David Diachision  is a meter reader who  works for the city of Peabody.50,000 thousand a year with excellent bennies but our water and other taxes are going up as well..

He has been employed by them for a long long time.  Not to bright,his wife has the brains in the family, he was and is  a loyal  dog to the Torigian Family. Rick Nelson responsible for much of the genesis of my harassment lives on the other curve of the circle we all live on..Rick is married to one of Peter Torigian's daughters.  Peter started all this.  It is said by the Torigian family I started all this, but they do n ot understand...This town was owned by Peter , he did what he liked and he was called Napoleon in the press throughout his last years in office. Especially after I told them what he did to me..He with Eastman Gelatin pretty much trashed my life. It still continues to this day.

David has been on vacation, at least he has been away for a few days, things were relatively quiet and he came back yesterday, since then my house has been incessantly pulsed.. My privacy invaded with his thru the wall camera. My sleep disturbed and I have been pulsed beaten almost unconscious. That is why I was mind controlled to sleep in my bed, easier for him to reach. My bedroom is on his side of the house.  It began this morning with a intense pulse through the whole house. and then after smaller specific pulses to me. At 1:19 am. , 3, 46 and so on  incrementally until I finally got up and it is now 7:17..I have to go out on the lawn some piece of something is red on the lawn to make sure the pulse is precise..Rick Nelson also drove by early yesterday morning to let me know who this was coming from. 

David's father was a LT.on the police dept, not a very good one I heard but his job assured because of his loyalty, just like David. I guess stupid people can be used as tools as well. Seems to be a policy of gov't. and the media,,,use people as tools for whatever you need, and these mind control devices,HSS assures that they can do this.  Use people as Tools.

David has long been my constant harasser, his son and daughter are also involved as well as Stephanie his wife.  Rick is the one who pulses me if I ride the elderly bus to the market he feels his father in law started that , but in reality Dukakis started that throughout Ma.   Peter started out as a postman , this is why my mail was accessed and he ended up wearing Armani and his daughters went to private colleges,one went to Merrimac college in Andover,,pretty pricey. Hie other son in law Richard Carnavale was let go by Bonfanti,,Not a trial or anything of matter, Bonfanti was  mayor after Peter died. He was caught stealing  railroad ties or tracks and selling them in Boston ,recycled. He was manager for maintenance.  He then went to Iraq to set up mash units for the army.  Ted Bettoncourt is now mayor he was groomed since he was on the city council, he hired Jean Carnavale to manage the treasury. I thought that was funny, I wonder if Richard is at home trying to figure out how to steal money from the treasury without being caught and I wonder if they are still married. 

Now Rick up the street uses these pulse devices all the time as he leaves for work in his van, He has added much to the misery of my life. He has also gotten many other young men on this circle to take part in this harassment, Frank Anderson and son, Matt LaPeirre and his father. Blari Schietroff and his son Jeffrey , The Rathbones are also involved as well as Chris Yaikus and his oldest son. Francisco Sousa and many others.. Its easy to push that button and put these devices on timers... I wish them all miserable deaths.

I also want to add another name,, his name is Patrick Floyd,, he grew up with my second daughter.. his truck was parked in front of Danny Lutz's apt. we all lived in duplexes,,,Patrick was visiting Danny,,two houses from mine,,,, I walked to the end of the Cul de sac to wait for my ride and I stood facing the street , as I stood there, I was watching the runners it was a race held in Peabody for some reason or other.
 I was pulsed/hit very hard from behind it went through the body and out the heart,,,through the middle of my chest. I sat down in a controlled collapse for my heart started to palpitate and I thought this was it, before I sat down I turned my head quickly because I could  tell the direction from which the pulse came from and saw Patrick  Floyd's  face,,,he was in Danny Lutz's apt. and he slammed the door shut. Danny is ex military.Patrick is his friend.. Danny grew up in the courts,, Patrick did not.

The Sparkler

Ever since all this began,,I have been hit with what I call is a sparkler,because that it what it looks like.   It seems to be a directed Sparkler and feels like what a sparkler would feel like. I have also been hit with energy/pulse, that is like being given a super duper nicotine tablet. Only this is instantaneous. 

Sometimes it is just one zap,,other times it is a spray. You can see it as it whips by you.. It burns and is bright white light...I do not know if they have to aim it at me to hit me, or does my body from all the harassment have developed a charge,,or  is there some kind of an implant,,,I know that fiber optics was used as implant,one time,,,a passive system directing the energy aimed at you. I was told the spray is a locator and  can be long distance.

I relayed the story of Forest St. in a past post here...and wonder if the pulse that hit me in the sternum,bounced off, hit my clavicle,bounced off,,and lodged in the  back of my throat.. I often wondered why that was done..To scare me or like the military shots that are blown into the new recruits was this some sort of a blown in implant,,nanotechnology? Who knows,,,

The gov't is capable of much experimentation.  I only know that no matter where I am, this stuff finds me,,,the pulses can curve,,not 90 degrees, but a curve nevertheless,,,I have seen that with my own eyes several times.  

I have seen perps plant a device in a bush and set it off and it will hit my head consistently. As it hits it clicks,,, Sometimes , though not all, it seems to enter the skull on one side, go through the brain and click on the inside of the skull on the other side,,,losing energy and not able to make it through the skull on the other side.The bone is to dense for exit.

Yaikus, my neighbor has this type of device and has used it on me many times.

John Roberts was picked by Bush Jr.  He heads the supreme court and his attitude can sway other members to vote his way..For instance all 5 men voted on the Supreme Court about changing the VRA,,,picture and list below.

on a 5-4 decision. All the women voted to leave it alone... This change will make it easier for  those in power to block people and groups of people from voting, this is what Martin Luther King demonstrated for. So most of what all that demonstrating was done for has,,, from what I understand ,,,has changed and made moot, and many minorities can be blocked. It is a measure of control.

I have mixed feelings over this,,,I know the largest group of people who are in the country are Mexicans...Read my past post on Latinos and how I feel about it. The country in the future will be controlled by a Mexican contingent if the birth rate continues. They must realize that they have to put this country first if they want to be true Americans,,many don't,, their loyalty is to Mexico.

But the constitution is the constitution and that is that.

The mixed feelings are I do not want the VRA to be dismissed,,,you cannot deny an American citizen the right to vote,, the reason this is done, is to control who votes for whom. But I do not feel the country should be taken over by the Mexicans either, they cannot even run their own country. Never mind this one.. Being in power is difficult.

This is extremely important also, for if elected in office some crazy nuts,,,we can't vote them out, they will block our votes,,,as is happening now,,,,our country is liberal,,we all understand that majority rules and that is for the people and they are liberal,,,,

Many groups are funded by ALEC,,check out past post on this group. Conservative Fundamentalist movement,,they think long term, so we have to too. Their hero is Reagan. An actor who played the presidential part well, he fooled the people with one hand and held a knife behind his back in the other, he gave more favors to his rich friends than anyone else..Stealing from the general pool..He helped us go broke..I blame him and his party of control who claims a world wide war against them,,

They wonder why so many people are at war with them , Maybe there is a good reason..your controlling take-over assholes who believe in an invisible daddy who will take care of all your needs if you jabber in his ear enough and be "good", and your not "good" your self centered controlling religous nuts You want this country to be high percentage of Christians, to be the controlling factor.

Well the silent sin of the Christian Conservatives is usually a blow job by a prostitute,,, sex rules all and do not forget this..ever. It is our most controlling emotion, hormone, and actions. 

If you look at the Christian fundamentalist conservative party you will see Roberts's Agenda.  To take over the country,,, they are at war with the Muslims, they want to put women back into the home. No birth control. No abortions. Total control,,,who knows maybe polygamy..For women this is definitely a step back. 

I shouldn't say that , one does not like to give them ideas...Men would love that. Did you know most of the women in Polygamist homes are collecting welfare, several of them in one home,,,,,We are supporting polygamy in this country with our tax dollars,,

Starvation is an excellent birth control.

You control our sexual inclinations and you control the person. Birth control, abortions, Viagra, you control the political and religious future of the country...birth rate = votes...

Francisco Sousa

lives up the street,,, kinda stupid,,,definitely not a thinker,,very sympathetic  to Torigian's family,, he is Portuguese, and I think Torigian was part or whole Portuguese,,he lives next door to David Diachisin who has gone on vaca. He is one of the main perps on this street. Very loyal stupid dog to the Torigian family,  He's the meter reader. He started harassing me the minute I moved in..

,I saw this black vehicle drive by and zap the shit out of the house.... it was the same black vehicle parked outside his house today,,I wonder if it was his son.

Sousa zapped me from his front porch as I walked across the street to the lake,,,it was a red pulse that burned and had force,,,you figure it out..

9 July 13, Boston State House Meeting and other thoughts.

Yesterday was the meeting at the Boston State house,,,,a forum for many bills, immigration, agricultural, trans gender,, so many men are becoming women,,,the ugliest women you ever saw.they are beyond uglyyyyyy, they are uuuuuuuuuugly,,please if you wish to be woman at least be a good looking one..or stay the man you are.. We don't want you...
I'm telling you we are not a pretty people,,, so many ugly,fat,poorly dressed, people in one spot.,our fashion sense is up our ass,  I may be poor but I do not have to dress poor. You too transgender.

 A petition was sent around the room, I thought this a good tactic for us as Ti's to do, even if we do not speak, to do a petition. I learned much from this experience. I shall put that info in an other post.

Humane society spoke and a bunch of cops talking about privacy and surveillance which is what I was there for. Peter taped them. I hope he sends me a copy as I was not listening. I saw the importance of it.

Privacy and  Surveillance,,,I was with 6 other targeted individuals.. nice people. all of them...One of the TI's spoke of her harassment and told me that a path of dead vegetation that shows the harassment from the perps house to the TI's house... I also have noticed dead vegetation from my perps house to my house... they have killed several plants on this path to me. I also got the impression she was not the only target in her neighborhood.

At 12:30 we got in line to sign in and to speak, we went as a panel.  Peter, Kate, Arlene, Will, Camille Elsy, and me. It was great,, the 7 of us banded together.  the day was cooler than the fry we came out of for the past week. Thank goodness for that. I had to take a bus,, train and trolley to arrive. Long trip.

As I said we got in line to sign in with many many others, we were ushered into a room and it was to small  almost everyone was standing room only, very inadequate seating, so they sent us to a larger room for the forum,  and it was an all day affair and went into the night.The air was finally put on at about 6 pm,  I think many were groggy from lack of oxygen.

 I did not get to speak because I had to leave to catch the last bus from the train station to home, otherwise it would of been a loooooong walk home. So I never did get to speak but found out the chairwoman's name and will send her an email with my thoughts. Lucky her. 

The more I meet and speak with other TI's the more I am convinced this program is a Mental Surveillance program, the shrinks profiled us. A pox on their house !!  Everyone seems a bit shaky, Just a little bit off, but my question is who would not be if they were targeted and also what is normal. I know because of my severe targeting I am much changed in personality. More suspicious of people, less apt to be open, more aware of those around me and their intentions, etc. I have come to hate people for their badness.

So we sat and we sat and we sat,, I have to give it to the chair person and her cohorts, they sat for hours in their chairs, never getting up and also listening... Lots of fortitude there. One guy on my end I felt pity for he looked pretty brain dead from it all. vacant stare..

Kate,,leader of our pack was being pulsed continuously and I did know this for a fact as we got off the elevator a pulse came through and hit her and kept going the same bright blue pulses that I see float through my room,it was right in front of me, microwave,,same blue as the Wii and that system works on microwave, it has to , the speed of the microwave makes the game possible.To us the delay in response from the game ,,we do not feel it, because it is so minute. But it does have a delay, incredible speed , that speed makes the game,,,( without to us a seeming delay),,,, possible. 

 I was also pulsed several times, but I ignored them, just changing my seat. Kate stayed in one position.  I observed during the day that a maintenance person came in and stood in front of us, maintenance has always been a big part of my targeting, with security and the police part of it. . He went away,,,later as I was leaving, maintenance came in again,,navy blue t-shirt with the logo of the state gov't on it, big belly,,,and security joined him standing just in front of us separated by a small petition in front of our seats. 

The pulsing hitting Kate and also myself and others for Arlene was in tune with it as well. She left early, as well as Will, though both were there for most of the day and Will took a day off his job to attend., so to us Ti's this was a big deal..

 I do not know yet what happened after I left and will add to it here as it is relayed to me... I was exhausted and glad to be on my way home,,, thankful to catch the last bus home,,missing the next to last bus by minutes was upsetting. Scared somehow that the last bus would not come as I said a lonnnnnng walk home. I was followed home and my perps made sure I arrived. My perp sat next to me on the bus and spoke of Clairmont, where I lived in Ca. He said he lived there also ,,, and of course as we rode the bus and spoke of Clairmont, the stop on the bus was at Clairmont St. at this time in our conversation, timed well. They go to a lot of bother if you ask me... That definitely told me he was a perp and as I walked home a car drove by, down St. Annes by me on Woodward and then back out... not driving home. Go away!!

I am disappointed not to speak,,, at first I was going to warn the panel  about the dangers that are in front of them , that the laws are late and soooooooooo inadequate. That these weapons are going to be used by crime and those with their own agendas, that they will be targeted as well, and their children, for children are not exempt ,this shit is in all our agendas, I am only in front of you on the bell curve as this runs through our society as a holocaust as Schriner  calls it, they will be targeted ,not only by opposing parties for their seat but by crime people,,   David Schriner's statement before the US Congress,,,25 Feb. 1998,, titled, 

"The design and fabrication of a damage inflicting RF weapons by back yard methods."  

I will send this to the chairperson in it's entirety. Hoping she does read it, and take heed. That someone like my neighbors can make frequency, beam and pulse devices in their garage. I know the mechanical engineer across the street has thru the wall radar and pulsed weapons of a great severity, I have suffered from it all and caught him on one occasion using the thru the Wall Camera. It's presence and effects were readily apparent as I walked toward and through, thru the wall radar, one could see it as well as feel it, the camera is usually only used quickly, or when time has changed and they want to find me,, pulsed on and off quickly.  This beam was steady as a beam is,, and I walked right into it and within one second it was turned off. It came from Jeremiah and Cherie Rathburn's house. Evidently they were watching Stacia and me next door, the beam seemed to be in the middle of our properties, so it hit both houses. Cherie the biggest gossip on the street must be in heaven.

Stacia is the old lady next door and the Rathburn's caretake her house during the winter and lots of harassment is from Stacia's  house. One night I was pulsed so bad,, I got out of bed and went to  look for the place where the pulsing came  from,,As I climbed my stairs to go out,another pulse came through my fence and I saw it, and as I opened my door,, I heard the definite and loud click of Stacia's cellar door close as I got nearer the fence. So whomever was pulsing me had access to Stacia's house at night for this was at 3 am.  Who else would have a key, know how deeply Stacia sleeps and that she is partially very hard of hearing , but the Rathburns or whom they told. 

I feel they have been a great deal of my targeting. Very good friends with David Diachision, city hall employee. On a past post I spoke of getting hit from the Rathburn's Wii, I believe this Wii was modified,,, the pulses increased to weaponry. and the funny thing about it is the pulses, for I investigated the source, I knew the snaps and zaps I suffered came from Cherie's patio where she had her Wii, I saw her son using it and I investigated,, for I was being hit at this time and could see the pulses, so I followed them,,,Her oldest son was using it, the shades were up and he was plainly seen. 

So people can make this weaponry in their workshops like Jeremiah has in his so called garage. A mechanical engineer,I think a compressor can be converted as well as the x box used as a force multiplier for acoustics weapons, A guitar. The strings plucked ,Vibration up the ass and the initial pulse goes right through you and has force,,knock you down too,  ,, put this guitar on the floor over my head turn the xbox volume up, I wonder if that would work, or am I missing something?  and the string plucked as the x box roles.. A force multiplier. Thank you Alda for that suggestion. Much gratitude. I wish I could try it and I think the xbox wireless could be modified,,or all of this could be a decoy. Or some.  Or none.

Well I was going to warn this forum's panel,, but you know,,, I changed my mind, I was going to tell them,,,good enjoy your fucking drones,,, I do not know if it is a security problem, are we so riddled with crime we need this technology on our streets or is it an economic problem as this chunk of change is huge and is keeping this part of our technology sector going, worth billions, to those who use , to those who build, and those who buy.  

Or are we really that bad, crime riddled.. I know several police depts. will use these drones until their  broken, I wonder how much for maintenance, I wonder how delicate they are. A small one can be bought at the mall for , I have heard it is now down to 100 bucks. We shall see,, maybe I can buy one to  peruse the area.. Sending it up to check out things.It is said they are silent. cameras, sound, action. fun.

Now as far as those in the legislation who are making the laws, I hope you get pulsed, for only then can you understand how devastating these weapons are...

Schriner within seconds made the car dead,,,,, I emailed him asking him, how would this feel to a person? He never responded or never got the email. I think it would make a person dead as well,, for we run on electricity.
