 I first met Judy when I set off the alarm by putting a piece of plastic on my burner, not using electric I was not used to it and always hated it, Reeva and Judy were down on the lawn as the firemen require we leave and I did not like that. But I went down and Reeva invited me to a fete she was having at the community center, I did not answer right away and Judy covered her mouth as she whispered in Reeva'a ear,, Reeva then spoke up and said,, " Well you better come"  I said who are these two women especially the whisperer telling me I "better" do anything. For that very reason I dd not go and Judy has been a real pain in the ass ever since she has lived here 17 years and feels as if she owns the place. 

Darleen moved in and accused Will of breaking into her apartment, I would not be surprised if that was true. but it was not proven, Judy and Darleen went after will, Now I was friends with him visited him once in a while and he helped me get my garden up and running. So I wanted to stay out of it, I went over there and sat in the chair Justin who lived upstairs walked across the floor and I was pulsed on my legs, I told Will what was happening and he said "you wouldn't believe what comes out of that apartment." and yes I would having been hit by this retard who can push a button many times.  He used the glass prism device on me several times. and the infrasound bullets to the back of my lower head and upper spine. We had a conversation and he tried to talk me into believing he was innocent. Which he is not. later I saw him with Will and his parents speaking out front.  Making friends ensuring his Justin's silence about targeting Will, later another day Judy also was speaking with Will out front To make sure Will did not speak of what Darleeen and Judy  both had done, targeting Will. Itt would only intensify my claim.  For after I refused to join Darleen and Judy, target Will they turned on me and targeted me for refusing them. . This conversation between Will and Judy was to make sure he was silent about her targeting him. As she was in full voice of targeting me. Its a three ring circus. 

The perps turned John McLaughlin and Stephanie against me by pulsing him in a corner , I walked by and saw him through the door he was devastated. After that they trained him on me and also Stephanie. She was willing to be trained as well. 

I also spoke with DEB today , Mike lanes live in friend so she says she is, I will go into this in detail another time. 

pulsed 28 July 2023

 I was pulsed very hard in the back of the skull last night, from the direction of the garage in the back of no. 8  , twice, it hit me on the back of the very bottom my skull on the right hand side I was facing the windows.., Later today  I walked around the building and a plastic case was on the ground , as if someone was sitting on it, it wasn't  there a few days ago. I was hit on the lower right side, it left a deep divot in the bone but also my jaw, the bone area  is swollen and one of my teeth has been broken no 5 premolar. I write this the 29 July 2023

I was also pulsed by Mike Lane today I wrote about it and sent it to the Ipswich police. ,,'

Subject: Pulsed by Mike Lane

Walking home from the laundry room Mike Lane was sitting at his table in his yard. I was pulsed  and staggered , he quickly pulled his hand and device under the table. That's an assault.and I'll tell you the same thing I muttered under my breath."He'll get his, I promise,"  just like the police, fire, and everyone else who ignored this destruction of American lives.

If I called the police about this assault what would I be told? Or inferred I was crazy. So that let's you off the hook. Mike Lane is  a shit show and so aren't you for letting  him do this to my life and you for ignoring this complaint. He's a creepy shit show trying to provoke me into protecting myself so weiner boy can complain its all in my head and I'm the crazy provocateur.  You all ,will regret all that  I warned you about and doing nothing to fight back against these/this miserable little coward(s). The major shit show is right around the corner, welcome to my world. Everyone and I do mean everyone , man , women, and child will suffer greatly how do I know because I have lived all of it.

You have no idea what viciousness you are up against., but I do and you will also suffer because after we are killed, they will have no use for Mike or you. 

Mark my words and let them seep into your brain my life will be yours and your families .  I weep for all to come. As was written on Auschwitz wall," If there is a god he will have to beg my foregiveness."

Dear Kate 

Just a few words, 

Why did you want me to come to the office to pay that ten dollar fine, ? To me that was curious and I am sorry  I did not go but paid in a MO. I would of liked to speak with you too.. 

As you probably know Brock is involved in my targeting just like he was involved in George Girards targeting , He has access to these devices, he also asked me some questions about women he obviously wanted a girlfriend and how to get one in his bed. So he is privy to microwave auditory effect device.  It goes through walls I also saw him carrying a tool box type , size with a white tube and a whip type of thing could of been an antenna. I also hear someone in Janet’s apartment quite often especially at night. I also heard someone priming a device of a sort, compressor?

Brock  has been responsible for a lot of my targeting,  Last night I was shot twice in the left kidney and my esophagus  where it joins my stomach has been burnt so many times I lost count, and now the heart is  aching and things do not feel right. This has nothing to do with Covid or the shots. I have had neither. 

Terry as well as Stephanie,  Donny are part of this crap, as you know Donny threatened to “have me killed”, So in order to save my life what do you think I should do. Leave?

 When I first moved here and after Covid had started I was sitting outside The Heart and Soul Cafe on the corner of Market and Central St.. outside without a mask,  the wind was blowing, sunny day. I was sitting on the table and chair on the end of the metal bench there was another table on the other side of the bench. Robin came out of Central st. went to the edge of the sidewalk and I invited her fo a coffee.She was wearing a mask and started screaming at me, do you know how many funerals I have gone to, how many hospitals I went too, how many ??

she continued in that vein when I told her that Baker our governor forbid  us to do that. she then screamed its a metaphor, its a metaphor,  and she then turned and walked away. The police were called I did not call them,,, I think someone in Heart and Soul did. He pulled up in front looked at me and then drove away toward the station I later saw Robin walk up the hill. I got a call from the office about it  and told them what happened and they called a nurse who accompanied Robin around for quite a while. Robin has these devices that pulsed the base of my skull so doesn't Angela. hitting me all the time...

I think the perps are training RR to be a handler. she looks better and is wearing a dress to hide her enormous hips. she hangs around the laundry room all the time. She's a real nutter. So isn't Angela who is very vicious both cronic liars. 

I saw John and his slut Angela, who they both are glad Stephanie is gone ,the nurse came with a guy in a suit to see her and John told me they put her in the looney bin, I responded "good she needed the rest. " I told Hiedi that she was not cooking, John did all the cooking. she did not look well but very red in the face,, I think the nurse who came took her to hospital. I hope she is better.
