I know Operation Safe Home was on HUD's website, I do not know if it

is still published there but it would be a good place to start..

As I said last night on ffchs,, with Mary, is that I believe this program we are
on is part of Operation Safe Home expanded.  

I know others complain of
insurance fraud, inheritance fraud, drug deals they witnessed, police programs
involving drug deals, and just plain shitty people who have access to these 
weapons. 

It is covert and local fed and state police went into housing projects ala SWAT ,,,to clean out murderers etc. bad people, the maintenance and landlords were given the power to report anyone
who they suspected of being violent to the authorities and the medical establishment was given a MOU memorandum of understanding, that anyone who appears at their hospital complaining
 of DEW to be incarcerated for violent tendencies. This is how they were to take
care of any future problems. My mayor and landlord best buddies, got together
and would put anyone's name on this list who opposed them or they felt were
troublemakers as I was labeled... I walked over to the golf course one day and
two of the maintenance people came out of their building and drove toward me
they stopped and chatted and one said to the other , she's the busy body,,
I gave up my life because these fuckers thought I was a busy body,,,,, the words
stuck in my mind and that is what Torigian the former now dead mayor labeled me
that is why they threw my whole fucking life in the dumper.. Just that one word

These weapons are said to cause temporary or permanent blinding, interference with mental processes, modification of behavior and emotional response, seizures, severe pain, dizziness, nausea and diarrhea, or disruption of internal organ functions in various other ways.

Frontline , Facebook and DEW

Frontline sent me an email about Facebook, and this below is what I emailed them...

I love Frontliine,,, for years,,, I do not like Facebook, I find it to open , to confusing to use, but am forced to use it to communicate with  others,,,I also use it to communicate with my community those who are targeted by DEW, directed energy weapons, it gives us a place to talk about what is happening to us,, how it effects our lives, how we got here, and we can learn from each other what to hell happened to us and this country and that we are being hunted with directed energy weapons.

Science "explains" the visual system in simplistic terms that are quite inaccurate. Photons of light are focused on the retina where they form an image of the external world. The "pattern" of this image is transferred to impulses in the optic nerves, and it is ultimately expressed as a similar pattern on the optic cortex at the back of the brain. This process is much like the process a computer uses to form a graphic image on the screen. This graphic image is expressed as a specific collection of individual dots: the more dots there are and the closer together they are, the more realistic the image will be. We call this "image digitizing."

If things were this simple we should be able to electrically stimulate the optic cortex with a pattern of electrodes arranged, for example, in the shape of the letter A, and the subject would report seeing the visual image of the letter A. The fact of the matter is that even the letter A cannot be perceived in this way; the patient merely reports the sensation of light. We expect that somewhere in the brain such a patterning is expressed--on the "computer screen of the mind," for example. But we have not found the screen. This may be because it exists only in the state of consciousness, not in the physical brain.

I know of one experimental circumstance in which simple images can be impressed on the conscious mind without going through the visual system at all. This technique was discovered by Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher, a physicist, and William Van Bise, an engineer. It uses magnetic fields generated by two coils of wire, each pulsing at a slightly different frequency and directed so as to intersect at the head of the subject

When two beams of electromagnetic energy with different frequencies intersect at some point in space, a third frequency is formed. This frequency is the difference between the two original frequencies and is called either the "difference" or the "beat" frequency. For example, if one beam had a frequency of 100 kHz and the other a frequency of 99.99 kHz, the difference would be 0.01 kHz, or 10 Hz. This is a useful technique for producing extremely low frequencies (ELF) within a small volume located a distance away from the original transmitters. In Van Bise and Rauscher's experiment, the difference frequencies were always in the ELF range. The size of the volume in which this occurs depends upon the diameter of the two beams. (This technique will be discussed further in a later chapter.)

Van Bise and Rauscher's blindfolded subjects "saw" such simple figures as circles, ellipses, or triangles, which could be changed by altering the frequency of one of the coils. The coils were several feet from the subject's head. The magnetic field strength from the coils were so small that no electrical currents could have been generated in the brain, and the control electronics were located in another room.

This technique seems to bypass the entire visual system as we know it, acting directly at the interface between the organic brain and the conscious perception of visual images. If this supposition is even partially correct, it is highly unlikely that the conscious perception level is based upon a digital or nerve-impulse system. The technique could not possibly have stimulated nerve impulses in any part of the brain, because the field strengths were far too low and the ELF frequency cannot produce such stimulation. It is probable that this sensitivity to such low-strength, low-frequency magnetic fields requires the presence of semiconducting DC elements.^[12]

Today and the jewelry store

I went to the mall today,,not feeling well at all,,, tired,,, and I think I had a reaction to MSG when I had chinese food,,

but I went into this jewelry store,,, I wanted to get a longer chain ,, I have a silver shamrock and an M for memoir I wear... nice pieces,,, but the chains were not the quality I wanted,,, but they had a guys chain there that was nice,, not to expensive,,, so I bought it for my grandson for his bday coming up,,, but it was weird,,, the clerks were setting me up.

The boy brought all these chains and he had these two books of chains on the counter and he put one chain directly in front of me,, hidden by the book, one little movement and I could of snuck it in my hand,,, I am not a thief,,, I do not do childish things,,, and unknown to me, a clerk was behind me to my right watching me,, she would of seen any movement I made toward that chain,,,

I thought to myself,,, what a set up. I felt set up and I do not steal,,ever anything, if I cannot buy it,, unlike wall street I do not steal it..

I find that I get furious when people have stolen from me, so I do not do it to others,,, the golden rule is golden for a reason. I still remember my jacket stolen from the trolley, I still remember my camera set up by the local perp,,, stolen,,,

I was listening to william  vidor Cole talk about Synthetic Telepathy or as others know it to be v2k, or as I know it as HSS,, hypersonic silent sound,,this is a communication device, used by those in DC to silently speak to each other WITHOUT ANY RECORD..NO PAPER, NO EMAIL, NOT NOTHING. no record..
William realized that everyone has this technology except TI's. EVERYONE, MEDICAL MILITARY, CORPORATIONS LAWYERS POLICE, ALL HAVE THIS TECHNOLOGY USE OF, WHY BECAUSE THEY STOLE THE TI'S MONEY AND BOUGHT THIS SHIT WITH IT..

Anyway Vidor speaks about stuff I have not experienced,, like luminol coating, and holograms,,

,I wonder if they attach a movie to HSS and just shine it through your head/eyes and it looks like a movie to you. I know that when I was going to fall asleep , they would play a fractal movie on the inside of my eyes,, I imagine this was hypnotic for sleep . The repetition of the same gently moving  scene.  I thought it was for entertainment but it was for sleep inducement...also.

I know their are two things that will induce insanity in the human animal, 1. is doubt and 2. is isolation and these are a big part of the gov't s formula of destruction, this can be used on a person or a country.
The first is 1.Malign the reputation this does several things. , it puts you in a bad light, isolates you, 2. destroy infrastructure,, this is done so you cannot fight back, no support, you eventually fall apart. and many Ti's are homeless. Broke. they steal in every way possible any funds you have.3. They destroy something you own every day , your life falls through your fingers like sand,, debilitating. 4. isolation, this is complete isolation for control.
Many Ti's believe that the brain can be read that we all have different frequency's and that may be true, but I do not think we can read the mind yet. Not a particular thought. The scientists are working on it. We can give the brain  commands and I think we can be tuned into , our particular frequency. I know the perp on the plane back , years ago used a laptop and at that time,,,no one had a laptop on an airplane,,just him, highly unusual, he sat with family so no one else would be privy to what he was doing. He turned me into jello all the way to Boston and I found out by accident that I could send thoughts to my perp.  The reason I was turned into jello was punishment for throwing fire balls at the perp on my first flight,,from San Diego to San Fran. ,, How do I know he got my thoughts, because I threw a fireball at him with my mind and the son of a birch ducked.. He ducked once that was it, the rest of the trip he just looked at his device, it looked like and old fashioned headphones and looked like a Walkman, that was the size,,amazing huh?
And maybe they can read my mind at this time, I know that incident on the plane speaks volumes,, but to actually read you mind,, in real time.. so hard to comprehend.
I switched planes, different perp and Indian from India, and his wife and child.. all the way to Boston he punished me. Jello.

Francisco Sousa

I want to talk about Francisco Sousa,, he is a thug,, Portuguese, 

(he lives about 3 house up on the street but he is closer than that because I live on a circle and he is on the other side of the circle. He can spit in my yard. )

this  is why he found favor with the former now dead mayor,,, he does the real dirty work for the city. Most Americans do not like to soil their hands but the foreigners are used to more violence than we are and will put up with a lot more and do a lot more violence than someone who is your average american...

So Francisco is  pretty much a hit man,, he likes to use lasers,,, he told me red is his favorite color..as he laughed knowing what I was thinking. 

my granddaughter  used to play with his daughter,, and I managed to find out what his name was,,, he was very upset over that.  Now I can point the finger at who is doing what.

I used to walk up to the Brown school for my daughter once in a while to pick up and walk home my granddaughter.   Souse on several occasions zapped me in the face, with a small hand held device he had in his pocket. I never saw it but a couple of times and always from a distance,, it is black and cell phone size,, small cell phone size palm of a man;'s hand.  

Standing behind him was a police officer ,, in a plain soft jacket it was warm,, but open and he was in uniform under it,, he stood behind Sousa and watched him zap me in the face,, I wonder what he would of done if I had attacked Sousa,, shot me, arrested me, beat me up. I wonder, He let it be known why he was there and this happened on several occasions,, they were letting me know they did not want me to pick my granddaughter for some reason.. I know Rick Nelson , Torigian's son in law, lives on my street, nearer the school,, he stopped me from using the elderly bus by beating /pulsing the shit out of me ever time I took it. Someone in the office of project mobility alerts him,, I think it is Tim the guy,, that is just speculation , it could be anyone. 

The cop that was behind Sousa evidently lives in this area as he is picking up his child from the local school, I think he might be the cop that lives on MacArthur circle, one street over from me.   He was called the night I knocked on the door of this lady's house to tell her her car lights were on, ,, I have never owned a modern car and found out that the lights generally go out by themselves... I had realized it at the time,,,So this cop was called and asked questions,,, he asked me where I was going and I told him "Where ever I want".  we then had some words about the lights and finally he drove off and I continued my walk.. I told him I was only doing a good deed and it was people like him and who ever called the police that makes people turn into pricks. 

this is why I am afraid to call the police on Sousa and this was done on purpose, Sousa wanted me to know who was in charge and calling the police would be futile.. Nelson's brother is a cop, the mayor's brother is a cop, Diachision's father was a cop,, Paul's son is a fed. I'm fucked and our police dept cannot be trusted and I feel because of all this it is corrupt. 

Sousa is also the one who hit me with a laser from his front porch one twilight as I went for my walk...

For the last week or so Sousa (he has turned in his sage green vehicle for this black box thing,,, he comes out of his house and pulsed a strong pulse, yesterday,,31 Jan. 2014  friday at 5:45 in the am. Pulsed my house so hard,, it was if he threw an invisible basketball through the house,, smashingly fast,,,,, it was aimed at the wifi, and I had to call comcast because the signal is so degraded  from the pulse, we could not use it... It was taking 5 minutes to load one page.. So I called and the woman tried to boot it up but it failed and she also told me yahoo had been hacked..

 I smelt a burning oder of wires and my son in law yelled at his daughter, she burnt a match and he  entered and said he smelt something burning looking at me. . A reference to last night pulsed wire burn,, so when the Comcast man comes I'm going to tell him what really happened and who did it.. After all it is a two edge sword,,, work for him and his company and a pain in the ass for us... I wonder if he could do anything with Sousa after all Comcast rules this area,,no competition.  by the way we are supposed to have UWB internet connection/servers,   they are supposed to be super fast ,but now I hear prices will go up, because of the changes in internet law. I will mention and maybe read something about this on Renatas show.


The technician came and checked everything,, and everything worked fine,, I asked him to come downstairs,, the office said our  signal was degraded....so I told him about Francisco, pulsing the house, the technician asked me what he used to pulse the house I told him" I did not know,"   but I told him he hit the modem  with the pulse and I pointed  to where it came into the house and where the modem was,,,
and I also pointed out the  house where Fancisco lives and evidently he believed me, he went upstairs and rechecked the modem. So at least someone knows .... what happened, I also told him about the burning wire smell. I also went out this morning and took a picture of this square black vehicle parked the wrong way pointed toward my house , in front of Sousa's house,, bjg.
