The top video that won't play ,I am walkiing home from the bus stop and was getting hit,,, a lot, so I turned aorund to film it and I can see several pulses coming my way,, they are only spritzes of light to others,,but this stuff burns,, kind of like a long distance static high intensity electricity. There is one shot of the whole beam but you got to look close and ,,,these videos will not play. so I have put them on my back up, for they play on my desktop,,, I can get pictures here , but it seems , one cannot put video..here at least successfully.. Oh well ..i shall leave them here anyway to show others I attempted to show what has been hitting me.. and this stuff goes through walls,, goes through anythinig for they hit me within my apt with this stuff as well. The cars going by are on one of the main st. and it appears that a car parks across the street in the closed gas station , park and shoots from there, Rather than them driving by as they usually do.. Feeling Adult
I was 13 and feeling very adult, I was talking to my mother and said the word hell,,, her slap came out of no where, and knocked my head in the corner... I never swore again after that...Never,,not until I joined the Navy and when I first started to swear in the Navy,I was 35,,, I stuttered.. it was funny for I realized what was going on,,but once I got going,, I had the worst potty mouth ever,,, my senior chief on my tug told me I could not go home for leave, everyone would be appalled at the mouth I had and he was right,..
I think the Navy was the happiest time of my life..It just was. I had so many adventures,,never a boring moment.
Senior chief was my boss in charge of the crew on my Tug,, The Petasharo.. tugs all have Indian Names,,, I do not know why. Senior Chief and I were the same age, I think he was a couple of years older than me, I am not going to tell you who he looks like,,,ok,,, he looked just like Howdy Doody,,, big grin, big ears, freckles.. but in a handsome sort of way. He was a country boy well versed in animal breeding. One night I was on watch,,, tug can sink in 20 minutes so you have to have a watch, to watch in case one sinks and alert others. We all took turns those in the lower ranks.
One night I was passing through the pilot house and out of the dark my name was called and it was SC. He called me and asked me to lie next to him, and I did, he did his thing, it was nothing to me sexually. But he told me it was the greatest time of his life. I was glad to oblige as we were friends and I think I was in love with him,he was married and he told me he would never leave his wife as he loved her,, that was fine with me, I never wanted to get married again and not even have a relationship at that time. I was just not interested.
A short time passed and one day the crew was on board for the day,,SC usually laid down after lunch , we had an hour off..At least I thought so he always went to his cabin,,
I heard a psst and he called me into his cabin,,, I can't remember how I got naked, but he seemed happy and impressed with me, My personal physician , civilian, took off my sheet in San Diego and commented on how beautiful I was, I never thought about it.
I had men try to do this all my life,,,sneaky assholes,,,my daughters suffered the same indignity, Men are like that,,sneaky assholes. Always peeking.
Let me tell you, my toes curled, my eyeballs rolled back in my head, and a scream started in the back of my throat,with my mouth closed,,, I had no idea I was screaming,, It was the best time of my life too. I still think of it,, it keeps me warm on my lonely nights...
He covered my mouth as I was going into full scream, He did not want the crew to hear as everyone was aboard. That broke the realm I was in, but still it was way up there...the best sexual encounter of my life and it set the bar very high for those who came after him,,no one matched him, ever.
That was the only time for us, the last for him and the last for me with him..
I spoke to a Muslim friend fo mine and he said one of the reasons virginity is so important to Muslim men is because his wife will always think he is the best in bed,,for she will know nothing else. That shows a huge insecurity on his part. His talents are so poor. No?
I left to go to go to work in the clinic on base,,,I hated it, I thought of them as all fairies,,not in the real Navy, Later I went to dental hygiene school in San Diego, , bob had gotten me into the dental clinic as assistant and later I went to Ca. for hygiene school,, he felt that was safer than the tugs for me,,he was probably right,, most men in the clinics were gay.
He kept talking about transferring to the clinic and I kept saying no, he finally pressed me and told me, I had to sign some paper,,s this was Friday,, I signed, thinking I had a couple of weeks before I was to leave but by that Monday I was told I had to leave the tugs,,he had already put all the paperwork through and got permission from the CO of the base,,, he had it all lined up. I think he loved me too. The tugs for a woman went no where for a career or even a job on the outside and that was one of the reasons I joined the Navy,, for job training.
He made sure I was gotten off the tugs, he knew after he left, he was retiring, I would be open game for the other men there. I lived under his protection as his crew person. All the women under him was afforded his protection. I was never approached or raped or touched even by the boat crews. My rapist was a helicopter pilot,who was married and felt I was his property,,that is another story for another time.

EG/Scott and John
I picketed Eastman Gelatin, a subsidiary of Kodak,, our film used to be coated with a thin film of gelatin, it's kinda ironic, Kodak had invented digital technology, but failed to utilize it.
The gelatin was produced in our town and Eastman Gelatin's plant was right downtown,, I could spit from my front door to their plant,, This is why Peabody's water was so polluted, EG used it for It's process.
I picketed the plant on a summer day, on Allen's Lane. I knew EG was part of all of this and it was,, part of my targeting,, how do I know without doubt?
As I stood outside their Allen's Lane gate a black pick up came down Allen's Lane from Emerson Park way and drove into the plant, I got his license plate number. This pick up drove out of the plant a few minutes later, drove up Allen's lane to Washington St. Drove up Washington St. toward Lynn St. and entered EG land from the gate on Washington St. I watched his headlights as he drove onto EG property. He drove behind me and zapped me from the bushes behind me,.. as it was getting dark and starting to rain, I figured it was time to leave anyway so I left. That was Scott Burns in the black pick up truck, he is also the one who followed me out west and handed me off at the grand canyon.,, he is married to Ann Marie Burns who works for Peabody housing,,, They live on Gardner St.
I had a friend who worked for the State Police and this was before the police were a big part of this harassment. I had befriended John and we liked each other , he also knew I was being terrorized. He ran the pick up truck license plate I had collected,,, and Scott Burns name , who worked for EG came up...
Later this was stolen out of my papers, much of my papers were gone through and much was stolen...This was part of it, at that time I did not know they would incessantly enter my place of residence and continue to steal from me , but they did. No one realizes what is being done to them at first..Not really. All evidence is destroyed.
Later John had someone follow me,, when I told him I was being followed, he told me it was two people, always two people following me, I never told him it was always two people,,
I just told him I was being followed.
When things got real bad , he told me I could sleep in their parking lot, the back lot of the state police which I did a couple of times,, till he was transferred,,,and a new co was appointed who actually came out of the police barracks and told me to leave. I had quietly parked my car and settled to sleep. It was early morning as usual ,, sleep deprivation has always been part of this harassment, if your tired and broke and on the run , you cannot fight back. Isolated for control. It gives the appearance of being mentally ill.

He has a special guest tonight, I disagree with some of what he says ,, other things he is right on...speaking of blue light,,,How to see or not to see the blue pulses....he's a salesman,selling bullshit. They even played the heartstrings card,,for sympathy,I could say anything, or ask anythiing,,,, as usual those who ask to many questions are muted.
He says some people can see it,the blue pulse, others cannot. He says it depends on the frequency. I can see it and have even poorly photographed it. I know it is photographable and if my camera can pick it up,, then anyone else can see the blue pulses, same color as the Wii base unit...highest level of laser.Blue.

After spending a few years as a technical surveillance expert and over two decades as an overprotective father I’ve realized two things. First was that the repurposing of regular, readily available technology for clandestine surveillance is the way to go. Second was that technical surveillance is a must when it comes to protecting your family in these modern times.
So whether you’re a gear geek, want to protect your house, need to make sure your kids are safe or all of the above, there’s a little James Bond in you and it’s time to let him out. My goal is to give the SOFREP readers some practical advice on trade-craft that you guys can use in your everyday life.
Spy Kit For The Average Citizen
After the attacks of 9/11 the United States found themselves in a unique situation. They faced an exceptionally dynamic adversary with the ability to hide and conduct terrorist operations from locations that were denied to the U.S and her allies.
To overcome this problem the nation invested an unprecedented amount of training and resources into elite units of special operatives. These small (1-4 person), impeccably trained, and well equipped teams were able to penetrate these problem areas, get “Eyes On” the enemy, and prevent future attacks.
I happened to be an individual on one of those teams.The training we received worked well in enemy territory. However, it also proved to be amazingly effective at home when I began using it to protect what was most near and dear to me: my children. I want to pass these lessons learned to the SOFREP community.
The surfing and action sports industry has pioneered amazing equipment that can be repurposed quickly.
Gear That Would Make James Bond jealous
Unmanned drones, concealed cameras, tracking devices, night vision: we’ve been in love with this stuff since Bond used his watch as a TV monitor in the movie Octopussy.
When I first entered this cloak and dagger world of technical surveillance I assumed someone was going to hand me over a beautiful silver case, full of super cool super secret spy gear. Actually this did happen; but the gear turned out to be clunky and pretty useless. Because it was made specifically for the government, the development budgets of the equipment manufactures were small due to their inability to sell in bulk.
Since we worked in denied areas we couldn’t exactly pack our suitcases full of GPS trackers and hidden cameras. We became really good at repurposing and modifying what the government referred to as “Commercial Off The Shelf” (C.O.T.S) equipment. Translated into human speak, C.O.T.S just means you can go to the store and buy it today.
Designing, modifying and redeploying common technology to protect my team and catch the bad guys became the name of the game. Since we were using quality commercial gear and just modifying the small bits, to adapt commercial to covert, we were able to quickly produce amazing results at minimal cost.
The GOOD news is that anyone with interest can leverage common technology and repurpose it, for the protection of those we love.
The BAD news is that anyone with any interest can do exactly the same. Realizing that over 43% of registered sex offenders (with magnified interest) re-offend, we know there are plenty of other people with an “interest” so it’s up to us as citizens, parents, leaders and protectors to stay on top of all of this stuff.
There are freaks everywhere and they’ll spend the time to counter average protection!
What You Can Do Right Now
There are plenty of “Commercial Off The Shelf” (C.O.T.S) solutions out there. Like any technology, it was all built for mass consumption; but with a little instruction and tenacity, anyone can repurpose this stuff for their own personal security. As an added perk, it’s fun, at least for me!
Mini Alert GPS Units
These “Off the shelf” GPS trackers and transmitters are barely larger than a Chapstick. They will send their location every 5 minutes, alert you if a determined “Virtual Fence” is broken and even allow two way communication. We got one for our 9 year old in place of a cell phone. It will even allow us to call and just listen in to see if she’s okay.
Ruggedized Action Sports Cameras
There are plenty of ready made “Surveillance” cameras available; but I’ve found that their single use is extremely limiting. This sounds a bit nutty; but having too many power cords, cases and connection cables for too many cameras is a nightmare to keep up with. I like using action sports cameras because they fit in anywhere and the accessories are available everywhere.
900 MHz ATV AM Video Transmitter
Most people don’t realize how small and how cheap these things are. It’s cool and scary at the same time. Makes you wonder how many of these are floating around. With a minor modification to the cable of an action sports Camera and a small power source. This little transmitter will keep you in the know.
Wifi Smartphone App-enabled Video Transmission
Note: There are plenty of free apps that turns your smart phone into a decent remote surveillance unit
This will not give you the same capabilities as our GoPro project; but you can use it right now with your iOS, Android and Windows phones. It takes a little setup; but it’s free and works pretty well for immediate video surveillance.
For myself this stuff started out as part of my job and then it became a bit of a hobby. Once I got good at it and realized how effective it was on a personal level it became part of my responsibility. There are too many dirtbags out there with nothing better to do than find new ways of invading our privacy, steeling are stuff or harming those we love.
In today’s world, technical surveillance and counter surveillance is as fundamental as putting a dead-bolt lock on your front door. Let me know what you guys think, and if there’s anything else you’d like me to cover!
