Well it has been a bad while,,,my voids are getting runny, the pulses and vibratory hits are getting to me physically,,,and I do not feel well.....this is doing a number on me,,, i have done everything to get out of this and stop this,,but every time I do someone,,has me do something to start it up again...like write letters or complain or go somewhere to piss these local fuckers

I just bought a wireless keyboard so I can write in my blog,,I could ill afford it, but doing without food is becoming normal.. I just lost ten pounds and I like it,,,maybe some more.weight loss would be good,,,
I also took some pictures with this iPod of the harassment but do not know how to put it here yet,,, all these devices except this keyboard was difficult to learn they all have their little tricks and if you don't know them well...you feel the fool when you do it is so simple once you learn,,,but these iPods are an amazing little device and the good thing about it is it has a battery but you can run it off the power cord without the battery being involved...unlike my laptop,,,it is very fun and I can see why the kids love them and get lost in them they offer everything, the only thing you can't do is make a phone call,,and I cannot chat in the chat room of talkshoe and cannot call in over my iPod,,, I think you can but have not figured it out yet,,,I will go to apple and have a visit,,,with them and learn all the little secrets.
the assault has been horrendous,,,really bad,,,and constant,,, Stephen Major waits for me to arrive home today I fooled him , I came home down Coolidge ave instead of Wentworth,,he watches for me and will leave his house just as I almost get to St. Anne's ave just to piss me off,,,so today I saw him pass the house on my security camera,,,I moved it to the front of the house and cut down the bushes to see better because Sousa's kid was parking his car on my side of the street and every morning when he left,,,he nailed me wicked,,,I'm just a few feet away,,,the other night he was hitting Paul's house as well, so the camera,,,helps push them back,,,,Then Devin gets up and nails me with his xbox and that is on my list to purchase,,,the name of the game is ??? I also wanted to talk about Kathleen Watterson's court case,,her eight time,,,she had this guy Levi,,,document that this neighbor had two dish antenna aimed at her house,,microwave,,,all ham operators have their dish antenna aimed at the southern sky,,which I think is cool for some reason,,,that is where all the communication satellites are located over the equator I think...He had two aimed directly at her house,,,she lives on acres and he is the nearest house,,,,she protested dirt bike riders going by all the time, so that is what she did to get listed,,,it seems as if their is a war on young black men,,,two killed just recently,,big riots,,,and older white women,,,are the majority of those targeted, mostly older white women...

Laptop
Well a frustrating day laptop is finished. Not to crazy about iPod yet though it does have its charm. Lots have happened I finally discovered the devices used for harassment a led high intensity flashlight and another called a sick stick I think their by the company Memoir100@hotmail.comisotopsys. The local police are using them on the local populace. With potentiality for military use meaning the local cops are trying them out experiencing on American Citizens It's a good idea. Really if I was not a target. I have experienced this many many times Projectile vomiting.

Aswe’ve reported earlier, the Department of Homeland Security has funded the development of a laser dazzler that is designed to create nausea, with plans to field it to law enforcement officers. The LED Incapacitator "has been winning over hearts and minds," DHS says. Apparently, last month "DHS law enforcement officers convened in Washington to get their hands on the LED-I and describe for the developers the features, sizes, and controls they’d like to see. Commercial models are expected to hit the streets (and borders) in 2009."
DANGER ROOM won’t be happy till we see some "puke on demand" action. Heck, we’ll be human guinea pigs (well, I’ll volunteer Noah first).

tactics and techniques/will add over time
these are only a few of the tactics and techniques that the perps use on targets,,
In order to be a target , one has to know it,,,
At first the targeting is covert,, you dont' know anything about it,,,medical history, financial history, who you associate with out to two relationships,,for instance my daughter and then my grandson, or a friend and her husband,,ad infinitum.
So they know all about you and your habits,,,now they want to tell you you are targeted. So they break into your house,,or hack your computer,, or hit you with ELF or my first experience was with vibrations.. on the fifth floor in the dead of night,,no trucks,,nothing, all of a sudden my bed started to vibrate.
I lost my money through manipulation,,, I was gassed by the landlord and forced out and triggered to leave by my landlord,,these mind control devices have been used for quite a while..This was 98 99 or so...
Now they go overt,,,many Ti's are tuned into colors,,certain colors,,,certain consistent hand signals, mine was stupid license plates,,today as I walked to the store,,hobble I should say for they have been drilling holes in the back of my thigh, calf and ankle only on my left leg,,they already did it to my right..I was in the store at the cashier, when I got pulsed and it was the car directly outside the door,,,and part of his license plate said" WL9, now what does that mean,,,it was triggered so I would know what it meant, it was a threat,,,,"will leave,,or we will hurt the dog" that is the threat,,,they first started out with funny license plates,,someone pulls in front of you and it said something like HPPy Day,, or some such then later they turn to a threatening tone,,
now all of this is a good coded way to communicate with someone, and it sounds looney, which is why it is done that way,, it does sound looney. because we as targets are dealing with looney tunes in power,,,greedy,private club looney tunes..the bad part is they have all the weapons...

I also want to mention here that the big push on drug bullshit,,is because Swat has to justify their use of all this free military trucks and devices and stuff,,,they only reason they can keep it is if it is all involved with the war on drugs,,,so it has to be used in a drug related issue,,,,so swat is delivering warrants by breaking down doors and doing swat stuff for minor violations,,,like bill maher said if some guy is dealing in weed,,, wait until he comes out for the ice cream truck...lol

I wanted to talk about the veggie stand I went to yesterday,, market basket is still on strike and I honor strikes,,,,so I do not shop there,, i prefer fresh veggies from the stand.....
I had to mmuch coffee which always makes me manic,,, it helps when you got to do something and since I have been microwaved and scoustially punched,, well it helps complete that task which is riding my bike to the veggie stand..

Stephanie,Hacking and the cops...
I think I am being hacked of course Bettoncourt's brother, our present mayor, is a cop,
and Rick Nelson's brother is a cop , that would make him Lauri Nelson's brother in law,
,,so isn't Bonfanti's,,, former mayor I ran against him, last election,,, his brother,son? is a cop.
David Diachision's father is a retired LT under Torigian
Nice jobs for both...no wonder David is all the loyal thug...
Paul my next door neighbor,, his son is in or was in academy for FBI or some fed organization.
Francisco Sousa is friends with the cop that lives on McArthur circle, the one who picked up his kid at Brown's school..
So that is where I stand,, the cops hate me because I wrote the 9/11 paper against them,, whoa unto anyone who goes against the cops,,,so to hack my blog is easy peasy...
I think that is what might of happened to Ken Baker,, the guy out west who was targeted,,he appeared on the Jesse Ventura show,,BRAIN INVADERS and thought the title is creepy , that is what this technology does,,, it invades you brain,,mind control,,,
Ken Baker was a former cop,,,nothing spooky about three shots he took, all hit his arm,,, all total 7 shots fired,,, they caught the guy who was targeting him.Probably another cop..I wonder what he did,,no one ever mentions that,, why he is targeted. Earlier today in my last post,I wrote about Matt Gauthier on Rockdale I went for a walk and Gauthier was out front and it looked like Stephanie was talking to her,,they both saw me and Gauthier looked at me but Stephanie hid,,she did not want me to see her..so here I am writing about Gauthier and she is over talking to them,, a coincidence,,,not in my book.
One wonder if my computer is still a private blog or the cops are hacking me..I wonder if their getting my blog still.......maybe I should do my blog somewhere else...
Very possible.....lots of people in this town gave relatives jobs,,one big happy paternal family,, Torigian sure put all his ducks in a row,,,now I do not wonder how he stayed in power so long,,,,son in law
(s )as head of city depts//married to his daughters,,fire,, cops,,,maintenance thugs all willing to do his bidding,,whatever it was...he owned them,, he paid for their lives at tax payer expense and they all made sure they lived well, one thing I have noticed,,, all the city employees who live around me and their are plenty,, all have the biggest and best house on the street they live on,,, they are well taken care of..again at tax payer expense,,no wonder the taxes keep going up every year.
,I wonder what the family brought home collectively for a pay check,, and the Little Leage coaches are so loyal because Torigian built them a little league field,,,they targeted me as well as I passed through the park during a couple of games,,, they stopped when I started filming,,,they feared reprisal.,,,
Good for them ,,,but again it was their taxes that paid for the LL park,,,ALL OUR TAXES...paid for it,,,The school by law should not of been built,, it did not have a playground,, so the Little league park was considered the schools playground...

I spoke with Kelly, I have been hit by Devin's xbox every morning,,, at 4 a.m. He is asleep now it is about 10:30 or so ...Kelly went for a walk,,, I told her I know about the xbox that I wanted to sue cherie and david diachision for the targeting,,,she said no,, maybe it was an electrical thing,,, it is not...
Jillian last week when I complained to Devin about hitting me and I bought him his ipod for his bday, otherwise he would not of gotten his air conditioner,,,
he did not deny it,,, and Jillian also chimed in stating she was tired of being hit as well. I wished I had taped that.
I asked her to tell me how it is done, she denied it ,,now I shall remind her of what she said to devin,,,, how he converted or is using the xbox to target me.
Then I called Kelly back and told her to aim the xbox on the other side of the room,, to move the one in Devin's room because it is aimed at me,,,they also got one in Bud's bedroom and in the living room. So Devin can play anywhere he wants,,,,I want him to aim the game at Cherie's house.
