 This is Will and Peter, Peter was taping the police testimony as far as why, they supported the new surveillance laws. The Ti's here spoke on Drones, surveillance laws , license plate readers, and privacy laws. The ACLU post is also here for those who wish to see what the  ACLU said about those laws. I was not present when our group testified, I had to leave to catch the last bus home, and I do not know what was actually said to tie these laws into our Ti, issues.

I told this man I took a pic of him with his mouth open , no idea who he is. This is really my first attempt at taking pictures in a forum like this so they are not the best,,live and learn..Next time I promise they will be better, but it gives you an idea of how crowded it was and this was after some left.. It was an all day affair. The ACLU testified as well and that transcript is here on my blog as well.  Make sure you read my post as to how to prepare for a forum like this, many helpful ideas are there. I think I labeled it the list.

MY WATERCOLOR OF MILKWEED

this is a watercolor of milkweed, the transfer does not do it justice as it has lots of detail and I think it is the best watercolor I ever did. Watercolor unlike oils has a tendency to move and mix, so it is more difficult to use. I love this,, and  is it framed and on my wall.
I wish this transfered better,  but it will have to do. bjg

implants

What do I know about implants,,,nothing really. I think they are outdated, that the technology we have today goes way beyond implants, but yet I still cannot figure out why what happened on Forest St. happened. (In another past post). I cannot understand why that was done, was it to terrify me, it certainly did, I thought I was dead and looked for blood to spill out all over me.

Was it done to implant something and the reason I have my feelings about that is because it seems these pulses, these sparks find me where ever I am.  As one woman said"You can't get away from them",  so one wonders was I tagged. After all the pulse hit my sternum from behind, bounced off and  hit my right clavicle,bounced off and  hit the back of my throat and that is where much of this harassment is,,, lodged in the back of my throat,,even unto feeling and tasting burnt flesh on my tongue.

Two pick up trucks were assigned, one to slow me down and keep me steady and the other unnoticed to pulse from the back. I pulled over and as I said in a past post, I was surprised that I could see, I thought,," am I dead"?, is this what dead is, sitting here waiting for blood to gush..I was totally out of my element and in a circumstance that I had no idea what to do or think.

Strange situation for me.

This has been called a soft totalitarian state

Evidently we now live in a totalitarian state but no one wants to talk about it or acknowledge it, collecting all kinds of data and from the video I saw with Russ Tice NSA whistleblower, he says it's worse than just collecting numbers it is content, but for those of us with a little bit of book learnin' I would say that is so..
In 1997 -8 when I first ran into these devices, I was overwhelmed at the sheer control these gave one person over another, I knew we were in trouble then and now it's even worse, because so far in the press all we hear about is collecting data, and we all know knowledge is power, but many, many do not know, just how powerful or controlling these devices are, they can turn you into a zombie, a person who only does the bidding of those in control and you have no say in the matter for they control your subconscious and whomever controls that, controls you and these devices HSS gives "them" that control. Not only over you but anyone who comes in their range..

Tice names Cheney and I would say that old son of a bitch started a lot of this.   Had a real bad feeling about him long ago and wrote about him in one of my past posts.
So how many times do we have to say this before we do something about it,,, I thought T-shirts to start,, you know, something like,,,

Free Snowden, Manning, Assange, Barrett Brown,  mourn Hastings, respect Drake, and others who have spoken out, the list gets longer and longer and still our gov't does not listen as I said before  these weapons, these capabilities are to powerful,,,, for the powerful to give up,,,, and they will not give them up unless forced to.

Tice also makes his point of people being spied on by satellites we have known that for a long long time as well, but are some TI's being assaulted by satellite capabilities, I do not know that and would have to experience it for myself..

I know if one looks in the sky the real real bright stars are satellites and one hangs over my back door all the time..Paranoid? nah. If he's watching me I bet he is bored to death,, nothing worse than watching someone who is pretty mundane in their lives.

I'm just concerned that the list of whistleblowers keeps getting longer and longer,,when will the American People get up enough gumption to speak out collectively, you know a huge DC protest would be nice. Just to let the people in power know we still are here,, they still have to address our concerns and we still outnumber them.

You can kill some of us,,but you can't kill all of us, but the problem with that is these electric weapons can kill us slowly and  most of us...the ability to kill silently , long distance, person specific and mock a physical or mental malady, no proof of assault.

That is the new element to address. Pick us off one by one. Let the relatives bury us, who would know?

 I guess this is better than Pinochet who took all the protesters out over the sea in helicopters, ducted taped them and threw them in the ocean. No bodies, no evidence was the thinking. Threw them in Alive and that old son of a bitch was lauded by the Chicago Boys , Cheney was one. , Niaomi Klien's book, Shocked. as a hero.. He lived to a ripe old age,,thank goodness the s.o.b's can't live forever.

Hear that Cheney. Hear that Torigian, hear that Pinochet and Hitler and Stalin and Mao and Pol Pot and Mbeki, hear that Osama and all the rest of you testosterone laden assholes. You can't all live forever and those of us that want peace will spit on your graves.

Anyway this milk homogenizer is a strange thing not to big really a few feet long and not terribly high,,4-5 feetish. shiny shiny chrome shaped like an oval with four continuous legs going down in a point. like I said a strange shape. I do not know if this is the weapon that has the ability to hit me in my bed across the street, but these pulses do come sometimes from this direction. Others from Yaikus's house, from the fenced in hidden shed on the side of his house. One only guesses, the only sure thing is direction and intensity of pulse and the fact that some of this is acoustics and that can easily kill you. These pulses can kill you. It makes a lot of noise as it goes through the house and sometimes when it hits sounds like a baseball hitting the house so everyone knows about it.Today I told Kate and Camille both members of the Ma. Ti group I was dropping out, I believe that to play both sides of the aisle is not for me.. I dislike FFCHS very much feeling through their neglect over the years that many Ti's have died. I also feel as with many other men they sponge off those who contribute to them and support them without giving credit to them,,

 I object to the Mk ultra and Cointelpro mention,,, I cannot prove either and to mention them is to undermine our credibility..Cointelpro is a program that was for violent people and political bent. Most if not all Ti"s are non violent, they yell a lot, but to harm others is not a ready attribute.

 I would of mentioned Operation Safe Home by HUD,,that is a program most recent,, and police,,fed state and local go into housing projects, cleaning out murderers, rapist, criminals of all sort, but after the raid is over the landlord and maintenance is responsible to report anyone as a violent offender. I was set up, by HUD , via Peter Torigian,, my mayor at the time who wanted to lock me up and silence me..

This golf course to be built is the second one in our town, the other is private, but still that is a lot of land for a stick and ball game for rich people. I wanted the land to be in use for everyone,,not just the rich guys. Oh well we lose.

The toxic dump under the golf course was the reason ,,I believe,,, Eastman Gelatin, wanted it buried. They  saved millions if not billions in clean up when  it was buried. One wonders if there was an alleged kickback.
Peter with,, EG who had a bad reputation as others have mentioned to me in hushed words, used this as a dumping ground for those who objected to his/their policies.. Mentally ill, locked up, run out of your job,,harassed. All for speaking out,, according to our Constitution, it is our duty to speak out, but that's only a piece of paper after all isn't it?
