Rick Nelson is Torigian's son in law and lobbing

Rick is another stupid fuck. He also has access to high tech powerful pulsed, man portable devices.  He drives by my house all the time,pulsing it.  Why,, cuz he to is part of this boots on the ground brown shirt organization.  He also does not see the big picture and his actions in all of the scheme of things.  That his high tech ability is destroying this country, for I believe after thinking about all this that these men know that they are part of the death squad organization.

Rick Nelson is a small man with the small man syndrome,,arrogant, false bravado, insecure, aggressive because he thinks he scares people. Bully. He lives 6 houses down the street, but we live on a circle and he is only 2 houses away over the houses, he lobs pulses over the house, and as he rounds the circle to get to my house and as he leaves.  I shall tell you a couple of stories about lobbing,,lobbing is like a cannon, that arcs through the air to increase distance, well the boys have discovered if they lob these pulses they can get more distance,,go over houses and hit mine. It's done all the time, the capability of these weapons is breathtaking and awesome even for me the target. I was downtown, crowded, lots of traffic and the guy was in a red light several cars back and he was lobbing pulses at me over the cars.

I was driving in N.H. all alone on the big highway sunny day,,at least I thought I was alone all of a sudden I was hit on the top of my head by these real sharp intense pulses coming through my roof of my car.  I could not figure out where they were coming from at first and then looked in my rear view mirror and there was a van behind me a couple of car lengths ,Two goofy guys were laughing and having a grand old time and  they had a sun roof and were setting off this thing that went up in the sky at least 12 feet arced forward and was hitting me in the head through my roof. Now that I think about it I wonder if it was some sort of fireworks, maybe?

Now you must understand we are driving at least 60 mph on the highway, and no one is around but me and them and this pulse if that is what you call it , came forward and hit me on the head through the roof of my car. I saw it go out there sunroof , arc forward and hit me through my side and rear view mirror.

 I can't remember what I did for evasive actions probably slammed on my brakes. But this is why I am in awe of these devices.. They bend, arc do all kinds of things.

Thats why when Rick drives before my house he can pulse and hit me in my bed..Nice that one, a buzz saw going off in your brain is the best way to wake up dontcha think?.

Rick also went to a party down the street I was not invited of course and he was boasting to my other neighbor,,that he made more money than anyone on this street and he does. After all his father in law got him his job for marrying his daughter. ( His other son in law Richard Carnavale was let go by the next mayor for stealing. Posted here. well documented in the local paper) he  also would come home for hours at a time during working hours until one of the neighbors complained about it.  Rick feels he still owns this town and maybe he does.

At first I thought them ignorant,,,but they know what they are doing and like stupid fucks, like them, do not realize the major damage they do, they do not realize that because they use these weapons that that shows they approve of them, and that shows that these weapons can and will be used on their children.

Rick was sitting on the porch of David Diachisin with Stephanie, David's perp wife and the brains of that pair,,I left to go catch the bus and I took a picture of Rick as I had passed them both, he stood up and waved,,now this incident proves that Rick is taped into the perp network, because when I went to the mall having just bought a new memory chip, I sat down to wait for the bus,, 3 people were assigned plus their child to distract me and one stole my camera out of my pocketbook. It was a setup and done on purpose because I took his picture.   Scenarios like that happen over and over.
Rick believes his father in law started the elderly bus in  Peabody , when it was Dukakis, our governor, I took the elderly bus to the super market as that is extremely hard for me to get too. That wednesday,, who is before me in the check out line , another fireman was between us, who blocked my path so Rick could get out of the store

( the same fireman who smelled the gas in my apt. and the other fire chief ignored his claim )

at the checkout but Rick Nelson. Who waved to me as the bus drove by his house, Rick Nelson, and who beat the shit out of me with pulses that night and the next time I took the bus but Rick Nelson. Wanna bet? He felt since his father in law started this for the elderly, that because I supposedly maligned his reputation, I did not deserve to use the bus..so every time I take it that night the buzz saw goes through me as I sleep. A nice way to wake up... Drones and data mining is a joke,,people have no idea what they are in for if they do not stop these fucking assholes. These nazi groups.

They do not see beyond what is in front of them, just like the nazis.

Rick owes his job also to Torigian as do Torigian's other son in laws. He placed them all and made sure his 5 daughters had someone to marry. I wonder if they were all ugly as the father for he was a dog.. Rick is the one I took a picture of sitting on Diachisin's stoop and he had my camera stolen at the mall, the one I took his pic with.

 so yeah I would say this little prick, for all the men except one is unbelievably short in this neighborhood,,I mean little. 

Rick is one of them. Rick had my camera stolen at the mall so he is well plugged in to this network. He is a deputy fire chief. So don't fool yourselves other Ti's that this is where your harassment starts and ends with "boots on the ground" and look in your local neighborhood for answers as to who carries out your harassment.

David Diachisin and his wife Stephanie are stupid  fucks,,,they do not really think beyond the level of their nose. They take orders that is all.  Their one redeeming quality is loyalty, loyalty to the Torigian family because this is why David has a job and this will explain why being disloyal in their world is the worst thing..

David and his father are loyal dogs,,both owe their jobs to Former mayor Torigian and they have been harassing me since I move in several years ago...That is why Torigian really hated me,, because I said the word NO to me about the golf course he wanted to build for his legacy,,now you gotta remember legacy is everything to politicians for after they died how many things they put their name on means a lot..So when I said NO,,,to him about the golf course I was disloyal to him and considered enemy..This is how this old fuck thought, of course his attitude is of the old country..

If you look downtown with all the bricks with names on them of contributors, under the bandstand you will see Diachisin underneath and close to that of Torigians..

David is a meter reader and lives 3 houses up on my left but he is closer because we live on a circle.. He has access to highly powerful pulsed devices and uses them on me all the time, he also has through the wall radar to find me where ever I go in my sub basement apt.. Today and for several days I have been pulsed severely,, my skin burns and my head hurts,,, several areas on my body have been tetanized, and when you wake,, you stretch and immediately the muscle goes into spasm. And other burning effects, not only the noise as the pulse goes through your head but the disturbance to my family for this time I was told we are to all be evicted..In one way or another. As I get up to do things I am pulsed to knock me down, I can feel the pressure of the beam and it has force, so to walk is tortuous and extremely careful for you never know when they are going to knock you over.

David and Stephanie do not have a clue that their actions go way beyond what they are and where they live and their lives,,, They would never dream that they are enslaving others, or starting the decline of our country or instruments of boots on the ground, or destroying democracy, destroying freedom of everything.

They would have no concept of this because they are loyal stupid people who do not think beyond their noses..and this is why they are chosen, They are stupid and do not think of what they are doing. They just see the button they push and their loyalty is their main motive,they have no concept of the bigger picture and the harm it does ,not only to me, and my family but with others who follow their blind orders do great damage to the country and the rule of law  as well for they are part of the perp network..Death Squads all.

I wonder if my neighbors who are aware of what he is doing, really know the damage he is doing to all of us..I don't thinks so..Well David and Stephanie your names as boots on the ground, those who started and blindly acted in the name of those in power and yes I understand this does come from city hall. Your names will be noted and put down here for history , for your legacy and your children's legacy for all time. For you are part of the Drones and data mining that is going on in the country now..You will not be forgotten., just like the brown shirts with the Nazis for that is what you are.

Below is a picture of my leg,,not the most beautiful as when I was young, and it does appear big but my leg is not,,, it is swollen, a lot,,,but that is not the point,,the point is that those two slashes across my leg were done with pulses. The lower pulse has a dark bruise on it..I was immediately woken up when this was done.. Much pain and I am always rubbing it... I will add other pics here,,I hope I can capture and publish the actual pulses coming from my perps house, it will take a while as he has become aware of what I am doing  and shuts down when he sees my camera in my hand using through the wall radar, and I will have to go back to some of the very first pics, maybe find it there.

The unique ads are designed to play as soon as a commuter rests his or her ear against the train window. An advertisement is piped through the person's skull via bone conduction technology.

Mobile streaming service Sky Go uses a transmitter that attaches to public transit windows, emitting high frequencies that the brain processes into words heard by no one else on the train (except for the others who also have an ear to the window), according to the spot.

Gizmodo points out that the vibrations are just right to penetrate "cranial bones" and have been used for military communications, hearing aids and head phones.

BBDO and Sky Go plan to roll out the talking windows all over Germany. They are intended to transmit music and weather, as well as ads, BBDO rep Susanne Keyzers told The Huffington Post. She went on to say that the talking windows had a test run in Munich and North Rhine-Westphalia. "Passengers got surprised and enjoyed this new form of advertising," she wrote in an email.

Let's talk about sleep deprivation

When all this started,,, I was woken at 3 am every morning,, I would go to work after a week of this as zombie.. I had no idea what was going on, Nada.  If I tried going back to sleep,,, I would be woken up again within 15 to 20 minutes... Work was a nightmare.  At first I could not cope,, I was a mess and this was done on purpose,,it gives all the appearance of mentally ill breakdown.  Short temper, disheveled, confusion,,,tired and anxious to only name a few of the emotions and personality traits they want you to experience.

This has now gone on and off for years, right now I am in a cycle of sleep deprivation. It is used as punishment for one thing or another,,you never know what the asshole death squads are thinking.

As time progressed my appearance started to be effected, I could only do the bare necessity of tasks.

All I thought of was sleep,,

When I was in hospital last year,,,I thought "oh I can finally get some sleep", but no way, I was  next to the nurse's station and harassment came from that direction and sleep was disturbed..I hate them,, I want to destroy them just on this alone. This also tells me among many other things that medical is up to this shit to their assholes... A pox on you too.

If your sleep is disturbed during the early morning hours that is when your deepest sleep occurs,  REM so that is when they ,,these fuckers,, feel the need to disturb your sleep. A Pox on your house too.

Sleep deprivation equals insanity and they know it,,,this is no game, they want you crazy if not in reality,, in appearance. You are the product of all their research, research you paid for out of your taxes, so in reality you paid them to harass you...What fun that is...


Just a couple of stay comments,,, some of these devices are put on timers,,, and I was also told that the zapper , this small pulsed energy that burns, from a small handheld device Palm size, cell phone size, (cell phone?) is affiliated with the android app.which one, I know not..

Harassment and it's structure according to my experience

THE STRUCTURE OF HARASSMENT ACCORDING TO MY EXPERIENCE.

MY HARASSMENT STARTED WITH PETER TORIGIAN, STUART CUMINS AND SCOTT BURNS

I believe today in this country,,, the feds designate the policy,, the state certifies it, and the mayors carry it out on the local level, "boots on the ground" neighborhood watch groups  carry out the mayor's policies. I also know there is a network of men and women nationwide who do this work.  Whomever has the bucks, there is someone out there who is willing to do the task whatever it is..From leaving flowers to murder and everything in between.

My harassers were designated by Torigian, and Eastman Gelatin who was part owner of the land the golf course was to be built on and Scott Burns was an employee of EG,, He was the initial person that harassed. Every name I have collected goes right  back to city hall, Burns's wife works for Peabody Housing which is controlled by city hall.

Security , police, fire, and of course maintenance is involved,,who better to pick your lock than maintenance,,who is around all the time, unnoticed, but maintenance, if in your apartment always has a ready excuse for being there. 

Who controls the police a large part of my harassment, but the mayor,, who controls the fire dept. a large part of my harassment,,but the mayor. Mayors also control engineers and maintenance people at his control , for his job is to maintain the city.

Industry is also into this,,, EG,, right there...all have access to mechanical and electrical engineers,  to carry out the harassment is easy. A negative narrative also helps. Your at fault for what is being done to you,,,I'm a busybody and a troublemaker, so the harassment is easy to many insecure young males and stupid women who swallow the narrative as OK , usually to curry favor with the male..
