I was listening to william  vidor Cole talk about Synthetic Telepathy or as others know it to be v2k, or as I know it as HSS,, hypersonic silent sound,,this is a communication device, used by those in DC to silently speak to each other WITHOUT ANY RECORD..NO PAPER, NO EMAIL, NOT NOTHING. no record..
William realized that everyone has this technology except TI's. EVERYONE, MEDICAL MILITARY, CORPORATIONS LAWYERS POLICE, ALL HAVE THIS TECHNOLOGY USE OF, WHY BECAUSE THEY STOLE THE TI'S MONEY AND BOUGHT THIS SHIT WITH IT..

Anyway Vidor speaks about stuff I have not experienced,, like luminol coating, and holograms,,

,I wonder if they attach a movie to HSS and just shine it through your head/eyes and it looks like a movie to you. I know that when I was going to fall asleep , they would play a fractal movie on the inside of my eyes,, I imagine this was hypnotic for sleep . The repetition of the same gently moving  scene.  I thought it was for entertainment but it was for sleep inducement...also.

I know their are two things that will induce insanity in the human animal, 1. is doubt and 2. is isolation and these are a big part of the gov't s formula of destruction, this can be used on a person or a country.
The first is 1.Malign the reputation this does several things. , it puts you in a bad light, isolates you, 2. destroy infrastructure,, this is done so you cannot fight back, no support, you eventually fall apart. and many Ti's are homeless. Broke. they steal in every way possible any funds you have.3. They destroy something you own every day , your life falls through your fingers like sand,, debilitating. 4. isolation, this is complete isolation for control.
Many Ti's believe that the brain can be read that we all have different frequency's and that may be true, but I do not think we can read the mind yet. Not a particular thought. The scientists are working on it. We can give the brain  commands and I think we can be tuned into , our particular frequency. I know the perp on the plane back , years ago used a laptop and at that time,,,no one had a laptop on an airplane,,just him, highly unusual, he sat with family so no one else would be privy to what he was doing. He turned me into jello all the way to Boston and I found out by accident that I could send thoughts to my perp.  The reason I was turned into jello was punishment for throwing fire balls at the perp on my first flight,,from San Diego to San Fran. ,, How do I know he got my thoughts, because I threw a fireball at him with my mind and the son of a birch ducked.. He ducked once that was it, the rest of the trip he just looked at his device, it looked like and old fashioned headphones and looked like a Walkman, that was the size,,amazing huh?
And maybe they can read my mind at this time, I know that incident on the plane speaks volumes,, but to actually read you mind,, in real time.. so hard to comprehend.
I switched planes, different perp and Indian from India, and his wife and child.. all the way to Boston he punished me. Jello.

Francisco Sousa

I want to talk about Francisco Sousa,, he is a thug,, Portuguese, 

(he lives about 3 house up on the street but he is closer than that because I live on a circle and he is on the other side of the circle. He can spit in my yard. )

this  is why he found favor with the former now dead mayor,,, he does the real dirty work for the city. Most Americans do not like to soil their hands but the foreigners are used to more violence than we are and will put up with a lot more and do a lot more violence than someone who is your average american...

So Francisco is  pretty much a hit man,, he likes to use lasers,,, he told me red is his favorite color..as he laughed knowing what I was thinking. 

my granddaughter  used to play with his daughter,, and I managed to find out what his name was,,, he was very upset over that.  Now I can point the finger at who is doing what.

I used to walk up to the Brown school for my daughter once in a while to pick up and walk home my granddaughter.   Souse on several occasions zapped me in the face, with a small hand held device he had in his pocket. I never saw it but a couple of times and always from a distance,, it is black and cell phone size,, small cell phone size palm of a man;'s hand.  

Standing behind him was a police officer ,, in a plain soft jacket it was warm,, but open and he was in uniform under it,, he stood behind Sousa and watched him zap me in the face,, I wonder what he would of done if I had attacked Sousa,, shot me, arrested me, beat me up. I wonder, He let it be known why he was there and this happened on several occasions,, they were letting me know they did not want me to pick my granddaughter for some reason.. I know Rick Nelson , Torigian's son in law, lives on my street, nearer the school,, he stopped me from using the elderly bus by beating /pulsing the shit out of me ever time I took it. Someone in the office of project mobility alerts him,, I think it is Tim the guy,, that is just speculation , it could be anyone. 

The cop that was behind Sousa evidently lives in this area as he is picking up his child from the local school, I think he might be the cop that lives on MacArthur circle, one street over from me.   He was called the night I knocked on the door of this lady's house to tell her her car lights were on, ,, I have never owned a modern car and found out that the lights generally go out by themselves... I had realized it at the time,,,So this cop was called and asked questions,,, he asked me where I was going and I told him "Where ever I want".  we then had some words about the lights and finally he drove off and I continued my walk.. I told him I was only doing a good deed and it was people like him and who ever called the police that makes people turn into pricks. 

this is why I am afraid to call the police on Sousa and this was done on purpose, Sousa wanted me to know who was in charge and calling the police would be futile.. Nelson's brother is a cop, the mayor's brother is a cop, Diachision's father was a cop,, Paul's son is a fed. I'm fucked and our police dept cannot be trusted and I feel because of all this it is corrupt. 

Sousa is also the one who hit me with a laser from his front porch one twilight as I went for my walk...

For the last week or so Sousa (he has turned in his sage green vehicle for this black box thing,,, he comes out of his house and pulsed a strong pulse, yesterday,,31 Jan. 2014  friday at 5:45 in the am. Pulsed my house so hard,, it was if he threw an invisible basketball through the house,, smashingly fast,,,,, it was aimed at the wifi, and I had to call comcast because the signal is so degraded  from the pulse, we could not use it... It was taking 5 minutes to load one page.. So I called and the woman tried to boot it up but it failed and she also told me yahoo had been hacked..

 I smelt a burning oder of wires and my son in law yelled at his daughter, she burnt a match and he  entered and said he smelt something burning looking at me. . A reference to last night pulsed wire burn,, so when the Comcast man comes I'm going to tell him what really happened and who did it.. After all it is a two edge sword,,, work for him and his company and a pain in the ass for us... I wonder if he could do anything with Sousa after all Comcast rules this area,,no competition.  by the way we are supposed to have UWB internet connection/servers,   they are supposed to be super fast ,but now I hear prices will go up, because of the changes in internet law. I will mention and maybe read something about this on Renatas show.


The technician came and checked everything,, and everything worked fine,, I asked him to come downstairs,, the office said our  signal was degraded....so I told him about Francisco, pulsing the house, the technician asked me what he used to pulse the house I told him" I did not know,"   but I told him he hit the modem  with the pulse and I pointed  to where it came into the house and where the modem was,,,
and I also pointed out the  house where Fancisco lives and evidently he believed me, he went upstairs and rechecked the modem. So at least someone knows .... what happened, I also told him about the burning wire smell. I also went out this morning and took a picture of this square black vehicle parked the wrong way pointed toward my house , in front of Sousa's house,, bjg.

ALDA and her gang

Well joe muted me because I was sane and do not believe in his cloaking theory,,,Derrick muted me because I called him a tomato face and he has not helped Ti's much in the past, recommending they support fools like Greg Gamache who is just out after money,, from Ti's who are poor as it is...I heard Greg  got 50 thousand from this community and now he is back for more.

..I wonder what happened to the money,,I was told by the OSI website that he was forced into a halfway house and that is where he has been, I know the women who investigated his background and his crediblity on this past lawsuit, these women did the right thing rather than believe his bullshit..
 I know derrick lost a lot of money on a lawsuit seems like the attorney just walked off with it.

I asked this community for 3-5 thousand to buy a Back Scatter camera,, thru the wall, I wanted to go around to different homes unannounced and spy on the perps,, tape them and give the tape to the Ti for court,,,,
no one offered a dime,,, so fuck them.

It's to close to reality I guess for some of them. A good way to find out if your sane or not,, if I was insane I would want to know it...another way to find out if you are insane or not,,,get a pet if he reacts to the harassment, well then your not insane. If he doesn't well you shit out of luck.

I had a fight with Alda and Susan,,,I was in Alda's chat and Susan was talking about her legal problems,, they were dismissed,,, she had several charges against her and they kept her coming back,, the plaintiff did not ever show up, but she did,,,I thought they were monitoring her...
susan  took a test for sanity,,, what is it for...? Her attorney told her it was good she took the test it kept her out of jail,, why?

 So I asked in the chat,,,why did she take the crazy test and why did her lawyer say " it kept her out of jail"
Why would she have to take the crazy test anyway? and why would it keep her out of jail..? Again I ask.

That's all I asked. Alda lied,, because Susan was on call and could not see what I wrote and I was in chat and could not speak to her. So Alda was the middle man and she lied ,,she told Susan I called her crazy,,, and said I was demeaning Susan's court dismissal, Alda , considered it a win...I do not...

One other note here,, Alda has muted me in her call ever since, seems like it is my fault, I have many times asked alda not to put words in my mouth, she has a tendency to embroider the truth about what you said,,,Often,,,, but it is a good thing rather than listen to her rant,,, I am getting a lot more done,,,besides if I wish to chat I have my own call to open...

One other thing,, Alda went home for Thanksgiving a year from last thanksgiving, and came back a changed person,,,no longer howling at the moon, she was focused and I wondered at the time if she had started taking meds of some sort,,,I think pulsing to the head and severe headaches as Susan is being subjected to at this time is some sort of therapy or lobotomy. I know I was told that I was given a lobotomy  to ease my stress when all this started, I was also severly drugged all the time, they can drug you with a pulse,, do not for one second think they can't.........So they stress you then they lobotomize you... fuck you assholes.

Alda has fucked me over before with former NSA  whistle blower Bill Binney, it took me a while to get over her stupidity on that one. I contacted him,, and told him I would like to have my tech person talk to him, so I with great trepidation gave his email to Alda,,, well she screamed her head off in email, so I asked her for the email and she refused to give it to me, I wanted to see what she had said , to deal with it, but she never did send it to me... That was number 1.  fuck up, so over time I got over it and forgot about it. , but this time is different,, I do not like someone manipulating me, in real time, that was pretty shitty,,or maligning my character. I do not lie, nor steal , nor make up stories,,,I consider them childish actions for children,not adults.

, I wonder if it was a set up because Susan was in chat and then logged out,,, so I was in chat and she was on call and alda was the  middle man telling Susan that I said she was crazy in chat, and you know something,,, I think Alda is right, their both fucking nuts...

One other thing,, many many people here are mentally ill, some way out there, some not,,,no one that I have talked to seems dangerous.. just me really... lol... One story brought this home to me,,, I stayed at this park,,, and tied my dog to the picnic table , it was a long lead but not to infringe on anyone else, a man walked by me, a perp with his dog off his leash and the dog went after my dog and my dog just got up and not attacked but roughed him up to tell him to get lost and the man after he got his dog went over and kicked my dog,,, I yelled at him but later I was told V2K , that the perp was fired,, he had parameters and went outside of those parameters and evidently someone was watching,, how true it is that he was fired,?, I have no idea,.. but why tell me that if it was not important to the perps and the people in charge. ?

A long week

Francisco sousa is pulsing my house as he leaves his every morning this morning it was 545 am.sounds like a gunshot going off. Le gault as well as Diachision is active,,, the cops came near the house this morning with sirens blazing and everything stopped ,,,for a while.
I have asked the Ti community for 2-5 thousand dollars, to buy a back scatter camera, so I can watch the perps and tape them and give folks evidence for court,,,but not one fuckiing asshole asked me about it or contributed,, so as far as I am concerned,,,fuck you
I believe that many Ti's are making money of this and want to keep this going,,, perps in sheep clothing. I listened to the woman's movement,, and how it started and the tactics they used,, It was very interesting..we Ti's are mostly women, but most are crazy in one way or the other...It is hard to herd cats.
