see your greasy hair . Yuck.. I cannot imagine the condition of your underwear.
The Gov’t’s formula of destruction,,, 1. Malign the reputation, anything will do , busy body, peadophile, prostitute, animal rights advocate, Peta is considered a terrorist organization. The gov’t found out after the Hurricane many pets were left to fend or themselves, many lost owners. They rich do not want to deal with pets .
2. Destroy infrastructure, legal medical , financial, relationships anything that gives them support.
3. Break something they own every day, it is debilitating to the personality,,,like sand through your fingers.
4. Isolation for control. My position at this time..
I have many many more to describe, for instance because of heterodyning the perps have discovered how to curve pulses , for instance a car will be thirty feet down the road Im in my apt. looking out the window. I have have been hit before so I’m alert… I see a car off in the distance about 30 feet from my window on the third floor a pulse comes out of the care and travels along the road and then curves up and hits me in the face the care had driven on, or the car can pass and the pulse is curved up again to hit me in the face. It usually comes out of the passenger side. Of the vehicle. It reminds me of summertime when a fly would super fly by,, just catching it’s image for a moment, that is what the pulses remind me of that fast but harder to see, one must keep looking. It is difficult but training helps. You can video them with the right lens,, like x=ray lens they appear as a black round dot… other times like a splat,,and theliptical and large, they can be as big as a house. Especially the ringed ones that vibrate,,, as they pass through you m but you have to be on a solid object, lying down or leaning against or sitting on otherwise you do’t feel it,,,If your concentrating they want to disrupt that because they want your attention on them.. it’s training time..
