RADICALIZATION another Ti stated that we are heading for a radicalization,,, that targeting is meant to radicalize,,,, yes I agree, I also think these devices are meant for the mentally ill or what they believe to be mentally ill, or those manipulated to appear mentally ill, everyone that I have spoken too in the Ti, community has some mental health past issues , either themselves or close relatives in the Ti community, I noticed this long ago.. and felt it was a common denominator with the majority, there are some who are whistle blowers, activists and dissidents, but not as common as the mental illness card and they do overlap, Someone mentioned Hamlet,, yes Shakespeare's Hamlet that one... he , Hamlet in the play was accused of being insane....so this is an old tactic, used over and d over for manipulation and control..
If you take an unstable person, one believed to be mentally ill or are thought to be mentally ill and use DEW on them they can be readily radicalized,,,but you use DEW on ANYONE and they will be radicalized,, maybe the mentally ill are easier to radicalize, I think not,,,People who are mentally ill are usually afraid of society , society can be pretty harsh to those they do not consider
"normal" or what some think of as "normal. , I saw this treatment up front and personal.

Here is how it works
Your set up ,,IT IS ALL A SET UP, you live with your children. The powers that be want to manipulate your life for their own reasons, a vendetta, or they think they own the street you live on, like Rick Nelson, Torigian's son in law, who lives up the street. He hates me because I spoke out against his father in law who threw my life in the dumper because he wanted to build a golf course ,,and it was to be built over a toxic dump that eastman gelatin owned at that time.
So here is how they do it, they use financial institutions to chip away at your finances, so your stretched so thin something eventually breaks. Like your mortgage. ,,but before that your at each others throat because finances are thin. Done on purpose because your neighbor who was used to being treated like lord of the manor because his father in law was mayor, who was loyal to the mayor because he owed his job to him as deputy fire chief. Married one of his 5 daughters, I bet the mayor was relieved over that!
Set the wheels in motion. Blackballed I believe is the word for this!
No one can see the manipulation behind the scenes, but I can. I know the other two neighbors up the street are used, used to carry out harassment ,,using DEW, directed energy weapons. Silent, deadly,through walls, long distance,person specific.The faithful, but stupid, Portugeuse and the faithful meter reader whose job depended on his loyalty to that mayor, and now to his family for his job depended on that loyalty. The ukraine is up in flames
The ukraine is up in flames a ,tough people,,(the president Of Ukraine wants to join Russia,,, the people want to join the EU, those on the east are leaning toward Russia,those on the west toward the EU. The president is in hiding,may want to try him for killing protesters, 82 of them?
The ukraine , like others in the world have been unstable for many periods of time...Now it is either a coup or a revolution,,,,a coup ,,could be done by a far right wing group, a revolution would or could be the same, but a revolution can be" by the people, for the people, for a democratic state", which is it.?
We do not know,,,,having studied some revolutions,, France really, and not having gone into deep detail,,just what it is all about. But the following ideas are interesting.
Reading Proudhons The General Idea of the Revolution, I think the most major fact to some wars (and this statement caught my attention, it was later censored,) gov't doesn't want people to know the deep dark secrets that could be behind some wars, but here are a few.

When 15% of the population is young males,,mostly unemployed, the nation is ripe for revolution, so nation states start wars to clean out the closet....Saudi Arabia did it in one of the gulf wars, calling Jihad,,, to curry favor with the Imams,,It also killed off those above mentioned young men, it also stated that those men who would go to war are also the ones most likely to revolt,,, that does make sense.. interesting at best,,Proudhon.

2. Who rules the schools rules the nation.
3. Rule a man's habits and you rule the man.

deTocqueville also was responsible for the term and a reminder to DC of a philosophy , deTocqueville wrote about the rule of law and how important that is to us as a democratic state,,,we decide who rules," THE RULE OF LAW" the theory, is that that law is for everyone under that law,,,rich and poor alike. How funny though, you hardly EVER see the rich called to task for the bad shit they do, and they do bad shit!.
And please do not believe that they will be punished for their crimes in heaven, it ain't gonna happen, that was written long ago to appease disgruntled poor men who wanted to revolt against the thieving rich men who stole everything the poor owned to support their rich asses. To dispel or support claims about HAARP
After reading all this, about HAARP I think the potential for a weapon is there, if that is to be it's use. One can only speculate, but a lot of bucks are being spent to improve a communication system?. My theory,, always follow the benjamins. I just entered some passages below that interested me.

I know that mind control is real having been subjected to it's power many many times,,, there have been many shootings of late, single shootings of black/white innocent teens in the wrong place at the wrong time.. My recommendation,,have gov't back off, otherwise a confrontation will ensue and I do not know who will win, the military is not to be allowed on our domestic soil, for any reason. ANY REASON. that is why I went into Boston and handed out my paper after 9/11 and basically told the military to get to fuck off our soil, they had no right to be in Boston during our fourth of July celebration. MILITARY IS FOR FOREIGN USE ONLY. They are a killing machine, the police are not, supposedly. Though the attitude amongst police lately is to kill first and ask questions later. This is another point of oppression to instill fear from the security, (whom now are armed) and police depts. within the people. This I believe is nationwide.

This is two devices I have seen
THE GLASS BOX/another device.
This is a poor drawing of the two devices I have seen,,,the top creates a waveform, the two knobs I believe are north and south poles the charge is built up on one and released, creating a waveform, the cover was Plexiglas's or glass, there were a lot of other components within the box, I suggested them by the 3 horizontal lines. All metal, this was put on the other side of my room in a motel, back to back rooms on one floor. I was subjected to this waveform all night,,my pets reacted to it as well.
The bottom device I saw in N.H. on a woman's table through her well lit window. I sensed a frequency coming from her home and followed it from where I was staying , up one house across the street, when I approached the house still in deep shadow I stood outside and observed this device on the table, no one was present . The top third of the device had a green screen, the whole device was approximately 8 inches long by 6 inches wide made of black plastic and in the upper third was the green screen., I did not see any buttons on it .
As I stood there about 15 feet outside the window in deep deep shadow, the woman I had come to know and had been friendly, Victoria ,entered the light over the table, looked at the screen, jumped up and slammed down the shade,she never looked outside the window....,evidently she saw my presence on the screen, I can think of no other reason for her actions.
Afterward her children were warned not to speak with me and to run toward the house. These people started out as friends and as with most Ti's they were converted into perps by using a negative narrative about me.
