My neighbor has a pulsing device and back scatter camera,he and others use this EVERY DAY,,,EVERY FUCKING DAY,,,this is difficult to prove as I am sure you know. They are destroying my house with this and driving me and my family from our property. This is being done by a Rick Nelson,Franciso Souza, Chris Yaikus, and  David Diachision, this is a loose affiliation of people who live in this neighborhood who have decided I am persona non grata. The only thing unusual about this case is the use of DEW, (directed energy weapons),, but on your home page it is noted , it is a crime to aim a laser at a airplane,, is that not DEW??? Huh guys?,,but you only believe in the use and harassment when you want to, is that the problem? I would like you to investigate as I do not think I am long for this world if this continues.. they have turned me into a cripple as it is..

I think a lot of people are being hit with DEW, only they do not know it,,,a headache or like me the other night, I woke up almost screaming because I was getting hit in the lower left muscle/intestine area,,, If I did not know about DEW I would think it was something I ate or a hernia or something like that.....but I put my hand down there and felt the pulse..I always do that, to see if I can feel the pulse and most times you can, a movement on your hand.   It does not take much, just a small pulse,,but done several times while you sleep a screamer when you wake,,,

Right now they have been using the snapper, the static shot to the back of my head and neck,,this pulls the head to one side, as the pulse will tighten up the side it hits. It is called Tetanizing. the frog in science class that an electrode is applied to the muscle of the frog and the dead frogs leg will jump,,same thing only your alive and this is long distance, thru walls,silent and invisible for the most part. Done as a harassment technique, it is debilitating. but my original premise is many people are hit with this stuff only they think it is a headache, or just a twinge, or a muscle cramp or needing surgery, or a bad tooth, anything,,, they can mock any medical malady,.

People  have not been made aware,,that is the difference between them, and me and other Ti's.

It starts out covert, you are data mined to see who and what you are, funding, temperament,,etc. then when your data is compiled , it goes overt.

Part of my harassment started with stupid license plates, I was driving along and the plates were funny and caught your attention. later they used this technique to threaten, they would trigger words in your head,,for instance  x is your dead.  9 is for dogs,, from k9, so xK9 was we are going to kill your dog, and they did, you get the idea,,they had a meaning for every letter  and number of the alphabet.  Very cute process. What a bunch of fucking assholes and the trigger is so strong you have to look, you have to read no matter how you do not want to...I tried many times to ignore and could not. The heroin of the  DEW world. Impossible to ignore.

 Like a pimp and a newbie recruit,,she falls in love, he does everything to make her fall in love with him, he seduces her, then he sleeps with her, and then somehow gets her to sleep with others , by poverty, or beating her, or drugging her, sometimes the girl is willing. It is all a process, an acclimation to environment.  We have all been acclimated and until then it is very very hard to convince others of the reality of DEW. Even after I had been hit many many times, it was just to incredible the capability of these weapons to believe it..I just did not think this was possible, and the program ,,a program like this in the Us? Not in my country was my first thought, it took a long time before I accepted that this is gov't. Never in my wildest dreams would I believe my gov't would experiment on people , for anything. but you know even I can be wrong. The static electricity hitting my left neck and behind my left ear makes it all to believable and real.

Iraq is falling apart,, listening to so much about Iraq,,,I will say again, at least Saddham at least kept the country together, I am to understand his sons were the brutal component, Saddham was not without his own brutality but I guess his kids raised like that well the apple does not fall far from the tree. so it is a mess and again the Iraqi people are suffering for it...

I think James's  problem is, he could not say no to this drug, his initial "yes" sealed the deal.,,,it really pulls you, side effects are astronomical,, every waking minute was to get money to pay for his habit..in order to come back to society they put them in a place where coming out of it is not life threatening,,,he is well worth saving.

 The drug cartels are attacking the young...how many heroin addicts are latino I would welcome the stats on that because ,,then it would mean they are not,,I repeat not  targeting whites alone as I feel they are, my daughter told me the drug cartel sits outside the rehab facility waiting for the addicts to exit,so they can give it right back to them.. This is slavery, sexual, and economic and it will not go away till we learn to say NO,  and them when the addict is no longer needed, he dies or overdoses or dies anyway.

Amy Whinehouse died from alcohol poisoning, that takes a lot of booze. I wonder if she ever felt reality. Guess it scared her, and her singing is of an alcoholic, she is buzzed all the time....Her talent was set free with alcohol..but my motto in life is moderation,,always moderation,,,,what is the sense of getting high if you pass out.It makes no sense to me,,,they can't sleep?
