I think there is a lot of truth in this and a lot of false as well, We have developed a way to tell a true target to someone who is a bit looney or lonely or both,,,it is important for our crediblity to distinguish the two. Not to malign anyone but to make sure we know what we are talking about.....and from what I understand and have heard the mentally ill are watched ,, this to me was first noted with the Virginia Tech shooting, I heard a panel of Psychiatrists on Charlie Rose PBS/ or it could of been C -span,, this was quite a while ago ,, and at the time I did think it important, but I did  d/l to my computer, which has since been destroyed,,, these psychiatrists  were,  making statements about forced drugging, forced incarceration especially this one old bitch,,, she was hot on it,,, I would like to see her forced drugged.Rose also did a brain series with several panels of shrinks,,, I went looking for this old bitch to find her name and could not find her. Maybe some one else could.. So this program, this list,, includes gay, dissidents, activist, people who speak out, mentally ill, whistleblowers, inheritance fraud, insurance fraud. Apt. invasion,  robbery,gang stalking,,, the target is triggered to go to a place and several people are assigned to be there,,,it gives the target the impression they are followed when instead they are programmed. They are the one triggered,,, others say they hear thoughts in their head,, HSS can be a whisper, subliminal or a scream all day long,,, you are triggered for that also, the subconscious does not have a firewall to this beam/pulse technology, it screams through the brain, the subconscious picks it up and believes it is from the conscious part of the brain and accepts it as a command and it obeys..the person thinks it is their own idea. Many times I have had to exaimine ideas to see if they are mine or not... and even if they are triggers,,, they are hard to fight.. You are fighting your subconscious controlled by them,,
Oh yes one other thing for those of you who have relatives and neighbors who flipped ,became perps as mine has , the way they did it in my house was to target the neighbors and relatives..to pulse them hard...Then they trigger them to hate me..you feel like everyone is against you and pretty much they are.David across the street knows about my blog,,he wants to be hidden,,so he made friends with my immediate next door neighbors, Paul and his wife, they were pulsed by people up the street trying to get to me and going through his house, he flipped...the pulses were so strong, it was incredible and Paul went out and yelled at them up the street,,,they stopped and he flipped. We int his community have long wondered how our people could turn on us,, this is my case.. I do not know in your case but hope this gives you some good ideas

These are the early days of this oppression, it is important to document everything,;just as Proudhon did for the French Revolution,, the French have not forgotten that even today. I want it all documented so others see the struggle,,day to day it was for us..what invasive tactics we went through. What we did to fight back, without hospital or being jailed,,, if you are jailed or hospital you cannot fight back. That is why your bank account is emptied, if your broke you cannot fight back..

I want to see if our Constitution is strong enough to weather this storm of technology..This invasive , all controlling technology. The ability to control a man's very thoughts and through walls.. We no longer have a castle. Our brains do not have a firewall against this stuff..unless the techies can come up with stuff.

This morning, The house was being pulsed,,, not hitting me but coming through ceiling high,, into bud's bedroom and through the couches upstairs.. This is how they flip people,,they hit them and then in order not to get hit the people flip to becoming a perp or else. This is how they did Paul and My kids and Bud,,,I do not blame them because I would of done anything to get out of this,, and they would too, but my perps would not let me flip,,,I truly was the target.
I got up from bed, as I had been woken up,,,as usual, took my camera,, I had bought some tent poles,,, the telescoping kind, and attached to  the tent pole, with my beloved duct tape  a 2 by 2- 6 feet  wooden pole..

,, I will measure it to be more accurate...and I can lift the camera up and down and rotate it in the hole in the ground, the camera itself will also rotate...I think that is an important  asset,, a scanning camera..I moved it up under the dog wood tree and went around and cut the bushes down in front that were sticking up blocking a partial sight of my 2 perps house.
My perp went into his back yard and pulsed the camera,,, several times,,, he came out front walked around his property to get a better look at the camera went back into his back yard and pulsed my camera again,,
I moved the camera back to where it was before,,, alongside the house and two valuable lessons learned,,,
1. we have to dedicate ourselves to beating this,,, try everything,,

2.Move the cameras often keep them on the defense. Take the offensive after all this is war.
3. I also suggest buying back up cameras. as I will,
4. I also found IR and thermal imaging concealment clothes, a hide,,for hunting and a blanket.

I am going to think this over and call for prices and see if I can buy any,,, Goretex is making this product.
I made the mistake of giving this address to james lico,,, if he screws this up I will choke him...

Oh yeah beside my tire being flat,,, Jame's Irish dragon necklace was  bent,, this means bud opened my locker and got inside..he was just letting me know,,,I thought he did before when my laptop fell out. but he tried to ruin my rotor and he broke the case, broke a speaker,  my dehumidifier on and off button does not work and the light over my stove is not working,, the bulb works but the socket ?
This is the perps at work,,, all invasive and this is also a common denominator with all targets,,, they are invaded, to every private measure of their lives, hygiene, sex, eating,, everything,,
Oh yeah I tried one ceramic tile and I think it has promise ,,it was left over when the house was built and remodeled...cold ice packs,, to cool the pulse down is important.....
One other thing my daughter whom has lived at 21 Tanners court since forever,,, is being evicted, the cops set james up to have one pill, so he is in detox,,,that is what the cops did....his girlfriend is also there. Megan or I should say just a friend,,,,,,
Danielle is being evicted because of Torigian's  daughter,,,she knows everyone in the city,,, and Ann Marie Burn's husband is the one who drove me out of my job,,, She runs Peabody housing, so that is that,, all because I TOLD  THE TRUTH about Torigian,,,yeah can't tell the truth,,people do not want to hear it.
bud also went into my locker and he bent the pendent I bought for james, it was in my pocketbook put in there for safe keeping.,,,, he set it up so my computer would fall out when I opened the door and he opened my scope,,,paybacks are a motherfucker bud, the pulsing of the house has gotten worse and the blog,,no one likes my blog,,, my perps anyway.

well David Diachision is parking his SUV in front of Paul's house,,my  immediate next door neighbor,,,,he set up his harassment device from his car,,,all the more difficult to see than shooting it from across the street,it's on a timer,,,

.I went out in the yard,,,I was there for about 30 seconds when he came out of his house went across the street from being parked  in front of Pauls and Irene's house and moved his red SUV in his driveway...

I went out in the yard and stood in the path of his car and my window,, and it is a straight shot from his SUV,,, this is how I am being hit when I sit at my computer..



I went to the mall yesterday and this woman was walking along,,old,,very old and was bent over looking at her shoes,,,this is the threat from my local fucking perps to me,, this is why they are destroying my neck,,in the house I am constantly looking at my feet, and my neck is a mess. They have attacked my teeth, my muscles,,everything..
The kitchen light socket is not working , the bulb is ok and the perps pulse in that way when I am in the kitchen,,,
They took most of the air out of my bike tire and loosened the seat,,,,when I turned it would not and it dumped me really hard, who picked me up but this fireman's wife,,, they had pulled up to look at the fire,,later my tire was flattened...completely.

.I wrote about it in another post. they set up boobey traps so things will fall out of cabinets..My  printer was messed with, they keep hitting me in the neck now it is the left side,,,headache all the time...I'm so tired of this and of them and tired of being tired...

My neighbor has a pulsing device and back scatter camera,he and others use this EVERY DAY,,,EVERY FUCKING DAY,,,this is difficult to prove as I am sure you know. They are destroying my house with this and driving me and my family from our property. This is being done by a Rick Nelson,Franciso Souza, Chris Yaikus, and  David Diachision, this is a loose affiliation of people who live in this neighborhood who have decided I am persona non grata. The only thing unusual about this case is the use of DEW, (directed energy weapons),, but on your home page it is noted , it is a crime to aim a laser at a airplane,, is that not DEW??? Huh guys?,,but you only believe in the use and harassment when you want to, is that the problem? I would like you to investigate as I do not think I am long for this world if this continues.. they have turned me into a cripple as it is..
