In order to be a target , one has to know it,,,
At first the targeting is covert,, you dont' know anything about it,,,medical history, financial history, who you associate with out to two relationships,,for instance my daughter and then my grandson, or a friend and her husband,,ad infinitum.
So they know all about you and your habits,,,now they want to tell you you are targeted. So they break into your house,,or hack your computer,, or hit you with ELF or my first experience was with vibrations.. on the fifth floor in the dead of night,,no trucks,,nothing, all of a sudden my bed started to vibrate.
I lost my money through manipulation,,, I was gassed by the landlord and forced out and triggered to leave by my landlord,,these mind control devices have been used for quite a while..This was 98 99 or so...
Now they go overt,,,many Ti's are tuned into colors,,certain colors,,,certain consistent hand signals, mine was stupid license plates,,today as I walked to the store,,hobble I should say for they have been drilling holes in the back of my thigh, calf and ankle only on my left leg,,they already did it to my right..I was in the store at the cashier, when I got pulsed and it was the car directly outside the door,,,and part of his license plate said" WL9, now what does that mean,,,it was triggered so I would know what it meant, it was a threat,,,,"will leave,,or we will hurt the dog" that is the threat,,,they first started out with funny license plates,,someone pulls in front of you and it said something like HPPy Day,, or some such then later they turn to a threatening tone,,
now all of this is a good coded way to communicate with someone, and it sounds looney, which is why it is done that way,, it does sound looney. because we as targets are dealing with looney tunes in
power,,,greedy,private club looney tunes..the bad part is they have all the weapons...
I wanted to ask the question,,,if everyone here is related to cops and both major perps like rick nelson's brother is a cop and david Diachision's father was a LT. on the Peabody police dept,,,are they hacking my computer,,,You tell me????

I read in facebook chat,, that one Ti asked in general if they had heard that when the perps share emotional and thoughts with a Ti,,, that the perps refer to it as as being "on the line,"
Does anylne else experience shared emotions and thoughts? My handlers refer to this as someone "on the line".
I also want to mention here that the big push on drug bullshit,,is because Swat has to justify their use of all this free military trucks and devices and stuff,,,they only reason they can keep it is if it is all involved with the war on drugs,,,so it has to be used in a drug related issue,,,,so swat is delivering warrants by breaking down doors and doing swat stuff for minor violations,,,like bill maher said if some guy is dealing in weed,,, wait until he comes out for the ice cream truck...lol
I wanted to talk about the veggie stand I went to yesterday,, market basket is still on strike and I honor strikes,,,,so I do not shop there,, i prefer fresh veggies from the stand.....
I had to mmuch coffee which always makes me manic,,, it helps when you got to do something and since I have been microwaved and scoustially punched,, well it helps complete that task which is riding my bike to the veggie stand..

I do not think we get mwra water anymore,,, the clarity has declined,, and I remember when they shut us off and i still get brown residue from EG pollution, in the bottom of my dish drainer,,,,maybe that is why I had cancer three times?
